Due to some changes in flickr, here is a update for Shudhui Bangla extension.

This Firefox extension is for members of Shudhui Bangla flickr group. The idea was from Mehdi Hasan Khan (I hope this spelling is correct ).

Installation Procedure:

1. Start Firefox (Better if you use latest version ).
2. To install click the download link below
3. Click “Allow” on the upper right corner
4. A pop-up (dialog box) will come, wait a moment then click install
5. Restart Firefox

Install Shudhui Bangla.xpi (7.07 kilobytes)
downloaded times.

You can see, here my browser is Google Chrome. But, it is not necessary, you can also do it in Firefox.

So, you also wanna do this. Its really easy. Just look at the above box. All you have to do is to clear the texts from the name text field. Oh! you’ll get the left box in Google Chrome by right clicking on any existing bookmark on toolbar and then by clicking (left or right, whatever you like most ) ‘Edit…’. And for Firefox it will be ‘Properties’ instead of ‘Edit…’. Thats it…

Steps are very simple -

1. Create horizontal & vertical histogram of captcha using PHP GD.
2. Recognize each character by comparing values from histogram.
3. I didn’t use any Template Recognition Algorithm. Rather, I use simple Edit Distance Algorithm (Levenshtein Distance). And it works
