De ce fait, ils sont plus susceptibles d&#39;ouvrir les messages car le niveau d’intérêt est plus élevé.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;La pertinence/intérêt du contenu décroît car il faut plaire à tout le monde&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Une étude réalisée en 2005 par &lt;b&gt;ExactTarget&lt;/b&gt; établit que les listes de plus de 100.000 abonnés ont un taux moyen d’ouverture de 18,2% tandis que celles de 101 à 1000 abonnés avaient un taux d&#39;ouverture de 42,1%.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;« Ce phénomène est un exemple fort en faveur de la segmentation des audiences », explique Morgan Stewart, directeur des services stratégiques à ExactTarget.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Le rapport d’ExactTarget montre que la tendance à la baisse des taux d&#39;ouverture se stabilise vers 15%/20% pour des listes de 500.000 abonnés et plus. « A ce stade, ajouter plus d’abonnés à la liste n’a plus d’influence négative », conclut ExactTarget.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;L&#39;étude montre que la tendance à la baisse des taux de clic est moins prévisible que les taux d&#39;ouverture. « Bien que cette tendance existe toujours, il y a plus de variabilité dans la moyenne du taux de clic à des volumes plus élevés», explique ExactTarget. « Les modèles d&#39;estimation basée uniquement sur les volumes d’emails ne sont pas particulièrement précis, indiquant que &lt;b&gt;la créativité et la pertinence du contenu jouent un rôle crucial&lt;/b&gt;. »&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;« Ceci est dû à l’&lt;b&gt;usure inhérente de la liste&lt;/b&gt;
