<li><span style="font-size: medium;">Learn to relax your body before speaking . Take a deep breath from your  diaphragm , not your chest, and feel the difference.<br />

<li><span style="font-size: medium;">Speak in front of a mirror to improve your smile and body language.<br />

<li><span style="font-size: medium;">Never memorize a speech, know the content, and use key words on cue cards to keep you organized and on track<br />

<p>Here  are a few points to make your message connect:</p>
<ul>
<li>Project your voice , they have to hear you</li>
<li>Vary the pitch of your voice, don&#8217;t sound mono tone</li>
<li>Use the mighty pause to draw your audience in</li>
<li>Make eye contact, don&#8217;t stare at one person,  sweep the room slowly</li>

2) Visualize each word  and  let your emotion come to the top<br />
3) Practice in front of a mirror and check your smile<br />
4) Video record yourself and check  your  performance  </p>
