He is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and has been an intricate part of healthcare hospital systems for the last eighteen (18) years, driving Healthcare Services transactions and consultation in the Mountain West and Northwest regions. He was bestowed the Presidents Club Award as International Top Sales Executive in 2008. Terrence earned a Master of Science degree from Colorado State&nbsp; University in Fort Collins, CO with a concentration in Management, Marketing, and Sales; as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from Alcorn State University in Lorman, MS, and is a School Board Member for several organizations.
