Natural Bridges State Beach

Planned to take a sunrise photo of Natural Bridges State Beach in Santa Cruz. But the weather had something else in mind; rain. Also, the beach area was closed, so couldn't get down to the beach for a better composition. Had to be content with the overlook composition of the rock bridge.

I wish I had a tripod. Would have tried couple more variations. Without tripod, had to manage with the camera dangerously resting on top the fence wall.

Surprisingly, there was very less activity at the lake in the early morning. There were only couple of joggers, few walkers and me with the camera. It's a very lazy place. :)

Early morning sun shining at the background, the flower was glowing like a jewel. Not much happy about the sharpness though - handheld camera with 200 mm and the early morning chillness - I could stabilize only to a certain level. Should get an tripod soon.

Taken while my day long bike ride to Rameshwaram. Stopped here for a break and sunset shots.

The thing that caught my eye was the welcome board. I have seen the place names all the times in the welcome board. But this one has the bus stop name which is unusual.

I was on my way to Rameshwaram. My plan was to be there at Pamban bridge for the sunset. But, the Sun was in a hurry and I realized I couldn't make it.

So, stopped on midway at Sambai to take few sunset photos.
