But today, besides achieving a lot of successful years of dedicated educational services, geniuses who achieved their degree courses from MANIT stand back in terms of reputation all over India. The situation has gone almost out of control especially in case of the B.Arch scholars graduated from this NIT. The reason is obvious - the insane ragging. It affects everyone out there in the college. I don't see any point in 'ragging to help' the juniors. What the hell on earth do these so-called 'superior seniors' claim to have achieved by ragging innocent freshers who in many cases appear to come from poor backgrounds and are mostly home sick or under stresses from responsibilities laid upon them at this young age? Seriously, seniors are pathetic! Now let me take some time from my busy life and explain the seniors something. I am proud to let you guys know that I am a B.Arch graduate from MANIT. I graduated around 12 years ago when ragging was at its peak. I come from the south and you don't need any further explanations to how I must have been ragged during my whole first year. And you know what, the seniors were hardly of any use to me. I would rather let you know that it was me who was of help to my seniors. I had to lend them money when they had to pay fees and why say more, I even had paid their fees standing in long queues waiting for hours. Many a times, I had to skip classes to help them and what the bloody hell did I get in return? I had done countless number of sheets for them and they did nothing in turn for that. Thus, to me and my friends, these type of dumb seniors sucked then and still suck. It's all a matter of dumb fear of the juniors taking over them in terms of brains and seriously, their insane attempts to suppress the budding geniuses is working. One of my friends who came from a very poor family had to pay a total of Rs 9500 for exempting him from the stupid funda rules created by some group of babbling crowd of seniors whose brains seem to have taken the wrong direction while growing. If you want to know more, just stop whatever you are doing and think from the perspective of a man. Are you doing what you ought to do? God sees everything and don't think ragging doesn't come under his list of sins. Try something else for a change. The seniors seem a lot interested in assisting the poor freshers in 'all aspects'. Well, then try what I tried. Try to be as well mannered as possible to your juniors and guide them. This is not to be done by harassing them mentally or physically. Just reach out if you can or you have another option - just stay the bloody hell out of their lives and don't even dare stare at them rudely because every single step you take against them, you shall be cursed by their parents who take so much pain in bringing them up. Not a single parent gave you the right to harm another unless he/she harms you. And being an year or so senior, doesn't make you anyone's dad or mom. Whether you wanna call it tech dad or tech mom, be it, I don't give a damn to what you mentally retarded guys think. Hell with those who don't respect these relationships and their values. And no matter what you do for them after an year of horrible treatment, you won't actually get any respect. Some might claim to have benefited from the ragging they received, but I tell you, it's just inception. The seniors have planted a brilliant idea in you that says 'We are your saviors'. But it's not true guys, accept the truth you have long hidden deep in your heart. Try and be human. Show some mutual respect and earn the same. You will be appalled by the difference you feel. I guarantee because this is exactly what I did and experienced. And as for those, who still don't want to follow the right path, bloody hell on you. I don't give a damn to what any stupid might want to reply negatively to my concerns, this is what I have experimentally verified to be true. So, f.off! Thanks.
