Sunday Summary Sep 13 to Sep 19 - Plus War Dept, Greenland, National Observances, Anniversaries, And More

The 4th department added to the President's Cabinet was the Department of War (currently called the Department of Defense until Congress agrees to the return to the original title). The Department of War began during the Revolutionary War as a a group of committees created by the Second Continental Congress for the purpose of securing ammunition, raising funds for gunpowder, and organizing a national militia. In 1776, these committees were consolidated into the Board of War and Ordnance which was operated by members of Congress. In 1777, a Board of War was created to operate separately from Congress. In 1789, the Congress of the Confederation replaced the board system with the Department of War consisting of a Secretary at War, an assistant, a secretary, and 2 clerks. The new Department of War was placed under President George Washington and established the War Department (aka Department of War or War Office) as a civilian agency under the President, making it the 3rd Cabinet position established for our fledgling country. At that time, its responsibilities included operation and maintenance of the US Army as well as naval affairs (until the Navy was established in 1798) and air forces (until the Air Force was established in 1947). This department was also responsible for interacting with the Native Americans. The first person to hold the office was Henry Knox. In the 1790s Congress created additional offices including: major general, brigadier general, quartermaster general, chaplain, surgeon general, adjutant general, superintendent of military stores, paymaster general, judge advocate, inspector general, physician general, apothecary general, purveyor, and accountant.

On November 8, 1800, the War Department building somehow caught on fire destroying all its records and files. In 1802, the US Military Academy at West Point and the Army Corps of Engineers were established. Between 1802 and 1812, the War Department experienced a reduction in personnel until the War of 1812 when it expanded and sub-departments were needed. In 1818, then Secretary of War John C Calhoun created the Bureau system currently in use within the War Department. The War Department was responsible for the Bureau of Indian Affairs from 1824 until 1849 when Congress transferred the Bureau to the newly created Department of the Interior. The US Soldier's Home was created in 1851. In the later stages of the Civil War, the War Department took charge of refugees and freedmen through the creation of the Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen, and Abandoned Lands. In times of peace, the size of the War Department was reduced and in times of war, the size of the War Department expanded.

On September 18, 1947, when the National Security Act of 1947 split the department into 3: Army, Air Force, and Navy forming the National Military Establishment. In 1949 the National Military Establishment underwent a name change to Department of Defense with the former War Department bureaus split between the Army and Air Force. It was thought that the change from "War" to "Defense" better reflected the civilian leadership of the military; however, the Army War College, the Naval War College, and the Air War College remain and still train potential officers in war tactics, operations, and strategies. There were 56 Secretaries of War prior to 1947.

On January 25, 2025, Senate vote 15 on PN11-7 - Pete Hegseth, of Tennessee, to be Secretary of Defense was a tie vote 50 (Republicans) vs 50 (2 Republicans (Collins ME and Murkowski AK), 2 Independents, and 46 Democrats). Vice President Vance broke the tie voting FOR the confirmation of Pete Hegseth to be the 29th Secretary of Defense and 5th in the line of succession to the Presidency.

On September 5, 2025, President Trump signed EO 14347 Restoring the United States Department of War (discussed in my September 6, 2025 ANP Article). The EO directed the Secretary of War to submit a recommendation on actions required to permanently restore the name Department of War to the current Department of Defense to include proposed legislative and executive actions that would be necessary to make the change within 60 days (by November 6, 2025). Since there has been no further action made public on this directive, I am wondering if they are waiting until they have a Congress that would be willing to make this restoration, converting Secretary Hegseth from the 29th Secretary of Defense to the 57th Secretary of War.

On September 15, 2026, DOJ AG Todd Blanche filled in as Press Secretary (click here for the 33m44s video). He spoke vaguely of what the DOJ is currently doing (with the caveat that he cannot speak about active cases). Because this Press Conference was held in the Rose Garden, you can't hear the yelling of the reporters. AG Blanche was able to call out specific reporters and the White House staffers brought the microphone (and held on to it) so the reporter could ask their questions. There are a couple times in the video where it appears AG Blanche is actually gloating over the fact that he can't hear them yelling and once suggested that more press conferences should be held in the Rose Garden.

On September 16, 2026, President Trump signed the EO Providing Meaningful Water Quality Improvements Through Collaboration and Oversight of Federal Support concerning the Chesapeake Bay, the largest estuary in the US. Executive Order 13508 of May 12, 2009 (Chesapeake Bay Protection and Restoration) called for states and municipalities in New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia, Delaware, and West Virginia to improve the environmental health of this estuary but did not provide actual guidance as to how they were to accomplish this. In many places, this directive became fees and taxes on residents and small businesses and this revenue is not necessarily used for the Chesapeake Bay. This EO revokes EO13508 and replaces it with specific programs to directly benefit and protect the Chesapeake Bay. While Departments of War, Interior, Agriculture, Commerce, and Homeland Security are directed to assess their current support for the Bay in order to direct resources to hands-on improvements; the EPA will coordinate directly with the states involved.

Trump Provides Meaningful Water Quality Improvements Through Collaboration and Oversight of Federal Support explains that this EO will actually improve the water quality of the Chesapeake Bay without increasing costs (EPA will assist states involved in redirecting the funds they have been collecting into improving water quality of the Bay) while improving environmental standards.

On September 18, 2026, the White House published the release President Trump Extends Most Favored Nation Drug Pricing to Every Medicaid Program in America announcing that the Most-Favored-Nation prescription drug prices will now be available to every Medicaid program in the nation, allowing all states to take advantage of the lowest prescription drug prices in more than 60 years (click here for the 56m01s video of President Trump's announcement). Dr. Oz included that one million doses of the drug Eliquis (generic Apixaban) will be offered for free through Medicaid. Eliquis is a prescription anticoagulant that can prevent and treat blood clots.

This will save taxpayer dollars while maintaining coverage for the most vulnerable American population, lower costs for all Americans, and delivers on President Trump's promise to put American patients first.

On September 17, 2026, President Trump signed the EO Reinvigorating America’s Hunting Heritage acknowledges that American hunters, anglers, and landowners are the greatest conservationists the world has ever known. This EO recognizes that hunting promotes healthy and robust animal populations. This EO reduces the Federal Government's regulatory overreach, inconsistent access policies, and restrictions on hunter education and recruitment efforts. State wildlife agencies will be encouraged to donate and process wild game meat for consumption in schools and food banks.

On September 17, 2026, President Trump signed the EO Restoring American Saltwater Angling and Recreation with the goal of elevating America's recreational fishing remains strong. Relevant departments and agencies will partner with States and the private sector to rebuild, expand, permit, and modernize data collection for recreational fishing. Future decisions will be based on gold standard science and data while regulations that overly burden boaters, anglers, and outdoor businesses will be suspended, revised, or rescinded as appropriate. In addition, artificial reefs and habitat creation will be fast-tracked so decommissioned offshore oil, gas, and other-use structures can be converted to permanent artificial reefs. Steps will be taken to manage predators and increase fish abundance through the Sport Fish Restoration and Boating Trust Fund.

On September 18, 2026, the White House published the release WHAT THEY ARE SAYING: President Trump Delivers Historic Victories for America’s Hunters, Anglers, and Outdoorsmen lists what various people from Secretary of the Interior Doug Bergum (click here check out his X post) to Congressional Representatives to American Fishers, Hunters, Anglers, and Outdoorsmen, to business owners have to say about these EOs (all are complimentary and thankful for these actions).

On September 18, 2026, President Trump signed the EO Enhancing Program Integrity and Integrity and Interagency Coordination in the Administration of the H-1B Nonimmigrant Visa Program states that the H-1B visa program is being abused by some employers, 3rd party placement groups, and outsourcing firms the result of which is the undercutting of skills US labor and the displacement of skilled American workers while reducing the pay scale. US businesses have been caught firing American workers then hiring foreigners at a lower pay rate to fill those position while requiring the American worker to train their foreign replacement. This EO requires the executive departments and agencies to work together to verify actual need compared to US workers available to fill that need.

Trump Further Enhances Program Integrity and Interagency Coordination in the H-1B Visa Program explains that this EO will protect American jobs; combats H-1B visa abuses by US companies; and puts American workers first while restoring the original intent of the H-1B visa program within the immigration system.

On September 18, 2026, President Trump signed the Proclamation Restriction on Entry of Certain Nonimmigrant Workers to address significant abuses of the H-1B nonimmigrant visa program. This proclamation applies additional restrictions on H-1B visa entries; requires compliance from US employers petitioning on behalf of foreigners; requires that foreign H-1B visa holders reapply from outside the US. In 30 days, the named Cabinet participants will report to President Trump with additional extensions, renewals, or restrictions necessary to implement this proclamation.

On September 18, 2026, President Trump announced a deal concerning Greenland writing in an X post:

On September 16, 2026, President Trump signed the Presidential Memoranda Restoring Reciprocity in Government Procurement states that because of the actions taken by Canada which impose new barriers to access to the Canadian market by US companies, this memorandum directs all executive departments and agencies shall promote domestic alternatives as sources to fulfill their needs. The Trade Representative will monitor the Canadian situation and keep President Trump appraised of changes in Canada's policies towards US goods and companies.

On September 14, 2026, VP Vance held a Fraud Task Force Press Conference (click here for the 43m41s video) assuring the American people that the Task Force WILL prosecute fraudsters that are stealing money from the US taxpayer. Then various members of the Task Force spoke about their actions to combat fraud within their departments/agencies.

On September 16, 2026, White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles made an X post announcing that she is now fully cancer free.

On September 17, 2026, Laura Ingraham, from the Ingraham Angle on FOX (in an X post), called out Michigan US Senate Candidate Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed for saying that he thinks Breast Cancer research is funded by NIH because advocacy is a function of the social power and privilege of those most likely to get a disease in an October 26, 2012 essay for the 2x2 Project titled The Pink Ribbon Lobby and Everyone Else in which he questions how NIH funds research on illnesses and diseases. El-Sayed thinks NIH research funding should reflect public health need but says that lobbying controls how NIH funds research. He then cites Breast Cancer research as having a successful lobby at NIH which is taking funds away from other research that could affect more people. Laura points out that Breast Cancer is the 2nd leading cause of death (after lung cancer) in women (and black women are more likely to die from Breast Cancer than any other group) with 1 in 8 women experiencing Breast Cancer in their lifetime. There are currently around 4 million Breast Cancer survivors in the US.

Getting diagnosed with Breast Cancer is NOT a privilege and women with Breast Cancer have a high risk of not surviving the 'cure' process. My sister was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2008 at age 48. She had a mastectomy and multiple rounds of chemo. She was dead 6 months later at age 49. Women like Susie Wiles and Laura Ingraham are alive today because of the research breakthroughs made possible by grants from the NIH.

US Citizens in Michigan need to be very aware of exactly WHO they are voting for come November.

And congratulations to both Susie Wiles and Laura Ingraham on surviving this very deadly disease! May you continue to be cancer free as you move on with your life.

HR5334 - Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026 was introduced by Jimmy Panetta (D-CA-19) on September 11, 2025. The bill had 23 cosponsors (5 GOP and 18 Democrats). The bill is summarized as follows:
This bill imposes a variety of sanctions, tariffs, and prohibitions related to Russia, extends an Iran-related sanctions law, and expands a tax deduction for teacher expenses to include early childhood educators.
For example, under the bill, the President must impose visa- and property-blocking sanctions on specified persons (individuals and entities) such as the Russian president and certain Russian military commanders. The President must also increase the rate of duty up to 100% ad valorem (i.e., relative to the value) on all goods imported into the United States from a country that was among the five largest importers of Russian-origin crude oil or natural gas if such country knowingly makes new purchases of such products after enactment of the bill.
The bill prohibits (1) the export, reexport, or in-country transfer to or in Russia of any U.S.-produced energy or energy product; (2) U.S. persons from making new investments in Russia or purchasing Russian sovereign debt; and (3) trading the securities of Russian government-owned, -controlled, or -affiliated entities on U.S. national securities exchanges.
The bill extends through 2031 the Iran Sanctions Act of 1996, which requires the President, with some exceptions, to impose sanctions on certain persons engaged in specified transactions related to Iran's energy sector or Iran's efforts to acquire or develop certain weapons.
The bill expands eligibility for federal tax deductions of certain educator expenses to early childhood educators providing educational or childcare services to those under age 6.

On September 15, 2026, the Office of the First Lady published the statement First Lady Melania Trump’s Special Visit to Ashe County, North Carolina Bearing Witness to a Community’s Resilience. Our First Lady had previously visited Mountain View Elementary School in Ashe County nearly 2 years ago after Hurricane Helene devastated North Carolina. This visit, Melania Trump noted a resilience and community spirit still present within the community. On September 13, 1814, 1,000 American patriots heroically defended our young Nation’s sovereignty at the Battle of Fort McHenry, in Baltimore, Maryland, where they halted the British invasion in a critical turning point in the War of 1812. The British had 5,000 infantry, marines, and sailors with 19 warships. The Patriots had 1,000 infantry and militia and 20 artillery pieces. The British suffered 1 troop wounded while the Patriots suffered 4 killed and 24 wounded.

On September 13, 2026, the White House published the Presidential Message on the Anniversary of the Battle of Fort McHenry. President Trump writes:

The battle came at a perilous moment in our young Nation. British troops had stormed through the United States, setting fire to the White House and United States Capitol in a campaign to crush American willpower and restore British dominion over our hemisphere. After their attack on Washington, the British turned their sights north toward Baltimore with the aim of capturing one of America’s most vital seaports and forcing a surrender on their terms. With the future of our young Nation at stake, the citizens of Maryland rallied to arms, forming a militia and preparing their city for battle. On September 16, 1779, the British began their assault in an attempt to retake Savannah, Georgia. This attempt was known as the Siege of Savannah or the Second Battle of Savannah. Starting September 12, 1779, the Patriots had 42 ships and 7,722 troops in the area. The British had assembled 8 vessels and 4,813 troops. The battle raged until October 17, 1779 when the Patriots retreated. The British suffered 40 killed, 63 wounded, and 52 missing. The Patriots suffered 244 killed, almost 600 wounded, and 120 were taken prisoner by the British.

The 118th FA, 132st MP, and 263rd ADA Army National Guard Units trace their history back to units that participated in the siege of Savannah (only 30 current US Army units have lineage that trace back to the Revolutionary War).

On September 19, 1777, the Battle of Freeman's Farm, was the first skirmish in the Battle of Saratoga, a major turning point of the Revolutionary War. While the British technically 'won' this skirmish and remained at Freeman's Farm fortifying their position, they were unable to strike the Patriot's main force on Bemis Heights. The British started with about 9,000 troops and lost over 600 (killed, wounded, captured) whereas the Patriots started with 7,200 troops and lost about 300 (killed, wounded, captured). The fighting went quiet for 3 weeks before fighting began again on October 7, 1777.

On September 20, 1777, in the late evening, 1,200 British forces made a surprise attack on a 2,500 troop Patriot encampment near Paoli Tavern in what is now known as Malvern, Pennsylvania. The British troops unloaded their muskets with flints removed and proceeded to attack with bayonets only. The British lost 4 troops and another 7 were wounded. Patriots lost 52 troops, 149 were wounded, and 71 were captured. This attack became known as the Paoli Massacre. It hardened the Patriot's resolve and inspired their continued fight for independence.

On September 15, 2026, the White House published the release President Trump Promised to Make Memphis Safe Again. One Year Later, the Numbers Prove It announcing that after 1 year, the federal surge into Memphis resulted in drastic reductions of violent crime noting Memphis is now on pace for a 25-year low in overall crime. As of September 15, 2026, the Task Force made 12,747 criminal arrests, confiscated 2,160 illegal firearms, and recovered 189 missing children. The release concludes:

On September 16, 2026, the White House published the release Safer, Stronger, Built in America: President Trump’s Record in North Carolina listing the ways in which the Trump Administration has made North Carolina safe again by driving down crime; providing tax relief through the OBBB; engineered an investment boom across North Carolina; and honoring North Carolina's military legacy. On September 14, 2026, the White House published the release Warrior Ethos in Action: DUDE 44 Bravo’s Incredible Story. In a 60 Minutes interview, DUDE 44 Bravo, the call name of the pilot who was shot down in Iran, then rescued Easter Sunday, gave his story of survival, faith, and combat leadership (click here to watch the 27m48s interview on X). You know the midterm election is a struggle session testing whether our country wants to be sane or insane. Of course, this raises the question: what’s so great about being insane? If nothing else, it implies a lot of bad decision-making, leading to all manner of sorrow and woe in life. So, why would so many opt to be crazy?

The answer is probably that they were snookered into it, fooled, tricked, rooked, spoofed, flimflammed, bamboozled, enticed into a range of thought and emotion counter to their self-interest and well-being. Isn’t this exactly what you see in the social phenomenon of “transing” pubescent children? To induce them to go along with a malevolent program for turning them into something they are not.

A whole apparatus was constructed to carry out “gender-affirming care.” Notice how positive the language is. It’s “care,” administered by adults, not a few of them physicians and clinical psychologists, who affect to care. And it “affirms,” that is, it validates, it turns supposition into fact (that is not so). The adults happen to be in authority over children. They are presumed to be trustworthy.

But they are not trustworthy. They persuade children confused by puberty to be mutilated with surgery and hormones in order to put on a performance for the adults. The performance is called “No Boundaries.” It does not really affirm a child’s gender by pretending to change it. It affirms the mental illness of the untrustworthy adults. They have developed a defect of cognition that disrupts their perception of reality. They don’t know where things begin and end.

Where did this come from? You won’t like this. It came from women taking over the leadership of our institutions, especially education. In the two centuries that public education has existed, there were always a lot of women teachers. But they were superintended by men with a sense of boundaries, who enforced the distinction between thought and feeling, between sense and nonsense. Now you see what has happened with men removed from that picture. Thought and sense have been deleted.

Women are primarily driven by the wish for communion and for care (of children and households). If they don’t find mates, don’t form households, and don’t have children, their drives can be hijacked. Likewise, if their households are broken by divorce and their children are damaged by it. It’s been increasingly difficult for men and women to form households and successfully raise children, or to keep a household from breaking under the social and economic pressures of our time.

Politics is another set of institutions increasingly dominated by women in leadership roles. They convert all the social discontents of childlessness and broken households into laws, rules, and policies which, not surprisingly, demonstrate a failed sense of boundaries and a contorted drive for communion and care. That’s how the Democratic Party — increasingly run by-and-for women — was bamboozled into throwing the border wide open under “Joe Biden,” and why they have become hysterical over the nurturing of those millions of illegal migrants now here. The drive to care has transformed into a mad, grandiose wish to save the world.

The nation’s borders are strict boundaries. The Democratic Party programmatically denounces the existence of national boundaries — viz. The “Squad” in Congress, et al. “No one is illegal.” That open border was profoundly destructive and costly for the nation. Donald Trump declared that national boundaries matter and closed the border effectively. This not only made him an arch-villain to many of the women in America with boundary problems, but it also gave them a big opportunity to exercise their drive for communion by ginning up public get-togethers such as the anti-ICE riots of last winter and the “No Kings” marches of the spring.

Mr. Trump, with his repertoire of distinctive male mannerisms, setting of boundaries, and bent for decisive action, propels these world-saving, deeply-caring, communion-seeking political women into raptures of rage and animosity. It might be instructive to remind you that, back in the history of this land, among the native-American Iroquois (a most civilized people), it was the women who were assigned the primary task of torturing their enemies to death. (Read about the ordeals of Father Isaac Jogues in Francis Parkman’s The Jesuits in North America in the Seventeenth Century.) More recently, one Lindsay Clancy of Duxbury, Mass., demonstrated how savagely awry female boundary failure can go.

This pathocracy of women in the Democratic Party accounts for the seemingly insane turn to communism. But, it’s communion-and-care all of a piece — the most extreme form of crazy ideological solidarity, plus the promise of free stuff for everybody (care!) with no boundaries. Meanwhile, over in Mr. Trump’s camp, you have an emphatically male-dominated hierarchy with the MAGA women’s drives for communion-and-care directed, as much as possible these days, back into the household and the nursery. Throw in FAFO as the baseline attitude and there’s authority you can trust.

If you needed another reminder why this year’s midterm elections are so important, Barack Hussein Obama II is back to make the case: Democrats intend to seize control over artificial intelligence and shape it to their advantage. The former president, who has refused to exit the political stage a decade after leaving office, wants his communist-curious comrades to scare voters about potential threats from AI in the final weeks of election season (Remember when we used to vote in person and tally all those votes in a single day?).

Obama is a blowhard, but he knows how to tap into voter fears for maximum political leverage. When he entered the White House, race relations between black and white Americans were at a historic high. Obama enjoyed extremely high approval ratings because Republicans who voted against him hoped that his presidency would heal any remaining racial wounds. Instead of embracing that goodwill and uniting Americans in common purpose, Obama and his attorney general wingman, Eric Holder, jumped at every opportunity to pour salt in those wounds. Even though crime statistics proved otherwise, Obama and Holder insisted (with the help of a compliant news media) that law enforcement officers were abusing and murdering black Americans. By the time his divide-and-conquer presidency came to an end, race relations between black and white Americans had deteriorated; Democrats were screaming, “Black lives matter!” and, “Defund the police!” in the streets; and domestic terrorists had assassinated numerous police officers across the country. Obama used the imaginary problems of “systemic racism” and police brutality to stoke fears, resentments, and racial divisions.

Obama has a long track record of inciting public fears and using those fears as political weapons. His decision to start banging the apocalyptic drum over AI is no different. Just as he inexcusably convinced half the nation that police officers were murdering black Americans, he is now working to convince voters that unregulated AI means certain doom. Obama’s not against the technological reality of artificial intelligence; he just wants to make sure Democrats are in complete control of it. This is what disciples of Big Government do: They write laws, rules, and regulations that give preferred companies monopoly power within a given industry, and in return, the corporate beneficiaries of these unfair privileges do Big Government’s bidding.

This is the leftist, globalist, crony-capitalist model of governance throughout the West. First, governments conjure a problem that can be used to scare the public. Then their partners in the corporate news media hammer that problem until the public demands government action. Finally, governments propose new laws that infringe upon the public’s freedoms while allocating new powers to the fearmongering governments. Scaring people until they beg for more government is how authoritarianism and totalitarianism take hold.

For decades, the best example of this government-run con game has been the “global warming” bugaboo. Over the last fifty years, Western governments have told us to be afraid of a cooling planet, then a warming planet, then a changing climate, and now extreme weather. Their constantly revised temperature predictions, shoddy science, and fake statistics have not stopped them from frantically ringing the alarm about a coming apocalypse that they use to terrify children. “The science is settled!” Obama and his globalist friends all exclaim.

Lucky for us, the leftist-globalists have a “solution”: Carbon taxes, expensive “green energies,” and expansive government regulations just might save the day! If we allow governments to control every part of the economy, some people could survive. It’s amazing when you think about it. Planet Earth is 4.5 billion years old, but we humans were on our way to killing it until we discovered that paying more in taxes fixes “global warming.” Of course, more taxes and regulations do produce a lower standard of living for the average person, which means that some percentage of the population must be sacrificed for the “greater good.” The Ancient Aztecs who sacrificed humans to appease their weather gods must have been the “progressives” of their day.

Just as people were starting to see through the “climate change” con, Western governments gave us the “Reign of COVID Terror.” Anthony Fauci and his government health bureaucrats funded a dangerous research project in communist China that ended up infecting most of the planet. Rather than admit that government scientists had once again killed a lot of people, Western governments saw an opportunity to push totalitarianism upon their populations. We got lockdowns, small business bankruptcies, school closures, mask mandates, experimental mRNA concoctions falsely labeled “vaccines,” quarantine camps, and “vaccine” passports. Online public debate was censored. Church congregations were arrested for praying together. In the United States, the whole Bill of Rights was thrown out the window. But pharmaceutical companies made tons of money! And Big Box stores such as Amazon and Walmart saw record profits after governments forced all their smaller competitors to close up shop! It’s almost as if Big Government and Big Business conspired to screw over billions of people!

We didn’t have to shut down the planet to survive COVID. We could have taken Anthony Fauci’s Chinese bioweapon project in stride. There was no reason for Westerners to curl up into balls and embrace mass panic. But governments told us that tyrannical edicts were the only acceptable “solutions” to a public health emergency that they created. They told us that, unless we consented to totalitarianism, we were all going to die! It was the “global warming” model of governance turbocharged to regulate us into total submission in record time. Just as is the case with every other globalist information war against the public, the blueprint remained the same: (1) Scare the public with a new problem. (2) Encourage the public to demand a government solution. (3) Provide a “solution” that transfers power from the public to the government.

The era of AI has arrived, and here we go again! AI tech bros are publicly hyperventilating about how their creations will probably murder us all. Wall Street and City of London speculators are promising that society will soon collapse. Big Government priests such as Obama are warning that the situation is dire unless bureaucrats seize more power. The corporate news media are blaring the same sirens that they use for “global warming” and COVID. All the smartest, wealthiest, most powerful people and institutions are screaming in unison: Regulate us before we hurt you!

Should we do it? Should we once again demand that governments come up with “solutions” that coincidentally take freedom and power away from us and hand those priceless heirlooms over to them? Or will we pause to consider how much of today’s AI fearmongering resembles the “global warming” and COVID fearmongering of the recent past? Will we ponder whether governments have our best interests at heart or theirs? After all, Barack Obama doesn’t come out of retirement unless there’s a golden opportunity to scare people into handing his friends more power.

If the Democrat Party takes control over AI, all the “politically correct” lies that run amok today will become cybernetic “truths.” AI will tell us that some women have penises and that some men give birth. It will regulate market transactions in order to “save us” from “global warming.” It will rewrite history in order to hide the fact that communism killed well over a hundred million people last century. It will falsely identify President Trump’s MAGA movement and other political parties that defend national sovereignty as being ideologically equivalent to Hitler’s Nazis. Leftist, Marxist, globalist points of view will become the default settings for the greatest information repository ever created. If Obama and his fellow travelers secure a government monopoly over AI, they will use it to advance their totalitarian playbook.

When Barack Obama tells you to be afraid, he wants to take something from you. If you don’t let him scare you, he can’t succeed.

WASHINGTON — Energy Secretary Chris Wright said a power-rich U.S. should mean lower electricity costs and more reliable power for ordinary Americans as the Trump administration faces pressure over electricity affordability, grid reliability and fuel prices.

“We believe in more energy and less expensive energy,” Wright said Thursday during a fireside chat with Daily Caller editor-in-chief Amber Duke. The interview took place during “Daily Caller Live: The New Age of American Power,” an event co-hosted by the Daily Caller and the Daily Caller News Foundation and presented by ClearPath.

Wright pointed to coal as an example, arguing that states that have moved away from using it as fuel tend to have higher electricity prices. He noted that roughly 80% of states without coal generation have electricity prices above the national average.

Coal has been central to the American electricity system for more than a century, Wright said, pushing back against policies that have encouraged coal-fired power plants to retire. The secretary argued that energy policy should focus on the cost and reliability of different resources rather than treating some forms of energy as inherently “virtuous.”

Wright also addressed the administration’s efforts to rebuild the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR), which was heavily drawn down under former President Joe Biden.

The biggest obstacle to substantially refilling the reserve is getting Congress to appropriate enough money to purchase crude oil, according to Wright.

The Department of Energy can also lend barrels from the reserve to companies during disruptions, with companies later returning crude to the government, he told Duke.

Wright argued that the current strain on petroleum markets is not simply a question of whether enough crude oil exists. American refiners are processing enormous volumes of crude, while additional Venezuelan oil is reaching the market, he said.

The more immediate problem is refining capacity, according to Wright. Wright said petroleum flows have fallen sharply since the outbreak of the conflict, describing a decline from roughly 20 million barrels to about 11 million barrels. He characterized the disruption as a fixable problem but said the bottleneck is increasingly occurring at refineries rather than oil wells.

Russia’s refining sector has also faced repeated attacks from Ukraine, which Wright said has proven effective at knocking Russian diesel production offline. The attacks have added pressure to global refined-product markets at a time when supplies are already strained.

China is another factor tightening the market, according to Wright. Chinese refiners have reduced refining activity while the country has begun importing additional petroleum products, increasing competition for available supplies.

“We can’t afford choking,” Wright said, arguing that restricting energy production or prematurely closing existing infrastructure leaves consumers more exposed when international supplies are disrupted.

Wright also criticized the Biden administration’s approach to fossil-fuel infrastructure, arguing that policies encouraging the retirement of coal plants and restrictions affecting oil production left the country with less flexibility when energy demand began climbing.

The consequences are increasingly visible in the electricity sector as utilities confront rising demand from data centers, manufacturing and electrification while older power plants continue to retire.

Wright singled out his home state of Colorado — which has a Democratic governor and Democratic-controlled legislature — as an example of what he sees as a misguided approach to energy policy, describing it as a “misinterpretation of climate change as virtuous” that prioritizes the perceived environmental virtue of an energy source rather than balancing affordability, reliability and environmental impacts.

The administration is also looking abroad as it attempts to expand American energy production and secure critical energy supplies. Wright said cooperation with other countries must be paired with ensuring foreign partners and companies operate under U.S. rules and respect the rule of law.

For Wright, those questions ultimately return to the same principle: expanding the amount of energy available to Americans while keeping costs down.

“There’s no virtuous form of energy,” the secretary emphasized. “There are trade-offs.”

Chef Andre Rush Joins HHS Secretary Kennedy For Episode 4 Of The Real Food Show Making Healthy Fast Food

Andre Rush was born September 7, 1974 in Columbus, Mississippi. Andre's older brother died of lung cancer in 2016 and he has been an outspoken advocate for cancer screening ever since. Little else is publicly known about Andre's family. There are rumors abounding about marriages and divorces; but, I found nothing in the usual 'source document' arenas.

He played running back for Lee High School's football team. He earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Trident University International. He also earned an associate degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from Central Texas College and an associates degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from Central Texas. He is certified in Household/Estate Management from Starkey International; completed the Sommelier Course from Denver Colorado; and holds CCNA, ACF, and Ice Carver certificates. Besides culinary and fitness, Andre invests his time in ice carving, motivational speaking, and life coaching.

Andre joined the US Army in 1993 and served as a trainer in hand-to-hand combat as well as food service. Over his Army career, he has been stationed at Fort Steward, Fort Campbell, and Fort Bragg. In 1997, he was assigned to be a chef at The White House serving Presidents Bill Clinton, George W Bush, Barack Obama, and Donald Trump's 1st term. Andre was at the gym of the Pentagon on September 11, 2001 and volunteered for combat duties afterwards. Andre was also a member of the US Army Culinary Arts Team winning 150 medals and trophies.

In 2018, Andre was photographed preparing a Ramadan meal for a White House dinner. There is also a photo of him cooking the White House Iftar dinner at the White House which went viral on Twitter (now X).

Later in 2018, he resigned as White House chef to product a TV show called Chef in the City. In 2020 he received a celebration of service award from the Salvation Army in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In 2023, he starred in Kitchen Commando (produced by Gordon Ramsay for Tubi). In 2024, he appeared in Culinary Class Wars (a Netflix South Korean cooking challenge show). He also appeared on the MBC variety show If You Rest Well, That's Good.

Andre is known for his physique, notably the 24-inch arms. Andre says he does 2,222 pushups daily as part of the 22 pushup challenge to bring awareness of the 22 Veterans who die each day by suicide. He is a supporter of the flex4forces USO campaign. Andre consumes up to 10,000 calories per day over 8 meals as published in 2021 in Men's Health. Andre states he has never consumed anabolic-androgenic steroids.

Chef begins by showing his Gurkha knife, gifted to him when he was in Iraq & Afghanistan when he trained with the Gurkha Nepalese. He explained that he starts his show by 'putting his knife down' (he then demonstrates what he means) and the Secretary states he's glad he didn't have his hand in the way. The Secretary mentioned Chef's YouTube Channel and then asks about push-ups.
1:29 - Chapter 2 - Push-ups for a Cause
As noted in the bio above, Chef states that he does 2,222 pushups everyday to raise awareness for Veteran mental health, suicide awareness, and also for kids who are being bullied.
1:51 - Chapter 3 - Fast Food Made Healthy
Make a healthy crunch wrap, a popular fast food. The Secretary points out that the fast food version hijacks your brain because of all the chemicals it contains making it not actually good for you. They discuss the per-portion price for the Crunch Wrap and banana dessert they will be making today. However, as noted below, I will not be addressing the price per serving here for a variety of reasons.
2:30 - Chapter 4 - Chef Rush's Knife Collection
The Secretary asks about Chef's knife collection on the wall behind them which includes daggers and throwing knives. While there may or may not be a use for them in the kitchen, Chef loves knives and his collection comes from all over the world with a lot of them are custom made from Japan. His favorite, which he used at the beginning of the episode, is called a Gurkha [a traditional Nepalese heavy-bladed, single-edged knife featuring a distinct inward curve.]
3:38 - Chapter 5 - Mise En Place [have everything ready in place that you need for the recipe]
For today's wrap, you would have ready turkey (or chicken or beef), brown rice, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, seasonings, and the rest of the ingredients. Chef states it is best to make your own seasonings, they taste better and you know what is in them.

5:11 - Chapter 6 - The Fitness Mindset
Chef asks the Secretary about working out and the Secretary responds that he lifts weights for 35-40 minutes and then he does about 15-20 minutes of cardio after, mentioning that he has done the weight/cardio routine since he played sports in college. Chef explained that he does a lot of push-ups because he is not home very often so he rarely gets to a gym. Chef says it's a mindset with 90% being what you put in your body that helps with fitness.
6:30 - Chapter 7 - Seasoning the Meat
Chef explains that you can premix your seasonings or simply add them individually to your cooking meat. He uses sea salt instead of iodized salt. Chef mentioned that there are a lot of salts available now to choose from that are not iodized. The Secretary asked Chef how he learned to cook and Chef responded that his mom taught him but that got tossed when he went into the Army because Army cooking was very different from home cooking.
7:36 - Chapter 8 - Real Food for Our Troops
The Secretary brought up Chef Robert Irvine and the work the Secretary is doing with Chef Irvine in revising the way our military eats (click here for the 1m33s video of the Secretary's visit to Fort Drum with Chef Irvine). The Secretary pointed out that Chef Irvine already had the plan ready and when the Secretary came along, the floodgates opened and the troops love the new food program (in the past the military bought food for its shelf life and Chef Irvine switched them to fresh foods). Chef mentioned his own work with Sodexo while he was in the military. Now he uses social media to reach many more people, especially children, encouraging them with ways to eat healthier. Chef is a proponent of eliminating fast food in favor of healthy foods.
9:53 - Chapter 9 - Kids in the Kitchen
The Secretary mentioned his 7 children and how 2 of them, both boys, love cooking. He sees food as a spiritual exercise where families come together. Chef says he comes from the hospitality state. They had to eat at the table with the whole family and they also had to pray together. Chef's own philosophy is service - treat everyone the same with respect and good service, this way your own standards never waiver. Chef mentioned finding a high-fiber wrap to make today's meal (many store-bought tortillas contain dough conditioners, gums, and preservatives - look for an ingredient list that is short, simple, and has ingredients you recognize).
12:30 - Chapter 10 - The Secretary's Favorite Meal
Chef asked the Secretary about what he cooks and the Secretary responded he does eggs all kinds of ways: scrambled (with cheese), omelets, sunny side up, eggs Benedict. He also loves steak. Chef said he eats between 12 and 24 eggs every morning and thinks breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The Secretary shared he eats about 5 eggs a day (but more when he was younger). Then they moved on to making the salsa for which the Secretary declined chopping the onions. Chef says don't try to go fast, speed comes with practice.
14:50 - Chapter 11 - The GRAS [Generally Recognized As Safe] Loophole
In 1948, the FDA decided they would not make companies do safety tests on commonly used ingredients, like vinegars, oils, salts, yeasts, and other items that had been being used by the food industry for years. The food industry capitalized on the GRAS program and now everything they use, even if laboratory-created, is placed in the GRAS loophole. It's why we have 10,000 ingredients in our foods whereas Europeans have about 400 ingredients in theirs. Many of the ingredients used were created in a lab (they are substances that do not occur in nature) and our bodies do not know how to digest them causing inflammation, chronic disease, and other issues. HHS is working to close that loophole which will force companies to disclose exactly what they are putting in the "food" they sell.
16:34 - Chapter 12 - Making Fresh Salsa
Start by rolling your lime using pressure to soften it before slicing and squeezing and you will get more juice out of it. Make the fresh salsa. Chef asked the Secretary which has more potassium, avocado or banana? The Secretary said avocado and Chef told him he is correct and mentioned that avocado also contains healthy fats as well.
17:57 - Chapter 13 - Assembling the Wrap
Use a dry skillet, place your wrap in the pan, then begin adding your ingredients: rice, cooked turkey, beans, tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, avocado, yogurt on 1/2 of the wrap, then fold the other half over and remove from pan. Slice into servings and eat!
19:20 - Chapter 14 - The Crunch BITE
This wrap has a whopping 32 grams of protein in it and tastes fantastic (according to the Secretary).
19:33 - Chapter 15 - A MAHA Dessert!?
Make sure you freeze your banana before making this dessert (the B6 and potassium are not cold sensitive so they survive the freezing process)! You will need a blender Chef used a Nutribullet). Many people do not know that cocoa nibs are slow roasted cacao (the slow roasting keeps the integrity of the cacao especially the fiber). Combine the banana, vanilla, unsweetened cocoa, and yogurt. Blend. Scoop into a serving bowl, top with pistachios and chocolate nibs. There is no sugar in this healthy, easy, quick dessert. So, instead of ice cream, using fresh frozen banana makes a great ice cream style dessert without all the sugar and adding 4-5 grams of protein to the whole meal.

Healthy Crunch Wrap

Ingredients:

4 large whole-wheat tortillas
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 cup cooked brown rice (optional)
1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
1 medium tomato, diced
½ cup salsa
½ cup plain full fat Greek yogurt
1 avocado, sliced
Homemade taco seasoning:

1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp dehydrated onions
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp garlic powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: lime wedges and fresh cilantro for serving

Directions:

Cook the meat. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it into crumbles, until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.
Stir in the taco seasoning, cumin, dehydrated onions, onion powder, chili powder, garlic powder, and a small pinch of salt and pepper. If the meat seems dry, add 1–2 tablespoons of water and cook for another minute.
Warm the tortillas for about 15–20 seconds briefly in a dry skillet. This makes them much easier to fold without tearing.
Divide the brown rice, seasoned meat, black beans, salsa, Greek yogurt, tomato, lettuce, and avocado among the tortillas. Don't overfill them—you need enough tortilla around the edges to close the wrap.
Fold the edges of each tortilla toward the center, working your way around until you have a closed, roughly circular wrap.
Place each wrap seam-side down in a dry skillet over medium heat. Cook for 1 minute, then flip and cook another 1-2 minutes, until golden and crisp.
Slice in half and serve warm with extra salsa, Greek yogurt, or lime on the side and enjoy.

Salsa (shown in the video but not included as a separate recipe on the website)

Ingredients:

1 tomato, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tbs chopped cilantro
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tbs chopped jalapeno

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, set aside

Chocolate Pistachio Banana "Nice" Cream

Ingredients:

4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2–4 tablespoons milk of choice, only as needed if too thick while blending
2 tablespoons chopped pistachios, plus extra for serving
2 tablespoons cacao nibs or finely chopped dark chocolate

Directions:

Freeze the bananas the night before. Freeze four bananas for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
Peel and place the frozen bananas to sit on a plate at room temperature for about 3–5 minutes before blending. This makes them easier on the blender or food processor.
Add the frozen bananas, cocoa powder, vanilla, salt, and Greek yogurt, to a food processor or high-powered blender.
Blend until thick and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary. Add 1 tablespoon of milk, only if needed to get the mixture moving. Too much milk will turn the nice cream into a smoothie.
Fold in about half of the chopped pistachios and cacao nibs.
For soft-serve texture, serve immediately. For a firmer, scoopable texture, transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for about 30–60 minutes.
Scoop into four bowls and finish with the remaining pistachios and cacao nibs and enjoy.

While this episode provides a price per serving, your price per serving will depend upon many factors, such as do you have all of the ingredients on hand (especially the spices) or will you need to buy a jar from which you will use the amount identified in the recipe; in what area of the country you live; availability of the ingredients at the store in which you shop (you might have to substitute something at a different price); whether you buy organic, what's cheapest to buy, or a favorite brand, etc. So, I will not attempt to give a price per serving based on where I live, and what ingredients I choose to buy, because it is more expensive here than other places around the country (but NOT more expensive than New York City or anywhere along the west coast!) and not everyone will buy the brands I personally buy.

New Jersey Data Center Spilled 5,000 Gallons Of Diesel Fuel Into River Tributary

A New Jersey data center spilled roughly a small tanker truck’s worth of diesel fuel into a nearby creek Friday.

An estimated 5,000 gallons of No. 2 diesel fuel discharged from a storage tank at an Equinix data center in Secaucus, New Jersey, Friday, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The spill has been contained, and DEP said it does not yet know how much of the discharged fuel entered nearby Anderson Creek, a small tributary of the Hackensack River. The agency told the DCNF the spill has not impacted the Hackensack River, no wildlife impacts have been reported and there are no drinking water intakes in the area.

Bill Sheehan, executive director of Hackensack Riverkeeper, said he was told a computer glitch caused the spill, according to CBS News New York.

“The computer was calling for oil,” Sheehan told the outlet.

At current New Jersey retail prices, 5,000 gallons of diesel would be worth roughly $31,000, based on American Automobile Association (AAA) fuel-price data.

Cleanup is being performed by a contractor for Equinix, and crews are expected to remain at the site for several days, DEP told the DCNF. The agency said it did not have information on potential enforcement actions at this time.

Equinix said it detected the leak Friday evening and hired environmental services company Clean Harbors to conduct remediation work. The company plans to investigate the spill and said it is committed to resolving the situation quickly.

“On the evening of Friday, September 11, Equinix operations detected a fuel leak from a storage tank outside our NY2 facility in Secaucus, NJ. The leak was stopped and we immediately engaged Clean Harbors to begin remediation efforts. We also contacted the Secaucus Fire Department, who responded promptly and subsequently notified the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) and Hudson Regional Health Commission,” an Equinix spokesperson told the DCNF.

“The NJDEP has confirmed there has been no impact to the Hackensack River. We are working closely with those agencies, local officials, and community stakeholders to ensure a thorough remediation while also conducting a full investigation to determine the root cause and prevent recurrence,” the spokesperson added. “Equinix has been operating in Secaucus for more than two decades and takes our responsibility to the community seriously. We remain committed to resolving this quickly, transparently, and responsibly.”

The diesel spill comes amid a broader fight over data center development in New Jersey, where close to 100 cities and towns have enacted local bans on new facilities, according to Gothamist.

Garden State activists have pushed Democratic New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill to impose a statewide moratorium on data center development, according to the Jersey Vindicator

The opposition comes as the artificial intelligence boom drives a rapid expansion of data centers and their energy needs. U.S. data centers are projected to require an additional 15 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day for electricity by 2035, according to BloombergNEF outlook.

The spill comes as diesel prices have surged amid disruptions to global oil and refined-fuel supplies. The national average price of diesel blew past $6 per gallon for the first time earlier in September as the Iran war squeezed global fuel supplies and disrupted tanker traffic through the Strait of Hormuz.

Diesel prices had already reached a record $5.85 per gallon earlier in September, surpassing the previous highs recorded during the 2022 energy crunch following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Diesel averaged about $3.72 per gallon in February, when the Iran war began, according to former AAA.

The fuel’s importance extends far beyond motorists who own diesel vehicles. Trucks haul food from farms and distribution centers to grocery stores, deliver packages to homes and businesses and move construction materials and other goods throughout the economy.

The spill follows other infrastructure problems emerging alongside the rapid expansion of AI data centers, a leak traced to a Bitcoin mining site in El Reno, Oklahoma, wasted more than three million gallons of water and forced schools and businesses to close.

Last Thursday, President George W. Bush sat down with his former secretary of state, Condoleezza Rice, to discuss the September 11, 2001, Islamic terror attacks on the United States. While reflecting on his actions twenty-five years earlier, Bush went out of his way to defend Islam: “I also made it clear that Islam was a religion of peace, not a religion of war, and that these people subverted their religion.” Bush’s absurd statement echoed a similarly absurd statement he made days after the attacks when he told the world, “Islam is peace,” even though the burned bodies of three thousand dead Americans strongly suggested otherwise. There have been 50,000 Islamic terror attacks since 9/11. Without question, Islam is a cult of conquest, misery, and war.

Bush’s Islamic appeasement angered me twenty-five years ago, and his continued appeasement infuriates me today. I cannot believe that the man who asked Americans to go to war against an Islamic menace that threatened (and still threatens) the world can be so intellectually shallow and morally obtuse. “Islam is a religion of peace,” is a disingenuous stock phrase that is too cute by half. President Barack Obama loves to tell the same lie.

While Americans fought and died in foreign lands in an effort to keep Islam’s homicidal evil from causing further harm to the United States, Bush and Obama resettled Muslims into America’s heartland. Twenty-five years ago, the sight of a woman wearing a burqa in the Midwest would have shocked and worried passersby. Today, it is too common for anyone to feign surprise. Both the number of Muslims and the number of mosques in the United States have more than doubled since the Islamic terror attacks that changed our country permanently. Bush told Americans that we had to fight the terrorists “over there” so that we would never again have to fight them “over here.” While brave American warriors died “over there,” Bush and Obama betrayed those warriors’ sacrifice by inviting more Muslims “over here,” ensuring that Americans will continue to endure Islamic terror attacks until this existential threat is honestly recognized and neutralized.

President Bush is eighty years old, plenty old enough to have learned that he has no business telling Muslims what their “religion” means. If he were telling black Americans what it means to be black, critics would rightfully accuse him of “whitesplaining.” Does Bush believe himself to be an expert on the Quran? Has he become a Texas imam or an “austere religious scholar” during retirement? If not, then why does he insist on telling Americans that Islamic terrorists “subverted their religion”? The opposite seems patently clear: Wherever the scourge of Islam stretches its poisonous tentacles, Islamic violence is certain. Muhammad was a pedophile who encouraged the rape, torture, and murder of innocents. It should be no surprise that pedophiles, rapists, and murderers consider that malevolent deviant a “prophet.”

Writer Antonio Graceffo wrote a well-researched essay this month describing in detail how Muslims are persecuting and murdering Christians across Africa, the Middle East, and parts of Asia. Carrying out massacres against Christians with hammers, machetes, axes, and guns, Muslims are right now engaging in a genocide that corporate news media and Western governments entirely ignore. In Nigeria, the Congo, Mozambique, Syria, Pakistan, Iraq, Egypt, Iran, Lebanon, Turkey, Algeria, and Indonesia, Muslims threaten Christian lives. These are the barbaric conquerors whom Bush defends as noble representatives of the “religion of peace.” No self-described Christian should stay silent while Muslims slaughter Christ’s followers around the world. Somehow, Bush remains quiet about Islam’s unquenchable thirst for Christian blood.

Islamic bloodlust continues to exsanguinate much of Europe. A recent German report shows that foreign migrants (most of whom are Muslim) are responsible for 47% of all violent crime in Bavaria. Over 80% of North African asylum-seekers in Switzerland have been accused of committing crimes while in the country. While British children beg the government not to resettle illegal immigrants into their tiny villages, the United Kingdom is granting settlement or citizenship to one new migrant every single minute.

How is the British government combating this unsustainable invasion? The Home Office hands each Islamic migrant a nine-page booklet explaining that rape and pedophilia are illegal and that women have the same rights as men. In this behavioral guide written primarily for Muslims, the British government outlines how it is not okay to beat women, mutilate girls’ genitals, have sex with children or unconscious women, or leave babies alone. The document further advises Muslims that “women must consent to sex in all situations” and “are allowed to work, study, and make their own decisions” without “permission from men.”

In a section on rape, Muslim men are informed that it is not appropriate to threaten someone into having sex or to have sex with someone who is “asleep, drunk, or unable to respond.” The British government warns Islamic immigrants: “If you have sex with someone without their consent, this is called rape. Rape is a serious crime in the UK. You could go to prison, lose your support and accommodation, and it will affect your asylum claim.” Furthermore, there are no exceptions for child rape: “Even if they say yes, it is still illegal.” Finally, Britain’s new Muslims are reminded that it is not acceptable to intimidate or abuse people or take sexual pictures or videos of strangers without their consent. These “religion of peace” people sure do need a lot of help figuring out that it’s not okay to rape or beat women and children! Perhaps the Brits should stop dropping them off in rural villages where they quickly outnumber the locals ten to one.

A rational person should have no problem understanding Islam as a threat to the world. President Bush held a position of immense power from which he could see Muslim atrocities as key features of that cult belief system. The fact that he remains too much of a moral coward to confront and denounce Islam’s murderers, rapists, and terrorists with clarity and resolve has contributed greatly to the current moral confusion plaguing the United States.

We now have members of Congress who openly support Hamas and Hezbollah terrorists. A terrorist-sympathizing Muslim is the mayor of New York City twenty-five years after his “religion of peace” friends flew hijacked commercial airliners into the Twin Towers and murdered thousands of civilians. Another terrorist-sympathizing Muslim running for the U.S. Senate from Michigan agrees with Muslim members of Congress that 9/11 was worse for Muslims who subsequently endured “Islamophobia.” When Islamic terrorists aren’t trying to murder Americans with their vehicles, bombs, firearms, or knives, they’re rioting in the streets and demanding “justice” for Hamas animals who rape and kill women and behead and microwave babies.

Bush’s inability to identify Islam as a murderous cult ideology has exacerbated the Islamic supremacy problem in the United States. In preparation for the twenty-fifth anniversary of 9/11 this year, public school administrators instructed teachers in Fairfax County, Virginia, to avoid associating the attacks with Islam. Teachers were even told to treat Muslims as heroes and to create “safe spaces” for Muslim students. Virginia’s Democrat governor commemorated 9/11 by ignoring the act of Islamic mass murder and pretending that three thousand Americans died from some kind of inexplicable natural disaster. While New York City’s Muslim mayor laughed during the 9/11 Ground Zero ceremony, New York’s Democrat governor left early, so that she could appear on cable news. Meanwhile, Gen Z Americans are largely indifferent to the September 11, 2001, Islamic terror attacks on the United States. Some even celebrate Osama bin Laden.

Americans promised never to forget Islam’s war against the West. Twenty-five years later, it is obvious that too many did forget. President Bush’s moral equivocations are partially to blame for this travesty.

Supreme Court Orders New York City To Respond Over Stun Gun Ban

The Supreme Court ordered New York City to respond to a petition seeking a writ of certiorari in a case challenging the city’s ban on stun guns.

The municipality had previously elected to give the Supreme Court no response after the Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) asked the Supreme Court to hear Calce v. New York City, arguing that a federal appeals court failed to apply a ten-year-old decision by the high court. The Supreme Court requested New York City’s response to the petition by Oct.8 according to the case docket.

“Frankly we’ve been disappointed by New York City’s continued defense of its unconstitutional stun gun ban, and we’re hopeful that the Supreme Court takes up the issue,” SAF Senior Director of Legal Operations Bill Sack told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “There’s also a likelihood that the outcome in our Viramontes and Grant assault weapons ban cases being argued this term will speak directly to this issue. The fact that the Court has requested a response from the city is a positive sign because any case the justices are sincerely considering needs to be fully briefed by both sides.”

In an interesting development, the Supreme Court has ordered New York to offer a defense to its stun gun ban in Calce v. New York. The Court previously held that the Second Amendment does not cover only weapons in existence at the time of ratification...

The New York City Law Department informed the Supreme Court it would waive its right to respond to the petition in a form filed with the Supreme Court on Aug. 6. The court’s request indicated potential interest in hearing the case, SAF Director of Legal Research and Education Konstadinos Moros told the DCNF in August.

The Supreme Court ruled in Caetano v. Massachusetts that a ban on stun guns was unconstitutional on Second Amendment grounds in a unanimous per curiam (unsigned) ruling released on March 21, 2016. SAF referenced the 2016 decision at the opening of its petition for a writ of certiorari.

“This case essentially is Caetano 2.0. In Caetano v. Massachusetts, this Court summarily vacated a Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court decision denying Second Amendment protection to stun guns that blatantly ‘contradict[ed] this Court’s precedent,’” SAF said in the petition. “The decision below similarly flouted this Court’s precedent to reject a challenge to a ban on stun guns.”

In his opinion concurring with the Supreme Court’s ruling, Associate Justice Samuel Alito noted that “hundreds of thousands” of stun guns were sold across dozens of states.

“While less popular than handguns, stun guns are widely owned and accepted as a legitimate means of self-defense across the country,” Alito wrote. “Massachusetts’ categorical ban of such weapons therefore violates the Second Amendment.”

“Everyone is retarded and nothing Works.” Turns out that’s the key to unlock the mystery of this particular Fourth Turning, the one here and now, of our own time. It’s an excellent theory of everything happening these days, formulated by a close colleague of mine. And as far as I know, it’s the only theory that makes sense. It explains, for example how and why consulting US attorney Joe DiGenova quit the grand jury investigation, as conducted by the DOJ in the Southern District of Florida (SDFL), of the treasonous conspiracy against the people of the USA running since 2016.

The most amazing part is that apparently no one in the country seems to give a shit about it. No politician has issued a statement. The blog-o-sphere, Twitter-sphere are mute. The President himself — the main target of the coup — was busy in Ireland this weekend. But let’s face it: he has a duty to steer clear of interfering in juridical proceedings involving himself and his office.

The most diligent investigator of all, Dan Bongino, the podcaster who spent years documenting the serial turpitudes of RussiaGate, ImpeachmentGate, the 2020 election, the J-6 operation, and so on, who wrote several books about these crimes — and then became Deputy FBI director for a year, with access to the entire trove of evidence about all of it — says nothing now about the DiGenova affair. How is that possible? Instead, for months he’s just played an insipid cheerleader on his daily podcast. Just imagine what Bongino really knows. Months ago, when he resigned from the FBI job, he stated publicly that what he saw in the J. Edgar Hoover building shocked him to his core.

I say all this because it looks like the case (or cases) in the SDFL will now go nowhere with diGenova out of the picture. Altogether, it was the gravest set of treasonous crimes against the Republic in our history, and nobody will be held accountable for it, a monumental insult following a possibly fatal injury to the country.

A certain amount of informed scuttlebutt comes my way, and the story I hear is that Joe DiGenova was of a mind to indict former president Barack Obama for his role in many phases of the ongoing coup, and that Todd Blanche blanched at that, in fear of provoking an even hotter civil war than the Red / Blue one currently raging from sea to shining sea (and especially in the three branches of government). Not just a civil war but, in effect, a civil race war, for fear of painting America’s only black president a criminal.

Mr. Obama enjoys certain immunities against criminal prosecution for official actions he took as president — as determined in the SCOTUS decision Trump v. the United States, July, 2024 — but the parameters of what, exactly, official means remains squishy. The boundaries would have to be tested case-by-case in the lower courts. Which is what the grand juries sitting now in Florida might have done (or might yet somehow manage to do).

Was it an official act for Mr. Obama to turn Hillary Clinton’s Russian Collusion campaign stunt into a seditious operation to run Mr. Trump out of office? Once Mr. Obama was out of office in 2017, did he direct continuing seditions through FBI director Wray and CIA directors Mike Pompeo and Gina Haspel? Does a record of correspondence exist, classified or otherwise? We know that the intel apparatus captures everything. Tulsi Gabbard might know what’s in there. Perhaps the same things that shocked Dan Bongino to his core.

Once “Joe Biden” was installed in the Oval Office, did Barack Obama direct the cabal that actually ran the executive branch from Jan., 2021, to Jan., 2025 — did he act as a shadow president? What would the law say about that? And is he responsible for “Joe Biden’s” ruinous policies such as the wide-open border and all it has entailed. One of Mr. Obama’s closest insiders, John Podesta (also Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign chairman), became “senior advisor for climate policy” in the final months of “Joe Biden’s” term. He was given $370-billion from the fraudulently-named “Inflation Reduction Act” to distribute as he saw fit, and an awful lot of it landed in Democratic Party adjacent NGOs. Was private citizen Obama involved in arranging any of that?

Is Barack Obama, the 44th President of the US, a true villain? He was a very slick performer during the eight years he was president. But now, the political faction he led — maybe still leads because, look around, who else is there? — has gone batshit crazy since his second term ended. His party beat a path straight into the overt advocacy of communism with a jihad cherry on top, and you don’t hear him complaining about any of it.

What I hear is that Joe DiGenova intended to subpoena Barack Obama to give testimony to that Florida federal grand jury and that Todd Blanche nixed it, so Joe quit. The next day, diGenova told the media that if the Florida team is “allowed to do their jobs” they will “succeed supremely” and that the U.S. Attorney’s office there was doing a “phenomenal job under the worst of circumstances.” He later added, there was “plenty of evidence” but it “just takes time.”

Whatever that means. Yet everybody knows what went down in our country the past ten years, that a vicious blob called the Deep State has been running a continuous coup, just as everybody with half-a-brain knows exactly what Covid-19 was about. The question that remains: does having half-a-brain mean you’re retarded, and does that explain why nothing works in the USA, including the ability to manage the nation’s justice apparatus?

Virtue Matters - For America To Be Great Again, Americans Must First Remember How To Be Good

The most important lesson I’ve learned in life is this: Virtue matters. You cannot hope to find happiness until you accept that there are good and bad ways to live. For most of America’s history, these statements would have been considered common sense.

The cultural revolutions of the ‘60s and ‘70s changed so much about the structure of society. Relations between men and women changed. As women pursued careers, office culture changed. Family life changed. Public expressions of shared Christian beliefs slowly disappeared. Adults stopped acting as adults. Society embraced infantilism.

Out of this cultural conflagration, society abandoned any commitment to moral commandments. In the past, people understood that there were moral and immoral ways to behave. Poor decisions engendered social stigmatization, which produced feelings of personal shame, which encouraged reflection, self-corrective behavior, and future temperance. After the twentieth century’s cultural revolutions, morality was mocked as an outdated system of social control. Our institutions — including our churches — increasingly embraced the deception that extolling virtue and condemning sin was an impermissible sin of its own.

The end result has been a sixty-year walk toward nihilism, self-gratification, cynicism, amorality, emptiness, listlessness, and existential dread. All these descriptive nouns evoke torments one might endure in Hell. By refusing to admit that there are good ways and bad ways to live, our society has invited the Devil to remake the world in his image. Then our civic leaders feign surprise when it turns out that this is not a happy place to call home.

I want to make two arguments here: First, Americans will not succeed in the decades to come if they do not recommit to the pursuit of virtuous lives. Second, the United States will not succeed in the decades to come if its leaders continue to embrace moral equivocation over righteous truth-telling.

As to the first point, one need not look very hard to witness the devastating consequences for a society that abandons virtue and embraces sin. By treating addictions as psychological conditions beyond the reach of moral judgment, we have absolved addicts of any moral agency. As a consequence, every American city now “tolerates” entire neighborhoods where vagrants publicly drink, shoot up, fornicate, and defecate in the streets. Not only is the recreational use of marijuana legal in much of the country but also it has become “politically incorrect” to judge people who depend upon cocaine, heroin, and other opiates to “function” in their daily lives.

Tens of millions of Americans are using a combination of prescription medicines, pot, alcohol, and illicit drugs that affect their states of mind. A steady decrease in Americans’ regular church attendance has been inversely proportional to Americans’ steady increase in mental health treatment. Because medical professionals have been taught that there are pharmacological therapies for every illness, patients now spend decades of their lives on pharmaceutical drugs. Social consciousness is hazy because members of society do not think clearly.

A natural repercussion of society’s “toleration” for drug addiction has been the normalization of broken families. Long gone are the days when an out-of-wedlock pregnancy would have brought a sense of shame and perhaps a hastily arranged marriage (at the shotgun-toting future father-in-law’s insistence). The Sexual Revolution of the ‘60s ushered in an era of libertinism, and the Supreme Court’s 1973 decision in Roe v. Wade to treat the killing of a baby as a woman’s constitutional right supercharged that libertinism. As sex was decoupled from procreation and promiscuity supplanted chastity, the ancient bonds of marriage lost much of their meaning. In a society that glorifies pleasure over sacrifice and self-gratification over commitment, marriage has become an object of derision, while divorce has become something to celebrate as an act of “liberation.”

A society that mocks marriage and condones the murder of children produces fewer stable, healthy families. That statement is obvious yet rarely articulated out loud. A child growing up in a home with a mother and father is significantly more likely to become a healthy and successful adult. Married moms and dads are absolutely the best “medical treatment” a child could be prescribed. Instead of recognizing the salubrious domino effect of healthy marriages and strong families on every subsequent generation, our society celebrates “hook-up” culture, single parenting, and the idea that lifetime commitments should be discarded whenever they get tough.

Fifty years of this destructive social philosophy has produced an epidemic of loneliness. Many women who chose to enjoy their sexual liberation sacrificed the support of a husband and the blessings of motherhood for a party that is much less fun after the age of forty. Many men who gave up on the institution of marriage sacrificed the support of a wife and the sense of purpose that a family provides. Many children who had no choice in the matter grew up to be dysfunctional — or even menaces to society — because they received too little discipline, direction, love, or some combination of all three. As a result, everybody is now in therapy. It turns out that life without family or God is detrimental to one’s mental health.

Whether seen through the prisms of inebriation, selfishness, or debauchery, living a life devoid of virtue invariably leads to hopelessness. The wages of sin is death.

Just as too many Americans will fail to find happiness unless they recommit themselves to living well, our country will fail to endure unless its leaders find the strength to promote virtue and condemn wickedness. That is another obvious statement rarely articulated publicly.

A society that demonizes hard work, skill, and merit as forms of “white supremacy” while giving special privileges to people because of their skin color replaces true virtue with fake virtue. Societies that celebrate “victimhood” manufacture victims. Nations filled with “victims” can never be victorious. Until America’s leaders stop obsessing over historical grievances, they will deprive each generation of the skills necessary for future success. “Political correctness” is not a virtue. Racial grievance is not a virtue. “Transgenderism” or sexual fetishization is not a virtue. Unlawful residence in the United States is not a virtue. Diligence, temperance, patience, and humility are virtues. America will not survive unless its leaders are willing to acknowledge these truths.

I know what you’re thinking: American leaders never tell the truth. High-ranking members of the FBI and CIA lied about President Trump colluding with the Russians. Fifty-one members of the so-called “Intelligence Community” lied about Hunter Biden’s incriminating laptop being a “Russian information operation.” Our federal government has been lying about the security of our borders for fifty years, while allowing tens of millions of foreign nationals to steal taxpayer dollars. Our election officials continue to lie about the prevalence of vote fraud in America, including a 2020 mail-in-ballot monstrosity that inexplicably made perennially unpopular Joe Biden the “most popular” politician in American history. Our public health officials lied about COVID’s origins, the efficacy of masks, the need for school and business closures, and the safety of the experimental “vaccines.” Trust in corporate news media has never been lower. Fake Christians celebrate “Pride Month,” “transgenderism,” and even political assassination. The lies never stop; they just pile up, which is why a record 89% of Americans say that government corruption is widespread.

American institutions will not survive this level of public distrust. The lies and systemic fraud will sink them. American leaders will never reclaim any semblance of moral authority until they at least outwardly behave as moral individuals. You cannot embrace sin and vice and expect people to follow you. You cannot inspire courage by being a coward. You cannot build a strong society atop a foundation of cultural weakness. For America to be great again, Americans must first remember how to be good. Virtue matters.

Sunday Summary Sep 6 to Sep 12 Plus Treasury, FLOTUS, National Observances, Anniversaries, America First, Election Integrity, Ireland, And More

By June 22, 1775, the Second Continental Congress saw they had neither the power to levy and collect taxes from it's citizens nor the ability to secure funds from foreign investors or governments. After the Battle of Bunker Hill (discussed in my June 12, 2026 ANP Article), Congress issued bills and employed 28 citizens of Philadelphia to sign and number the $2 million in currency they printed to finance the rebellion.

On July 29, 1775, the Second Continental Congress decided there was a need for someone to administer the new government's finances, so they assigned George Clymer (discussed in my August 27, 2025 ANP Article) and Michael Hillegas to be co-treasurers of the new government's funds. Each state of the union was required to contribute to the national treasury.

On February 17, 1776, Congress created a committee to superintend the Treasury. The committee consisted of 5 members and their job was to settle accounts and report on the status of funds to Congress.

On April 1, 1776, the Treasury Office of Accounts was created. The purpose of this office was to facilitate settlement of claims and to keep government financial records.

On July 4, 1776, with the signing of the Declaration of Independence (discussed in my August 24, 2025 ANP Article) our newly formed sovereign nation was able to borrow money from foreign countries.

On May 14, 1777, Michael Hillegas was named the first official Treasurer of the US. The Treasury underwent 3 official transformations between 1778 and 1781. And the US experienced rapid devaluation of the currency it issued.

On September 2, 1789, the Department of the Treasury was formed by the First US Congress (Chapter 12, 1 Statute 65) for the purpose of managing government revenue.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That there shall be a Department of Treasury, in which shall be the following officers, namely: a Secretary of the Treasury, to be deemed head of the department; a Comptroller, an Auditor, a Treasurer, a Register, and an Assistant to the Secretary of the Treasury, which assistant shall be appointed by the said Secretary.

Statute 1 went on to explain the duties of the new Department of the Treasury and it's appointed Secretary in section 2, duties of the Comptroller in section 3, duties of the Treasurer in section 4, duties of the auditor in sections 5 & 6. Section 7 covers what happens when the Secretary is unable to fulfill the position (either because they were removed by the President of the US, or any other reason for not fulfilling the position) assigning the Assistant to the Secretary of the Treasury as acting Secretary until such time as the position is filled. Section 8 then prohibits the Secretary from being personally involved in any trade or commerce, buying or selling public securities, or engaging in any other personal business activities influenced by the position of Secretary of the Treasury. [Too bad they did not put similar constraints upon the members of Congress!]

The Treasury executes currency circulation in the domestic fiscal system, collects all federal taxes through the Internal Revenue Service, manages U.S. government debt, licenses and supervises banks and thrift institutions. The Treasury Department also oversees the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (creation of paper currency) and the US Mint (creation of coins); advises on domestic and international financial, monetary, economic, trade, and tax policy; enforces federal finance and tax laws; investigates and prosecutes tax evaders; and publishes statistical reports. Prior to the creation of the National Institute of Standards and Technology in 1901, the Treasury also had the responsibility of overseeing weights and measures.

The Treasury consists of 2 major components: departmental offices (policy formation & overall management of the department) and operating bureaus (tasked with carrying out the duties of the department). This bill expands a requirement for federal agencies to report expenditures on the USAspending.gov website to include other transaction agreement expenditures. (Other transaction agreements, or OTAs, are contractual instruments other than standard procurement contracts, grants, or cooperative agreements; they are exempt from many federal procurement laws and regulations). HR5366 - Doug LaMalfa Federal Disaster Tax Relief Certainty Act was introduced by W Gregory Steube on September 15, 2025 to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to codify and extend the rules for personal casualty losses arising from major disasters and the rules for the exclusion from gross income of compensation for losses or damages resulting from certain wildfires. The Bill had 14 cosponsors (6 GOP and 8 Democrat). The bill is summarized as follows:

This bill extends the federal tax deduction for qualified disaster-related personal casualty losses and the exclusion from gross income of qualified wildfire relief payments. Under current law, unreimbursed personal casualty losses arising in a qualified disaster area (qualified disaster-related personal casualty losses) are deductible (as an itemized tax deduction or as part of the standard tax deduction) if such losses exceed $500 per casualty. On September 7, 2026, President Trump signed the proclamation Labor Day, 2026 (last discussed in my August 29, 2025 ANP Article) recognizing the hard work, strength, genius, craftmanship, resilience, dedication, and unwavering commitment of the American workers. President Trump writes:

On September 10, 2025, President Trump honored the life of Charlie Kirk (discussed in my September 11, 2025, September 13, 2025, September 15, 2025, September 16, 2025, September 20, 2025, September 23, 2025, and October 15, 2025 ANP Articles) who was assassinated by an accused assassin who is currently sitting in a courtroom having pled 'not guilty' to Charlie's murder. I remind everyone here that even though October 14 is the National day of Remembrance for Charlie Kirk, I want to recognize the day Charlie was assassinated (one year ago on September 9, 2025) because that was a day that changed the view of many. A judge determined that the trial for the accused assassin will continue and prosecutors have charged the accused assassin with aggravated murder which makes him eligible for the death penalty.

On September 9, 2026, President Trump signed the proclamation Patriot Day 2026, The 25th Anniversary of the September 11 Terrorist Attacks (last discussed in my September 12, 2025 ANP Article) pointing out that there is an entire generation that has no living memory of the events on 9/11/2001. In just over 2 hours, 2,977 innocent people perished from the terror set loose on American soil that day. But, in the hours and days after, Americans both mourned and prayed and resolved that terrorists would not break our spirit. We stand united against all forms of terror from the events of 9/11 to the socialist communists taking over the democrat party. By a joint resolution approved December 18, 2001 (Public Law 107-89), the Congress designated September 11 of each year as “Patriot Day.” President Trump writes:

On September 11, 2026, the White House published the Presidential Message on Rosh Hashanah (last discussed in my September 23, 2025 ANP Article) with President and Mrs Trump sending greetings to the entire Jewish community on this first day of the High Holy Days in the Jewish religion. President Trump writes:

My Administration reaffirms our steadfast commitment to ushering in a historic renewal of faith across our country, eliminating the scourge of anti-Semitism, and defending the sacred right of religious liberty for every single American. May you be inscribed in the Book of Life. Wishing you a Happy, Healthy, and Sweet New Year!

On September 8, 1781, the Battle of Eutaw Springs, South Carolina, was fought. This battle was the last major battle in South Carolina for Independence. The opposing forces were pretty evenly matched with the British having 2,000 troops and the Patriots having 2,200 troops. When the battle was over, the British counted 85 killed, 297 wounded, and 70 captured; whereas the Patriots counted 119 killed, 382 wounded, 60 captured, and 18 missing. Heavy rains prevented the continuation of the battle the next day. The British withdrew to Charleston. While the British technically won the tactical victory they lost in strategy. They were unable to stop the Patriots from protecting the south, forcing the British to move northward. The more than 18 acre site of this battle is now the Eutaw Springs Battleground Park and the site added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1970.

The South Carolina State Song, adopted in 1911, contains a reference to this battle "point to Eutaw's battle bed" in the 2nd stanza. I wonder how many people living in South Carolina 1) know their State Song and 2) understand that Eutaw's battle bed refers to the Battle of Eutaw Springs.

On September 3, 2026, President Trump signed an Executive Grant of Clemency granting a full and unconditional pardon to Patrick Tate Adamiak. Patrick was sentenced to a 20-year term when a federal jury convicted him of receiving, possessing, and transferring unregistered machine guns and possessing unregistered destructive devices in the lawsuit US [Autopen's ATF] v Adamiak, docket 2:22-cr-47. What the lawsuit did not address was the fact that the items in Patrick's possession were inoperable and/or inert. Patrick is one of 4 people the autopen administration wrongly prosecuted on federal weapons charges and President Trump has subsequently pardoned. The other 3 were George Peterson, Jeremy Kettler, and Shane Cox.

On September 10, 2026, the White House published the Fact Sheet President Donald J. Trump Announces the Working Families Obamacare Refunds with $500 refunds to nearly 1 million Americans in 30 states due to the gross mismanagement of Obamacare by the Autopen Administration. Eligible Americans will start receiving checks in October 2026. This refund is part of the Trump Administration's efforts to lower healthcare costs and give the money back to the people rather than to insurance companies.

On September 10, 2026, the White House published the release Trump Dividend: America Is Winning — and Americans Should Win With It stating that President Trump plans to provide every adult American Citizen a dividend check of $5,000 provided that Congress keeps a GOP majority after the mid-terms as a GOP Congress will (hopefully) support the dividend check the same way they supported the One Big Beautiful Bill last year. If the Democratic Socialists, (aka communists) that have taken over the democrat party win the Congress, expect them to fight against everything We The People want to have accomplished. So, when you vote for your Congressional Representatives and Senators, remember to check their record (for the incumbents) or look for President Trump's 'seal of approval' on non-incumbent candidates when you prepare to vote.

On September 9, 2026, the White House published the release President Trump Delivers Historic Results for the American People in Under Two Years, turning the disaster he inherited from the Autopen years into a safer and more prosperous world with shutting down the border, deporting criminal illegal aliens, helping communities to lower crime, unleashing American energy, getting the largest tax cut bill passed, changed government focus from DEI/Wokeness to Merit & Common Sense, returning manufacturing to our home soil, and showed the global stage that America is back bigger and better than ever with a goal of peace through strength.

New Normal For Democrats: Ashley Madison And Masculinity Struggle Sessions

The Democratic Party has touted Kentucky House candidate Zach Dembo as a model of “normalcy,” yet his own comments reveal bizarre ideas about masculinity, and his email was also connected to an account on the adultery website Ashley Madison.

In an August post, The Washington Sun pointed to Dembo as one of the only “normal” Democrat candidates, suggesting that other party members could use a similar strategy to ensure electoral victories of their own.

Citing party operatives, the Sun said that the “average Democrat is so abysmally low in the minds of most voters” that “it’s relatively easy to surpass their expectations with merely competent candidates.”

While Democrat-aligned candidates for the 2026 midterms have been accused of rape, have a daughter who was allegedly a cam girl on pornographic sites, or have used their positions as clergy to push leftist agendas, the Sun said Democrats should take a page from Dembo’s book and just be normal.

“If we have a political strategy of coming across as normal, we might have bigger problems,” Dembo told the Sun, adding that being normal is just something you either have or you don’t.

“Hopefully, you’re just a normal dude and don’t have to use it as a political ploy,” he said.

Yet clips from a late 2024 interview with The Good Guy Guide show Dembo comparing being woke to the masculine idea of being a protector, saying both can appear more performative than helpful.

When discussing the Good Guy Complex, defined by the host as a man’s drive to “do things because you feel it’s the right thing for society to do,” Dembo described the masculine urge to protect others as something that can become counterproductive, saying it is “basically using the same masculine idea of being the protector, but now, I’m going to protect women in the sense that I’m stopping these bad things from happening to them.”

Instead, Dembo said that he had to stop these urges to help and learn to “just listen a lot more.”

He continued, saying that “the biggest issue that we’re still dealing with” when it comes to problems in leadership, intimate partner violence, and sexual assaults is the “expectation of what it means to be masculine,” suggesting that when someone falls short of those expectations, they tend to overcompensate aggressively.

“And so they use whatever they associate with masculine, which sometimes is violent strength, you know, assertion, something like that — to try to overcome it,” Dembo said, before admitting that this is something he’s had to struggle with himself.

Just in case you thought @ZachDemboKY was a different sort of Democrat … he’s not.

To illustrate that struggle with not corresponding to “what’s traditionally considered masculine,” Dembo recounted an anecdote from his own life, sharing that he had been fascinated with butterflies growing up.

He said he had not only collected butterflies but had also worn butterfly T-shirts given to him by his parents to school, which he now acknowledges were “more associated with girls.”

Dembo also said that it had “led to some issues at school” and that it was something that he had to work through.

“I think that obviously led to like a lot of confusion about what it meant to be a boy and a man,” Dembo said. “But I think that’s kind of the struggle that we deal with, that I was thinking of, when you’re talking about the expectation: you’re the man, you’re the leader, like this is how you’ve got to be.”

The Daily Caller previously reported that an email shared on the Kentucky Bar Association website as belonging to Dembo was found on a tool that searches the emails used to create accounts on the infamous adultery hookup website Ashley Madison.

At the time, a campaign spokesperson denied that Dembo had ever used the site, adding that “If someone created an account with his email, he was completely unaware.”

The Dembo campaign has not responded to the Daily Caller’s additional request for comment.

Yesterday, the memory of Charlie Kirk, a decent young man known for acting nobly in an ignoble era, cut down (it is alleged in court) by a pathetic product of Woke cultism — the trans avenging angel, avatar of our national mental illness. And today, the memory of 9/11, for which no alt-theory or engineering lecture can obviate the lonely arc of those little bodies free-falling out of the flaming towers into nothingness.

So, we move on because there is nothing else you can do, really. . . sad, furious, or what. . . and then do what you can to fix this joint. If this was a house in a storm, you’d be hearing the joists groan and the rafters squeak as they torque out of true, like just before the whole shootin’ match goes down. Meanwhile, news is out that Joe DiGenova, the former DC federal attorney supervising the grand jury action in Florida concerning RussiaGate and associated treasons, is out. He said he “resigned.” That’s usually a cover. Somebody gave him the boot, and it was either Todd Blanche or President Trump. Cuz, why? I suppose we’ll find out.

Trollish insinuations are flying in the usual channels that he couldn’t get enough evidence to bring any proper cases, but I don’t believe that for a horse-face Hochul’s New York minute, nor that Mr. DiGenova actually said anything like that. Anyway, at least twenty million civilians ‘out there’ have been following this constitutional death dance closely for years. We know the names, the acts, the memos, the emails, the money trails, the dots and the receipts by heart. Many can even recite long legal memoranda on the likes of John Brennan, Adam Schiff, Jim Comey, Hillary, Strzok, Page, blah blah, dates, times, document numbers.

Joe DiGenova is old, others say. Not a good organizer, turns out. . . not a good team leader. . . things like that. Well, maybe his force of personality or renowned avidity to correct epic insults to the nation concealed all that. Anyway, he was brought in to replace a federal attorney name of Maria Medetis Long, and I bet none of you even know her name. She was on the case down there in Florida during Pam Bondi’s unfortunate commission, too blah even to go down in infamy. To the casual observer, the whole wicked business begins to look like a Chinese fire drill.

Or possibly a circle-jerk. And, of course, everybody is wondering: what’s the blast radius on this one? Can the DOJ’s Southern District of Florida recover some kind of equipoise and carry on and usher this pretty large troupe of scoundrels into courts of law? Or is folding like a Broadway tryout in New Haven? Does it now all get sucked into some vortex of lost causes? And wouldn’t that be demoralizing?

My guess: these acts against the country and its people are too grave, too important, to just go away, and won’t go away. What the diGenova fumble seems to point to is that persons and parties behind that treason — and you might suppose I’m thinking: the Intel (so-called) “community” and its many-footed ancillaries — are both desperate and powerful enough to try to derail the process. Just imagine how many retired Intel rogues are out there after seventy-plus years of, say, the CIA alone. Must be a lot of them, imcluding the fifty-one ex-Intel bigshots who signed the Hunter Biden laptop public letter in 2020 to queer the election.

You’ve got to wonder whether the agency that John Ratcliffe is supposedly in charge of has an equally large shadow org of these people, perhaps operating under the likes of one ex-CIA honcho John Brennan. And then you have to wonder what machinery of government they’ve still got their mitts on? Or maybe they just put the word out that pursuing any just resolution of the traitorous trips laid on America by them could be bad for anyone’s health. In any case, I don’t hesitate to point out that the legions of ex-spooks and their bag-men all have names and records and. . . well. . . apply a little Anthropic hocus-pocus. . . we’ll know where you live and what you had for breakfast before the ten a.m. break.

What I’m getting at — and I regret even having to affect coyness — is that the departure of Joe diGenova could signify some Battle of the Titans, a civil war not on the ground between plain citizens too bamboozled by sexual hysteria to put up a fight, but between the general officer ranks of two opposing elite dominions, the legitimate and the shadow, the light and the dark.

The action won’t stay backstage for long. Barbarians really are at the gate, and that gate is the midterm election. America has gone so crazy that it doesn’t seem to even recognize how crazy many of the candidates for high office are. The shadow dominion appears to be behind them, too: Telarico, el-Sayed, Peggy Flanagan, Becerra, Hochul. . . Lord have mercy! These are not just not-normal people. They are outright sickies, working hard to wreck the country.

Well, Labor Day is gone and the blandishments of summer with it. Time to stop sulking. All hands on deck. The bell has rung.

When pundits say that the United States — or the West, more generally — is “in decline,” what do they mean?

Are they talking about Western nations’ rising and unsustainable sovereign debts, including a U.S. national debt of over forty trillion dollars? Are they acknowledging that forty-plus years of “free trade deals” have hollowed out once-bustling manufacturing and industrial towns and left tens of millions of blue-collar workers unemployed and dependent upon government welfare? Are they admitting that a century-long public policy campaign designed to arrest population growth by discouraging marriage and families and encouraging promiscuity and abortions has created a highly sexualized, self-indulgent, and lonely world? Are they recognizing that open borders and Western governments’ traitorous betrayals of their own citizens have transformed relatively peaceful countries united by common cultures into battlegrounds where warring tribes from around the world attack Western nations’ histories, churches, traditions, tranquility, security, identities, and beliefs?

These are all symptoms of decline. There are many more. But none of these sizable problems is a death sentence for Western civilization.

After all, we live in a world where fifty million people live as slaves today. Nearly twenty million of those slaves toil in India and China. However, when political pundits describe the U.S. and the West as “in decline,” they usually describe the future as belonging to the planet’s two largest slaveholding nations. From the point of view of Christians and other enslaved minorities, India and China are Hell, while the West is the Promised Land.

Similarly, communist China runs the most sophisticated domestic surveillance system of any nation in the world. News flows are strictly regulated. Social media accounts are monitored. Purchases are tracked. Citizens’ “social credit scores” are adjusted to reward “correct” behavior and punish “incorrect” thoughts. While Western governments are shamelessly copying these forms of soft oppression and constructing their own surveillance states, the degree of totalitarianism that already defines life in communist China is not yet prevalent in the West.

Even more importantly, Western citizens have not yet yielded to totalitarianism as an inevitability. The United Kingdom uses as many surveillance cameras to spy on its citizens as communist China, but rebellious Brits vandalize these cameras much more frequently than their Chinese counterparts. Likewise, Americans have begun to target and destroy Flock Safety cameras that record license plates and track citizens’ movements. As Western governments scheme to construct surveillance infrastructure that is repressive in nature, Western citizens in growing numbers are fighting back against totalitarianism and in defense of personal freedom.

The governments of Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand censor online communication and criminalize public dissent; there is no question that free speech is under attack throughout the West. But Western citizens are constantly finding workarounds to communicate with each other and to spread their messages far and wide. While the European Commission and the British and Canadian governments are working to build digital “Iron Curtains” to keep “unwanted” thoughts and expressions from reaching their citizens’ minds, freedom-lovers are waging quiet wars against State propaganda and other systems of public control. Western governments are finding it difficult to erect modern “Berlin Walls” that separate free-speaking Westerners from thought-policed Westerners because Westerners on both sides of these social media walls are exchanging government-labeled “disinformation” in defiance of their regimes’ authoritarian mandates.

Furthermore, the fastest growing political parties across most of the West are so-called “populist” movements demanding an end to mass immigration and a return to secure borders. There is a belated recognition that Western civilization has been under attack for quite some time and that Western governments have been the primary villains doing the attacking. There is increasing public awareness that Western governments have been replacing Western citizens with foreigners as part of a long-term, malevolent effort to repudiate Western values and traditions and to instigate sufficient domestic strife to distract citizens from the economy-killing effects of “green energy” delusions that have no effect on the weather but do transfer wealth from the poorest to the richest members of society.

For too many years, government-sponsored paramilitary forces such as Antifa have been the only shock troops causing mayhem on the streets and terrorizing Western citizens. Now Western citizens are mobilizing huge public movements of their own in an effort to demonstrate to Western governments that they will no longer be silenced. For days, large numbers of citizens have been fanning out across Great Britain and Spain to protest their governments’ open borders policies that have flooded both countries with dangerous foreign nationals. They fight for free speech, secure borders, and the preservation of their way of life. Western governments continue to demonstrate how afraid they are of their own citizens by expanding online speech controls, criminalizing public opinion as “hate speech,” undermining the electoral will of voters, outright canceling elections, and designating popular political parties as “domestic terror” groups.

These protests, opposition movements, and forms of civil disobedience may appear chaotic or even scare people, but they are hardly signs of “decline.” On the contrary, they are unmistakable indications of life coming from Western societies that have appeared comatose for entirely too long. Energizing long-inert electorates takes time, but once the event horizon for political change is crossed, there is no going back. A mere decade before the American War for Independence, colonials were overwhelmingly loyal to the British Crown. The threshold separating status quo from revolution is often thin.

That is why the German political Establishment is losing its collective mind right now after the “Alternative for Deutschland” party won a historic victory in Germany’s Saxony-Anhalt state elections on Sunday. Despite the German Deep State’s attempts to criminalize AfD as a domestic terror group because of its opposition to open borders and the European Union and support for German culture and cheap energy, German citizens (including young voters) rallied behind the rebellious party. There hasn’t been this much raw energy and excitement in Germany since the wall came down.

This political effervescence popping up in different parts of the West is intoxicating. There is electricity in the air. It’s as if volatile elements are being shaken together, and Western citizens are waiting for the explosive chemical reaction. These are not signs of “decline.” These are the winds of change.

If decline is not inevitable, then, why have so many political prognosticators already written obituaries for the United States and the West? Perhaps pessimistic political pundits are a big part of the problem. They view Western “decline” as predetermined because they lack the sense of civilizational pride necessary to accomplish audacious things.

Our American ancestors embraced the spirit of “Manifest Destiny,” the belief that settlers would tame the frontier and expand the American way of life across the continent. They were not deterred by the lack of roads or the multitudinous dangers. They did not expect government agents to “save” them; they knew that they were on their own. Yet they did the hard things anyway. They crossed rivers and mountains. They carved new trails through the wilderness. With callused hands, they plowed the fields and farmed the land. They built the country one settlement at a time until America’s destiny lay manifest from coast to coast.

Our problems — no matter how gargantuan they seem — are not evidence of American or Western decline. Decline comes when people refuse to confront what threatens them. It spreads like poison gas slowly suffocating a nation. It disorients entire countries, one lost soul at a time. But decline is a choice. Every day, you either give in or fight. In America and across the West, we have so much worth defending. Our enemies wish for us to submit and die. We shall rebel and live.

States that offered billions of dollars in tax breaks to lure data centers began to pull back the incentives as the artificial intelligence (AI) boom drove up costs and fueled opposition to the facilities.

More than ten states paused or canceled data-center tax exemptions, threatening benefits that helped Amazon, Meta and Google build facilities across the country, The Wall Street Journal reported. Communities raised concerns about data centers’ demands on electricity grids and water supplies and questioned whether taxpayers should subsidize the AI buildout.

Ohio lawmakers exempted computer servers and other data-center equipment from sales taxes more than a decade ago to attract technology investment. The incentive helped turn Ohio into a major data-center hub, but its cost reached more than $1.5 billion in 2025 — more than ten times the state’s original estimate, according to The Wall Street Journal. Republican Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine paused new applications for the exemption in May.

Illinois, New Jersey and Washington were among the states that moved to halt data-center tax breaks.

New Jersey made $500 million in tax credits available for data-center projects before lawmakers moved to eliminate the remaining $250 million in August just two years later, reflecting the change in public sentiment in a short period of time. The state already awarded $250 million to one project.

Virginia, the leading state for data centers, projected roughly $1.94 billion in lost sales-tax revenue from its data-center exemption for fiscal year 2025. More than 35 states offer sales-tax exemptions or similar benefits to data-center developers, The Wall Street Journal reported.

The incentives can influence where companies build because servers and other data-center equipment were exempt from sales taxes in many states, often in exchange for meeting investment or economic-development requirements. The equipment represents a large share of project costs and must be replaced regularly, making the tax treatment a significant factor in the cost of building and operating a data center.

Texas officials scrutinized a wave of proposed data-center projects amid concerns about the state’s power grid and local communities.

President Donald Trump urged communities to embrace data centers, arguing they could generate investments and wealth.

“If you want to get rich as a state or as a town and if you want to pay lower taxes, if you want to create tremendous wealth, if you want your house to be more valuable and everything else, you’re going to want a data center,” Trump said Friday.

Tech companies argued the facilities generate jobs, investment and tax revenue. Amazon said it invested $19.7 billion in Ohio AI and cloud infrastructure, supported more than 6,400 full-time equivalent jobs annually and paid $9.2 million in Ohio property taxes and fees in 2024.

‘AI Could Kill Us All’: Anthropic Researcher Quits, Blasts Labs For ‘Gambling With Our Lives’

An Anthropic researcher just quit and sounded the alarm that artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to kill us by the end of the decade.

Jacob Coxon announced his resignation from Anthropic Tuesday in a chain of posts on X, saying he had spent the past three years conducting pre-training research at the two AI giants.

Coxon worked on OpenAI’s technical staff from 2023 until July 2026, when he joined Anthropic as a researcher. During his time at OpenAI, he worked on GPT-4o.

Coxon said Tuesday that both AI companies have failed to fully disclose the extent of their concerns about the technology, warning that neither Anthropic nor OpenAI is “acting responsibly.”

“They are racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives,” he wrote.

He argued that researchers and executives at both companies privately harbor far greater fears about AI than they acknowledge publicly.

“The people building AI earnestly believe that it could kill us all by the end of the decade. This is not a marketing stunt,” he wrote. “If anything, many executives and senior researchers will couch their phrasing in the press to sound sensible — but I hear the same people express fear privately.”

Coxon said the two companies differ in how they view those risks.

“At OpenAI, many have not deeply internalized the civilizational stakes,” Coxon wrote in a post. “At Anthropic, the stakes are well-understood, but they are locked in a race to get there first — they believe no one else will act responsibly, so they must do it themselves, despite the risk.”

Evan Hubinger, an Anthropic employee who leads the company’s alignment stress testing team, appeared to agree with Coxon, responding to his post on X.

“Jacob is correct here—we really do earnestly believe AI could kill all humans!” Hubinger wrote, adding that he personally believes there is more than a 10 percent chance AI could cause human extinction within the next decade.

While he said Anthropic is “trying its best,” the current employee further argued that the company does not yet have a plan to solve alignment for superintelligent AI and is “not clearly on track to.”

His warnings come amid a string of departures from AI companies by researchers who have raised concerns about the industry’s approach to safety.

Former OpenAI alignment chief Jan Leike left the company in 2024, saying he had reached a “breaking point” with leadership and arguing that “safety culture and processes have taken a backseat to shiny products,” according to a Business Insider report.

Anthropic has faced similar departures. Safeguards researcher Mrinank Sharma left in February, saying he had repeatedly seen how difficult it was for the company to let its stated values guide its actions.

OpenAI researcher Hieu Pham also announced his departure in February after saying he could “finally feel the existential threat that AI is posing,” according to Business Insider.

Recent incidents have further intensified concerns. OpenAI disclosed in July that its models escaped a test environment and hacked into Hugging Face’s systems, calling the incident a “warning shot.”

Anthropic later disclosed three instances in which Claude models gained unauthorized access to other organizations’ systems.

Anthropic has also revised a key safety pledge, replacing a commitment not to train more powerful models without adequate safeguards with safety roadmaps and risk reports.

The Daily Caller reached out to Anthropic and OpenAI for comment but did not receive a response in time for publication.

What we call “globalism” has been on the march for eighty years. A system that embraces centralized markets, bureaucratic regulation, international institutions, and so-called non-governmental organizations (predominantly funded by governments), globalism places significant power in the hands of a small collection of wealthy and powerful stakeholders from the planet’s top investment houses, corporations, law firms, universities, central banks, and government bodies.

Globalism speaks in the language of “democracy” while ignoring — or even criminalizing — the will of the people. Across the West, citizens have opposed open border policies that have flooded their nations with unassimilable, foreign immigrants. Globalists have categorized this dissent as “hate speech,” censoring — and even prosecuting — citizens for their social media posts and public speech. Globalists insist that there must be limits on free speech. They seek to punish “thought crimes.” They label opposing points of view “disinformation” or “misinformation.” In practice, globalists protect governments and institutions from public criticism.

Globalism also speaks in the language of “free markets” while heavily regulating industrial production, encumbering the use of private property, and manipulating currency valuation, stock markets, and trade. By effectively “printing money” and intervening in markets, central banks steal from citizens who save their cash earnings, inflate the prices of essential household goods, and protect privileged companies or industries deemed “too big to fail.” By ginning up “global warming” fears among the public, lawmakers, bankers, and bureaucrats have justified the imposition of “carbon controls” that regulate energy use, economic production, and human activity. By expanding public welfare programs while weakening protections for property ownership, globalists tax citizens at increasingly higher rates, redistribute earned income and savings, confiscate real property, and even permit squatters (often foreign migrants) to occupy private residences.

Globalism falsely clothes itself in principle and tradition. Its proponents speak of “Western values,” while encouraging non-Westerners to migrate to and radically change the culture and demographics of Western nations. Its propagandists claim to represent “the people,” while doing the bidding of multinational corporations and investment banks. Its defenders pretend to respect public opinion, while mandating slavish devotion to “expertise.” Globalism seeks to end the nation state while demanding that citizens sacrifice themselves for government bureaucracies. It wages war against Christians who refuse to worship government institutions as the highest authorities on “truth.” Globalists divide societies into “victims” and “oppressors,” so that citizens remain too busy fighting each other to notice the surveillance prison being built around them. Globalists criticize opponents by saying things such as, “That’s not who we are,” while taking a sledgehammer and blowtorch to Western identities.

In defiance of globalism’s steady advance since WWII, a revolution has been brewing. Although its messengers have appeared all over the world — including Pat Buchanan in the United States, Shinzo Abe and Sanae Takaichi in Japan, Marine Le Pen in France, Geert Wilders in the Netherlands, Jair Bolsonaro in Brazil, Javier Milei in Argentina, Alice Weidel in Germany, and Nigel Farage in the United Kingdom — President Donald J. Trump is the unofficial leader of the rebellion. What these men and women have in common is a strong sense of duty to their respective nations, a firm belief that culture matters, a preference for common sense, and a commitment to their countrymen over the international institutions, multinational corporations, and globalist NGOs (such as the World Economic Forum) that seek to eliminate national borders and condemn citizens to lives as disposable serfs.

President Trump’s “Make America Great Again” movement has spawned similar campaigns around the world. Whether in El Salvador or Nigeria, Spain or Australia, Canada or India, there are locals who have appropriated that slogan as part of an effort to make their own nations great. While globalism diminishes the importance of culture and celebrates amorphous “multiculturalism” as an inscrutable ideal, nation-builders around the world know better: Culture is the lifeblood of every society. It is the glue that binds a people together, fosters cooperation, and turns dreams of the future into reality. Just as members of a family help each other to succeed, members of a shared culture ensure their nation’s success.

People who climb mountains do not plant flags from the United Nations, European Union, the World Economic Forum, or the North Atlantic Treaty Organization; they fly their national flags at the top. Because no matter how much globalists lecture us about the evils of nationalism and the moral equivalence of all cultures, human beings know better. Our families, traditions, religious convictions, and historical memories matter. And when we ascend the icy peaks that few people have reached, we mark the moment, not as an achievement for “multiculturalism,” but rather as a testament to the inherent greatness of the places we call home.

For decades, globalism has been promoted as a “free market” ideal that would generate economic growth and foster international peace. But how has it operated in practice? Powerful corporations and lobbying groups have worked with governments to construct elaborate trade agreements that benefit the bottom line of political and financial elites. Rarely are the interests of the common man considered, except in the context of labor unions, standards bodies, or trade groups that purport to represent the average worker. Instead, complex legal documents such as the North American Free Trade Agreement have assisted in the creation of large industry monopolies while squeezing out small businesses. After the creation of NAFTA and similar “free trade deals,” American corporations and investment firms became multinational conglomerates, while Main Street mom-and-pop shops disappeared.

Globalism’s preferred winners became entities “too big to fail.” Why were they “too big to fail”? Because their trillion-dollar operations stretched like a circulatory system around the globe. Their drive for “efficiencies of scale” pushed them into every local bank, industry, and consumer market that could be secured as a beachhead for future profit. But in the endless expansion of it all — the mergers, acquisitions, and amalgamated monopolies — globalism’s circulatory system resembled that of a morbidly obese man only one meal away from a massive heart attack. A system so interconnected that it cannot survive the loss of any part makes the whole thing vulnerable to a few drops of poison.

Globalism’s rise has been debilitating for national self-sufficiency. In their unending quest for returns on investment, the globalists have built a world in which slave labor is used in communist China, India, and most of the African continent (while corporate news media ignore the story). Natural resources are extracted from third-world countries where environmental protection laws do not exist (while corporate news media ignore the story). Companies exploit both illegal immigration flows and legal work visas to drive down wages and drive up demand for (and therefore the prices of) food, fuel, rents, household necessities, and homes (while corporate news media ignore the story).

In treating individual nations as stolen cars being stripped and sold for parts, globalists have taken what is most valuable from each country while depriving those countries of the resources to build resilient economies of their own. From the slave mines of Africa to the sweatshops of China, globalism profits from blood. From the American Rust Belt to Germany’s decommissioned nuclear plants and the U.K.’s abandoned oil and gas fields, globalism sacrifices the wealth of nations, so that multinational investment banks can suck just a little more profit from the husks of countries with one foot already in the grave.

Why is it that patriotic love for one’s nation is making a comeback? Because globalism’s hatred for nations has left a trail of social conflict, government dependence, drug and alcohol addiction, deteriorating public health, environmental degradation, and cultural decline in every land it drains of life. What President Trump and his fellow rebels understand is this: Nations and their people matter. You cannot make the world great, while letting great nations die.

Clusterfuck Nation never sleeps, even while everybody else lays aside their labors. Later today we’ll light up the ceremonial grill, but for now it’s onto the tribulations of this dolorous moment in history.

It was just such a sparkling September morning twenty-five years ago when those hijacked airliners knifed into the World Trade Center towers (plus the Pentagon + a field outside Shanksville, PA). Despite all the forensic debate since then, I go with the original explanation that four teams of jihadi maniacs did the 9/11 deed. And also, yet, despite all the official defenses mounted since then — the Patriot Act, etc. — here we are allowing a massive Islamic infiltration and even takeover of many places in America, proving, at least, that history is trickster.

After the trauma of 9/11, you can’t deny our country went off the rails psychologically, along with the rest of Western Civ, as if its immune system broke down and the body politic admitted all kinds of malevolent parasites into itself. They have induced disease in most of society’s organs — our institutions — the main political parties, the news media, the government agencies, the foundations, the schools, the arts & letters. The West’s collective brain got badly damaged in the process.

The disease is identifiable, though some of its mechanisms remain mysterious. The disease is called bad faith: acting or speaking falsely, and knowingly so. Pretending one thing as a cover for meaning something else, such as hollering about “justice” when you really mean vengeance; “inclusion” when you mean to cancel others out of careers and livelihoods; “diversity” when you won’t tolerate disagreement; “democracy” when you just want to push everybody else around.

The forces behind all this give off an odor of the occult. You can perhaps name and locate some of the engines driving it — the “Globalists,” the Marxists, the London banks, the EU, the WEF, the São Paulo Forum, the CCP — but their motives remain obscure. Angela Merkel has stated plainly why she allowed the mass immigration of the Third World into Germany (and thereby into all Europe due to the Schengen agreement that erased the EU nations’ borders): “to counter right-wing extremism,” she said. That sounds pretty clear, but it also seems quite crazy. And why on earth does Ursula von der Leyen do everything possible to keep that going? Have the migrants not sufficiently demonstrated their antipathy to Western society? How many rapes, knifings, beheadings, café massacres, and Christmas Village drive-throughs does it take?

It’s also hard to fathom how the London bankers (whoever they are?) have any sympathy with the Marxist revolutionaries who want to end the concept of private property and the instrumentalities of money that go with it. Or how the Rockefeller and Ford Foundations became so enamored of socialism. Or why the CIA seems bent on betraying the American common good. Or how come the League of Women Voters stridently opposes common sense election reform.

The race hustle is more comprehensible. It operates within a permission-structure built on the agonizing differential between success and failure. It’s just plain extortion: our failure is your fault, so pay up. And meanwhile, thanks for no-bail-and-no-jail, and for permission to shoplift, rape, murder, loot, and riot when we feel like it. (And cry harder about it.) It’s an obvious sado-masochistic setup.

The gender game gets more complicated, but it also comes out of a permission-structure based on success / failure, aggravated by a mutual shortage of marriageable males and females forced to compensate for any combination of bad luck and bad choices that lead to failure in life. But that dynamic has been neatly hijacked by groups seeking to create as much social chaos as possible. Why else would the Democratic Party get so avid for drag queen story hours in the early school grades? Is it not obvious that this isn’t really comedy, as claimed? Rather, it’s the presentation of women as monsters. Have you ever stopped to wonder how many of the kids watching these exhibitions are actually terrified by the disturbed adult males acting-out in their faces?

And now, the gender lunacy has climaxed — in Massachusetts, arguably the craziest US state — where mobs of deranged women chant and blubber in sympathy outside the courthouse where a mother who strangled her three kids just got off the hook. The kids were unfairly cluttering up Lindsey’s life, you understand. . . .If anything is an apt tipping point for a society to go one way or another, there it is.

Twenty-five years of being insane is enough. It’s not making life easier for anybody. This is the meaning of Trump. He is aiming to fix as much of this as possible. That it’s his fate to play this role is further evidence that history is a trickster. It’s easy to make fun of him and his mannerisms; harder to weigh who and what he is fighting against — and what the stakes are. You might just boil it down to a battle between good faith and bad faith, of meaning business and playing games. The time for meaning business is at hand, and the time for playing dishonest games is over. Happy Labor Day and get ready for the action that’s about to come at you as we turn this corner into fall, for real.

The Artificial Intelligence Data Center Boom Is Thirsty For Small-Town American Water

The artificial intelligence data center boom is thirsty for small-town American water.

Data center projects have run into water problems in several towns that host them: a fire hydrant leak that wasted millions of gallons of water in Oklahoma, a bacterial contamination dispute in Wyoming and well water in Georgia that residents said turned muddy. The number of these data center projects has doubled in the last year, even as local construction becomes increasingly unpopular.

El Reno’s Pipe Leak

In El Reno, Oklahoma, the city traced a leak that wasted more than three million gallons of water and closed schools and businesses to a Bitcoin mining site, which was built and run without proper permits, according to KOCO 5 in Oklahoma City.

The mining facility, owned by Athlon Blockchain Technology, houses mobile data center servers in shipping containers and uses air and water cooling for AI storage and Bitcoin mining, the company’s website said, KOCO reported.

El Reno officials said they believe the property owner kept building and operating the facility without obtaining a certificate of occupancy, KOCO reported. The city noted however, that this had not yet been confirmed.

After the leak was discovered, the city staff condemned the site over multiple fire and life-safety code violations that, together with the leak, endangered the surrounding community.

El Reno issued a Stop Work Order for Athlon BT in 2023, KOCO reported. City officials set a hearing on the Athlon property for late September, according to earlier KOCO reporting.

“With data centers, you’re often seeing really large numbers that are hard to put in context,” American Energy Leadership Institute president Chris Johnson told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “In Oklahoma, for example, that amount of water accounts for about .002% of the total water usage in the state, or about 9 minutes of usage.” Johnson said incidents like this call for accountability, but he cautioned against a disproportionate overreaction to them.

Athlon BT, El Reno Mayor Steve Jensen and City Manager Matt Sandidge each did not respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

“I think almost everyone’s mistaken in thinking that data centers pollute water,” Andy Masley, a writer who covers AI and data-center water use, told the DCNF. “Every story we have about them polluting water is the result of construction runoff, which is bad but the normal result of building any large building.”

Cheyenne’s Wastewater Bacteria

A similar dispute washed over Cheyenne, Wyoming, where Cupriavidus gilardii, a metal-consuming bacterium, was reportedly found in wastewater during the construction of Meta’s local data center facility, according to Cheyenne Board of Public Utilities (BOPU) records released in July.

In total, more than 800,000 gallons of wastewater was released into Cheyenne’s sewer system between January and March, according to BOPU’s FAQ.

“BOPU’s wastewater treatment facility was unable to treat and remove the bacteria from the wastewater stream. As a result, the presence of the bacteria adversely affected BOPU’s ability to produce reuse water for irrigation purposes,” the FAQ stated.

BOPU fined Goat Systems, the LLC that owns Meta’s Cheyenne campus, $10,000 and banned data centers in the city from dumping startup cooling water into the sewer, according to the July FAQ.

“Meta is committed to being a good neighbor in Cheyenne, which includes helping protect local water resources,” a Meta spokesperson told the DCNF.

Meta argued that the city of Cheyenne’s Board of Public Utilities’ public documents on the water contamination did not support the enforcement action against it.

“[T]he Board found no impact to the public or environment. The Board’s investigation also demonstrated false positives due to cross-contamination in its own laboratory, raising questions about the validity of the tests that led to this enforcement action in the first place,” the Meta spokesperson added.

Fortis Construction, Meta’s general contractor at the Cheyenne site, told the DCNF it found no traces of the bacterium in Cheyenne’s water during its own tests.

“When initially alerted by the BOPU to a positive test, we began conducting a thorough investigation, which included repeated testing by independent environmental specialists, and have never found any trace of Cupriavidus gilardii,” Sarah Hamaker, a Fortis Construction spokeswoman, told the DCNF. “We have been in regular communication with the BOPU throughout this process and take our environmental obligations seriously.”

BOPU declined to comment due to the ongoing litigation over the violation, the group told the DCNF.

Neither Fortis nor BOPU shared testing results for the DCNF to independently verify.

Morgan County’s Muddy Water

In Morgan County, Georgia, residents near Stanton Springs said well water turned muddy after heavy site work back in 2022 when Rivian was grading an EV plant, 11 Alive reported in May. Meta’s local data center, which began construction in March 2018, recently became the focus of the water complaints.

“Every time it rains with a decent amount of rainfall, we get mud that’s coming through in the groundwater and coming up here through the pump,” Alan Jenkins, a local resident, told 11Alive News in November 2022.

“Seven million cubic yards of dirt got moved on the groundwater recharge area. I can’t say it was from Rivian,” Blake McCormack, chair of the Morgan County Board of Commissioners, told 11Alive News. “I just know we never got complaints before that happened. After that, we started having complaints.”

McCormack did not immediately respond to the DCNF’s request for comment.

Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York brought a glass of brown water into the U.S. Capitol on May 20, and she told Environmental Protection Agency water chief Jessica Kramer, ”I have a jar right here. This is the current drinking water in Morgan county Georgia.”

Meta disputed the residents’ claims.

“When Stanton Springs residents raised concerns, we commissioned an expert study of the local topography, which showed that groundwater flows away from their properties, not toward them,” a Meta spokesperson told the DCNF. “And all construction and operations water came from the local utility, not groundwater.”

“While we are committed to being a good community partner, we will still defend ourselves from baseless lawsuits,” the spokesperson added.

‘Vulnerable Water Infrastructure’

The disputes have surfaced as data centers arrive in communities whose water systems were built decades ago.

Shaolei Ren, a professor of electrical and computer engineering at the University of California, Riverside, told the DCNF that data centers draw on various cooling methods for their water use. Some of these projects use dry coolers which require virtually no water but more power, while others evaporate water to help cool the equipment, easing the electricity load when air is not effective in hot seasons.

“Many public water systems are aging, so this leak is another reminder of how vulnerable water infrastructure can be,” Ren told the DCNF. “Even without data centers, these systems need continued investment and upgrades to reliably serve new industrial-scale demands and deliver clean water to homes, particularly as extreme weather places additional stress on water infrastructure.”

American drinking water infrastructure earned a C-minus in the American Society of Civil Engineers’ 2025 report card, which found that nearly 20 percent of the nation’s water mains have outlived their useful lives. The report estimated roughly 240,000 water main breaks each year.

Some communities have tried to get ahead of the strain on local water systems.

Johnson told the DCNF that tech companies can also contribute to solutions to the problem. He pointed to Meta’s $100 million investment in water infrastructure in Kuna, Idaho.

“Kuna is in a desert, so investments like these are huge for communities like theirs,” Johnson told the DCNF.

At a data center hub in Quincy, Washington, Microsoft coordinated with the city to build a dedicated plant to treat and reuse the cooling water, which offsets about 138 million gallons of annual groundwater demand, according to the EPA.

Freedom Is Much More Important Than Democracy - Our Rights Do Not Come From Government

Democracy invites despotism. When understood as majority rule, democracy means that fifty-one of every hundred citizens can have their way with the other forty-nine.

“But I want to keep my possessions, weapons, and children.” Too bad, the majority have decided to redistribute your property to those lazy bums over there, disarm you before you can do anything about it, and indoctrinate your children in public schools, so that they learn to resent you and love the State.

Democracy is dangerous without guardrails. Unless a society has a strong sense of moral virtue that fosters personal discipline, duty, and honor, base selfishness becomes the driving motivation behind all political action. Unless certain constitutional protections exist to safeguard each individual’s inviolable rights, democratic majorities devour those rights whenever expedient.

This should surprise no-one. Political philosophers such as Hobbes and Locke described humans’ pre-government “state of nature” as a chaotic, violent clash of self-interest. Adam Smith’s “invisible hand” regards self-interest as the engine of free markets. Consequently, it is easy to understand why forms of democracy that are unshackled from both moral and constitutional restraints prompt a society to descend back into a state of nature in which humanity’s worst impulses are again indulged.

When Western leaders speak adoringly of “our democracy,” citizens should prepare to guard their freedoms. My goodness, there is nothing inherently virtuous about democracy. North Korea’s Kim Jong Un runs the most repressive regime on the planet, but his country is known officially as the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea! China’s Xi Jinping is the general secretary of the oppressive Chinese Communist Party, but his nation remains officially the People’s Republic of China! Dictatorships around the globe claim to govern in the name of the people.

One might think that the blurry line between democracy and despotism would make Western leaders wary of singing democracy’s praises. Defenses of majoritarianism embrace the notion that the votes of a hundred people will lead to a more prudent outcome than we could reasonably expect from the decision-making of a single person. But that doesn’t make any sense. Would you rather live in a kingdom with a benevolent king or in a democracy filled with rapists, thieves, and murderers? If there is a 50/50 chance that any single dictator is good or bad, would there not be a 50/50 chance that a majority of citizens are good or bad, too? If one communist would take everything you have, wouldn’t fifty communists do the same thing? Democracy is a coin toss. It is the veneer of legitimacy that makes authoritarianism look shiny and sparkly. That hardly feels like something worth celebrating.

Democracy is just a process. It shouldn’t be idolized for its own sake. It can lead to just or unjust outcomes depending upon the moral virtue, shared culture, and general wisdom of the voters. Aside from these cultural attributes of a society, there is nothing more essential to a nation’s long-term peace and happiness than the recognition of and protections for inviolable, natural, God-given rights.

Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of association, the right to self-defense — these rights and other natural liberties do not come into existence because of majority rule. Our natural rights exist despite majority rule. As the Founding Fathers articulated in the Declaration of Independence, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.” We aren’t equal because of democracy; we are equal despite any democratic vote that might claim otherwise. Our lives, personal liberties, and connections to God exist because of His will, not the government’s.

The idea that rights and liberties exist separately from the promulgations of government forms the foundation of our constitutional system and, more generally, of human rights.

The U.S. Constitution spells out quite succinctly what powers each of the three branches of government — Legislative, Executive, and Judicial — shall have. From where do our three branches of government get these powers? The Preamble to the Constitution lays out the source of government power plainly: “We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.” In other words, the government’s legitimacy comes directly from the people.

Every power that one of the three branches exercises is a power that arises from and is borrowed from the individual citizens of the United States. Any power not specifically delegated to the U.S. government remains with either the individual state governments or individual American citizens. This is profoundly important. The Constitution is not a document that empowers the federal government to do whatever it wants. It is a document that says, “You get to do only these discrete things. Everything else is off-limits!”

During the Constitutional Convention, there was significant debate among the Founding Fathers about the need for a Bill of Rights explicitly defending the inalienable liberties of American citizens. Since the text of the Constitution clearly limits the delegated powers of each branch of government, some Founders resisted the inclusion of a Bill of Rights because they feared that later generations might incorrectly interpret Americans’ inviolable freedoms to include only those rights specifically listed. Other delegates feared that, without a Bill of Rights, later generations might incorrectly reimagine the Constitution’s limited delegation of powers to include additional authorities that directly infringe upon Americans’ personal rights. Both fears proved prescient.

In order to clearly state their intentions to maximize the size of Americans’ personal liberty and to minimize the powers of the federal government, the Founding Fathers gave us the Ninth and Tenth Amendments as part of the Bill of Rights:

Ninth Amendment: “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”

Tenth Amendment: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Taken together, these two amendments provide a redundancy within the U.S. Constitution that is meant to preserve human liberty. First, the text of the Constitution restricts the authority of the federal government to a small number of specifically delegated powers. Second, the Bill of Rights repeats the framers’ intent to reserve all other powers for the people or their individual state governments.

With this understanding in mind, a reasonable person should ask: How is it possible that the federal government is now so large and powerful that it encroaches upon nearly every aspect of our private lives? How is it possible that tens of millions of Americans either work directly for government agencies or receive taxpayer dollars in some form? How is it possible that there are too many administrative agencies, committees, and bureaucratic groups for any one person to name? How is it possible that three federal branches with a small number of delegated authorities have been replaced with a growing number of government programs with seemingly unlimited authorities?

The answer to each of these questions is the same: The generations between the Founding Fathers and our own progressively traded freedom for democracy. In the name of the people, lawmakers, presidents, and judges ignored the plain text of the Constitution — including the Ninth and Tenth Amendments of the Bill of Rights — to steal our inalienable rights and liberties.

In order to reject democracy’s despotism, the American people will have to demand their rights and liberties back.

The first member of the President's Cabinet (first discussed in my August 30, 2026 ANP Article) was the Secretary of State. This position is equivalent to a minister of foreign affairs and the Secretary of State is the President's principal advisor on all foreign affairs matters. After the Vice President (1st in line), The Secretary of State is 4th in the presidential line of succession (preceded by the Speaker of the House of Representatives (2nd in Line) and the President pro tempore of the Senate (3rd in line)). The rest of the Cabinet follow in succession in the order that their departments became members: (5) Secretary of the Treasury, (6) Secretary of War, (7) Department of Justice Attorney General, (8) Secretary of the Interior, (9) Secretary of Agriculture, (10) Secretary of Commerce, (11) Secretary of Labor, (12) Secretary of Health & Human Services, (13) Secretary of Housing & Urban Development, (14) Secretary of Transportation, (15) Secretary of Energy, (16) Secretary of Education, (17) Secretary of Veterans Affairs, (18) Secretary of Homeland Security, (19) Trade Representative, (20) Director of the Office of Management & Budget, (21) Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, (22) Administrator of the Small Business Association, and (23) White House Chief of Staff.

In 1781, the Department of Foreign Affairs was created under the Articles of Confederation (discussed in 6 parts over 6 of my September 18 to 24, 2025 ANP Articles: Intro to Article IV, Article V to VI, Articles VII to VIII, Article IX, Articles X to XIII, Signers). Once the US Constitution was ratified, the 1st United States Congress re-established the department, renaming it the Department of State in 1789 and creating the Office of the Secretary of State to run the department. Thomas Jefferson (discussed in my July 21, 2025 ANP Article) was the first Secretary of State.

What does a Secretary of State actually do? First and foremost, they supervise the United States foreign service and immigration policy while simultaneously running the entire department. The Secretary of State advises the president on appointment/dismissal/recall of diplomats and ambassadors; conducts foreign policy to include conducting negotiations, interpreting, and terminating treaties related to foreign policy. The Secretary of State can attend international conferences, international organizations, and international agencies as a representative of the US. The Secretary of State is responsible for communicating issues in foreign policy to both Congress and US citizens. The Secretary of State provides services to US citizens living or traveling abroad (providing credentials like passports) and protects US citizens, their property, and their interests in foreign countries.

The Department of State also has domestic responsibilities. It stores the Great Seal of the United States and monitors its use. The Secretary of State negotiates with foreign countries to extract US fugitives. The Secretary of State validates the resignation of the President or Vice President only if the resignation is declared in writing and delivered to the Office of the Secretary of State (Secretary of State Henry Kissinger validated the resignations of both President Richard Nixon and Vice President Spiro Agnew).

In addition to these responsibilities, Congress may create law that assigns additional duties to the Secretary of State. The last time this happened was in 2014 when the Sean and David Goldman International Child Abduction Prevention and Return Act was passed.

The Secretary of State is the 3rd highest official of the executive branch after the President and Vice President. Historically, 6 Secretaries of State have gone on to become an elected President of the US: Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, James Monroe, John Quincy Adams, Martin Van Buren, and James Buchanan Jr. Other Secretaries of State campaigned for President but were unsuccessful (either before or after their term of office as Secretary of State).

On January 21, 2025, our current Secretary of State, Marco Rubio who was sworn in by Vice President JD Vance. Secretary Rubio was confirmed by the Senate with a vote of 99 to 0. He is the 72nd US Secretary of State.

President Trump has ordered a review of all regulations, guidance, and policies governing Ranchers. It will assist Ranchers in combatting predation by the gray wolf and the Mexican wolf. It requires a review of "country-of-origin" labeling law and regulations for the ability of the Trump Administration to mandate this labeling on all beef products.

On September 4, 2026, President Trump signed the EO Promoting Fair Competition In Livestock Markets And Expanding Market Access for American Meat Producers to allow American Ranchers to butcher, process, package, and sell their meat to consumers throughout our great nation even when the products cross state lines. This EO will enforce the Packers & Stockyards Act, PL 67-51, 42 Stat 159,7 USC 181. This EO will investigate expanding interstate market access for eligible meat products and re-establishing small and very small meat processing centers by individual Ranchers.

On August 31, 2026, the White House published the Fact Sheet President Donald J. Trump Announces Deal with Nine Additional Pharmaceutical Manufacturers to Lower Drug Prices for Americans touting, once again, President Trump's Most-Favored-Nation (MFN) pharmaceutical pricing and announcing that 89% of the branded drug market (representing 26 manufacturers) are now participating in the program. It is believed that this will bolster US pharmaceutical supply chains and reserves with 9 pharmaceutical manufacturers investing at least $19.6 billion in US manufacturing and some are donating active pharmaceutical ingredients to the Strategic Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients Reserve (SAPIR) further reducing US dependence on foreign nations for our national medical needs. Combined, these actions lower costs for US consumers with historic low prices available through the TrumpRx website.

On September 4, 2026, the White House published the release Made in America: Manufacturing, Private Hiring Power Explosive August Jobs Report announcing 162,000 jobs were added in August. Manufacturing (16,000 new jobs) and construction (22,000 jobs) are leading the employment boom with the remainder of the new jobs being in the private sector (124,000). Overall, wages have increased by 3.7% over the year.

On August 31, 2026, the White House published the Fact Sheet Delivering a Universal Sign-on for Public Services announcing the "new and improved" public service delivery through the use of Login.gov for most public services. I am really, really leery of a "one login fits all" approach to anything. I have individual logins with individual passwords for just about everything I do. When the VA decided to stop with the MyHealthEVet login choosing to force people to get either a Login.gov or an ID.me (a private Israeli company) account in order to use MyHealthEVet online portal, I chose to NOT continue using it. I do everything in person or by phone now and deliver my med renewals to the pharmacy drop box for refills. In addition, organizations that have better security than the various government agencies get hacked. I can only imagine what the hacking tally will be once this goes into effect. One database of user names & log ins will get you government-wide info on everyone who interacts with ANY government agency. A hacker's paradise!

Unfortunately, many people will appreciate the convenience of not having to remember multiple usernames and passwords. I suppose once you log in, not having to log in again just to access a different portion of the government website megalith would be appreciated by some. However, I'm sure there will be a 2- or even 3-factor identification process and it won't be just a simple user name and password that you will have to provide each time you access the system. Only time will tell what kind of a mess this will turn out to be.

On August 31, 2026, the White House published the Fact Sheet President Donald J. Trump Announces Historic Oil Agreement to Secure American Energy Dominance and Drive Venezuela’s Economic Recovery explaining that the Secretary of State and Secretary of War brokered a deal with Venezuela for 65 billion barrels of oil that will secure stable and low cost oil in the American Hemisphere and replenish and expand US oil reserves. This deal will also drive Venezuelan economic recovery and reconstruction in their oil sector. This move is seen as following the Monroe Doctrine while expelling foreign adversaries from our American Hemisphere.

On September 2, 2026, the White House published the release President Trump Secures the Biggest Oil Deal in World History which will not only cost US taxpayers nothing but will ultimately lower their fuel costs across the board. This release also corrects propaganda media's attacks on this deal assuring that this is a private deal, not a deal with the Venezuelan government. The plan emulates the existing Chevron operations in Venezuela. None of the 17 oil fields identified in this deal were being operated by Venezuelans. Cost savings are expected to be seen by US consumers by the end of the year with costs rapidly lowering over 2027.

On September 2, 2026, President Trump met with Secretary Duffy and US Travel Executives to celebrate the Summer Of Travel which broke US travel records this year (I'm guessing it's because of the FIFA Games, not because US citizens have the money to travel).

On August 31, 2026, the White House published the Release President Trump and VP Vance Deliver Manufacturing Renaissance to Michigan announcing the unprecedented crackdown on fraud in the state along with the restoration vehicle manufacturing and the jobs that go with the assembly lines. GM, Ford, Stellantis, Detroit Diesel have all invested in US manufacturing. GM, Ford, and Detroit Diesel are adding additional shifts to the production line. New vehicle sales in 2025 were the strongest they've been since 2019. AI data centers, Pratt Industries, Corning, Chobani, GE Aerospace, Saginaw Control & Engineering, Adrian Steel, and American Rheinmetall are all investing in Michigan bringing a broader manufacturing boom across the state.

On September 3, 2026, Vice President Vance briefed members of the media because our favorite Press Secretary, Karoline Leavitt, resigned to stay home with her toddler and newborn baby. VP Vance made a joke that he hoped he messed up just a little or he might find himself being assigned the Press Secretary position permanently, alluding to Secretary Rubio being assigned additional jobs.

On September 1, 2026, in an X post, White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles announced that President Trump met with leading oil refiners and distributors to see what could be done to lower prices at the gas pump for American consumers. These leaders used California as an example of how Dumocrats in general, and the Autopen Administration in particular, have attacked American energy, shut down refineries, and driven up costs for American consumers. President Trump and his Administration are working on cutting regulations that enable higher prices.

HR6500 - Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2027 was introduced by Jason Smith (R-MO-8) on December 9, 2025. The bill had 1 cosponsor (GOP). This bill extends funding from October 1, 2026 to December 11, 2026 in order to avoid another government shutdown before the mid-term elections are completed. This bill funds most programs at the FY2026 level and extends several authorizations that were set to expire September 30, 2026. In addition it extends the freeze on cost-of-living adjustments for Members of Congress, limits pay increases for the Vice President and certain political appointees, and provides death gratuities to beneficiaries of the two Members of Congress who died while in office.

On June 23, 2026, the National Resilience Strategy (discussed in my June 25, 2026 ANP Article) focused on readiness, responsibility, and results. States and communities were invited to participate by building their own operational capacity to manage the emergencies unique to their location. However, this treaty would not be fully ratified by the Confederation Congress until January 14, 1784.

On August 31, 2026, President Trump announced on Truth Social that Robert Gilman, a Massachusetts teacher and former US Marine, has returned home after being held in Russia for 4 years. Robert is the 109th American freed since President Trump started his 2nd term as President.

Robert went to Russia to teach English; however, he was accused of assaulting a police officer and sentenced to 10 years in prison in January 2022. While in prison, he suffered physical abuse by the prison staff. He is now receiving care at the Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Not to put too fine a point on it: but whenever a lawfare ninja of the Democratic Party utters the phrase “our democracy,” you must know that they are completely full of shit. For sure, they do not mean anything remotely related to an American commonweal, as understood by people of sound mind and good faith. What they mean by “our democracy” is the state as a racketeering operation run for the sole benefit of their party members, along with the ruthless power to annihilate their opponents and critics.

The war-cry “our democracy” only signifies how degenerate they have become. Though they yearn to win control of Congress in these midterm elections by any means necessary, the party’s actual prospects are not so great, having nominated a pack of obvious morons and reprobates such as Abdul el-Sayed (MI), James Talarico (TX), Angie Nixon (FL), Troy Jackson (ME), and Peggy Flanagan (MN) for the US Senate.

Now, it appears that President Donald Trump is determined to clean up our fraud-ridden election process this year, one way or another. Hopes are nearly dead for Congress passing a comprehensive election reform law, the SAVE Act, so he has looked to other measures. One is a procedure for the US Postal Service to match and track mail-in ballots to real persons with actual addresses listed on state voter rolls. The matter is still working through courts. The DOJ’s Civil Rights Division has pledged to send about 1000 election monitors to polling places around the country as “observers,” which could obviate arrant shenanigans like the broken toilet ploy in Fulton County, GA, 2020.

Mr. Trump could go further, as discussed here recently, and declare a National Security Executive Order with more exacting rules such as requiring proof of citizenship and photo ID at the polls, and reporting election results no later than the day following the election. The Democratic Party is fighting desperately to prevent any changes to current procedure with so much room for fraud. The effort is led by chief lawfare ninja Norm Eisen, who is associated with several activist NGOs: the States United Democracy Center (founder); State Democracy Defenders PAC; Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW); the Brookings Institution; plus his own pro bono litigation practice, Norma Eisen PLLC.

Eisen enjoys many millions of dollars in backing that have enabled him to file hundreds of court cases against Trump administration actions, including the recent suits against the US Postal Service mail-in ballot plan. His own NGOs are backed by hundreds of other NGOs both here and globally, many of which have been involved in color revolutions in foreign countries. Eisen himself has played a part in many episodes of the long-running color revolution here in the USA, including RussiaGate, the 2020 fake impeachment, and the Jan-6 House Committee. All that could be described in totality as a seditious coup attempt — and it’s all currently under investigation by several federal grand juries.

Likewise, lawfare ninja Marc Elias, who operates his election activities through Democracy Docket (founder); the Free election Fund; the Democracy Forward Foundation (board chair); We the Action; plus his own firm, the Elias Law Group. He was formerly a lawyer with the DC law firm Perkins Coie, through which he served as general counsel to the Hillary Clinton campaign in 2016. He shepherded the Steele Dossier into the Intel apparatus and around the news media.

All that is a prelude to a disturbing roll-out of events that anyone paying attention can see coming this fall. The Democratic Party has massive resources not just to stall and obstruct pre-election reform, but to mount a vicious resistance after the fact if it doesn’t produce their desired result. They could go as far as to repudiate the election, refuse to accept its results. If the president does issue that NatSec EO prior to the election, blue state officials could refuse to hold elections under new rules. Thirty states have already refused to comply with DOJ demands to submit their official voter rolls for evaluation. Some of the aforementioned activist NGOs have promised post-election street actions (demonstrations that could easily turn into riots).

In the face of that, you can foresee the necessity of the president having to invoke the Insurrection Act of 1878 (10 U.S.C. §§ 251–255). The act provides an exception to the Posse Commitatus Act, also 1878, which forbids the use of the US military to act as police inside the USA. Under the Insurrection Act, the president can federalize states’ national guard units to enforce federal law or protect constitutional rights when ordinary civilian means are not enough.

The Act has been used before in our history about thirty times by fifteen presidents, including the Great Railway Strike of 1877 (Pres. Hayes); the Pullman Strike of 1894 (Pres. Cleveland); the Little Rock School Desegregation resistance of 1957 (Pres. Eisenhower sent in the 82nd Airborne). Pres. Lyndon Johnson invoked it three times: the Selma to Montgomery March of 1965; the Detroit riots of 1967; and the riots that followed the Assassination of Martin Luther King, 1968. Pres. George H. W. Bush used it in 1994 to quell the Rodney King Riots in Los Angeles.

If Mr. Trump invokes the Insurrection Act around any violence or organized election rebellion this year, he will invite the Democrats to label him an autocrat, a tyrant, a wannabe king, as they have been taunting him and goading him with for years. Let’s suppose that will be enough to inflame the party’s activists. I think you can see how this lays the groundwork for something that looks like a new civil war. The repudiation of election results by blue states would be enough.

Know this: it won’t work. It will result in charges of sedition and many Democratic officials will be arrested and charged, probably some governors. It will be a really ugly episode in our history, but we’ll get through it. Of course, it will be the end of the Democratic Party.

Local Mom Dragged Into Court For Trying To Obtain Info On Secret Data Center Deals

An Arkansas mom and healthcare worker obtained a trove of documents about a data center deal between a local energy company and Google. Now, she is caught in a legal fight between the energy company and the news outlet she shared the documents with, with video surfacing of her being dragged into federal court Tuesday, weeping and scared.

Jessica Kivell recently sent a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Arkansas Public Service Commission, which regulates state electricity prices, regarding a data center deal between Entergy Arkansas and Google, according to the Arkansas Times. The government appeared to have mistakenly handed Kivell the documents, which she then sent to a reporter at the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.

The documents purportedly revealed that Google will not be paying the entire cost of infrastructure upgrades needed to power a new data center in West Memphis, despite claims to the contrary, according to the Arkansas Times. Google will only pay a third of the cost, $526 million, of a new solar array required to power the data center, the outlet reported.

Entergy sent attorneys and officials to a federal courthouse Tuesday to prevent the documents and information from remaining public, according to the Arkansas Times. The company sued the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and requested a restraining order on Kivell, arguing the documents contained trade secrets, the publication of which might violate state and federal laws.

Kivell was “visibly scared” when she arrived in court in her work scrubs after she arranged for her husband to pick up their daughter, according to the Arkansas Times, which was also listed in Entergy’s restraining order request. Throughout a closed-door portion of the hearing, Kivell wept loudly and continued to sob when she returned to the courtroom, the Arkansas Times reported.

U.S. District Judge Lee Rudofsky issued a ruling Wednesday that denied Entergy’s request for a temporary restraining order that would have prohibited the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette from publishing information about the deal. He also denied the restraining order on Kivell.

Entergy disputed the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette’s reporting and called for a retraction Wednesday.

“The information first published in the Aug. 31 Arkansas Democrat Gazette contains a serious and careless mathematical error,” Entergy alleged. “The calculation accounts for only 12 months of payments rather than the full twenty-year term of the agreement — a fact that was known to the paper but not included in its math.”

“Using the figures published in the article — $443 million plus $83 million minimum annually over 20 years — the total would be approximately $2.103 billion, not the amount reported. That distinction is significant,” the company went on. “In fact, as demonstrated by the evidence submitted to the Arkansas Public Service Commission, Google is not only paying its cost to serve but is delivering $1.1 billion in other benefits to Arkansas customers.”

The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette later released a statement in response to Entergy on Wednesday evening, alleging that Entergy “operates on a fallacious and unchecked assumption that the figure in question was the result of a mathematical calculation. This is untrue.”

“Entergy never inquired with the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette about the source of the number. The figure in question, $526 million, was cited in documents obtained in the records request,” the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette said. “The number, in other words, was not the product of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette performing calculations.”

“Independent of us,” the statement continued, “Google repeatedly has cited the same figure of $526 million to other news outlets as well as to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Entergy, in fact, performs calculations in its statement that we have not seen substantiated by the records.”

Google said in a statement that it is “fully committed to covering 100% of the power and infrastructure costs for our West Memphis data center.”

“While upfront payments total $526 million,” Google continued, “our ongoing monthly rates over the 20-year agreement will completely fund our operational footprint.”

On September 2, 2026, the 3rd episode of The Real Food Show hosted by HHS Secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr featured television host, food writer, and chef Daphne Oz.

Daphne Nur Oz was born February 17, 1986 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is the oldest of 4 children of parents Mehmet Oz (TV's Dr Oz who is now serving as CMS Administrator in HHS for the Trump Administration) and Lisa Lemole Oz.

In 2004, Daphne graduated from Dwight-Englewood School. In 2008, she graduated Princeton University with a degree in Near Eastern Studies. She also completed a program of study at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She received a culinary degree from The Natural Gourmet Institute.

On August 26, 2010, Daphne married John Jovanovic, an investment fund analyst, in a civil ceremony at the Municipal Marriage Bureau in Manhattan, New York. Daphne and John followed up this civil ceremony with 2 religious ceremonies on August 28, 2010: the first at Servian Saints Church in Portland, Maine and the other at the Swedenborgian Church led by Reverend Prescott Rogers at the home of her maternal grandparents. The couple have 4 children.

The Chew also received the 2015 award for Outstanding Informative Talk Show Host. Daphne left The Chew after the 7th and final season on August 11, 2017. Between August 2017 and July 2019, she was a guest host on a variety of shows. On July 17, 2019 she joined Gordon Ramsay and Aaron Sanchez for the 8th season of MasterChef Junior.

When her father, Mehmet Oz, announced he was running for US Senate in 2022, the Doctor Oz Show was pulled from various stations due to "equal air time" for political candidates. While this was not good news for her father, Daphne became host of a replacement show called The Good Dish with co-hosts Gail Simmons and Jamika Pessoa. The show lasted 2 months.

Since The Good Dish was cancelled, she has focused on social media with her website Daphne Oz, where she has 2.5 million followers. Her website features recipes (covering appetizers, breakfast, chicken, cocktail, dessert, dinner, fish, grilling, holiday, lunch, pasta, pizza, salad, side, smoothie, snack, soup, vegan, and vegetarian dishes), collaborations (with designers for items she sells in the shopping experience), books (which will take you to Amazon for the books I've listed above), recommendations (style, life, and beauty), and a shopping experience where she sells clothing, jewelry, shoes, makeup, handbags, and serving ware. As well as focusing on her MasterChef Junior judging role.

In Episode 3 of the Real Food Show Secretary Kennedy and Chef Daphne Oz (Chef) make a simple, delicious, and affordable Chickpea Salad. The version of the recipe shown in the video will serve about 2 people. The full recipe (below) serves 4 people.

0:00 - Chapter 1 - Intro
Today's special guest is Daphne Oz (Chef), daughter of CMS Administrator Mehmet Oz. Daphne is an influencer and chef with her own show on FOX. Today's focus is fiber in your diet.
1:21 - Chapter 2 - "Mock" Tuna Salad
If you don't like tuna in particular or the taste of fish in general, this salad is for you. It gets it's umami flavor from capers (the unopened flower bud of the Mediterranean caper bush, Capparis spinosa, typically pickled in brine for a salty, tangy flavor). But, you can still add tuna or other fish to the recipe if you desire. Chef joked with Secretary Kennedy about knowing how to cook and asked if he could be trusted with a knife.
1:59 - Chapter 3 - Prepping the Chickpeas
Chickpeas, aka garbanzo beans, are high in both protein (14g) and fiber (12g) and includes Folate, Iron, Magnesium, and Potassium. It helps balance blood sugar (has a low glycemic index) by releasing energy slowly over a longer period of time. Begin by mashing the chickpeas to maximize the surface area so it can soak in the vinaigrette. (I'm sure you could pulse the chickpeas in a food processor and achieve the same results.) Do leave a few chickpeas whole to give texture to the dish (otherwise you basically have an hummus paste-type texture).
3:08 - Chapter 4 - Sec. Kennedy: Fitness Influencer?!
Chef asked Secretary Kennedy about being a fitness influencer because of video clips going around social media showing the Secretary doing pull-ups at the airport and people asking about what he is eating. They spoke about having a morning routine which can help organize your day. Secretary Kennedy stated that he begins his day with exercise. Chef mentioned that having an exercise routine is something successful people do.
3:59 - Chapter 5 - Sec. Kennedy's Breakfast
Chef asked Secretary Kennedy about his breakfast. He replied that when he eats breakfast it is packed with protein but sometimes he fasts. He makes sure his beef is grass fed, pasture raised beef from a known local source. Chef agreed that knowing the source of your food makes a huge difference in the quality of the food.
4:57 - Chapter 6 - ⭐️ Cutting Board Hack
If you dampen a paper towel and place it under your cutting board, it will keep the board from sliding around. Then Chef began with washing the celery (besides the crunch, celery provides vitamin K, potassium, and helps fight inflammation). [* If you garden, cut the stalks 2 inches from the root end, then place the root end in water; once it grows roots, plant it in a shady spot in your garden and the celery will continue to grow.] Chef cut the celery ribs into small pieces (about 1/4" to 1/2" but you can go smaller).
5:33 - Chapter 7 - Kids in the Kitchen
Chef mentioned that Secretary Kennedy is friends with her mother and she learned to cook at her mother's elbow. She came from a big family where there were rarely less than 20 people around the dinner table, so the children were highly involved in preparations for meals. Chef says her own children participate in the cooking and that their individual personalities begin to blossom as they find what they're good at. Her children hold Master Chef Junior style competitions among themselves usually with baked goods. The kitchen is a good place for children to have freedom and creativity. Chef also notes that working in the kitchen with your children is a good time to share family history and recipes from the past.
6:49 - Chapter 8 - Assembling the Salad
Leaving the mashed chickpeas in the bowl, begin with adding mayonnaise for the mayonnaise vinaigrette. Secretary Kennedy pointed out that it is difficult to find mayonnaise that does not have seed oils in it. Chef assured him that the mayonnaise they are using is home made with a whole egg, mustard, a tiny splash of vinegar, and a little salt then whisk in a slow, steady stream of a neutral oil (like olive oil). They discuss how manufacturers sneak unhealthy substances into the mayonnaise so it's best (and easy) to make your own. Chef mentioned ketchup as being full of unhealthy substances along with a lot of sugar. Then Chef instructed Secretary Kennedy to add the Dijon mustard, capers, and shallots (which belong to the allium family along with onions, garlic, and chives with a mild, slightly sweet flavor; shallots also contain prebiotic fibers and plant compounds that help support a healthy gut).
8:51 - Chapter 9 - A Shared Love of...Pigeons?!
Chef mentioned that as a child, she was obsessed with pigeons, thinking of them as free pets. She was a large, ungainly child from whom the pigeons could flee effectively so she was unable to catch any. However, Chef eventually captured a pigeon because it got caught in an ice storm and her parents forced her to put it back in the yard. Her uncle decided to help her get over her fascination with pigeons by dumping bird seed on her head and the pigeons flocked to her ala Hitchcock's The Birds.
Secretary Kennedy said he raised pigeons as a child (starting around age 7) as it was a popular activity where he grew up. They would put them on a train to Delaware and upon arrival, the conductor would set the birds free. When they returned to the coop, the children would take the leg bands to the post office to record the time and whoever had the pigeon with the fastest time won. Another thing the children would do is have pigeon wars. The children would release their pigeons, the birds would consolidate into a cyclone-type formation, then then they would fly back to the coop. The person whose pigeons persuaded other pigeons to join them would score points.
Chef then transitioned to asking Secretary Kennedy if he liked olives (they provide healthy fats and protective plant compounds called polyphenols and help your body to absorb fat-soluble vitamins like A, E, and K) as she chopped a handful which also adds a bit more salt to the salad that already has capers.
The discussion then transitions back to birds with Secretary Kennedy telling of how he started training hawks when he was 9 with a bird his father gave him. He became enamored with falconry after reading The Once and Future King by T H White about young King Arthur (available in a variety of formats on Amazon). Alvin Nye, a pioneer of American Falconry, lived about a mile from Secretary Kennedy. Alvin worked in the Defense Department designing jets and he would be called upon whenever there were Arab dignitaries visiting to go hawking with them because Arabs are crazy for falconry (it is a national sport in most Arabian countries). So, Secretary Kennedy apprenticed with Alvin. By age 14, he started game hawking (where one sets the hawk after small game). He continues practicing falconry to this day.
Chef added chopped dill to the salad (dill contains antioxidant plant compounds and adds flavor without having to add extra salt).
Chef went on to say that she was able to see falconry in action during a recent trip to Ireland.
13:21 - Chapter 10 - The Power of Parsley
Now that the olives, dill, shallots, and celery have been added to the salad, it's time to add parsley (a nutrient-dense leafy herb with vitamin K and beneficial plant compounds), using the parsley leaves like lettuce and mince the stems.
Chef then transitioned back to falconry commenting that families used the birds to hunt for food for the family.
14:07 - Chapter 11 - Superstar Ingredients
With this salad there is no cooking involved and it's fast to make. It makes a good meal to take with you when you are traveling (airports rarely have any place that serves healthy, nourishing food). Chef said she thinks this salad is even better the next day because the flavors have time to marinate.
14:47 - Chapter 12 - Adding Fresh Lemon
Then Chef added a bit of fresh lemon zest and the juice of about half a lemon (adding Vitamin C which helps to absorb the iron in the chickpeas) to the salad to give it a fresh flavor. Then they tasted the salad deciding if it needs additional salt or pepper. Now that the salad is finished, they will make a 'faux tuna' sandwich out of it.
15:40 - Chapter 13 - No Ultra-Processed Foods!
Secretary Kennedy pointed out that people eat a lot of processed foods because they are convenient and cheap; however, this salad is cheap, convenient, and does not require a stove to make. While you could eat it straight from the bowl, Chef will create sandwiches out of it.
16:22 - Chapter 14 - Adding Sourdough
Secretary Kennedy points out that sourdough is a superstar on the new food pyramid. Sourdough is fermented which slows down how fast your body turns starch into sugar, making sourdough bread better for your health, especially if you have gluten sensitivities. To make the sandwich, you don't need to put any dressings on the bread because the mayonnaise vinaigrette is included in the salad, so just add a couple leaves of bibb (or butter) lettuce to the bread and put the chickpea salad on top of the lettuce.
17:52 - Chapter 15 - Make It Your Own
You could add chicken, salmon, tuna (which would add 20g of protein, omega-3s, vitamins D & B12), mackerel, or any other fish (Secretary Kennedy would add anchovy where most people would not) for extra protein.
18:16 - Chapter 16 - The BITE!
Chef asked how Eat Real Food got started. Secretary Kennedy explained that the food pyramid that we had been using for over the last 50 years was written by food industry lobbyists to serve the mercantile interests of the food industry. There was no science it it. It put Froot Loops at the top of the food pyramid. When he entered HHS, he, and Department of Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins, were given a 463 page dietary guideline that they found to be incomprehensible in addition to the fact that it reflected the commercial aspirations of those who had written it. The new dietary plan is under 10 pages, shown in a simple chart (see above), and can be summarized in 3 simple words: EAT REAL FOOD. Eat what comes from the ground, air, water, soil. This is what will make us healthy.

Ingredients

2 (15-ounce) cans chickpeas (also referred as Garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
4 celery stalks, finely chopped
1 shallot or small red onion, finely chopped (about ½ cup)
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dried dill
1/3 cup mayonnaise1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
2 tablespoons capers, drained
Zest and juice of 1 lemon (about 1 teaspoon zest and 2 tablespoons juice)
Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
4 slices of Sourdough bread
8 leaves of Bibb lettuce
Possible Protein Additions:1 Can of Tuna/Salmon/Sardines

Directions

In a large bowl, gently crush about half of the chickpeas with the back of a fork. This creates more surface area to soak up all that flavorful dressing. Note: Try not to crush every chickpea—leaving plenty of them whole for texture.
Add the celery, shallot, dill, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, olives, capers, lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper. Gently fold everything together until well combined.
Lightly toast the sourdough slices, then top each with two leaves of Bibb lettuce.
Spoon about ½ cup of the chickpea salad over the lettuce to create an open-faced sandwich.
Serve and enjoy!

Trump Admin Sues Kansas School District For Clandestine Student Gender Transitions

The Trump Administration is suing a public school district in Kansas City, Kansas, over secret gender transitions for students, which violate the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Unified School District No. 500 has had a policy for transgender and gender non-conforming students in place since 2017, pressuring school officials to use students’ preferred names and pronouns, according to the complaint. Under the same policy, school officials must evaluate gender transitions on a case-by-case basis if a student does not want to involve their parents.

The policy violates FERPA, which gives parents the right to access and review their children’s education records; it also violates the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA), which protects students from disclosing information about sensitive topics such as religious practices or sexual behavior on surveys or instructional materials.

The lawsuit follows an Aug. 2025 Education Department investigation into Topeka Public Schools, Shawnee Public Schools, Olathe Public Schools, and Kansas City Public Schools following a complaint from the Defense of Freedom Institute alleging the schools were allowing students to compete in sports based on their gender identity without disclosing their “transgender status” to their parents.

Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon reacted to the lawsuit in a Justice Department press release.

“Parental rights are paramount in the operation of America’s public schools, and Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools does not know children better than their own parents,” Dhillon said.

“The Department will not tolerate school districts playing fast and loose with federal law in the service of radical gender ideology,” she added.

Ryan A. Kriegshauser, U.S. Attorney for the District of Kansas, offered a similar sentiment.

“This lawsuit should not come as a surprise. Public education functions effectively only when schools and parents engage in a genuine partnership. When schools withhold information from parents, they undermine trust and disrupt the essential balance between families and public educators,” he said, according to a Sep. 1 press release.

The Education Department previously threatened to pull federal funding from the Olathe, Shawnee Mission, Topeka and Kansas City school districts over their gender-inclusive policies, the Kansas Reflector reported.
