<p><span id="more-51"></span>On the next bike training I needed a more fun and recreation training and so I toke the mountain bike. Ok it was fun but it didn&#8217;t really work out with the recreation part.</p>
<p>And on friday  it even was worst &#8211; I didn&#8217;t study my training plan very well and so I made 3 x 5 minutes intervall training on a high pulse level instead of 3 x 3 seconds.</p>

I took this opportunity and participated at a crawl-training from the  Triathlonclub Veloatelier Z&#252;rich. The training was very interesting and I also learned a lot, although on some exercises I had trouble not to founder.

How long is it ago that I run in an athletics stadium &#8211; my spikes fit me and so it went f the 2000 meters, which I made in about 9 minutes.</p>
<p>On Friday, then again a good two hours run with three &#8220;Sprint parts&#8221;, so I was ready for a training free weekend.</p>

<p>But now, as I&#8217;m training alone, I have to worry about which training sessions will be needed when and to selfmotivate myself again and again.</p>
<p>At the  end, I found a web-based program &#8211; <a href="http://2peak.com/home/home.php?sport=triathlon" title="2PEAK - Triathlon training plans" target="_blank" class="liexternal">2PEAK</a> &#8211; which makes concrete proposals for the training and ajusts them after every training if required, just like a navigation device.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll try the program and will then report my experiences.</p>

I even buyed a new racebike at the beginning of the year.</p>
<p>This time we even had 9 teams at the starting line.</p>

<p>To be frank it wasn&#8217;t so easy to have the 9. team as two participants didn&#8217;t show up, only thanks to two spontaneous friends we could complete the team.</p>
<p>This time I hadn&#8217;t any problems with the transition and so I started my 40 km race under dry conditions After the half distance it started to drizzle, but fortunately we had some agreable temperatures.</p>
<p>I could ameliorate my time from last year and came in the transition zone after 1:22.33.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-20" src="../../de-triathlon/files/2008/09/2007-06-23_183000.jpg" alt="" width="200" height="301" />In our company they where loooking for some participants for the <a href="http://www.firmentriathlon.ch/" title="Firmentriathlon Z&#252;rich" target="_blank" class="liexternal">Company triathlon</a> gesucht. i.e. a team has three athletes with at least one women and the race goes over the olympic distance (1.5 km swimming, 40 km biking and 10 km running).</p>
<p>As the whole stands under the motto of fun I applied for the running part, but as too many wanted doing the run I switched to the bike.</p>
<p>Finally we had 7 teams together.</p>

<p>At the transition from our swimmer I had some problems as I couldn&#8217;t find her and the had to call me over the loudspeakers.</p>
<p>But then finally the race started &#8211; the section has only one difficulty, the “Heart Break Hill”, which have to be crested three times. On the way up I wasn&#8217;t unhappy to have &#8220;only&#8221; a mountainbike, but on the way down all the racebikes passed me merciless (which shouldn&#8217;t mean that I was faster on the way up), but with the much higher rolling friction I couldn&#8217;t hold the push as easy as the others.</p>
<p>At all everything moved quite good and after 1:39.51 I could give the chip to our runner.</p>
