http://cyberpr.biz/clients/2989

May McDonough & Co. is a L.A. based indie rock band that sounds like a mash-up of Tom Waits and Portishead. The lead vocalist, May McDonough, adds emotionally wrenching vocals on top of heavy percussions and the found instruments like trashcans and overturned bicycles.

 Laura Distasi
Genre: Alternative, Pop, Indie
http://cyberpr.biz/clients/2991

Laura Distasi will resonate with fans of Fiest or Cat Power. She offers a similar brand of vocal and melody driven music, but has a more prevailing pop flavor. A previous winner of the 100% Music Contest (France) and finalist in the John Lennon songwriting contest; she is already a favorite amongst ambient rock lovers.

Matt Andersen
Genre: Blues, Country, Folk, Roots
http://cyberpr.biz/clients/3012

Matt Andersen is now being called Canada’s greatest vocalist. His 2011 highlights so far include 2 Maple Blues Awards (Entertainer of the Year & Acoustic Act of the Year), electrifying performances at Glastonbury, UKs biggest festival of the year and recording his new album at Levon Helm Studios in Woodstock with the band keyboardist Garth Hudson & Olabelle and singer, Amy Helm. He’s Joe Cooker, Ryan Adams, and B.B. King with poignant songwriting, and sophisticated guitar.

 Daniel Levi Goans
Genre: Indie Folk
http://cyberpr.biz/clients/2971

Daniel Levi Goans sold 50,000 albums with his previous band, The War. Solely from the contributions of his fans, he raised nearly 10,000 dollars to record his new album BrotherStranger. The album evokes a familiar southern heritage of narrative. His stripped down musical compositions capture the rich tradition of American folk music by focusing on honest storytelling. At first listen, Goans music brings Josh Ritter to mind with his vivid songwriting and sultry vocals.

Jenn Bostic
Genre: Pop, Soul, Funk, Blues
http://cyberpr.biz/clients/2970

Jenn Bostic’s new single, “Jealous of the Angels,” immediately brings to mind Sarah McLachlan’s “In the Arms of An Angel” in sound and emotional quality. She wrote the song for her dad who passed away in a tragic car accident. The single is making a profound impact on countless fans that express to her how much the song means to them. The overwhelming responses have resulted in an active ongoing blog, that Jenn has developed to pay tribute to their stories of strength, courage and loss.

 Delaney Gibson
Genre: Pop, Folk, Indie, Soul
http://cyberpr.biz/clients/3021

Delaney Gibson’s music is piano based pop with the intelligent lyrics. Gibson’s sound is Regina Spektor meets Ingrid Michaelson. She was recently a part of IdeaJam hosted by Intel Katalyst Films, and Google/YouTube, where she worked with Ashton Kutcher (Katalyst co-founder) and some of the music industry’s most brilliant minds. Delaney’s PledgeMusic Campaign, launched to fund the recording of her third album, has already reached and surpassed the 100% mark. A portion of which she will be donating to Escuela Del Rio, a charity that works with adults with developmental disabilities.

The Commuters
Genre: Alternative Rock
http://cyberpr.biz/clients/3011

The Commuters musical style has been compared to bands like Snow Patrol and Smashing Pumpkins. But with a Philippine-raised front man and guitarist, a French-raised bass player, and Italian-American drummer, the bands “combined global experiences unquestionably add a wide range of perspective to their songwriting,” as pointed out by lead, Zeeshan Zaidi. Yet, their music maintains traditional rock elements of huge guitars and grounded rhythms. Their video for, “As I Make My Way,” is currently in rotation on MTVU, while their music continuously being added to key college stations, the bands fan based continues to grow domestically and internationally with nearly 18,000 followers combined across their social media platforms.

Canon Logic
Genre: Rock, Indie, Alternative, Pop
http://cyberpr.biz/clients/3000

Canon Logic has jam-packed their music with striking drumbeats, unyielding energy, new age synths, and a bit of poppy Beach Boys vocal styling. This band is for the fans of groups like Arcade Fire and The Killers. Just last year they were invited to the CMJ marathon and film festival in New York City, where notable bands like U2, R.E.M., and Nirvana got their start.

Secret Skwirl
Genre: Rock, Powerpop, Psychedelic, Classic Rock
http://cyberpr.biz/clients/3008

Traces of late 60’s/early 70’s British pop and psychedelic rhythms pervade the music of Secret Skwirl. Reminiscent of the strong melodies and crisp harmonies of Power-Pop music made popular by groups like The Who and The Knack. But no one seems to know who they are. Hints have been made that they are a duo. And insinuations that they are both a part of a band we may have heard of. Yet, Beatle-esque sounding band has not released their identity, only their fully animated video for their debut song, Jeez Louise.

Jon Bellion
Genre: Hip-Hop/ Rap, Pop, Alternative, Soul
http://cyberpr.biz/clients/2949

Jon Bellion’s style is a cross between B.OB. and Jason Mraz but carries a feel of a young Kanye West with his delivery of insightful lyrics. His self-created vocal percussions and layered vocal samples compliment the digital produced sounds of his music, while his rap flow is fun and rhythmically playful. In just over a month Bellion’s official video for Claps and Autotunes for Lovers, has over 16,000 views.

Genre: Indie Folk

Daniel Levi Goans sold 50,000 albums with his previous band, The War. Solely from the contributions of his fans, he raised nearly 10,000 dollars to record his new album BrotherStranger. The album evokes a familiar southern heritage of narrative. His stripped down musical compositions capture the rich tradition of American folk music by focusing on honest storytelling. At first listen, Goans music brings Josh Ritter to mind with his vivid songwriting and sultry vocals.

Jenn Bostic(http://bandletter.com/arielpublicity/images/JennBostic.jpeg)

A portion of which she will be donating to Escuela Del Rio, a charity that works with adults with developmental disabilities.

The Commuters(http://bandletter.com/arielpublicity/images/TheCommuters.jpeg)
Genre: Alternative Rock
http://cyberpr.biz/clients/3011

The Commuters musical style has been compared to bands like Snow Patrol and Smashing Pumpkins. But with a Philippine-raised front man and guitarist, a French-raised bass player, and Italian-American drummer,</itunes:summary>
