Every spring here at Waterloo Pentecostal Assembly we like to host a large community event and bring in as many people from around the area as we can. Best of all we keep it as low cost as possible, how low you ask? Well, this year it’s 100% free for anyone who shows up.

This is all made possible thanks to the wonderful people who attend WPA. Many of you have already volunteered to help out at this event and there’s still more spots available to get involved. Tent of Meeting is a time set through the week for those who wish to seek an audience with the LORD, for the purpose of knowing what’s on his heart, then taking action on what He shares.

If you want to know the heart of Jesus, this if for you”

It will be a time of music, worship and bible reading but most importantly just waiting before the Lord, gaining an understanding of what’s on His heart.

This time is intended for ALL to come, NOT just “prayers” or “intercessors”, it’s for anyone that wants to seek and hear the heart of Jesus in a group setting. Tent of Meeting is meant to be a “come as long as you want” atmosphere where people can feel comfortable to come and go as they please.

Over the past number of years, Glen has served the Lord in a variety of different ministry capacities. However, Glen is best known across Canada as a featured soloist and trombonist on the national daily television program 100 Huntley Street. Glen has served along side his brother-in-law Rev. David Mainse, the Host and Founder of the program in the pioneering of Canada’s 1st national Christian television program. It has been going strong for over 40 years.

Glen has traveled extensively in his music ministry, not only on television but radio, concerts, and churches, as well as a number of recordings, not only here in North America but in many parts of the world. As a vocalist and instrumentalist, Glen has blessed the hearts of many thousands of people, and you will enjoy his variety of musical renditions.

Glen Rutledge & David Mainse teamed up together in the launching of a national syndicated children’s television program called Circle Square. Glen served as Co-Host, Music Director, and Executive Producer of the program. This was followed by the launching of the 9 Circle Square Ranches spread across Canada, with over 8000 young people attending each summer. Next year (2009) we will be celebrating over 30 years of operation.

Glen and his wife Adele celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary August 16th, 2008. They are blessed with four children, and 12 precious grand kids, who are all serving the Lord.
