After reading a couple of posts from Barb who has a triathlon based podcast out of Canada over at http://kelownagurl.blogspot.com/ mention she struggles with eating healthily, I sent her a quick Tweet recomending she should make fruit...

It is best to get tested before any dietary supplement utilization, otherwise, how do you know you’ll need them? And the way do you know regardless of whether they have been advantageous? “feeling better” is subjective as well as the placebo impact is perfectly documented. When you plan if you need B12 Supplement , be...

No need to take the car when you have a bike and a beautiful sunny day at your disposal. I ducked over to the markets on the weekend and tried to record it, a little bit of wind noise but it was a magnificent day.
I see so many people who live in the area so locked up in the day to day of getting to work and seem to forget the wonderful area they live in choosing to haunt the video shop or the pub as their ” release” for the weekend.
I truly hope you have your vision clear and [...]

I have had a struggle with the fracture toe injury that has dogged me for over a year now, it makes it really hard to get anything done when you cannot have the mobility one is used to. I find that going barefoot as much as I can my toe does not give me to much problem but as soon as I put my foot in a boot I get a lot of discomfort.
It is amazing that just a small digit can cause such a major impact on your life … or at least mine. I have had to adjust [...]

I’ve found that over time that being on a vegan diet I have both resisted the labeling and at times been at odds with some of the more radical implications of being labeled as a vegan.
This seems to be such and emotionally charged issue, not so much if you have some cheese or an egg but the animal cruelty that goes on with killing animals for food. Some people become “vegan”for ethical reasons that being cruelty and farming practices that go into commercial meat farming. Personally I am of that camp, if you have taken any time to research the [...]
