See a little bit back we filmed this new show for MTV2. It will air in a few weeks, but you can start voting now. It's a sort of battle of the bands type thing. It was so much fun to have the chance to do something like this- but... we really want to go back for the second round. In order for that to happen- we need your votes.

October was our 'outreach' month and we focused on making every night a theme night from different eras. (50s,60s,70s,80s) I made this stupid commercial/advertisement for our "Retrober" month using a Pee Wee Herman PSA I stole off some website. One of my favorite records from last year was The Hold Steady's "Seperation Sunday". It was this great spoken word-ish concept record about a girl trying to figure God out in her world of drugs and booze. (my translation) Anyway.... their new record comes out next week and you can stream the whole record here. It sounds like it could be one of the best records of this year too. For old Get Up Kids fans (andy, dusty, etc)...the song 'Chips Ahoy' has Matt Pryor on it. Great stuff.
