Friday A rather cloudy and humid start for many areas, with patchy drizzle possible across parts of England and Wales. Through the day, brighter conditions will gradually develop, bringing sunny spells, particularly across Ireland and later across much of England. Western Scotland will remain cloudier with occasional drizzle, while eastern areas enjoy brighter conditions. Temperatures reaching 19C in the south and east, but nearer 14 to 15C across the northwest.

Friday Night A largely dry evening and night for most, with some late sunshine lingering across southern areas. Northern and western Scotland will remain cloudier with occasional light rain or drizzle. Minimum temperatures falling to 14C in the south and 10C in the north.

Saturday High pressure begins to build from the southwest, bringing mostly dry conditions across the British Isles. Skies will remain rather cloudy at times, although southern England is likely to enjoy the best of the sunshine. Scotland will stay cloudier, with some rain affecting northern and western areas, while Ireland remains largely dry but mostly cloudy. Highs reaching 18C in the southeast and around 14C in the northwest.

Sunday As high pressure extends further north, winds turn northwesterly, bringing more cloud to eastern coastal areas while inland regions enjoy brighter conditions with sunny spells. Ireland will see largely cloudy skies away from the southeast. Temperatures generally ranging between 16C and 18C.

Rain clearing from the west with showers to follow  Rain will be passing east through the country on Thursday morning. The rain will fall heavy at times across nrthern counties of Ireland into Wales and on through central England as the day progresses. Do expect strong to gale force winds across much of southern Ireland, Wales and central and southern England.  The rain will clear eastwards through the afternoon, although may linger in East Anglia and southeast England until evening. Rather cloudy skies follow with a few bright spells, but also showers to follow, some of these likely heavy in places.  Showers will fade for many overnight, western areas, however, still hanging on to a few on that brisk westerly wind. Some of the showers persisting into Friday morning through western Scotland, central Ireland and Wales.

Sunday 14/06/2026 As high pressure extends further north, winds turn northwesterly, bringing more cloud to eastern coastal areas while inland regions enjoy brighter conditions with sunny spells. Ireland will see largely cloudy skies away from the southeast. Temperatures generally ranging between 16C and 18C.

Monday 15/06/2026 Southerly winds develop, bringing rather cloudy skies across many areas. Rain is expected to reach western Ireland later in the day, while elsewhere conditions remain mostly dry. Temperatures rising to 25C in the south, with around 20C further north.

Tuesday 16/06/2026 A band of thicker cloud spreads eastwards, bringing outbreaks of rain to Ireland and later Scotland. Western areas will gradually brighten later in the day as drier conditions move in. Temperatures reaching 24C in the southeast but closer to 15C in the northwest.

Wednesday 17/06/2026 Cloud will continue to spread from the west, becoming increasingly thick through the day with outbreaks of rain affecting Ireland, Scotland and parts of northern England. Southern England is likely to remain drier with the best of the sunshine. Highs reaching 26C in the southeast, but only around 16C in the northwest.

Thursday 18/06/2026 A narrow band of rain slowly pushes eastwards before clearing Ireland, allowing a brighter and sunnier afternoon to develop. Eastern parts of England should remain largely dry and sunny throughout the day. Temperatures reaching 29C in the southeast, although remaining much cooler across northwestern areas at around 15C.

Friday 19/06/2026 Any lingering rain in the far east will soon clear, leaving a largely dry and bright day with plenty of sunshine. During the afternoon, scattered showers may develop across Ireland and western Scotland. Temperatures reaching 23C in the southeast and around 17C in the northwest.

Largely dry and fine across central and western areas. Unsettled east and north.

Thursday Another fair day in Spain and <a href="http://www.weatheronline.co.uk/Portugal.htm" TARGET="_top">Portugal</a> with plenty of hot sunshine. Staying fine through the Balearics and into Corsica, Sardinia and Sicily. Italy will be generally fair although some thundery showers may affect southeastern coasts. Greece will be mostly fine and dry although a few showers in the north. Turkey should be fair with pleny of sunshine. Fair for most of central and southern <a href="http://www.weatheronline.co.uk/France.htm" TARGET="_top">France</a> but some rain in the far north. Showers, some heavy over the Low Countries and Germany a risk of thunderstorms. Poland will have heavy showers too, most in the west. Hungary, Austria and Switzerland will have showers with sunny spells. <a href="http://www.weatheronline.co.uk/Denmark.htm" TARGET="_top">Denmark</a> will have some sunny spells, a few showers for the far south of Sweden. The Baltic States will have scattered showers with heavier, thundery rain in Finland. Fair for most of Sweden but some rain into Norway.

Friday Largely dry and sunny again through Spain and Portugal though a thundery showers look to develop in local areas later in the day. Dry and fine across <a href="http://www.weatheronline.co.uk/Italy.htm" TARGET="_top">Italy</a>, Sicily and the Balkans, however, Greece will see showers develop quite widely. Dry and fine with sunny spells across France though the far northeast will see more cloud and some patchy rain. Sunshine and showers across the Netherlands into <a href="http://www.weatheronline.co.uk/Germany.htm" TARGET="_top">Germany</a>. Heavy, thundery showers affecting Austria and Switzerland, particularly later. Sun and showers also affecting Poland. Denmark will see some sunny spells but also showers once again. Spells of rain, heavy at times, across the far south and the far north of both Sweden and <a href="http://www.weatheronline.co.uk/Norway.htm" TARGET="_top">Norway</a> where it could get blustery at times. Centrally across Norway and Sweden will be drier but with a few showers developing. Largely dry across Finland though showers affecting the north here. The Baltic States again will see some heavy showers.
