Google, the new owner of Feedburner, announced that two previously for-pay services are now completely free. These services are MyBrand and FeedBurner Stats PRO.

MyBrand lets you use your own domain name as the feed URL. Instead of a URL that looks something like http://feeds.feedburner.com/web2zero, it’s now completely possible to have a URL like http://www.web2zero.net/feed without giving up the valuable information that FeedBurner provides.

The second feature that is now free is the FeedBurner Stats Pro service. Here is how they describe the service on their blog:

PRO is feed analytics taken to the next level. You will now have access to the number of people who have viewed or clicked individual content items in your feed and “Reach,” which estimates the daily number of subscribers who interacted with your feed content. You can turn this on by signing in to your account, navigating to the Analyze tab and heading to the FeedBurner Stats PRO section. Click the “Item Views” checkbox to activate these PRO features.

Users can upload their own videos directly through an application installed on their computer directly into their Vpot account. They can create playlist, RSS feeds. They can then personalize the player by linking it to their own domain name and adding their own logo, and syndicate it through a Netvibes widget.

Here are some nice functionnalities.
Google Map - All locations are located on a Google map so that users can view where the home is (with the map or satellite view)
FAQ - FAQ’s are written and answererd by users themselves. If you want to buy a house in a city, you can ask to the neighborhood if the location is nice, not too noisy…
Prices - You can view the Heat map that shows up how the prices have changed over the latest year.
RSS Feeds - You can subscribe to RSS feeds with your prefered locations.
Blog - And finally, they have a blog.

This new functionality has been soft-launched and will be available on all the tag pages in the coming weeks.
