Could you please provide your ticket IDs? Every ticket has its own ID. If you are saying that your tickets are not answered, please let us know IDs so we will check. Our support system does not allow to "miss" any ticket. Every ticket is answered (except for those which were not marked as spam). If you do not have your ticket IDs, then your tickets is not in our support system. Check your spam folder for messages from our anti-spam validator. Thank you.

Yes. And it is possible to implement in the current version as well, because software comes with fully open source code.
You have to start by reviewing PayPal documentation to understand how this info should be sent to PayPal servers.

I\'m a Windows user and the OS that is usually use for my presentations. For Windows you have several options that do what you need in a simple way. For example Camtasia (http://www.techsmith.com/camtasia.asp), I believe that with this program you will have no no problem doing what you need. Anyway, if you need any help, do not hesitate to discuss it. I know the operation of WebAsyst-Script and would be happy to help you. Of course there are many programs in windows that make this function. But I think this will not present any difficulty. We also remind you that Windows, you can view. Mov so users will have no problem seeing your productions made on Mac (although. Mov is not native on Windows). I hope to help you with my answer.

Hi Mike,

There’s a guy, Eric Maslowski, who makes super high quality highly compressed video tutorials.

As you can see here for example: http://www-personal.umich.edu/~emaslows/forums/training_videos/rigging/MAX_RIG_SkinWrapMorph.mov

That 9 minute vid is only about 9 megs and still very high quality!

I bookmarked the site cuz I wanted to ask on the forum there, as to how he does it at a time when I might want to make good vids.

So upon seeing your question, I looked around and found that someone already asked him how he does it.

The thread is here: http://lounge.ego-farms.com/showthread.php?t=1040

If you read that thread, I’m sure you’ll be making great tutorial vids too. =)

All the best,
James

Thank you for this great news,

We love your product and we keep recommending it to our colleages, we understand that sooner or later an annual fee is necessary to keep the good support level.

We really want to see your product going further, can\'t wait to see the new Support tracker, or Projects 2.0 :)
