Some of my competitors are using misleading information on their adwords PPC ads - for example saying a product costs £13 when it actually costs £25. Is there anything we can do?

The problem is they do not want me to use their domain name as a keyword in my adwords campaign. I have looked all over the net, and every thing I have seen has said this is ok.

So is this something I should do (REMOVE THE AD) or just a competitor causing trouble?

Saying that they didn't always abide by the daily speding limit. I did notice that at the end of the month our cost was slightly higher than our budget, but didn't think anything of it. Has this affected any of you?
