Each celebrity has a short bio of them and tells when and where they were born.

Website Review likes how the main menu is so extensive. It has NFL, MLB, NASCAR, Boxing, Tennis, Action Sports, and everything in between. You can even get information on sports that aren’t popular in the U.S., such as cricket and rugby. Under the More tab, there are fun topics such as Rumors, Odds, and Most Emailed.

Website Review feels that one of the best features about Rivals is their blog. Some days there can be more than several blogs about a variety of topics. Some are serious in nature, while others are just downright funny. The writing is fun to read and many of the blogs are accompanied by pictures or videos. There are numerous people who blog for them and if you find one you really like, you can click on their name and it will take you to their other blogs. Rivals also lists how many blogs each contributor has written.

Just under the main menu is a Trending Now tab. This lists all of the latest popular topics people may be looking up, for example, certain athletes or spring training.

Website Review likes how the main page has a search window. This is a great feature if you’re looking to find something fast. There are also football rankings and a recruit search near the bottom of the page.

Website Review thinks all of the information available on www.rivals.com is worth the price of all the ads. For sports enthusiasts, this site can keep you busy for hours and you’ll walk away with all the latest news and information.

Website Review found some advertising on the site, but it was minimal and didn’t distract from viewing the rest of the information. The main page boasts over five million members and after some digging Website Review found out uBid has been conducting online auctions for over 12 years. It is free to create an account if you want to buy or sell, but you don’t need an account to look throughout the site. The uBid site currently services only the United States.

To get a feel for the amount of volume uBid does, we randomly clicked on Movies. There were 15 movies listed, and over half of them we had never heard of. Website Review then went to Electronics and found many more items. While uBid doesn’t seem as big as some of their competitors, the listing fees are free and they have sold over $2 billion in inventory since inception.

From the landing page it is easy to move around and easy to find things. On the main page there is a rotating picture of some items that are for sale. Below that there is a picture of deals that are ending on the current day.

Overall, Website Review feels www.ubid.com is a good place to go if you are looking to buy or sell something. While some competitors may offer more in the way of choices, from what we could tell, some of the bargains were really a good deal. You also can’t beat zero listing prices.

The main page of this site has a rotating screen on top with images of different things available to watch.  On the top menu are Browse, Most Popular, Recently Added, Spotlight, and Recommendations.  The Browse category is broken down in to TV Shows, Movies, Trailers, By Genre, Playlists, and Coming Soon.

The bottom half of the site has pictures of things you may want to watch and listings of Popular Shows and Popular Movies.  The bottom of the page has recommendations from Hulu.  Overall, Website Review likes how the main landing page looks.  It’s not too busy or cluttered, and has a clean, fresh feel to it.

Under the Spotlight category, Website Review found Hulu’s blog.  Although written by different authors, many of the blogs are laugh out loud funny.  They cover celebrities, TV shows, music, movies, and all things relating to Hulu.  From the blog page there are links on the right to connect to Hulu through social networking.  There are also RSS Feeds, which include Recently Added Shows and Movies as well as Most Popular Videos of the day.  If you go to the Most Popular Videos you can browse them and add them to your queue.

Website Review found one drawback to this site.  During the show or movie you’re watching, there are breaks for commercials (even for HuluPlus).  The main difference is that unlike TV, there is a timer telling you how long until the commercials are over.  The commercials are not as long as on TV and it is nice to know how long you have until what you’re watching starts again.  But if you need a longer break, you can always hit the pause button.

Website Review is glad we found  www.hulu.com.  It’s a great place to see any shows you’ve recently missed, or if you’re looking for complete seasons, the pricing seems very reasonable.

A good portion of the psd.tutsplus site is free, but for more tutorials a premium membership can be purchased. At the time of this writing the cost of the upgraded membership was $78 a year. The $78 includes access to all program sites which include Photoshop, Web Development, Motion Graphics, and more. The main page offers the latest tutorials along with a description and star rating. There is also a place for popular posts as well as articles and even contests. The main page does have its share of advertisement, but almost all of it is related to things such as graphic design or photography.

Website Review found psd.tutsplus to be easy to use and easy to look at. The main page links to Tutorials, Articles, Tips, Sessions, Basix, Videos, and a link to purchase the premium membership. There are also links to Advertise, Write for Us, About, and Usage.

Website Review thinks this is a cool site even if you’re not into Photoshop. There are a lot of really good images to look at and get an idea of how they were created. If you go to one of the tutorials, you can see step by step how the designer did the image. It’s fun to see the image being developed from beginning to end. The interviews are also very interesting. The interviewee discusses how they got involved in graphic art and design, how they get their ideas, and more.

Website Review would definitely recommend http://psd.tutsplus.com/ to anyone looking to further their knowledge of Photoshop or for those interested in a specific tutorial. The site has many cool images and tutorials to choose from, many of which are free, although the upgraded membership may benefit professionals.

Under the Browse tab on IconFinder, there are numerous icons to choose from. Most of the icons are free for non commercial or personal use. Website Review tried typing in about 30 different types of icons (dog, work, love, etc.) and there were icons for everything, although some categories had more to offer than others.

The Tools tab claims API, plugins, apps, and other useful icon related tools. The Blog section is a place to find information out about IconFinder, and it also offers tutorials and freebies. The Blog section lists the title of the blog as well as the first one or two sentences to give you a feel for what it is about. If you are interested in reading more, there is a button to click that will take you to the full article. There is also a button that tells you how many comments a certain blog has and takes you directly to the comment section. Website Review liked what it saw on some of the blogs. For example, before interviewing some icon designers, the community was allowed to post questions they may want answered. There was one downside to the Blog section. Website Review found no recent posts, and the blogs seem to be hit and miss as far as the dates are concerned. In other words, there is no steady stream of content.

Under the About tab, users can find information about the site, search tips, and information on how to become an advertiser. The advertising that is on the site is located on the right side of the pages and is kept to a minimum. It isn’t too distracting at all.

The About page of the site also has a place for recent comments. You can read what others have said about the icons and when they posted their comment. Other information available on this page is how to download their logo, contact information, how to buy swag, how to advertise, and traffic stats, which is kind of cool to see. Not many websites offer that information to the general viewing public.

The other two tabs for Give Feedback and Submit Icons are self explanatory.
