When I first entered the college life, it was not all that I expected, rather it was all I never expected. I came to realize things, about which I was just hearing about and never took that serious.
Now After I took charge by myself, every thing was not that easy but being “More than Mature in my Age”, may be the title of my coming publication, I did not find it that hard, especially the starting days, being alone in the crowd is the worst thing that one can feel, I learnt a very important chapter from these episodes of my life, to get attested by the society you need to be an Ambivert (Partially introvert and partially extrovert).
I did see people suffering from feeling of nostalgia, by the way I’m not a superman, I was also the one. It is the college life where you actually understand the best What competition is?, but far apart from all this you understand why you get attracted to opposite sex, but still wear a persona that we are all apart from all this friends and are willing to live an ascetic life. Isn’t it?.

Types of Interactions that usually happen, BTW if computed correctly these interactions can play severe actions in your life.

What to say and what not to say, But as you don’t have any choice in the present so being in present, I’ll try discuss everything, considering that I don’t have any choices right now.
Known interactions that happen are the ones with seniors, batchmates, Hostlers and with few others that play a genuine role in your day to day life, mess workers, Canteen holders, guards.

Interaction With seniors.

During the time of our fresher, I was in a state hibernation, but when my seniors approached me with their virtual AK-47, the most common in India, I realized that I’ve to do what they wanted, at the very first I was like, what the hell is happening in my life, not because of my seniors but ‘coz of the chief minister of the state, for her orders we were to suffer from what we did during the time I was in first standard, Making of queue to reach to the lecture rooms.
Due to my interest in anchoring after seeing “Indian Idol”, I participated in Compering, the Day I first reached towards my seniors, I was literally gone, one of my seniors asked me where are your clothes, not being in touch with the tradition of formal dressing, I was a bit confused with such a question and thought that Is he commenting on my way of dressing and was ready to create a kind of moot there at but again they are my seniors and I have to respect them, many deserved respect, few snatched.
Then comes the interactions with hostlers and batchmates, at the starting you may or may not feel uncomfortable, but with the passage of time after you talk and share to many about your views, you are able to find a friend, whom you think will be there for you forever (atleast for four years of your graduation), but sometimes nothing happens to your expectations and the days of frustration begins, And thoughts like Why I’m here, I’m alone, Has god not made one for me?. suddenly you realize it was all momentary, again everything reaches its Zenith of being fine.
By the way I’m the one whose knees get weaken when he sees the opposite sex, but it didn’t happened this time with me, And I was tagged with names like Shri Shree Ravishankar, which is quite unfortunate, because I don’t want myself to get compared with the greatest of all humans present on Earth, and also few other nick names like shasha, triple nips(secret!!). But then being a man with testosterone working properly I was also involved in discussion boards that used to happen about them, By the way Are there any discussion about us?.

Academic phobia.

Each day I decided to work hard for the future, but fail to do so, and ultimately the very last night is the shortest of all the nights in an year. Obviously we are the ones who are smarter than from whom we learn but only virtually, the proof of which is very simple, the course that they take to complete is three-four months and what we complete in a single night. But after you come in contact with few of your seniors, you get inspired for a day or two and then again everything processes as usual. I was actually inspired by many of my seniors, and few sophomores, the way they presented themselves and taught us about professionalism.

Till now what I learnt.

In college you mostly learn from interactions and probably best with seniors because they actually are better than us in many ways, I have a aim of becoming a complete web designer, though I started a bit late, but after I have entered the life at BIET, I’m sure that I’ll learn and teach a lot as a part of tradition.
Let me share with you a free Advice, stay away from grouping and “Realpolitiks”, because success is a race between you and yourself.
Now after all you all know a lot about my college life, comment me so that I can understand was it the same in your case, or partially different or completely different.

Design your Blogger Template from Scratch.

You might have been noticing since your blogger days that there are certain blogs with really appreciable and innovative content, but are not able to get sufficient traffic, this possibly is due to the outlook of their blog to their users.Now with blogger or Blogspot you can design your template with your innovation and strategy that will lead you to the path of a successful blogger. Though there were ways before to change the header of your Blog, but then they required a little knowledge about CSS (cascading style sheets). Those who are and were using wordpress were allowed to design their header according to their needs and requirement, but now with the introduction of Blogger template designer you can cross all the boundary of conventional themes and stand out of the masses. How ? lets discuss.

Difficulty:

Nil.

Requirements:

Photoshop,or even paint will work.
A photo editor- I suggest Photoscape.
An Idea!.

Now lets start with paint, I guess all of you might be having it.

Go to the template designer and check the size, that is given in your Blog for a header, it depends on the theme of your Blog, you can check the size of the header manually by checking the CSS, Press (ctrl + F) and enter #header, possibly you might find the size, the better way to do so is to use webdeveloper plugin for mozilla firefox or firebug, a must for a web developer. As shown below it gives the size of the header automatically, if you do not want to do all that homework, the estimated header size for a simple blogger template is around 1000x 270 in pixels…

Now open paint and resize the window meeting the size requirement of your Blog’s Header.

Matching with blogger Background, choose a color for your Header.
Write Down the Name of your Blog with Stylish Fonts, if you wish too.
Now, after you have done that much, you need to open your Photo editor, I suggest you to use photoscape.
Try out different frames to your Header design…to make it look unconventional. You can apply different textures as in photscape, by the way irfan view has also got good facilities. See the example above, I’ve created my Header using Paint, and I’m sure that you are better than me.

Now open batch editor in your photoscape. Add images and text to your header to make it appealing, remember not to make it cumbersome as I’ve done.

Now you are done,you now need to upload it and enjoy the new feel of your Blog.

Few Tips:

You can make your header Transparent, for that you can use GIMP, photoshop or best I suggest my favorite photoscape.
Also try to be very simple, if possible do not use enough images and textures as I’ve done, also try to give a 3D look to your header, take a look at the header of few blogs and work accordingly, checkout that of eHow.com….

All you need to have for becoming an affiliate marketer is a Credit card and a smart Brain, so if you have these two things with you, you can certainly hope to make a good amount of money, if not then at least a decent income as an extra pocket money, if you are a student this is the best way to make some money for your pocket and filling up the bugs for parties, though I would say that the more you investigate on Affiliate marketing the more you will be able to make online, so just don’t expect that opening an account in some affiliate program site, you are done and money will be flowing into your pocket, all it depends on your brain, hence the requisite is a Smart brain.

What to do to get started?….

To get started with affiliate marketing you just need to open an account in clickbank, amazon affiliate programs and ebay, there are many but these three stand out the best… though there are few more ways I would be discussing later, oh yeah later… So after opening an account in any of these three affiliate programs, I would recommend at the start you should just join clickbank as they sell only digital products and customers can use their product immediately after they download. Now you need to open a PayPal account for transferring your money online via net, this PayPal makes you safe from credit card fraud online. Though you have an option of payment through cheque but that’s cumbersome.
After you have your account activated in clickBank and PayPal, simply collect the links from the program you have joined and place them in your blog or static site, remember you need to have a good amount of traffic, I do not posses a good amount of traffic so I am just using facebook for affiliate links, or if you don’t posses a site then place them at your friend’s site or blog for free, these options are free here you need not invest anything. ok! Now what if you don’t have your site or blog?

What if you Don’t have your site or blog?

No worries, all you need to do is to find a blog which has good amount of traffic usually page rank 1,2,3 or more in Google search engine. Now suppose you have chosen a product related to “6 pack abs”, make a search on Google on how to make six-pack abs, you will see a lot of sites but choose few at the top and look for advertising section, follow the suggestion to get your ad( an image with a link that you have taken from your affiliate program related to “6 pack abs” ) on that site for some money to pay usually $4 for a week or $30 or more for a month… now whenever a visitor to that site clicks on your ad and buys it you get a commission for that, make sure that you have joined a plan which is profitable, we have seen people going into losses, paying more for advertisement and gaining less commission.
The other way is to join the newly launched facebook targeted ads plan, all you need to have is a facebook account, you might have seen ads at the sidebar in your profile, what you have noticed on those ads, have you seen that those ads do appear according to your interest, for instance if you are interested in dating and you have given this information at the starting of the sign up you will see ads appearing for dating sites and others. So just get busy and try facebook for affiliate programs.

Security wise Best: facebook possibly has been able to make a control over its security problems other than orkut which I think should be handled with care, haha... very risky, when I was not
knowing all stuff about phishing sites, freezers, my account was once hacked and guess what my account was in ORKUT since then I have not used it..... you cannot give directly a link inside facebook for a phishing site, I tried many a times but failed... so sad, I was not able to hack account of the one who hacked my orkut account, but one naught thing you can try with friends, and that is facebook freezer, suppose you and your friend plan to meet on facebook after an hour or so, go and sit a little before and just enter your Friend's Email address in the software, what it does is it logins by entering automatically random passwords, so even if your friend enters the correct password he is unable to make a login successful and ultimately gets tensed your job is done, you have made your friend a fool.
More activities possible: In facebook you can tag your friend in a photo, ad video, share music, send a poker invitation, cause invitation and many other things i guess.... In orkut too you can do a lot but the problem there is presentation, you can make communities of your own in orkut but they are more rough, visitors or followers or members of the community can not make a comment easily that in a facebook group, facebook group is somewhat similar to orkut communities but is obviously better..

This is why facebook is still alive, so if you are an IT professional and are planning out there to launch a social networking site, then be prepared for a tough competition with facebook and let your users believe that you are a better alternative for facebook than anyother even facebook itself.. believe it or not orkut now is gone....

With growing experience day by day on net people tend to learn new things, new ways to use Internet and many more things that they were previously not knowing. When I started my blog on 4th may 2010 I was not even sure that it will be even read by a single user on Internet, but I was wrong as I submitted my blog to different blog directories I started receiving suggestions and comments.

One of friend in facebook was discussing with me that he sometimes gets useless sites opened in google search that are even not related to his query, so there is a simple way to get rid of all this, though you can do much naughty things as you become trained in C++ and many languages that are used to produce dynamic pages on Internet browsers like php, javascript, and many other languages..

Let us understand everything step by step...

1. So lets say that you want to search in google for "windows7" what you do?, you simply write in the input box "windows7", isn't it?

2. There is a smarter way to do so, if you write in input box of google as "allintext:windows 7", removing the inverted commas you see only the site that are related to windows7 and unusual blogs are not listed with reviews and all that.

3. One more way to do so is to write "allinurl:windows 7", removing the inverted commas you see the sites that have windows 7 in their URL only, try them out...

Explanation to the above two commands:

You see when you are writing in google input box as "allintext:windows 7" google takes it as a command and opens only those webpages that consist of the word "windows 7" in them.. but you know the second one is more unique and useful..

Also when you write "allinurl:windows 7" google opens only those sites which have the word "windows 7" in their URL, for example google may open a webpage with address as http://www.windowsquery7.com and all that....
