So I would get a little upset when we would kick the soccer ball in gym or when I would reject one toy to play with another. This might have had something to do with my abrupt decision to become a vegetarian when I was 16. Eventually, tastiness won out and I started eating meat again a few years later. But if these figures had been around, things might have gone differently.
The vinyl toys, which are based on artist Andrew Bell's "Never Look Back" prints, come in red or blue and include de-limbed octopi (at least I think that's what they are), the limbs turned into delicious foodstuffs, and an alternate pair of eyes for when the inevitable occurs. Macabre fun for all!

Andrew Bell Sushi Vinyl Toys, $25-$30 @ San Diego Comic-Con July 23, then at retailers in August.
