Ingredients :
2 1/2 cups boiling water
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons loose Chinese gunpowder green tea or green tea
6 mint leaves, crushed

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; cover and steep 5 minutes. Strain tea mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl; discard solids.

Note :When you get loose tea from tea bags, one regular green tea bag will yield 1 teaspoon loose tea leaves.

A delicious recipe for Sangrita, with Jose Cuervo Especial gold tequila, clamato juice, Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Also lists similar drink recipes.
The Sangrita consists of two shots back to back, the first of tequila and the second a mixture of chiles, onion, orange and tomato juices, lime and salt, which adds up to something like a Mexican Bloody Mary.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh green hot chili pepper (such as jalapeño or serrano; adjust amount
according to taste)
- 9 ounces orange juice
- 3 ounces tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from 1 medium lime)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped white onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces high-quality aged tequila
Instructions
Place the minced pepper, orange juice, tomato juice, lime juice, onion, and salt in a blender and pulse until smooth. Strain the liquid into shot glasses. Serve alongside 1 1/2- to 2-ounce shots of tequila.

Snowflakes Cupcakes Recipe

It's Winter and what's more perfect for a Winter Wonderland Wedding than these snowflakes.
I would admit that after reading the recipe i realize that these may not be the easiest to make since you'll have to make the snowflakes too but with a little practice you can have these cut cupcakes at your wedding that well fit right into your theme.

The Recipe

- 2 Cups sugar
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa ( best quality available )
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- cup whole milk
- 2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract ( best quality available )
- 1 cup boiling water.

Directions :

Line muffin tin with paper liners. heat oven to 350 *F.

In a large mixing bowl, stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baling soda and salt.

Add eggs, milk oil and vanilla. Beat on medium speed fore one minute.
stir in boiling water ( the batter well be thin, don't worry , this is right).

Fill liners 2/3 full with batter. ( we usually put the batter into a large measuring cup with a pour spout, and then pour the batter into the liners).

Bake cupcakes for approximately 22-24 minutes.

Cool completely on wire rack before frosting.

Moreover the bride is hidden by her friends and the groom's relatives are expected to her. The girl's friends are given a small cash gift in return for information about the bride's whereabouts.

In the meantime, the elderly of both families make up a list of goods they well buy for the young couple. In the meantime, the groom's family gives a small tea party.
