			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m focusing on cardio and getting other stuff in when can.  But it&#8217;s still quite sporadic when I hit it.  I&#8217;m so tired of making excuses, but I will say that my jogging times are ROCKING right now.  Even on days I don&#8217;t wanna and I feel slow, I am still hitting under 10 minute miles on my 2.8 mile run.  This last time I ran it I felt so slow.  Just dragging.  And I had my best time yet.  lol  9.25 per mile.  SWEET!</p>
<p>Hubby and I are going to register for a 10k as soon as payday hits on the 30th.  This will give us something to work towards with our workouts.  I want to finish this 10k well under what I did the first one at and I know I can.  </p>
<p>I&#8217;m calculating my time per mile and writing it on the family calendar and also am writing down my weight in my planner on days I weigh in.  This way I can see the bouncing that is going on each week.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m proud of myself.  Today I did 5.3 miles.  2.5 on the elliptical and 2.8 jogging.  Hubby went and jogged with me.  It was hard since I&#8217;d already done the elliptical, but I got her done!  Also didn&#8217;t help that my running style has changed so much and I just can&#8217;t stay back with hubby any more.  I got horrible shin splints because of it.  I barely made it.</p>
<p>My diet is ok, but I know I got my workouts done.  I only have 9.7 miles left for the week.  3 days to do it in <img src='http://weightwoes.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So my private hell week I created is done and I hit it.  Did it the hard way, but I got the last of my 15 miles in two hours ago.  I clocked in for the week at 15.10 miles.  Today it was slow going on the cardio for sure.  My legs were really cranky with all I&#8217;ve put them through.  lol  But I got my second mojo this afternoon while I jogged the last 2.8 miles of it.  So that made me happy.  I had actually planned to walk off the last quarter mile, but I didn&#8217;t need to.  Now I was definitely not breaking any of my time records with these lead legs, but I still didn&#8217;t feel like stopping so that is awesome.</p>
<p>Disappointed in my weigh in.  But my food wasn&#8217;t on yesterday either.  I made decent choices at the time, but pre-planning could have lead to much better choices.  So my weigh in today was 182.75.  Half pound gain.  But I&#8217;m happy about all the other things I did this week.  So I won&#8217;t be stressing over the weight for a little bit.</p>

<p>Today was super difficult, cardio was just so much.  UGH.  But again, my fault, my bad and I do take responsibility.  But today I did hit my 5 miles.  So between yesterday and today I have 10.5 miles wracked up.  So that leaves me 4.5 miles tomorrow.  I have a plan for that tomorrow so I can split it up.</p>
<p>Tomorrow is weigh in day.  Fingers crossed!</p>

<p>But now in my stupidity I get to play total catch up.  OH JOY!</p>
<p>See I set this easy to hit goal of 15 miles of cardio for the week right.  Since the month started on Sat, I set it for Sat-Sat.  That&#8217;s only 5 days a week of working out for 3 miles.  See, super easy.  Well that is unless you wait to do a single step of it until Wed.  Idiot.  lol</p>
<p>So today I did 5.5 miles.  I figured if I got a little bit ahead of the game then tomorrow if I did another 5.5 miles I&#8217;d feel better about only 4 miles needed on Friday.  lol</p>
<p>Then I&#8217;ve already told hubby that I will work out on Sat. morning before we head out of town.  There is no excuses when we head out.  We&#8217;re supposed to get a hotel and if I just hit 2 miles in a hotel gym that would be awesome.  But the weather over there should be awesome, so I&#8217;ll try to find somewhere to jog with hubby and we can figure out how far it is.  I&#8217;m sure kids would love to sleep in while we are out.</p>
<p>Yes, I am a procrastinator.  I fight it all the time.  But this is something I can&#8217;t procrastinate on.  It&#8217;s just way too much to do at once.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I was a little late in posting, but that was because I was also late in weighing in.  But I&#8217;m very happy to post that I weighed in at 182.25 this morning.  I&#8217;m working on more diet changes and hubby is as well.  But portion changes have made a huge difference and thankfully we aren&#8217;t keeping snack foods I like around either.  lol</p>
<p>On that note, I have a new goal for August and it&#8217;s 15 miles of cardio a week.  No matter what the cardio it is, it just has to equal 15 miles. <p>This morning mid-day I was impressed to be at my 183.  That would only be 3 days to lose the 2 pounds for the week.  Yes, I know it&#8217;s truly doable, but I haven&#8217;t been doing it.  lmao  In the last 3 days I have been on it and excited about being on it.   But alas, the problem is the heat.  It&#8217;s really freakin&#8217; hot.  I&#8217;ve lived in WA all my life so I know when it&#8217;s hot.  lol  Yes, I love it, I truly do, but it is not conducive to sleeping.  When I don&#8217;t sleep I eat more.   That&#8217;s all I can say really.</p>
<p>So even though I hit my target weight for the week already, I have 3 more days to go to keep it.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ownership and responsible mindset are coming.  I can feel it.  I&#8217;m getting done with the excuses in my head.  </p>
<p>Another big step was all the sudden remembering how good I felt back when I was a firm 165.  My confidence was out of control and so was my energy.  Guess what?  I also slept better.</p>
<p>Yes, these are all things I know.  But once depression sets in it is quite difficult to shake.  I do think I see the other side of everything though and am making small changes that will lead to the old habits I had.</p>

For those that don&#8217;t know, irritable bowel syndrome is this generic term for instestinal issues they can&#8217;t explain.  lol  They have no idea why it happens and no cure.  In my research I have found a link to it with my endometriosis, but of course the GI doc didn&#8217;t tell me any of that.  I found that info on my own.</p>
<p>Fatty foods, alcohol and caffeine are some known triggers.  For me all dairy and whey products are also added to that list.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m tired of waking up in pain and only my eating habits can change that.  So being done with the symptoms means a very strict diet.  This will also aid in my weight loss goals.  </p>
