The bar is indeed owned by the owners of Chicago, and Mr Matthews, our commenter above, is the manager.

It will be named Public, and while it won't be a sports bar, it will still have the ability to screen big games (which I assume means lots of tellies).

There'll also be a big outdoor area, which is sure to be a wintertime relief to all those people who can't drink without smoking.

Personally, as long as they ditch the '90s Photoshop horror that is the Sports Cafe logo, I'll be happy.
