We all know that when it comes to the July 4th holiday, food comes with it. How about trying out something healthier this 4th of July? Check out this recipe for great Turkey Burgers!

Jerk Turkey Burgers with Mango Slaw

* 1 pound ground turkey
* 1 tablespoon jerk seasoning, plus more for sprinkling
* 1 small green apple, peeled and grated
* 1/2 cup finely chopped scallions
* 1/4 cup panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
* Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
* 1/4 cup mayonnaise, plus more for brushing
* 1/4 cup mango chutney, roughly chopped
* 3 cups shredded green cabbage
* 1 carrot, shredded
* Canola oil, for the grill
* 4 hamburger buns or challah rolls, split

Directions

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium high. Mix the turkey, jerk seasoning, apple, 1/4 cup scallions and the panko in a bowl; season with salt and pepper. Form into four 1-inch-thick patties and make a small indentation in the middle of each with your thumb to prevent it from puffing up on the grill. Refrigerate.

Whisk the mayonnaise and chutney in a large bowl. Add the cabbage, carrot and the remaining 1/4 cup scallions, season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.

Brush the grill with canola oil. Grill the turkey patties until browned and cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side.

Brush the cut sides of the buns with mayonnaise and sprinkle with jerk seasoning; toast on the grill, about 30 seconds. Serve the burgers and slaw on the buns.

• Countertops- Give your countertops a wipe down and declutter if needed.
• Troops- If you need help in your quick clean ask for it. Everything will get done with more than one person.

When you’re finished with you Quick and Fast Cleaning Blast light some scented candles around your apartment. If you don’t have candles, give your apartment a spritz with scented spray.

Solving puzzles is definitely a favorite of mine. It’s that feeling of accomplishment when you solve the puzzle that I really enjoy! Can you solve this puzzle?

1. Invent a Holiday- Now we know it takes more to invent a holiday…but you and a group of friends could invent one! How about Nationaly Pool Day on a Saturday?
2. A Virtual Vacation- Spin the globe at random! Where did you land, France? Sip on some wine and try out French foods! Learn some of the language and enjoy your vacation!
3. Play Hard- Get outside! Go hiking, running, or rock climbing! This isn’t only for bathing suit season but you can have fun too!
4. Feed your Fun- Try something new to eat! Go in search for a new place to eat! Don’t like what you find…try another place!
5. Find a New Hobby- Do you have a hobby? If not, try out a hobby and if you do have a hobby find a new one! Collect antiques, baseball cards or go fishing!
6. Keep Learning- Be like Aristotle and become a philosopher! How about drawing classes, guitar lessons or cooking classes!
7. Become a Know-It-All- Become an expert on one thing! Chocolate, sports or whatever you want it to be!
