Spring is here. Unfortunately, this year we were not blessed with warm spring weather. Both courses are still not open yet. We can not give you an exact date either. The fall colors are in full effect in Northern Michigan. Come out and enjoy the changing of colors and golf at one of our premier golf courses in Northern Michigan. Ladies Golf Clinic & Wine Tasting
Wednesday September 26 6pm to 9pm
The Nightmare Golf Course

You are Formal Invited to,
Join us Wednesday September 26 for a ladies golf clinic with a wine tasting immediately following.

We will be featuring some of Northern Michigan’s finest wines and light appetizers made with some of the best local ingredients. The following clubs will be needed for the clinic putter,a mid iron (6,7,or 8,) and driver.
Make your reservations early as this event will fill-up fast. This event will be planned for the first 20 ladies who register. The cost of the event will be $ 35. Look forward to meeting all of you. Please call the golf shop for more details (989) 345-1500.

Michigan Women’s Golf Association Event @ The Dream Sept. 15 & 16

The Dream will be holding a Michigan Women’s Golf Association Event on September 15 and 16. To sign up for the event please visit the MGWA website at http://www.mwgolf.org/

. Once on the website click on the Upcoming Events Notices. A new page will pop up and the click on The Dream 2 day eraser. All information from the event from starting times to event format and cost will be on this page. When registering make sure you have an established USGA handicap. There will be two divisions a Women’s and Mixed. Look forward to having you as our guest during your stay.

2012 “Scotty” Golf Tournament

Your day begins with a light breakfast followed by 18 holes of golf (hot dogs at the turn) with a catered lunch following your round. Door prizes will be drawn at the luncheon.

The Format for the “Scotty” is a four person scramble. Cost for the

event is $75. Entry into contests is an additional fee of $5 per contest or $25 for entry to all 6 contests. Contest entry fees are collected the day of the golf tournament.

The “Scotty” will be held on August 3 . Registration will be at 8am. The event will start at 8:30am with a shotgun start. For further information please contact The Dream Golf Shop at (989) 345-6300.
