Een aantal leuke ondernemers uit de Bossche binnenstad hebben het initiatief genomen om een route uit te stippelen van leuke winkels, lunchrooms, galeries enz.
Dit met het oog op de opening van Het Noordbrabants Museum & SM’S. De route start bij de centraal station en stopt bij het museumkwartier. Op heen of terugweg kunt u deze route volgen om een aantal unieke winkels, lunchrooms, galeries enz. te bezoeken.

Freelance photographer, was born 2nd
May 1978 on the hot spring waters of Caldes de Montbui,
Barcelona but based in Ibiza. He’s been traveling the last 10
years all over the world trying to catch the beauty of life.

From a young age he had the urge to explore the world, and
was a rebel against the routine. At 22 he left everything
behind to travel around the globe; a trip that changed
his life. In the Himalayas he met Australian photographer
Jeremy Simons who taught him the secrets of the profession
and started working as his assistant in Sydney. From that
moment photography has become Jordi´s passion; his means of
expression and a way to demonstrate his unique sensibility.

Living in different parts of the planet with a camera as
his partner ñ Barcelona,London, Sidney, Ibiza,Miami and
Tokyo — has leant different influences and points of view
to his photography. He has moved seamlessly from social
reportage to fashion, but feels comfortable with any theme;
architecture, interiors, portrait and advertising but It
is “artistic photography” that seduces his senses fully.

Jordi’s work has been featured in international magazines
Vogue (U.K), Glamour (Japan), FHM (U.K), Elle (Spain), and
Stlye amongst others. He collaborated in world campaigns of
Hugo Boss, Victoria Secrets or Max & Co. assisting some of
the most prestigious fashion photographers, Fabian Baron,
Michael Jensen, Russell James or Corinne Day. Actually he
is the head photographer for Pacha Magazine and works for
different fashion and lifestyle magazines,presenting his
more personal work in art exhibitions.

A preserved tradition, genuine gestures.

Made originally by the saamis (the embroideries), ancient  people of the Northern Europe (Lapland) and breeder of reindeers, this rain-deer leather bracelet is decorated with magnificent braids of pewter-thread. Due to its ethnic origin, the various symbols which compose them were affixed to the entry of their homes to bring, according to the ancestors, protection to the foyer and to the family.Of this tradition, Hanna Wallmark preserved the motives, the materials and the technique.

The leathers, the braided pewter threads, the cut horn, everything is handmade just as the tradition foretell.

This way of proceeding makes every bracelet unique and preserves the nature and the persons who participate in the process of the creation and the manufacturing.

aardbei-yoghurtshake met groene thee

drankje | 4 personen

1 theezakje groene thee
500 g aardbeien
250 ml dikke yoghurt
evt. 2 et vloeibare honing
½ el kardemom, peulen geplet, zaadjes in de vijzel fijngestampt

Trek van het theezakje 200 ml 
sterke thee en laat goed afkoelen.

Pureer de aardbeien met de thee in een blender helemaal glad. Roer de yoghurt er met een lepel doorheen. Als je het in de blender meedraait, wordt de shake namelijk heel dun.

Giet de shake in hoge glazen, lepel er evt. nog wat honing over en bestrooi met wat kardemom.
Bereiden ± 10 min. / afkoelen ± 1 uur.

Simon Lodewijk uit Amsterdam heeft al van kleins af aan een grote passie voor koken en muziek.
