And what kind of parameters are available to access my success in life. It is a vibrant situation up to some extent that every man in his life wishes to acquire maximum gain. But on the other hand it is also true that a minor percentage of people got what they wish for. So would we leave to look dreams or should loose hope to be a successive man ?

Reham Khan Spoke to media and said that, “Being divorced is not a crime”. Is it true?

Is it what people thought about them?

Is it the way they are popular among their social circle?

If they are popular enough why they should not have to adjust with such critics?

Now the question is “why did Reham khan reach to that point and questioned her divorce”?

What would be the motives behind her statement?

And would she really feel it that way, unable to suffer through criticism?

From people point of view, what they want to proof?

Is it the way people feel and react especially when it’s about a celebrity or political figure?

People are keen to know why it happens and what would be the reason for that.

People are much eager for all those reasons which affect two personals they are concerned about.

And these concerns make it a worse feeling for affected ones.

Partially they are already suffering from psychological disturbance about the decision of partition being taken by them and unable to digest people response about their inner life.

Emergence of social media plays critical role. On social media if you are enjoying lot of love from your fans, you may also suffer through worse critics.

Social media is not limited just for a single place or person, it’s become a global phenomenon and people from all around the world are ready to know about you and all those happenings globally.

So first it’s quite normal, whatever being happening to her.

Commenting socially is more than a habit and now days it’s a culture where people easily say whatever they felt about something.

They are free enough to describe their feelings.

Reham khan is also a part of media and got a degree, so better she should take it light and let the people express their feelings.

She should also accept that if she commits a wrong decision she should also face consequences and all worse things.

She is a liberal woman and had enough familiarity among sober people so hope she did not mind it that way.

As per my point of view =reason of marriage bullying is due to political background of Imran khan. The opponents of Imran Khan can never let it go easily and they should always try to distress all relational binding they had in past.

As per concerned to divorce, no doubt it’s not a sin nor it’s a crime. People should think about it that Reham Khan is not the first lady being divorced. And if they both did not make it a successful relation they will never punished that way.

Respect element should not be neglected by people.

As per my opinion it’s not a crime or sin they made. They are human beings as well and suffering through emotional issues and degradation.

Another Decision by Khan Shaken the social world and specially Pakistan’s political scenario.

It’s not a big deal to have divorce but, indeed it is when you just married a few months ago, you are a political icon and in media lime light. Decision also looks much sensitive when you are already in hot news and leader of a second biggest political party and remaining political parties are grouped against you.

There could be a lot of reasons behind this decision, but although it’s not easily acceptable for Khan’s followers.

PTI is already suffering from popularity issues during past months and loosing position. This decision will impact badly and also give a reason to opponents to talk about Khan’s nature.

After this news people set their seats over social media and news channels to take advantage of it. They criticized Khan’s nature and also try to create an impression of grief for women. Political persons are ready to cash this matter for their political prospective.

The most panic situation for PTI is that local bodies’ election is just starting from tomorrow 31^st October. This news should greatly impact over voting and bring negativity to voters mind. People, especially youth had great affiliation with both Imran Khan and Rehman Khan and they are unable to tolerate this situation. Youth respect for Reham Khan can be looked through their love and respect for her as they gave her a special name of “National Bhabi”. They loved her like a real Bhabi and ready to take credit for this special name.

For future it is also much important that weather Imran Khan still think to do another marriage and if the answer is yes then who is the person?

Svetlana Alexievich got a Nobel Prize in respect of her contribution to literature.

Svetlana Alexievich is totally unknown to me until I hear that she wins "Nobel Prize" of literature 2015.

A big reward for her and her effortless working for the people suffered through world war II.

She is Ukraine-born and currently living in Belarus.

She is also a poet and energetic investigation journalist.

She is deeply appreciated through all parts of the world specially from journalist, and people who are vowing voice for world war II victims.

Wining Nobel Prize also creates inspiration and motivation to those which belongs from under developed or developing countries.

She is also a symbol of courage and struggle for her fellows.

No doubt she is a role model for females, that if you thought to get something and have a defined goal in front of you, you can have it by hardworking.

Isn't it alarming ?

Isn't it showing new trends and hurt cultural vales across the globe ?

Are we suffering through lake of cultural connectivity ?

Are we observing verse part of cultural breakdown ?

Do we want it that way ?

Are we happy with such incidents ?

Why people are suffering through communication gap in this era of rapid communication ?

Why we are not much concerned about real relations instead of virtual relations ?

All these are the questions should be addressed before we grow old and our children stand on same age, where we are now currently.

We are adopting social media through all aspects of life.

We are becoming more reelecting over social forums and changing our life accordingly.

We are reshaping all mediums of living and communication.

All these adaptation are not too bad, but when it's better for us, they are also creating social problems.

These trends are positive, partially negative.

With Combination of (Bat and Ball), baseball was much popular during early span of 1900's and people are much attractive to it. It was a well known sports game across America.

Every baseball team consist of nine players use a leather covered hard ball, a wooden or aluminum bat and gloves for their hands.

It's somehow similar to cricket but much different from it. You have common things like bat and ball running and keeper fielders and strikers, etc. But its totally different too.

Baseball teams have to play their own innings and all team players assigned to different tasks like, pitcher , for infielders, and three out fielders.

Baseball is excited through various aspects like when a run is scored every time a hitter become a runner and crosses through and line dimension home plate after touching each base as per rules.

So coming to the point, how to make this game more attractive and excited for viewers ?

You should use random players and also give a chance to big fans of baseball from stadium.

Keep It short, a game with less time consuming and also give it flexible timing.

They should be like wrestlers of arena and played like good athletes.

It should be an entertainment for all portion of audience.

Keep some mystery prizes for both players and audience during the play time.

Get rid of nets from back of home plates.

A joke a part " People are more connected socially then families"

They spent a lot of time over social networks like Google, Facebook , Twitter etc.

And the more interesting factor is researchers are also bound to conduct majority of research over social media habits. Marketing trends set according social media flows and products designed to nourish people virtually more then realistic.

Large group of companies bring new products to acquire more audience on social media and remaining "The small industry" also shuffling to this ideology. Even a single restaurant has its own fan page and official twitter account.

They manage their core strategies according to surveys conducted virtually, and design products and services accordingly.

But this trend and bulk emergence of social media damaging social structure of societies and people which are available online 24/7 are unable to have just 5 proper minutes for their families. They don’t even care for a person sitting near their. They smile for a person sitting miles away.

This is a hurting situation and also leading a question mark for future.

Will we be the same in future or just become social monsters. Will we have sufficient attachments from our family in time of joy and stress and also got attention of our kids ?

Third world countries are suffering less as they are adopting technology slowly, but in coming future they also become major part of social movements.

My dad has a wife living separate on Mars and I am going to see her soon.

No doubt it’s a big question for human now a days, that how to find "Happiness" and where it exist ? People struggle hard to find happiness.

They run after it and try to find it everywhere.

Sometime they got succeed, but soon they got disappointed that it's not the thing they are looking for.

They also feel bad when they did not satisfied themselves with a little quantity of happiness.

They expect it in large amount to ease themselves and also want the same in future.

Ideologically It's not that much easy to find happiness when there is a lot of factors affecting todays living.

And become more difficult when we are sounded with emotional bounds, we have families and social existence.

So coming to the point where happiness lies ?

Where we would find it ?

Why we did not get perceived value of happiness?

And what if we did not get it that way we are looking for ?

And what are the consequences for being hurt by the results ?

Majority of people are unable to define these points and also unable to take proper initiatives to satisfy themselves and live a happy life.

The first factor effecting this discovery is " Personal Attributes".

People have various common and uncommon habits which are some time same geographically or globally, but at same time they are totally different from others.

People like friends and want to be friend of somebody, but they did not like to share their privacy to on whole.

They want to limit themselves to just some loyal ones not to every one.

They are hiding most of them from others but showing a lot to a single person.

The most interesting part is these special ones are may be a family member or may be a total stranger.

They show their trust to a person with unknown background but sometime unable to trust over their family with whom they spent whole life.

The second factor is " Relational Binding"

People got bind with relations too soon and dramatically hurt faster. They show trust to someone and soon they totally get strange to that person due to lack of mental equality.

This factor bring a huge amount of stress which become a permanent problem with passage of time.

They can not go through this breakdown of relations and unable to accept such conditions with openness so they become worried about their social existence . Sometime they separate themselves and also try to hurt themselves for the pain brings by others.

The third factor the major one is "Money"

Yes! No doubt, most of human thinks that money can bring happiness to their lives. Up to some extent it's true but not completely. It’s a universal thought that you can buy everything with money like as luxuries, goods and services. Although it’s not true that you can also buy someone's trust with money or his/her love with money.

Money can buy just things not people. Money is commanding factor but not everywhere.

Relations cannot be build on empire of money.

As per researcher it's find that money damage relations and growing lust of self fulfillers. People focus more on they ways to earn money and stay concerned with their financial stability. They forget that they are husband/wife of some one, father/mother of kids, and have some friends from school.

As per my point of view, "happiness" is living with us, it's our inner part, it is the essence of soul and purity of thoughts just like a kid. Just like a kid with out any judgment of relations without and profit lose . Just being positive not with only those persons which are linked with us, but for those who are finding their happiness from us.

Being happy means to keep other happy to care for people which loves us. With out any profit and lost without and idea of being hurt.

So finding happiness means "First give it to others as they are also finding it from you".

World, No doubt becoming more insecure planet.

It’s becoming a place where no one is secure socially and physically. People are turning into monsters for their own wellbeing and social status.

It’s alarming; isn’t?

So what to do to have a good care of yourself and your family?

What kind of effective measures should be adopted to make them secure and live a happy life?

Being an individual how is it possible to becoming more caring and buildup strong sense of affection towards your family.

How to make them socially secure and bring all those things which they look for and dreamed off?

These are the questions needed answer on priority, answers with real scenario and to be practiced in relative way.

Complexity of life and living standards is a big and prior challenge for you. If you are not strong enough to earn a sufficient amount per day you cannot enjoy life as you wish for. You can’t even feed your family and bring smiles to their faces.

The second big challenge is to face social bullying and hazards. Now a day it’s a big risk to being exposed socially in a bullying way. Urdu is being recognized as National Language

After a long interval Government of Pakistan taking positive initiatives to make Urdu official language throughout in Pakistan.
It's a dream with a lust to become reality. PM Mr.Nawaz Sharif personally noticed importance of this issue and focusing himself to make it happen, and issue ordinance to take all positive measures.
As per circular issued from PM office all concerned officials and leaders have been asked to bring methods and procedure through which Urdu can be replaced with English as official language.
Further more, all leaders and officials are responsible to use Urdu as a speaking medium and for official use.
Complete replacement of English with Urdu is prolonged to 15 years from the issuance date of ordinance.

Although it's bit too late, but it's a good thing to take such initiative by government. Due to rapid emergence of English society is avoiding to speak and feel proud for Urdu.
Being a Pakistani it's our first priority to use and speak our national language, and did not feel ashamed for it.
A nation can not succeeded by avoiding it's national responsibilities.

Well, being a student of business administration I always try to mess up with upcoming features related to supply chain management.

Like as other common business students, I also have a lot of questions about managing supply chain efficiently and study more and more about it.

The Story

Ever you dream off for a story for Supply chain management ?. Hopefully you all didn’t.

But I have to tell you a story from the Novel "The Goal" written by Dr. Eli Goldratt, also famous for his "theory of constraints". His novel "The Goal" was about a leading character named "Alex Rogo" was a factious plant manager, who battled to turn things around a struggling production plant using innovative and basic techniques bottleneck management.

Alex discovered, as did the reader, that optimizing locally everywhere

in the plant did not result in the global optimum; instead, manufacturing throughput was best enhanced by managing critical production constraints effectively.

The most interesting part of the story is its moral "Ultimate goal of any business enterprise is to be profitable, ahead of any other important numerical metric".

Effectiveness of Supply chain for Business

So I am totally agree with this theory, hence now a days scope of constraint-based optimization of business has extended beyond the factory to include procurement,

production and distribution.

Supply chain management playing a critical role for business success and evolved into science rather then art, with chief supply chain officers in command of global supply chains at many corporations.

Although profitability continues to be paramount, the business environment for manufacturers has become much more challenging. Due to such concept many manufacturing companies are struggling hard to achieve end-to-end supply chain excellence as a 1st priority.

Current State of Supply Chains

Slowly, but steadily, the supply chain networks become more and more complex and geographically disparate. As now a days customers and more demanding and well aware about products, and can also compare them so need of effective supply chain management is crucial for any organization globally. Customers can be anywhere and if you did not entertain him first, may be you loose him forever, and loosing a customer, a potential customer is not affordable for a business.

People are unable to provide physical appearance to their families but feel it comfortable to connect online.

Online communication is agile way of interaction and its also cheaper then other sources of communication.

With rapid emergence of social media networking and online interaction all business shifted to virtual market places and it’s become necessary to have online customers for long term success. Major organization around the world has solid online investment to capture their world share and keep them alive. They keep focusing to attract online customers with sophisticated websites and ads. Social marketing is a new business branch now days.

I just remind off top rated movie “Hunger Games” while analyzing this whole situation, as per my views we are divided in to different territories according to our social and economic treads and situations.

You can not enter to other territories, and all online business divided into different tires which enhance feeling of poverty among 3^rd world countries.

Well it’s amazing to read post head but it’s not a joke as well, it’s a fact of Pakistani politics.

The most amazing part of my country politics is to have much money to take part in elections rise slogan of social reforms but did not let your status get down.

Participating in elections is a good investment in all possible ways its also bring popularity and reorganization. It also provide an individual self actualization and open new ways to do corruption remain themselves being white collard.

You can not imagine enrolling yourself as a politician if you have not such luxury with you, and if somebody do without having such bulky convince should not be elected for national assembly.

Its worse nightmare of Pakistani politics, you should be a social tycoon and better to be a feudal to participate as a political contestant. Pakistani politics is a worth million dollar business as political parties are not much concerned with people welfare. They are much concerned with their own deeds and interests and should try to repay themselves after electing.

I always got wondered that how could they spent a lot of money just for people welfare, its always unable to believe that they could not get that money after succession in elections.

Pakistani politics is more like a circus, political parties establish ground for success before electoral process and do advertise their self with all possible effort to attract voters, and they also pay and gain their emotional attachments by imaginary announcements and revolutionary slogans. They put maximum investment to take lead and humiliate opposite side with shameful comments and acts.

Pakistani politics based on various factors which badly effect overall trend of election procedure, people select candidates on family back ground their personal interests related to such political party and sometime being paid for their vote as well. This trend is much common in village area where people are illiterate and did not forecast afterward situation which their vote can bring to entire nation. They are also unable to make a sound decision and take supportive part in country’s politics. Being a middle man or a poor person you are unable to participate, because you have not much money to meet electoral procedure and general public did not also support you in any sense.

So what are you waiting for? If you have enough money to buy a land cruiser just submit your nominee papers and wait for being elected as a respective member of Pakistani Parliament and be sure there would be no hurdle stop you.

But indeed it’s worse to suffer from such situation and create horror among people of entire USA.

Terrorist are unable to identify they could be Muslims (A known and defined shape of Terrorist) and North Korean as well and all those countries where USA conducting war.

Ever USA try to find out factors involving in such attacks? No they did not, they did not try to look over miserable situation after conducting war against terror in Iraq,Afganistan and other native countries.

They did not pay attention to all those emotional damages which bring fear and anger in same way for Americans. Relatively its worse to know and acknowledge but it’s a fact that war against terror promoting much terror to civilian as well.

And it’s not good so far to have a peace in your mind your cut others head and cultivate fire and arms underneath of other countries without respecting their deeds and feelings.

People are much aware now about other due to emergence of global virtual media and also have comprehensive knowledge about all international and national affairs as compare to past. Social media also bring ease to speak it out whatever an individual feel about other without hesitation. Social media also supporting revolutionary thoughts among people, especially in youth.

Now a day’s social media is cultivating its massive roots around the glob. People are much concerned about online communities (Google+,Facebook,Twitter,etc).

With emergence of massive cellular industry throughout the country it’s become easy to connect globally.

Pakistani public have less entertainment available to them as there is no proper tourist and sports event available.

Increased ratios of online social movement alarmed traditional social circles, and parents are becoming threatened about their children wellness and educational interest.

As youngsters from age 8 years to 20 years consumed their valued time (Education or School timings as well), and their annual study reports also show lack of interest for their studies.

With emergence of online social media people have less time to walk through streets and visiting their relatives.

It’s commonly observed that majority of people try to hide themselves with fake identity online.

On second part of this worse situation, people have strong virtual relations instead off having real life relations from their home town. They spent their time online w

ith chatting globally and consume less with their families. Traditional social bounds are fading with passing days. Same as late night sleeps and long hour’s mechanical interaction producing health hazards to these people such as increased stress, anxiety, fears, stomach disorders and metal illness.

Socially Pakistani community prefers to live as a joint family structure and elders feel happy to being guide their youngsters. But now situations and changing rapidly and youngsters want to be free to enjoy their livings.

Social media also creating complications for married people, as they are unable to represent full attention to their life partner while attending online media. Same as they are unable to show full trust to each other with such conditions and at last such relations got ended with breakups. Due to such conditions divorce rates are increasing in Pakistan.

Being a Pakistani it’s also my great desire that Paypal provide us with same services as they are providing our native country India without any social, geographical and religious discrimination. They are unable to satisfy me with any proper answer and unable to mention time limit for starting over here.

I read some where that Paypal hesitating to work in Pakistan due to bad banking system of Pakistan, but now a days banking system over here is much better as compare to past and many multinational commercial banks are working with same freedom as they are working in other parts of world. And its not a much big issue as Paypal can use some 3^rd party contract to work in Pakistan and definitely there are lot of other ways to operate in Pakistan.

So it’s my humble request to Paypal authorities to consider our wishes and introduce their services for

. This will be a feeling of solidarity and equality from both sides and it also stop Pakistani residence to commit sins of cheating Paypal as well.
