The one-off drama focuses on an unpredictable photoshoot for the iconic Vogue magazine in 1962 New York. It reveals how British photographer David Bailey (Aneurin Barnard) refused to conform and insisted on using an unknown model for the June cover, Jean Shrimpton (played by Doctor Who actress Karen Gillan). Over the course of a freezing week, Bailey realised he had found his muse – someone both he and his camera had fallen in love with.
