This is why I never hit on women wearing too much make-up, you never know who you’re going to wake up in the morning. I’m not saying the girl in the first photo is ugly, but compared to how she looks covered with all that make up…Let’s just say there’s a chance you’ll be disappointed when you see “the real her” for the first time.

This lyrics is sang by Delta Goodrem. Currently I really in love with this artist. My laptop always shuffling her album repeatedly everyday, but I never get bored to hear it again, and again.

Delta Goodrem is a nice and beautiful girl with a great voice, either in album or live concert. Try to watch its live video on youtube, and I am sure you will tantalizing until the end.

Anyway, this song relate to me so much. Even in every single word and line will reflect about me. I just need to change preposition 'she' to 'he' to use it in my resume.

Before I found this song, I thought that i am a weird person because of my style of thinking (check the lyrics to know my style of thinking). And after I found this song, I know that i am not alone. There is someone out there that have a same style with me.

maybe some of u guys doesnt know what is page rank? in short, PR is how importance google see your site.

as PR increase, the more search result will apperear in goole search.

Gunung tahan training, this morning we off to Sintok forest. The track is quite tough..

Gunung Tahan Training

Training, training, training...
This training is tiresome, but I like it.
Today is the first day of my training.
We jogged around UUM lake for 3 rounds!
Wow, this is the first time I jog around this Lake although I studying here for almost a year already..

This training is meant to built 'back' our stamina and fitness.
Please note that i write 'back' that mean
we already have the stamina and fitness,
but we just want to enhance and empower it.
LOL

Herm, why i write all this...
I does not want u guys to think that I am a such talkative, noisy, bragged, or anything negative..
This is my blog, and I can do what I want,
and I think I want to keep my life on record with this, Blogging..

FYI: For this post i took almost 20 minutes to write all of this..

Blogging tips?
What the heck,
I just begin writing and now i wanna give tips about blogging already?

Well, my writing might be sucks but not my blogging knowledge..
I spend most of my online time to reading and not writing..
I have da knowledge about blogging "technically",
but "practically" I do not know how to apply it..

A good example is right now..
I wanna write about blogging tips,
but i dunno what to write,

One day trip around Kedah

Today i woke up as early 8.00 am..
I dunno why i woke up so early..
Like sumthing disturbing me..

Only the i remember..
My cousin and nephew staying in ma house..
they r from kuantan pahang...

and for me, ma father asked me to take them to a nice place around kedah..
btw, is there any nice place around kedah?

YES it do..

If any kedahan people here reading my blog, please be proud of kedah!

There is a lot of nice places around kedah..

And pekan rabu is not one of them!

But i dunno y ppl outside kedah will visit pekan rabu everytime the pass thru kedah..

well, nothing there act..
only some food stuff, clothing, food, cloth and bla2..

Nothing i wanna to promote about pekan rabu,
only that their car park suck!
i drive around there for about 15 min but there is no space,
and at last i park it at city plaza car park. damn far to walk..

better off watching people playing bowling then go back to pekan rabu..(no money lioa)

2nd place is Musium Padi.

This place is quite nice museum!

The painting there very nice indeed!

On the roof level of musium padi, u can see a painting that cost a million!

I dunno how to describe it, but it is amazing and tantamazing!

This place is a must for everyone who wanna travel around kedah

At last i meet joomla

Before this i dont even know how 2 spell joomla correctly...

I saw a lot of advertisement in my collage (UUM=universiti utara/utang/utan/ulu/underground! Malaysia) offering a course or workshop to learn about "joomla"

But as human being always do, we rarely realize something that is very near to us although it is very valuable for ourselves.. (oh crap..)

That is why i feel regret for not knowing about this before..

Now, I am learning about "joomla"

Fyi:
Joomla is a script that will help us to build a php website.

I Wish You Enough

At an airport I overheard a father and daughter in their last moments together. They had announced her plane’s departure and standing near the door, he said to his daughter,

“I love you, I wish you enough.”

She said,

“Daddy, our life together has been more than enough. Your love is all I ever needed. I wish you enough, too, Daddy.”

They kissed good-bye and she left.He walked over toward the window where I was seated. Standing there I could see he wanted and needed to cry. I tried not to intrude on his privacy, but he welcomed me in by asking,

“Did you ever say good-bye to someone knowing it would be forever?”

“Yes, I have,” I replied.

Saying that brought back memories I had of expressing my love and appreciation for all my Dad had done for me. Recognizing that his days were limited, I took the time to tell him face to face how much he meant to me. So I knew what this man was experiencing.

“Forgive me for asking, but why is this a forever good-bye?” I asked.

“I am old and she lives much too far away. I have challenges ahead and the reality is, her next trip back will be for my funeral, ” he said.

“When you were saying good-bye I heard you say, ‘I wish you enough.’ May I ask what that means?”

He began to smile. “That’s a wish that has been handed down from other generations. My parents used to say it to everyone.” He paused for a moment and looking up as if trying to remember it in detail, he smiled even more.

“When we said ‘I wish you enough,’ we were wanting the other person to have a life filled with enough good things to sustain them,” he continued and then turning toward me he shared the following as if he were reciting it from memory.

“I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright. I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more. I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive. I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger. I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting. I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess. I wish enough “Hello’s” to get you through the final “Good-bye.”

Relationships

First of all, a man does not call a relationship a relationship -- He refers to it as "the time when me and Suzie was doing it on a semi-regular basis." When a relationship ends, a woman will cry and pour her heart out to her girlfriends and she will write a poem titled "All Men Are Idiots." Then she will get on with her life.

A man has a little more trouble letting go. Six months after the break-up, at 3:30 a.m. on a Saturday night, he will call and say, "I just wanted to let you know you ruined my life and I'll never forgive you and I hate you and you're a total whore. Sex

Bathrooms

Magazines

Men's magazines often feature pictures of naked ladies. Women's magazines also feature pictures of naked ladies. This is because the female body is a beautiful work of art, while the male body is hairy and lumpy and should not be seen by the light of day.

Groceries

A woman makes a list of things she needs and then goes to the store and buys these things. A man waits until the only items left in his fridge are half a lemon and something turning green. Then he goes grocery shopping. He buys everything that looks good. By the time a man reaches the checkout counter, his cart is packed tighter than the Clampett's car on the Beverly Hillbillies. Of course, this will not stop him from going to the 10-items-or-less lane.

Cats

Women love cats. Men say they love cats, but when women aren't looking, men kick cats.

Jewelry

Women look nice when they wear jewelry. A man can get away with wearing one ring, and that's it. Any more than that and he will look like a lounge singer named Vic.

Menopause

When a woman reaches menopause, she goes through a variety of complicated emotional and psychological, and biological changes. The nature and degree of these changes varies with the individual. Menopause in men provokes a uniform reaction -- he buys avaitor glasses, a snazzy French cap and leather driving gloves and goes shopping for a Porsche.

The Telephone

Men see the telephone as a communications tool. They use the telephone to send short messages to other people. A woman can visit her girlfriend for two weeks, and upon returning home, she will call the same friend and they will talk for three hours.

Low Blows

Let's say a man and woman are watching a boxing match on television. One of the fighters is felled by a low blow. The woman says, "Oh, gee. That must hurt." The man doubles over and actually feels pain.

Admitting Mistakes

Women will sometimes admit making a mistake. The last man who admitted he was wrong was General George Custer.

David Letterman

Men think David Letterman is the funniest man on Earth. Women think he is a mean, semi-dorky guy who always has a bad haircut.

Politics

Men love to talk politics, but often forget to do political things such as voting. Women are very happy that another generation of Kennedys is growing up and getting into politics because they will be able to campaign for them and cry on election night.

Locker Rooms

In the locker room, men talk about three things: money, football, and women. They exaggerate about money, they don't know football nearly as well as they think they do, and they fabricate stories about women. Women talk about one thing in the locker room -- sex. And not in abstract terms, either. They are extremely graphic and technical.

Laundry

Women do laundry every couple of days. A man will wear every article of clothing he owns, including his surgical pants that were hip about eight years ago, before he will do the laundry. When he is finally out of clothes, he will wear a dirty sweatshirt inside-out, rent a U-Haul and take his mountain of clothes to the laundromat. Men always expect to meet beautiful women at the laundromat. This is a myth.

Toys

Little girls love to play with toys. Then, when they reach the age of 11 or 12, they lose interest. Men never grow out of their obsession with toys. As they get older, their toys simply become more expensive and impractical. Examples of men's toys: little miniature TV's, car phones, complicated juicers and blenders, graphic equalizers, small robots that serve cocktails on command, video games, anything that blinks, beeps, and requires at least six "D" batteries to operate.

Plants

A woman asks a man to water the plants while she is on vacation. The man waters the plants. The woman comes home five days later to an apartment full of dead plants. No one knows why this happens.

Nicknames

With the exception of female bodybuilders who call each other names like "Ultimate Pecs" and "Big Turk," women eschew the use of nicknames. If Gloria, Suzanne, Deborah, and Michelle get together for lunch, they will call each other Gloria, Suzanne, Deborah, and Michelle. But if Mike, Dave, Rob, and Jack go out for a brewsky, they will affectionately refer to each other as Bullet-Head, Godzilla, Peanut Brain, and Useless.

Mustaches

Some men look good with mustaches. Those men are Tom Selleck and Burt Reynolds. There are no women who look good with mustaches.

Violinist in the Metro

This is an incredibly sad story which gave me chills. It is a social experiment about perception, taste and priorities of people.

A man sat at a metro station in Washington DC and started to play the violin; it was a cold January morning.
He played six Bach pieces for about 45 minutes. During that time, since it was rush hour, it was calculated that thousands of people went through the station, most of them on their way to work.

Three minutes went by and a middle aged man noticed there was musician playing. He slowed his pace and stopped for a few seconds and then hurried up to meet his schedule.

A minute later, the violinist received his first dollar tip: a woman threw the money in the till and without stopping continued to walk.

A few minutes later, someone leaned against the wall to listen to him, but the man looked at his watch and started to walk again. Clearly he was late for work.

The one who paid the most attention was a 3 year old boy. His mother tagged him along, hurried but the kid stopped to look at the violinist. Finally the mother pushed hard and the child continued to walk turning his head all the time. This action was repeated by several other children. All the parents, without exception, forced them to move on.

In the 45 minutes the musician played, only 6 people stopped and stayed for a while. About 20 gave him money but continued to walk their normal pace.
He collected $32.
When he finished playing and silence took over, no one noticed it.
No one applauded, nor was there any recognition.

No one knew this but the violinist was Joshua Bell, one of the best musicians in the world. He played one of the most intricate pieces ever written with a violin worth 3.5 million dollars.

Two days before his playing in the subway, Joshua Bell sold out at a theater in Boston and the seats average $100.

Joshua Bell playing incognito in the metro station was organized by the Washington Post as part of an social experiment about perception, taste and priorities of people. The outlines were: in a commonplace environment at an inappropriate hour: Do we perceive beauty? Do we stop to appreciate it? Do we recognize the talent in an unexpected context?

One of the possible conclusions from this experience could be:

If we do not have a moment to stop and listen to one of the best musicians in the world playing the best music ever written, how many other things are we missing?

Engineering Students

An engineer was crossing a road one day when a frog called out to him and said, "If you kiss me, I'll turn into a beautiful princess".

He bent over, picked up the frog and put it in his pocket.

The frog spoke up again and said, "If you kiss me and turn me back into a beautiful princess, I will stay with you for one week."

The engineer took the frog out of his pocket, smiled at it and returned it to the pocket.

The frog then cried out, "If you kiss me and turn me back into a princess, I'll stay with you and do ANYTHING you want."

Again the engineer took the frog out, smiled at it and put it back into his pocket.

Finally, the frog asked, "What is the matter? I've told you I'm a beautiful princess, that I'll stay with you for a week and do anything you want. Why won't you kiss me?"

The engineer said, "Look I'm an engineer. I don't have time for a girlfriend, but a talking frog, now that's cool."

Ode to the Nice Guys

This is a tribute to the nice guys. The nice guys that finish last, that never become more than friends, that endure hours of whining and bitching about what assholes guys are, while disproving the very point. This is dedicated to those guys who always provide a shoulder to lean on but restrain themselves to tentative hugs, those guys who hold open doors and give reassuring pats on the back and sit patiently outside the changing room at department stores. This is in honor of the guys that obligingly reiterate how cute/beautiful/smart/funny/sexy their female friends are at the appropriate moment, because they know most girls need that litany of support. This is in honor of the guys with open minds, with laid-back attitudes, with honest concern. This is in honor of the guys who respect a girl’s every facet, from her privacy to her theology to her clothing style.

This is for the guys who escort their drunk, bewildered female friends back from parties and never take advantage once they’re at her door, for the guys who accompany girls to bars as buffers against the rest of the creepy male population, for the guys who know a girl is fishing for compliments but give them out anyway, for the guys who always play by the rules in a game where the rules favor cheaters, for the guys who are accredited as boyfriend material but somehow don’t end up being boyfriends, for all the nice guys who are overlooked, underestimated, and unappreciated, for all the nice guys who are manipulated, misled, and unjustly abandoned, this is for you.

This is for that time she left 40 urgent messages on your cell phone, and when you called her back, she spent three hours painstakingly dissecting two sentences her boyfriend said to her over dinner. And even though you thought her boyfriend was a chump and a jerk, you assured her that it was all ok and she shouldn’t worry about it. This is for that time she interrupted the best killing spree you’d ever orchestrated in GTA3 to rant about a rumor that romantically linked her and the guy she thinks is the most repulsive person in the world. And even though you thought it was immature and you had nothing against the guy, you paused the game for two hours and helped her concoct a counter-rumor to spread around the floor. This is also for that time she didn’t have a date, so after numerous vows that there was nothing “serious” between the two of you, she dragged you to a party where you knew nobody, the beer was awful, and she flirted shamelessly with you, justifying each fit of reckless teasing by announcing to everyone: “oh, but we’re just friends!” And even though you were invited purely as a symbolic warm body for her ego, you went anyways. Because you’re nice like that.

The nice guys don’t often get credit where credit is due. And perhaps more disturbing, the nice guys don’t seem to get laid as often as they should. And I wish I could logically explain this trend, but I can’t. From what I have observed on campus and what I have learned from talking to friends at other schools and in the workplace, the only conclusion I can form is that many girls are just illogical, manipulative bitches. Many of them claim they just want to date a nice guy, but when presented with such a specimen, they say irrational, confusing things such as “oh, he’s too nice to date” or “he would be a good boyfriend but he’s not for me” or “he already puts up with so much from me, I couldn’t possibly ask him out!” or the most frustrating of all: “no, it would ruin our friendship.” Yet, they continue to lament the lack of datable men in the world, and they expect their too-nice-to-date male friends to sympathize and apologize for the men that are jerks. Sorry, guys, girls like that are beyond my ability to fathom. I can’t figure out why the connection breaks down between what they say (I want a nice guy!) and what they do (I’m going to sleep with this complete ass now!). But one thing I can do, is say that the nice-guy-finishes-last phenomenon doesn’t last forever. There are definitely many girls who grow out of that train of thought and realize they should be dating the nice guys, not taking them for granted. The tricky part is finding those girls, and even trickier, finding the ones that are single.

So, until those girls are found, I propose a toast to all the nice guys. You know who you are, and I know you’re sick of hearing yourself described as ubiquitously nice. But the truth of the matter is, the world needs your patience in the department store, your holding open of doors, your party escorting services, your propensity to be a sucker for a pretty smile. For all the crazy, inane, absurd things you tolerate, for all the situations where you are the faceless, nameless hero, my accolades, my acknowledgement, and my gratitude go out to you. You do have credibility in this society, and your well deserved vindication is coming.

At last, when-boredom-strikes had reach its 50th posts. The previous post below is the 50th posts. I would like to thanks to you guys who support this blog. I have learn after created this blog.

But I have a bad news here, before this google had send me alot of visitors from its search engine.
But recently i had checked this blog ranking in google and found up that most of the search result that targeted this blog had drop drastically. I do not know why this happened. Maybe it got something to do with google page rank.

I will find a solution for this problem and I am hoping you guys enjoy reading through this blog.

WHEN IS IT?

In 2009, the Chinese Lunar New Year is celebrated onj January 26. This year will be the year of the Ox.

Each year, the Chinese New Year celebration falls on the date of the first new moon on the Chinese lunar calendar, which can be in late January or early to mid-February. This is a late beginning, but the festivities will be just as spectacular.

WHAT IS IT?

Arrival of the New Year is an important celebration on the Chinese calendar. It's a time for cleaning house, repaying debts, enjoying feasts, distributing 'laisee' packets (red envelopes that hold gifts of money), remembering ancestors, and renewing family ties. The festival lasts for at least 15 days, until Yuen Sui, or Feast of the Lantern.

The 12-year cycle in the Chinese calendar recognizes each of a dozen animals in the Chinese zodiac–rat, ox, tiger, hare, dragon, snake, horse, sheep, monkey, rooster, dog and pig. 2009 is the Year of the Ox.

The New Year also is considered 'everyone's birthday,' a day on which all become a year older and gift giving is prevalent. 'Gong Xi Fa Cai' is a typical greeting and means 'Wishing you luck and prosperity!'

Chinese communities around the world celebrate the Chinese Lunar New Year.

In the U.S., there are approximately 2.5 million people of Chinese descent, and the celebration of Chinese New Year is an important tie to their cultural heritage.

WHAT IS ITS HISTORY?

Legends surrounding the origins of the ancient holiday abound. One well-known story says the word 'nian' (or 'year') was the name of a man-eating dragon. Nian terrorized the country until a wise man convinced the dragon to eat other beasts, then advised the people to put red decorations on windows and doors to scare away Nian, in case the dragon changed his mind.

HOW DO PEOPLE CELEBRATE IT?

Today, families put up red paper decorations, set off firecrackers, and beat drums and gongs in parades to scare away Nian. Houses may be decorated with symbolic flowers, fruits and colorful pictures to welcome the New Year.

On the eve of the New Year, tradition calls for a feast of food items that signify good wishes. For example, prawns represent liveliness and happiness, and raw fish salad brings good luck.

New Year's day is often spent quietly with family and friends. Married couples give children and unmarried adults money in red envelopes, called 'laisee,' and go door-to-door greeting neighbors and relatives.

WHAT TRENDS INFLUENCE ITS OBSERVANCE IN 2009?

In modern day China, the celebration is less formal and time-consuming than it was in the past, but it remains a festive occasion with ties to ancient rituals.

The color red symbolizes the celebration and gold appears as a tribute to the brilliance of Chinese culture. Peach blossoms, narcissus and chrysanthemum all have symbolic value for a New Year of prosperity, good health and happiness.

Wishing business associates wealth, prosperity, and good fortune is a common activity associated with Chinese New Year.

Hallmark introduced Chinese New Year cards in 1999. Hallmark.com features several free e-cards with animation and sound for Chinese New Year celebrations.

The 2009 Chinese New Year collection includes many culturally relevant card designs featuring traditional Chinese symbols and bright, bold colors.

The card sentiments are written in Chinese and include English translations.

Feeling bored while driving on long journey? Be careful not to crash on the other side of the road!. Read this lists of fun things to do while driving and having fun while driving and eliminate your boredom.

1. Vary your vehicle's speed inversely with the speed limit.
2. Roll down your windows and blast talk radio. Attempt to headbang.
3. At stop lights, eye the person in the next car suspiciously. With a look of fear, lock your doors.
4. Two words: Chicken suit.
5. Write the words "Help me" on your back window in red paint. The more it looks like blood, the better.
6. Have conversation, looking periodically at the passenger seat, when driving alone.
7. Laugh a lot. A whole lot.
8. Stop at the green lights. Go on the red ones.
9. Occasionally wave a stuffed animal/troll doll/Barbie out your window or sunroof. Feel free to make it dance.
10. Eat food that requires silverware.
11. Pass cars, then drive very slowly.
12. Sing without having the radio on.
13. Honk frequently without motivation.
14. Wave at people often. If they wave back, offer an angry look and an obscene gesture.

21. While stopped at a light, piss out the window/sunroof onto other cars.
22. Paint your car with occult symbols.
23. Keep at least five cats in the car.
25. Root (cheer, not snuffle in the mud) for fire trucks.
26. Stop and collect roadkill. Stop and pray to roadkill.
27. Get in the fast lane and gradually...slow...down..to a stop. Then get out and watch the cars. Throw Spam at them.
