		<description>Kaisen is a Japanese Sushi restaurant. I go there mainly on Thursday for their special: Soft Shell Crab HandRoll for $1.75. They even have a 2 for 1 special on saki during happy hour. I also really like their Grilled Salmon, Fried Salmon Skin HandRoll and Giant Shrimp Tempura.
