The black hole is a very interesting experience, I found the video “Wings to Freedom” by Googling meditation, black hole. I had been doing a body detox while increasing my meditation practice to 3 hours a day. Originally I was following a white dot in the third eye area, which later evolved into a star, that went into a black hole, then disappeared, I had a few experiences in different dimensions while going into the black hole several times. Then one day I came into a cave where J.C. was standing, I thought this interesting because I was not looking for him at any time. The next day
my meditation started at the cave with J.C. there again pointing his hand towards an exit, that was full of light. Now I appear to be seeing what looks like a bird flying, but it is still evolving. Thanks for the video!

Hi A,

Thanks for the reply. Wow, I haven’t heard the term “penpal” in awhile, it brings back good memories.

How or where did you meet the people you write to? We had penpal clubs in grade school and sent our missives via snail mail. Is your communication by email or through an online membership?

One of my favorite penpals was from the U.K. She shared so much of her daily life and culture that it felt as if I had gone visiting in person…What countries do your spiritual penpals live in?
