What is up with Outlook Express? All I ever seem to get out of it is it telling me it can't do this or that. Well I got news for you Jack. If you can't do it then I don't need you. So I will have to get something that can do it.

Microsoft seems to be famous for this anyway. It wastes no time telling you it can't do something or that you have some type of problem but it never tells you how to fix it. Well Bubba, I know I have a problem. I don't need you to tell me that. What I do need you to do is tell me what to do to fix it.

Back to Outlook. Do me a favor and learn something besides the word can't because I hate that word. That word is only an easy way out. Now it is alright to use the word can't in a way like this. I can't stand Outlook Express or I just can't use Outlook because I need a program that works.

http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

Are The Rules Of Law Enforcement Not Known Or Just Being Ignored

It was recently brought to my attention about a very disturbing situation that seems to have developed within the Nation's Police and Sheriffs Department's concerning the knowledge, or lack there of that some or all of the officers have about the Constitution of the United States of America.

There are some members of these agencies that seem to feel that when they do not have a search warrant in hand and they request permission to search and that request is denied that this denial to search institutes probable cause. This is disturbing because if these officers truly do believe this, in which it would appear that they do, then they are attempting to perform their duties as law enforcement officers without the proper training, knowledge or understanding of exactly what it is that they are sworn to do.

By not fully understanding these necessary requirements that come with being a law enforcement officer this not only puts the safety of the citizens at risk but also makes the entire agency appear to be operating in a less than professional manner.

The Sheriff is responsible for making sure that all of his officers have this knowledge and that they all fully understand the entire concept of the system and how it was designed to operate. Having misguided officers on patrol that do not understand the rules, regulations and the importance of standard operating procedures is unacceptable.

If they do not have this knowledge then pull them off of patrol and teach them what they need to know. If they have the required knowledge but do not fully understand it or somewhat confused about it then the situation calls for immediate attention to rectify it.

If they have the knowledge and the understanding but choose to disregard the rules along with the rights of the citizens then they should be terminated with no chance of ever being a member of law enforcement again anywhere.

This should go for any and all types of law enforcement including and especially the DEU. From recent observations and private investigations it appears that these so called members of law enforcement have little regard for following any type of rules, regulations, or standard operating procedures. They either don't know or don't care about the rights of the citizens and in my opinion are a bigger danger to society than what they strive to stop.

They do not act in a professional manner. They tend to have the mindset that they are completely above the law, can say or do whatever they please without fear of being held accountable for their actions and don't seem to have a clue about proper procedures. They do without thinking and that is dangerous for them and everyone around them.. The safety of the people that they encounter is of little concern to them.

Their main strategy is fueled by intimidation. Their main goal is to arrest as many people as possible on drug related non violent charges. They focus more on the single users than the big time dealers causing jail overcrowding and backed up court systems

They seem to have no problem with taking down anyone or anything that gets in their way no matter who or what that may be. Their attitudes feed off of their inflated egos, which is fed from being feared. They enjoy setting up and putting on community shows that they label as raids much like a circus sets up. They like being in control of their choice of people. No one is safe from this possibility. All it takes for anyone, anywhere to get mixed up with and become a victim of this out of control situation would be one anonymous phone call from a revenge driven person and a little time.

Consider all of the special needs that this country faces along with the inability to provide those needs due to lack of funding and then compare that to the wasted tax dollars that are being spent on funding these guys to chase down, harass and arrest citizens with allergies that buy cold medicine and then are reported by an expensive system that puts everyone with a sickness at risk of being a suspect for drug activity.

No longer can someone go out and buy their medication and this remain a private matter between the sick and their pharmacist. It now becomes wide spread knowledge the instant that the transaction takes place. This is just another step in deeper by the Govt., into the private lives of the American citizens. The problem with all of this gets bigger when the majority of people either don’t see this happening or they have their head stuck in the sand about it pretending that it isn’t happening. Both will only increase the problem and neither will slow it down or stop it.

New laws are consistently being considered and passed to further the development of a not so free society. The Constitutional Rights of the citizens are being challenged, stretched and slowly reduced through a disguised and misguided system.

One of the ways that Hitler was able to pull off his stunt in Nazi Germany was by having the people to help with the surveillance and reporting of each other. Does community watch programs sound similar and just as effective? The main problems with these types of programs begin with the assumptions that someone is involved in wrongdoings and a quick trigger finger on the phone dials.

No one knows how to mind their own business any more. Everyone is worried about what everyone else is doing like they don't have enough problems of their own. My problems are plenty enough for me and I sure do not need anyone else's thrown in the mix. It's bad enough when these folk's want to meddle in other peoples affairs but it is way too much when they go completely out of their way to do it.

It really is simple to mind your own business. Why not give it a try sometime?

http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

Tiger Woods Is Back And CBS Ain't Happy

Tiger Woods is back on the golf course after his off the course shenanigans and it didn't take him long to ruffle Jim Nance and CBS Network's feathers. This one really has me puzzled too. CBS sticks live microphones out there, with no delays implemented, and then gets mad when those mic's catch some unwanted words and broadcast's it out everywhere.

The way I see it, they set themselves up for that to happen by cramming live microphones right down the golfers throats. So don't get mad about it, that's your fault CBS. So Tiger Woods is no saint. Well, that doesn't bother me at all. What he says doesn't bother me at all because I have said it all myself at one point or another. I will say it again too.

I can't and I won't fault a man for saying whatever out of frustration. If I get mad at my lawnmower and lay down a few choice words and it offends someone, I hate it for them. Instead of being offended by it, I suppose that they should be glad it wasn't them I was unloading on at the time. And if they decide to brave up and come griping to me about it then it will be them that gets a round or two fired from the tongue. Then they can think back and say I would rather just be offended by hearing what he had to say rather than feeling the heat from griping to him about being offended by what he had to say.

Anyway, back to Tiger Woods. Leave the man alone. Quit whining about what he says, what he does and what he doesn't do. This world would be a much better place if people would mind their own business and quit whining and worrying about what everybody else is doing or not doing.

Believe me, I have got plenty enough of my own problems to deal with and I sure as hell am not going out hunting for someone else's problems. Nor will I worry about what anyone else says. If they are not firing at me then what they say or do is no concern of mine.

http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

U.S. Lawmakers: What Are They Thinking?

I think a better question would be, are they even thinking at all? Sometimes I wonder. It seems that many times they are in an on going battle amongst themselves to see who can introduce the stupidest idea for a new law. And the really bad part about this is that it passes and becomes a new law. It is bad enough that one can introduce stupidity and the rest verify it with a yes vote.

Oh they claim whatever the new stupid law may be it is for the betterment of society. Bullcrap. They may manipulate the minds of their fellow lawmakers into believing that but the buck stops here. Let me list a few examples of some of these idiot new laws that have passed that, in my opinion, are doing little more than driving communism closer and closer into reality.

The seatbelt law. Now don't get me wrong here. I don't think the actual wearing of a seatbelt is a bad thing at all. In fact, I myself wear one and I encourage everyone else to wear one too. But what I don't agree with is the enforcement policies on this. Getting pulled over strictly for not wearing a seatbelt and ticketed for that violation is wrong. I will tell you why I think it's wrong. It in no way endangers the well being of fellow drivers. Sure, it puts yourself in harms way but that is all. So don't allow a police officer to waste time that could be used for ticketing a driver that is doing something that would endanger the well being of fellow drivers. Like DUI, speeding, reckless driving, running a stop sign, passing on a double yellow line, not stopping for school buses just to name a few.

Look at it this way. Officer Joe is watching a busy intersection for violations. He is in plain view of everyone that approaches this intersection. Joe Blow pulls up to the stop sign and stops completely just like you're supposed to do. He is not wearing his seatbelt but he did obey all other laws pertaining to driving properly. The officer sees that Mr. Blow is not buckled up and leaves his intersection watch to write Mr. Blow up for the violation. Meanwhile, back at the intersection and without the visual of a patrol car to divert any wrongdoing behind the wheel, a half brain runs the stop sign and takes out someone's Grandmother. If the half brain had seen the patrol car sitting in plain sight the brakes would have been applied and that Grandmother would still be on her way home. But that is not the way it happened because Mr. Officer was busy wasting his time fooling with Mr. Blow about not wearing his belt, the same one who didn't violate any driving laws.

Idiot Law #2. The newest regulation on certain medications. The simple cold, allergy, and sinus medications that were once on the regular shelves but now moved behind the counter requiring an ID to purchase. Again, I don't have a problem with the actual law that states you must produce an ID before you can purchase these products. What I do have a problem with is the set amount that one can purchase. The limited amount is not even enough to get a severe sinus sufferer like myself, through an entire month. So now, thanks to some ego filled lawmaker that came up with this idiotic amount that one can purchase, I have to suffer with sinus trouble for quite a few days each month because I reached this idiotic limit on the medication purchase.

I personally like the 24 hour pills because I can take one in the morning and I am good to go until the next morning. Well, thanks to this non thinking lawmaker sitting up there in his ego filled position of making new idiotic laws, I can't buy enough 24 hour pills to get me through until the next month begins. So where does that leave me? It leaves me unable to breathe freely for several days and also unable to give another sinus suffering family member a pill to allow them any relief. The younger family members can't purchase their own pills and I wouldn't allow them to even if they could.

Other family members that this would affect would be the non driving adults that rarely leave the house for anything. The least amount that should have been made into law was an amount that would get one through an entire month if not just a few days more than that. Now when I am sitting there suffering because I have no pills left and counting the days until I can purchase more, it makes me really angry that all this is happening because of one mistake that was made by an ego driven lawmaker that should have been carefully thought out and adjusted before being introduced for consideration of becoming a law. I certainly hope that when the election day comes that I am out of pills and suffering and you can bet that this joker won't be getting my vote.

I normally don't ask for much but I will in this situation. Why don't you use your head and fully think out all avenues of a new bill before presenting it for a vote that will affect everyone? If that would happen I truly believe it would be a first.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

Alabama Football: Back On Top

Well let me take a few minutes here and congratulate Coach Nick Saban, his staff, players and the entire University of Alabama alumni and fans for winning the 2009 NCAA College Football National Championship. Coach Bryant would be proud of the toughness that this team displayed this year. This title was one the way Coach Bryant liked to win them too. Winning the battle in the trenches and fielding tough defenses.

I have said this before and I will say it again. Coach Saban and Coach Bryant have a lot in common as far as the way they can take football players and turn them into winners. In three short years at the helm of the Crimson Tide, Coach Saban has logged two undefeated regular seasons, two trips to the SEC Championship Game, one SEC Championship and one National Championship. Pretty impressive stuff.

That's not all either. Also in those three short years, Coach Saban has been able to do two things that no other coach in the history of Alabama Football has been able to accomplish. Back to back undefeated regular seasons and beating the Texas Longhorns on the football field. Way to go Coach. You just feel free to keep up this good work!!
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

Who Hates These Capcha boxes As Much As Me?

Okay, let me gripe a minute. These Capcha boxes or whatever they are called is really starting to bug me. You know, the ones that ask you to type in the letters and numbers that you see before you can log in somewhere. Don't get me wrong here, I don't mind typing in letters that I can read. But I do mind trying to type in letters 25 times different times that you can't even read.

Give me a break on this or either give me something I can tell what it is. They jumble up the stuff, put lines throught it, around it and make it very hard to make out what it says. Some sites use the type that you can actually read the letters. My hat is off to you. As for all these other unreadable mumbo jumbo bull sh*t, I know where you can stick your unreadable letters and numbers. Do You?

When I run up on an unreadable it makes me want to fly from that site like fast and never return again. This would serve them right, losing potential website visitors simply because of their poor choice in spam control. So keep that in mind the next time you decide to add one of these annoying boxes on your site. :+) See, I not mad, I smiling!!
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

Autoresponders: Anybody Hate Them?

Well, let's see. Yep, I do. Always have and always will. Show me an autoresponder and I'll show you how to hate one. They say you got to have them. Some may have to but I don't. Oh, I can hear them now. Ha, he ain't making no money if he don't have an autoresponder. Wrong again.

I am making plenty of money without one. If you believe that having one is a necessity to make money online then you are relying on a one dimensional set up. Now I am not saying that you won't make money with one because you probably can. I am just saying that you don't have to have one to make good money on the internet.

Anyway, I hate em. To me they are more trouble than they are worth. It's about like Internet Explorer. It's hard to use one to get any work done because it's too busy telling you what it can't do instead making progress doing what you need it to do. Another example would be Microsoft Word.
You sit down and light into typing a big long whatever you are working on, spending a large amount of time working on it and BAM. You get close to finishing and this stupid little box pops up and says Word has encountered a problem and needs to close now. If what you were working on was important then well, I guess you're just **** out of luck. Yeah right, if you were a person instead of a program you would be the one **** out of luck buddy because that was important what I was working on and now you got to pay the price for encountering whatever problem you had that caused me to lose it.

Word really kills me with it's ability to put a comma on the moon but it can not do the simple something whatever you need it to do sometimes. I am like, what you mean Word can't do this or that? Why the hell can't it? Oh it don't know, Word can not answer that. Well, Word sure can make me mad sometimes and Word sure can encounter a problem and need to close sometimes, so why cant it just act right?

Well, I am waiting.

Oh, sorry! Word can not answer that.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

Wanting Something For Nothing.

Have you ever noticed how the world is stuffed with people that thrive on trying to get something for nothing? I am not talking about people that can't afford many things. I am talking about these no good scavengers that have plenty of money, but would rather cheat you out of what they owe you and then sit back and laugh about it.

I get sick of dealing with people that have money but would rather weasel out of paying you for work rather than just pay you. I have been popped many times by these salamanders and here is their fair warning from me to them. I have had it with them. They will pay one way or the other. If they don't believe that then just weasel out next time and then hang on to your hat.

One of these salamander weasel's that I speak of is a lawyer in a small town. I have absolutely no use for this guy. If he ran out of gas in my parking lot I would make him push his vehicle out in to the street and put gas in it out there.
That wouldn't come as a request either. Instead it would be delivered more to the tune of, GET YOUR TRUCK OFF MY LOT NOW AND I MEAN WHAT I SAY! NOW GET!! Just to speed up the process of him getting it into the street, I would grab my gas jug and pour the amount it would take to get him to the nearest gas pump, onto the pavement around his tire instead and light it so he would hurry up and push it off my lot.

Can anyone tell that I am fed up with these jokers? From now on it's no more Mr. Nice Guy. You don't want to pay the bill? That's fine, don't pay it, but don't get in my way while I am ripping out, everything that I just put in, by the roots and throwing it on the truck. Then you won't have to pay no bill because there won't be anything left that will require a bill to pay. If you want it put in free of charge, then you get it taken back out free of charge. It's as simple as that.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

The Hard Truth About Making Money Online.

Hey Folks, Just wanted to take a minute and clue many of you in on a very popular topic. Making money online is something we all want, yet it is something very few actually do. You have these jokers that try to tell you how to do it and they don't even know. They make it sound like they are making a killing online and the only thing they have accomplished is spending a lot of money trying to figure out how to make a lot of money.

I have to laugh at most of them. One in particular is this greenie that apparently just got an autoresponder and ended up with one of my junk email addresses. I check this email account the other day and when I finally stopped horse laughing this clown I clicked on his email. But what was so funny was his subject line. It looked something like this: Hey [First Name] Check this out now!

HeeHa, Yeah buddy, This is one pro marketer here. Makes me want to send him some money without even buying anything from him because this boy is good, real good. Good at making himself look like a total idiot every time his autoresponder fires off.

Anyway, back to the subject at hand. Don't let anyone fool you. It is extremely difficult to make money online. Very few people actually do it. It is much easier if you have money to spend on making money. It is near impossible if you don't.

Watch out for the word free too. It never is free. You never get something for nothing. Now the world is full of people that try to get something for nothing but you can search far and wide for someone willing to give something for nothing and you won't find them. You can't find them because they are not there.

So please my friends, just be careful dealing with some of these online scavengers and try to avoid any that send you emails that begin with [First Name]. You can still get your daily laugh in though.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

Those Unique Voices Of Classic Rock Music

Any" Classic Rock Music Fan" can relate to this. Those particular bands that have the lead singers that you instantly recognize by their voice. The front men that there is no mistaking who that is singing. It's always something about their voice that sets it apart from the rest.

The first one that comes to mind for me is Dan McAfferty, the longtime lead singer of the band "Nazareth". Dan has a voice that is very unique in sound. The sound of his voice fits their music like a glove. His unique sound seems like a cross somewhere between sandpaper and gravel in his throat. That's not a bad thing either because that sound is what sets "Nazareth"apart from other bands. Dan's voice makes their music what it is and what it is, is good. Nazareth has always been one of my favorite bands.

Another one for the list is Bob Seger. His voice is easily recognized almost instantly upon hearing him sing. His music is also one of my favorites. Bob and the boys they call the Silver Bullet Band have a string of hits and good sounding music.

Next on this list is the former lead singer of CCR. John Fogerty has that sound that grabs you and says, I know that voice. Creedence Clearwater Revival was one of those bands that all their songs were good. John Fogerty was one of the reasons why.

The next in line is actually two singers but both had unique voices and their voice is what makes the music different for the band AC/DC. Bon Scott was the original lead singer but he died in 1980 and was replaced by Brian Johnson.

There are plenty more but not too many that their voice is highly recognizable but these top my list.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

A Look At Todays Version Of The Law Enforcement Officer

Cops have always been the arrogant type. Not all of them, but most of them. More so today than some of the old school officers some 25 or 30 years ago. Even then there were plenty of chest puffers and ones that strap on the badge and gun and their head instantly swells up to the size of a beach ball with a matching attitude.

The cops of today though wake up with a beach ball on their shoulders, work with one there, then go to bed with it. I got no respect for them because they have no respect for me or anyone else. Their attitude proves that. Sure it's a tough job and a dangerous one, but they knew that before they took it.

Would anyone like to give it a good guess on what the main reason would be for anyone wanting a job as a law enforcement officer? Knowing what is involved, knowing the risks that wait around every corner or the uncertainties that accompany it. The disadvantages far outweigh any advantages the job brings. We know it isn't the pay that draws so many into the field. I wouldn't think the excitement that the job brings would be enough to spark much desire for it. It couldn't be the fact that they enjoy being disliked by everyone or the revenge factor potential that it could produce.

So what then? What reason drives so many into this dangerous occupation? It must be the fear factor. Not the officers fear but more like the officer being feared by others. The fact that they can pretty much do as they please and no one will say or do anything about it. If someone is scared of you then it's natural instinct to continue giving them a reason to be scared of you. They hold a distinct advantage over people through fear and they have no intention of giving up that advantage, so that drives them to continue doing what causes people to fear them.

What it actually boils down to is a boosting crutch for their normally low self esteem. They were probably picked on in school. A target for the school bully. Their normal character was unable to fend off the attack so their self esteem takes a serious hit and they were unable to recover from the psychological meltdown that it caused. The result becomes a fear reversal. No more being scared. Now it's time to be feared and what better occupation can insure that than becoming a police officer.

The self esteem is now in a win-win situation that ends up escalating into a borderline power hungry maniac. Their ego's continue to feed off of being feared by the people. That fear coupled with the praises they receive from the courts, grand juries, and lawmakers about their professionalism causes them to begin over pursuing anyone within a gnats hair of breaking the law, so as to feed more ego boosting and praise generating feelings of personal "pat on the back" satisfaction.

This could explain why many of the officers today actually break the law to increase their odds of successfully enforcing it. It also could explain why very little of that professionalism that the grand juries rave about, actually shows up out in the field by these officers. The big dogs are not there to see them act professional in doing their job so why bother doing it. This is sad but true. They more resemble a bunch of unsupervised clowns than professionally trained law enforcement officers while they are in arrest mode.

All it would require for someone to see this in real time verification would be a strategic situation of placement resembling an undetected fly on the wall. The cops now are so wrapped up in their undercover surveillance that they don't even know they they are under surveillance.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

The 92 Dream Team

Everybody remembers the 92 Olympic Dream Team I am sure. What a team that was too. Who in their right mind would want to play this team? Michael Jordon and Magic Johnson at Guards, Larry Bird and Charles Barkley at Forwards and Big Man Patrick Ewing at Center.

If that wasn't bad enough for opposing teams, the awaiting and ready bench relief waiting to come in to give those guys a breather consisted of John Stockton and Karl Malone( two guys that regularly played together and did it well), Clyde "The Glide" Drexler, Scottie Pippen, and David Robinson. Man, the first five pound you early and often, then the second five come in and deliver their roundhouse rights then sweep up the mess.

Impressive is not quite a strong enough word to describe these guys playing together as a team. I thought the coolest part of the whole deal was finally putting Magic Johnson and Larry Bird on the court together at the same time wearing the same color jerseys. For years these two battled each other as opponents to crown a NBA Champion for that season. Magic and the Lakers going against Bird and the Celtics for the big prize. To finally see those two superstars playing together as teammates was the ultimate thrill. Magic and Bird, working together for a change to bring it home for the USA.

We can't forget the coach of this great team here either. Chuck Daly was the man. He had the Pistons in Detroit running on all eight with a turbo on stand by if needed. Then he had the greatest team ever, his dream team, stepping on the floor together and winning by margins of 40 points and better.

This post is in honor of all those guys and what they did for the game of basketball. They made a difference, together. They had fun doing it, together. My hat's off to you guys. Thanks for those memories!
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

BCS On The Mind Of Congress

Well, it looks like the Bowl Championship Series will be making some sort of a decision soon on a change of some type. One of Utah's congressman is still mad about the Utes getting left out of the big dance last year and he is riding the horse for change.

The BCS claims they are just offering teams that people want to see. WHAT? If that isn't saying it is all about money then I will eat my hat on the courthouse square and give you 30 minutes to draw a crowd. So basically what the BCS is saying is, matching up the two best qualified teams for a title match is not important. What is important is matching up the two best money teams that will bring in the bucks through the most viewers. That is hogwash.

Ditch this BCS crap and get on with a playoff system that can crown the team that is still standing when it's all said and done. The money will come regardless. Quit catering to the wallet and start getting the right teams in the right positions for a winner take all type deal. If your team is good enough to win out then congratulations, you have a National Title for your shelf.

Automatic entries into the playoffs should include any undefeated teams. If the unbeaten teams had powderpuff schedules then they will most likely get pounded and realize that having powder opponents during the regular season doesn't pay in the big picture. If they don't get pounded and end up beating a good team then that just shows the playoff system is working by putting teams out there that deserve to be there.

I hope this forces a change in this goofy system that they still swear by and stand behind. Get college football where it should be, decided on the field of play and get it away from a computer deciding anything about it period. Those computers have never had a headache caused by a blitzing linebacker so they shouldn't have a say in any part of it. Besides, a computer is only as good as the person that programs it and that person may not even like football. There are plenty of other jobs those computers can be doing anyway.

How many times will it take matching up the wrong teams for a title game before somebody realizes there is a problem with the system and it needs changing? One time should be the answer but apparently that's not the case. I still haven't heard a good reason on why there has not been a playoff system put in place by now anyway.

I say, if the people now in charge can not figure out how to implement a playoff system into division 1 college football, then fire their a$$ and get somebody in there that can figure it out. There, I spoke my peace on it and I am done, until next time anyway.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

Passwords, Computers, and the Internet.

You know, they all three go together like Larry, Curly, and Moe. If you have a computer switch then you know about passwords. You got to have them and more than just one or a few. If you do anything much at all online then passwords start coming out of your ears after a while.

Passwords are one thing, but remembering them all is totally another deal all the way around. After a while you begin to hate them. Oh, they are fine when you remember what it is and you cruise right on into the website you are desiring. But, when you get hung up on the login page and type it in and hit submit and those dreaded red letters pop up saying wrong password, Ahhh.

You try again and the same result. Then your mind starts burning sawdust trying to remember what you used. Sometimes you remember and continue on to the site and sometimes you don't and walk away with no website entry and an empty kind of feeling.

Well, let's start dancing in the streets because that problem is no longer a problem with Roboform. With one click of the mouse it will fill in the required fields for you, submits it for you, and logs you right on in, no problem. You got to love this baby. It keeps all your login sites and info together in one folder and sits in the taskbar ready and waiting until you need it. You don't even have to summons it. When the ID and password fields pop up Roboform is on it without hesitation.

Another plus is when you click on it to bring it up it has all your websites listed right there for you and you just choose whichever one you want to login to and it does everything else. Once you are logged in it jumps back to the taskbar and waits until you need it again.

I love this little jewel and I feel certain that you will too. So here is your cab to check it out, you will be glad you did!

If you would like to try out the free version you can download it here!
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

Part 1 of What Is Up With The Law These Days?

OK, so I go out to the local pharmacy the other day to pick up a few items and I see several patrol cars parked in every direction surrounding this one vehicle right in the pharmacy parking lot. They have all the doors and trunk opened on this dudes car, stuff laying on it that they have dug out from every nook and cranny in the thing. Well, now my curiosity is overflowing wondering what this guy could have done to get humiliated like this in a drugstore parking lot for all to see.

I kind of steered clear and parked away from the congestion and went on in the store. My curiosity at this point had me, so I ask the cashier what was going on in the parking lot and she informs me that it must be another meth lab bust. A meth lab bust? In the parking lot of a drug store? No way. How can someone have a meth lab brewing in a parking lot? Correct me if I am wrong here but that is not something you could, or would do in a parking lot is it? If so, my next question is why in a parking lot?

Something just wasn't adding up here and now my curiosity is at an all time high on what is going on in that parking lot. The girl said that it must be another meth lab bust, so I keep on digging for information with the question, do you have this going on quite often when you said another meth lab bust ? She said, oh yeah, all the time. Now I am ready to just crawl in her brain and take a look around in there because she knows more than she is admitting. Since I can't do that, then I must continue with my onslaught of questions.

Why are so many people using your parking lot to do this and isn't that kind of dangerous? She gives me this duh kind of look and says what? So I ask her to please elaborate on your meaning of a meth lab bust. Don't you have to have a meth lab to be busted with it? She says oh no, you just have to have the items to do it. Now I am giving her the WHAT? They come in here and buy these items that it takes to make the stuff and we report them to police when they do.

By now I am glad the line behind me was beginning to grow because at this point I had heard enough. This is crazy. I don't know what items are being bought but whatever it is it must be legal to buy them. How can it be legal to buy them in the store but all of a sudden they become illegal in the parking lot? How does she know what this guy is planning to do with it. I doubt that she asked him so that only leaves assumption. So she assumes this guy is going to do something illegal and this causes her to call the police on this guy.

You would think the police would use a little common sense in the matter without them assuming something too. But apparently they did assume something was going to happen because they dispatch a wad of patrol cars out to harrass and humiliate this dude. At this point I am feeling sorry for this poor guy. You could tell he was a working man by his clothes. He probably won't be now though thanks to all these assumptions.

This is ludicrous. How can you be arrested for something you haven't done yet? Just because someone thinks they know what a person is going to do certainly doesn't mean that they are going to do it. Somewhere there has to be a line drawn on this madness. If all it takes to be arrested for a meth lab, is going into a store and buying perfectly legal products and walking out the door of that store with them in your hand then who knows, we may all be going to jail without even knowing we did something wrong.

I know one thing for sure. If I get swarmed in the parking lot after walking out of a store like this guy did, I will unleash my attorney at whatever cost, to chew somebody up and spit them out. It may start with the girl at the register and may climb the ladder to the Attorney General or whoever is in charge of these harassing and unwarranted shenadigans by law enforcement.

It's bad enough to have a meddling assumption squealer burning up the phone dials to police but it is altogether something else for the police to treat this like a murder or something. Give me a break here, the guy did nothing wrong in that parking lot that would warrant what he went through physically, mentally, and emotionally. Much less having his name drug through the mud, probably losing his job, and the money it will cost him, all because of a bunch of badge wielding, gun toting , big heads that cant wait until a real crime is committed before they pounce. Oh no, they have to run on over like Barney Fife and arrest them before they even do anything.

Sure they want to pop someone before they can commit a crime but you can't arrest someone for what you think they are going to do. If they can, then this country is going downhill like a runaway freight train and the present lawmakers and enforcers need to be jerked out of office, and out of uniform, and thrown in jail themselves with all the innocent people that they have put in there.

This is the craziest thing I have ever heard of here. If the top dogs in law enforcement are encouraging this instead of putting a stop to it then they are no better than the criminals already in jail. They are doing this to pad their arrest stats, which looks good around election time, because they can do it and get away with it. They are taking the easy road, however illegal it may be. Is that not a form of police misconduct?

This really does light a fuse down below to see this happening with no opposition from anyone. You either have the ones that condone it, or you have the ones with their head stuck in the sand about it. Well, I don't condone it and my head sure as hell is not stuck in the sand about it either. So everyone best beware the next trip out to the stores. You just may not be in your own bed come sleep time because it is very possible that you went out and bought a meth lab at that store and now you are going to jail for it.

Something else too. That store has lost my business and my respect. They probably don't care though, it would seem that making money is not a priority or else they wouldn't be wiping out there customers one at a time like a duck shoot at the county fair.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

Part 2 of What Is Up With The Law These Days.

Well, as bad as I wanted all this to be untrue about the poor guy in the drug store parking lot, the newspaper confirmed it was true.

So it is true. The working man was arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine in the parking lot of a pharmacy. This is absolutely unbelievable. The guy goes to work and makes his money, he then get's off from work and stops at the pharmacy. Pretty routine so far. Then he goes in and buys some perfectly legal items, pays the cashier with his hard earned dollars, she calls the police on him and all of a sudden this poor dude's sackful of legal items amazingly turns into a meth lab in the parking lot before he can get to his car with it.

I have got to say that this is utterly ridiculous. Since when can this be even a little bit right. How can it be one thing inside the store and then mysteriously turn into something else outside the store? I can not fathom how this can be. I am sorry but I do not understand how this can happen. I could possibly understand the right to arrest the guy if he plainly stated that he was planning on firing up a meth lab with these items. But for the police to assume that is what will happen and then arrest him for it is absolutely absurd.

This can only mean one thing. No one is safe from the powers of police. If all they have to do is think you are about to commit a crime to arrest you for that crime, even though you have done nothing wrong, then it is probably best for everyone never to leave their house, ever again. But on the other hand, you are probably still not safe because what would stop them from busting in your house anyway and hauling you off to jail because they think you might do something wrong later.

If this is what our justice system is made of then we are all in for the ride of a lifetime. A bumpy one. I always considered law enforcement was out there to protect and serve. Protect and serve who? Possibly the courts? Could it be that the police protects the courts and in return the courts protect the police. What is that? Hogwash is what I say it is. It is no wonder that the jails across the country are bulging at the sides with more inmates than what they are designed to hold. Half of them were probably arrested for something they haven't done yet.

Somebody needs to address this issue and put a stop to this gestapo type of law enforcement before it gets so out of hand that no one is safe from the ones sworn to protect us.

Just to show how the police can do what they want without consequences. A friend of mine recently was stopped by police at night. This is how it all went down. He was going one direction on a two lane highway, going under the speed limit, when he meets a police car going the opposite direction. The police hit their brakes, turns around in the middle of the road and pulls him over. Now get this, the officer tells him that the reason he pulled him over was because his tag was expired. You have got to be kidding me.
How can anyone do that? They can't. There is absolutely no way that that can happen and I don't care who it is or how good he thinks he is. I could prove it ten times in a row, with ten different vehicles having ten different tag numbers.

If his tag had not been expired I would be afraid to hear what the reason would have been for pulling him over then. So I will leave that as is for everyone to ponder on for a while. I will say this much though, I just wish my eyesight was that good.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

Hammering Hank Is Still The Man

OK, let me post a little quickie here. About Major League baseball and its homerun king. To me, that will always be Hammering Hank Aaron because he was the man. He beat Babe Ruth when he was the man, and in doing so, Henry Aaron then became the man.

You can harp all you want to about Barry Steroid Bonds breaking Hank Aaron's homerun record and it won't mean a thing to me simply because, Hank's the man. Let me tell you the difference in these two. Hank Aaron used raw power to set his homerun mark. Barry Steroid Bonds used, uh, steroids.

Anyway, be that as it may, from one Hank Aaron fan to any Barry Bonds fans, about the record: Talk to the hand because the ears aint listening.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

Ray Guy:The Best Punter Ever Is Snubbed By The Pro Football Hall Of Fame

I have a quick question to anyone with an answer. How can the best NFL punter to ever play the game not be voted into the Pro Football Hall Of Fame because all he did was punt?

OK, Maybe I have several quick questions. How many teams have lost games because their punter wasn't making it? One even better, how many teams have won plenty of games because they had a punter that was excellent at what he did? I know of one team for sure that did.

That team was the Oakland Raiders and the guys name that punted for them was just that. Guy. Ray Guy. The high stepping, high kicking punter that won three Super Bowls with the Raiders. I used to love to watch Ray Guy punt. He had style. He had power. Every time he launched a punt that was picture perfect, you could watch his right foot go above his head every time.

The man was awesome at his position. Anybody that says a punter can't make a difference to a team as a player is a fool. When an offense is sputtering and can't make first downs, the punter becomes oh so important. If you send out your punter, what you need is a punt that drives the returner to back peddling to make the catch, with plenty of hang time to give your special teams guys time to get down and make the stop. Ray Guy was a master at this.

I can't believe that he was left out of the Hall Of Fame by the voters. What were they thinking? Oh, wait a minute. That's just it, they wern't thinking. I can't think of another punter that desrves to be in the Hall, but Ray Guy does. He was good. He made a difference. His team relied on his excellence. They all knew that if they couldn't get the job done of moving the football, that they didn't have to worry about him moving it. Because he did move it and moved it well.

The bottom line here is this. He should be in the Hall of Fame. He deserves to be there. He earned the right to be there. So do us all a favor and wake up long enough to get him in there. If the voters can't see why he should be there then they are blind. If they would give me one reason why he shouldn't be there, I will give them two reasons why he should.

Just do it and while you are at it open the door for Don "Air" Coryell too.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

North Korea: Same Book, Different Chapter.

Well it appears North Korea is at it again, or still, threatening any country within range of their missiles. Basically gnawing at the bit for a good fight with the United States. The U.S. tries to ignore the pesky little country but that is extremely hard to do with the North's provocative actions and their continous flaunting of their new nuclear weapons.

It's hard to ignore anything as dangerous and unpredictable as North Korea. They are like a little banty rooster, small but aggressive. They continue to puff out their chest and claim that anything that is done by anybody to disrupt their world threatening ways will be considered an act of war.

It appears that war is what they want and will not be satisfied until they get it. As bad as I hate to say it, that is probably not far from becoming a reality. So what's next? U.N. sanctions against North Korea calls for stopping any of their ships suspected of carrying anything related to nuclear weapons and conduct a full inspection of the cargo.

What does North Korea do in response? They dispatch the North Korean- flagged cargo freighter "Kang Nam 1" right out and dare anyone to stop it, namely the U.S. The United States responded by shadowing the North Korean vessell with an American Destroyer, for now anyway.

North Korea is like the little bully in school. They pick and poke , while hoping most will tuck and run. Then they run up on the one that aint about to run but they are about tired of this bully and will take care of the problem.

I have a news flash for North Korea. If they believe the U.S. will back off and run due to their threats, they are sadly mistaken because that will not happen. Only time will tell what will happen.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

More On North Korea.

Ok, I admit it. Something inside me keeps prying on me to write some more about North Korea and their bulldogging ways. I don't know what it is but it's working.

Now, maybe I am about sick and tired of hearing about this little pipsqueak country threatening any and everybody. So now, Kim Jong or whatever his name is, comes out with this newest threat against the U.S. He said before the fourth of July that he thinks he will add a little extra to the 4th of July celebration by firing a missile at Hawaii. This guy has lost all sense of reality and he is in charge of this rogue regime.

Well, what I say is, he can make that mistake if he so chooses and fire that missile at Hawaii if he is really that stupid. If he is that stupid, him and his people will pay a high price of pain and suffering for it. I would be willing to say that if he had went ahead with that threat and had fired on one of the 50, he can rest assured that the United States of America will unleash their wrath on him and his country relentlessly and without hesitation.

I believe, at that point, it will be time to put a stop to this dangerous and unpredictable leader and his world threatening ways.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

What's Up With North Korea?

It would appear that North Korea is willing to stop at nothing to pick a good fight. Why? Who knows? You would think that this would be a last resort instead of a primary one. Especially considering their economy status to date.

Could it be that they want to be labeled as the country to be feared by all? That is the way it seems. One has to wonder about the reasoning behind that though. Show me one person who would be willing to pick a fight with the guy that is plenty bigger than he is, plus this big guy has plenty of friends who would join this fight in an effort to protect their own interests from any consequential results.

I would be the first to pick that fight if backed into a corner and this is my only option. This is not the case though with North Korea. First, they claimed that their nuclear shenanigans were for peaceful purposes, yet turn right around, and then claims their intentions are anything but that.

Their unpredictable actions have caused high alerts from every country within striking distance from North Korea. Their warnings to any and all countries that any interferences concerning North Koreas ships at sea will be taken as an act of war. So, does that mean that the international community should just stand idly by and do nothing to stop this rogue behavior that could threaten their own future security? In the eyes of North Korea, yes. In the eyes of all others involved, no.

North Korea seems to think that they are in danger of invasion by the United States and its allies when this was not the case before, but could be now due to the North's own provocative actions. Instead of doing the things that would lessen the need for such actions, they are doing all the things that show a need for it.

It is one thing to mind your own business but be prepared to defend yourself if needed, but another thing altogether to puff out your chest and dare someone to cross the line while doing things to agitate and threaten them.

This entire ordeal is only going to get worse until it gets to the point that North Korea wants anyway, a fight. A fight is not hard to find if this is what you are hunting. You go out looking for trouble and you will find it every time. If trouble finds you first, then you just have to deal with it and hope for the best. If you find it first then you best be prepared to handle whatever follows. No pity, no sorrow, and no excuses simply because you found what you were looking for, trouble.

Maybe North Korea should look at this from a different perspective and see if they receive a different overall view. If they do take that different look but the view remains the same then no amount of talking will make a difference, but a clenched fist can and usually does. The results then depend on whether you were on the receiving end of that fist or providing it.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

The Thermal Imaging Debate

With all the fancy devices now available for use and abuse by law enforcement agencies, it brings about a series of serious questions that are in dire need for answers.

Thermal Imaging Devices, such as Forward Looking Infrared or FLIR have entered into the mix of high tech tools used by law enforcement to give them the upper hand in fighting crime. This is a good thing, right? Well, that remains to be seen.

It all depends on how it is to be used and for what purpose. I sure do not have a problem with it if they use it to catch the scumbags that stole my tools off the truck that I use to make a living. I say Hooray for High-Tech.

On the other hand though, this gadget has the potential for severe misuse, abuse, and to provide the means for downright illegal and immoral temptations of privacy invasions against any citizen anywhere. That is correct. With this little baby in hand, no one is safe from prying eyes.

Mounted on a chopper flying several miles away they can spot you sitting on the toilet. Now I am sure they would dispute that but why wouldn't they dispute it. If they didn't then the public might be getting to close to exposing their true capabilities with these gadgets. Sure wouldn't want that to happen now would we?

You see, it's OK for them to be able to gaze around our living rooms and bedrooms without our knowledge of it happening but it is not OK for us to know they are doing it. The bottom line is, the capabilities for it are there. The probabilities of it are there. The need for it all is not there.

Don't get me wrong here, I am not saying that these devices shouldn't be used for legitimate purposes. Such as, finding the little girl and the doll she is carrying, that wandered off while playing and got lost in the woods at about dusk one evening. I say, along with her worried sick parents, get that high tech device and the chopper that it's attached to, in the air now and locate this frantic little darling, along with her doll before some sicko does.

For purposes of search and rescue, these devices would be priceless. To be able to see the look of relief on the face of the little girl’s mother, along with the size of the cheerful tears coming from her face, when that little girl is reunited with her for that first hug after rescue would be most satisfying.

On the other hand. To put that chopper in the air on a "snake in the grass mission" like spying through the walls of a private residence to see what the homeowner is up to in there, is unacceptable practice. The only possible regulation of that practice would have to come from the same person administering it. Is that not putting the fox in charge of protecting the chickens?

Personally, I think a short lease is in order here. That will most likely have to come from the courts and if you ask me, that is just a little too late. Better late than never though.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

The Kings Of Coaching.

While we are on the subject of football coaches we might as well stay on it for a bit longer, except this time I will discuss some different ones. First let me clue you in on my pick as the best all around, over all coach to ever put on a pair of shoes.

That would be Coach Paul "Bear" Bryant. The man was a master of motivation. He made his players want to play as hard as they could to win football games for him and themselves. He also taught them about life. He taught them how to apply what they had learned about winning football games, to winning lifes hurdles in general.

This is no doubt, if you were to ask any man that had played football under Coach Bryant, who had made the biggest impact and the biggest difference in their lives, you would here Coach Bryant's name mentioned quite often. If you were to ask any person, that knew anything about football, to pick the top five coaches of all time, if you did not hear the name Bear Bryant mentioned every time, then whoever you were talking to didn't know much about football anyway.

There was another great coach that happened to be real good friends with Coach Bryant. His name was Eddie Robinson. Another winner that let his own class spill over into his players. Like Bryant, Eddie Robinson taught his players how to win with class. A perfect example of this was Coach Bryant telling his players one time, to go out there and knock them down, then help them up and tell them you will be right back to do it again.

Another one of my favorite coaches was in the NFL and that was Don "Air" Coryell. I loved to watch his San Diego Chargers offense with Dan Fouts pulling the trigger, running, I mean passing, up and down the field. Most times when Dan Fouts dropped back in the pocket and launched one of his famous bombs you could bank on either moving the chains for another first down or adding 6 points on the scoreboard.

Let me say this here and now. Don Coryell made a huge difference in the NFL. His offenses, which were called "Air Coryell", were yardage producers and record setters. The man was an offensive mastermind and he has yet to be inducted into the Pro Football Hall Of Fame. Something is wrong here with that. Get the man in there, he has earned the right to be there. Yeah, I know he never made it to the Super Bowl but so what. That doesn't mean he wasn't good at what he did. I will be watching for his induction and if it doesn't happen then that is a raw deal and I will personally begin a petition to get my man in there where he belongs.

While we are talking NFL coaches, here is another one that knew how to win. Chuck Noll of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He went to and won four Super Bowls with first, a running offense and a stout defense. Then his second two Super Bowls came by using a passing offense and a defense that was meaner than hell. This offense had Terry Bradshaw launching touchdown passes to Lynn Swann and John Stallworth and this defense had LC Greenwood and Mean Joe Green on the frontline, with Linebackers Jack Ham, Jack Lambert, and Dwight White. These guys, along with the rest of the Steel Curtain defense blistered opposing offenses while their own offense was scoring points. All that added up to back to back Super Bowl wins and a team load of Hall Of Famers.

Coming soon here at Will Digg's Hole, I will be doing a little write up on some of the best tandems in the history of football, so watch out for it. It will be enjoyable I do believe.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

The All Time Winningest Coach(es)

Let's discuss some football coaches, but first a quick question?

Who is the winningest coach in NCAA Division1 College football? Answer: As of right now Joe Paterno of Penn St. University holds that honor. But, Coach Paterno has an ongoing battle with another coach who is nipping at the back of his boots for that honor and his name is Bobby Bowden, Head Football Coach at Florida State University.

I have been following this battle for some time now. I think it is good for the sport to have two heavyweight coaches who have been at their respective schools for a long time, slugging it out with wins to see who emerges as the all time winning-est coach.

It seems for the past few years that these two fine coaches are both planning on remaining as head honcho for the foreseeable future. It also appears that the first one to retire might just be handing the other one this trophy for the most wins. That is if the NCAA would keep their nose out of it and let these two men go at it for the distinction of being the record holder.

That is the way it should be anyway. But no, instead the NCAA has to come busting through the door with all their unwarranted power and their Barney Fife ways, to begin an idiotic process that very well could alter the future and the history it will leave behind.

Their high and mighty organization wants to strip Coach Bowden of 14 football wins for something he had nothing to do with and was not aware of the problem that caused this whole mess. As soon as Coach Bowden and his staff became aware of the scandal, all players that were involved were immediately suspended from playing.

So Coach Bowden did what he was supposed to do as soon as he became aware of the problem but apparently that was not good enough for the NCAA.

So now, thanks to them, we no longer have that slugfest and horse race all packaged into one for all the marbles and the record that goes with it. Thanks to them it has been reduced to a runaway win for one man because the other man got knocked off his horse by a meddling troublemaker that makes stupid decisions that are unfair and just plain wrong.

I don't care what anybody says, it is not right to strip the entire university of those wins when no one was aware of a problem when the players were on the field. If there is a van going down the highway with 10 people on board and the driver gets stopped for speeding, do all ten people get a speeding ticket? No, that is unless that patrol car has NCAA written on the door.

I don't know who came up with that ignorant rule but it needs changing in the worst kind of way.

The NCAA may feel like they are setting an example with these "Penalize everybody for the actions of a few" types of punishment and I have to agree, they are setting an example, the wrong one.

I will leave it that and I will say this, the coach that raised the bar and set it passed away in 1983. His name was Paul Bryant.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole

The NCAA Strikes Again.

Well, it sure didn't take long for the mighty NCAA to step up and dish out another one of their famous idiotic penalties. This time Florida State wins the prize.

Here we have Florida St. head football coach Bobby Bowden, who happens to be in a tight race with Penn St. football coach Joe Paterno for the most wins ever by a division 1 college coach. If I am not mistaken here, that's a margin of one victory between them.

Whoa, wait a minute. Let me rephrase that. It used to be a margin of one victory between them. That is until the NCAA steps in with their rule book of stupid moves and rips 14 victories right out of Bowdens hands. This is the kicker part of it, Bobby Bowden had absolutely nothing to do with this problem but yet he gets nailed anyway.

Somebody needs to tell me straight up what is right about that? Anybody, I don't care who, just somebody explain to me what part of that is right. Then I would like to know how it's right, so I can beg to differ with you. I will be glad to match any explanations for right, with one of my own for why it's wrong.

I guess it just wasn't enough for the NCAA to make one stupid decision against Alabama and leave it at that. Oh no, they have to slither out of their hole and pop another one on Florida State, so that their will be no confusion anywhere on their worthiness for stupidity.

I still want to know who keeps coming up with these idiotic decisions to strip these schools of wins when the players and coaches that worked hard to get the wins had nothing to do with these outlandish so-called wrongdoings. Although that is a whole different gripe altogether, I won't get into that one just yet. But you can bet it is coming, and soon.

Right now I need to go but I will return with more on this.

Everything that is mentioned above is strictly my own personal opinion and meant as nothing more than that.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/willdiggshole
