An innovative AAA, Subscriber Management, Prepaid Billing and Policy Control
Product Suite Caters to both Small and Large Service Providers

Toronto, Canada | November 15, 2009: Aradial (www.aradial.com),
a global provider of AAA, billing, user management and policy control solutions
for IP service providers (including WiMAX, Internet, Wi-Fi, VoIP, IPTV and
mobile data), today announced the launch of Aradial Policy and Billing
Controller Version 5.1, a scalable, flexible, and easy-to-install solution.
Highly affordable, the solution has been specifically designed for entry-level
service providers that want to start small and scale up as their needs grow.

Aradial v. 5.1 is all-in-one product for online AAA, prepaid billing,
payment, balance management and enforcement, user management, and policy
control. The suite is offered in three packages:

- AAA/RADIUS policy controller - advanced AAA with policy enforcement

- Prepaid Data - advanced AAA with policy enforcement, prepaid billing plans,
and a payment system

- Prepaid Data and VoIP - advanced AAA with policy enforcement, data and VoIP
prepaid billing plans, and a payment system

With its advanced external interfaces, the suite was designed for integration
with the provider's legacy systems. It has already been preintegrated and
deployed with billing systems like FTS' Leap? Billing and FTS Express? (embedded
in the solution), UshaComm's Billing, Amdocs Compact Convergence system, and
more. Furthermore, the solution can be deployed and maintained without
Aradial support and is also offered with a 30-day trial.

Many of the features of version 5.1 were specifically developed to target the
growing WiMAX and Long-Term Evolution (LTE, 4G) markets, as well as large ISPs,
and to comply with the requirements of next-generation operators. The
solution is fully compliant with WiMAX Forum standards WiMAX 16d and 16e NWG 1.2
Stage 3, including the new prepaid standard for WiMAX and hotlining (for more
information, see Aradial WiMAX).

"The concept behind Aradial's solution is to offer an affordable system that
scales up as demands change", said Tomer Shahaf, Aradial's Director of Sales for
North America. "The Aradial suite solves the dilemma of entry-level and
medium-size service providers: starting small with minimum investment in
infrastructure while scaling up as needs grow, without having to replace their
CC&B systems. We have already performed interoperability ecosystem testing
with leading WiMAX ASN gateways and deployed the solution with several WiMAX
operators. We could not be happier with the results."

Benefiting from Aradial's years of experience in AAA/RADIUS, policy management,
user management, and billing, the company is now marketing and selling its
products through various channels, including direct sales, value-added
resellers, billing vendors, Wi-Fi equipment vendors, and VoIP and WiMAX vendors.
Innovation Network for Developers in Malaysia

Seoul, Korea - November 11, 2009: Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., a leading
provider of telecommunication systems and mobile phones, today announced that it
has won additional mobile WiMAX supply contracts from UQ Communications Inc.,
the Japan-based Mobile WiMAX service provider. Further expanding its industry
presence in Asia, Samsung also announced it has joined the WiMAX Centre of
Excellence, which is led by YTL Communications, the Malaysian Mobile WiMAX
As UQ Communications' primary Mobile WiMAX equipment vendor, Samsung has already
successfully deployed Mobile WiMAX networks in the major metropolitan centers of
Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka. UQ Communications launched commercial Mobile WiMAX
service in July 2009. Based on its strong partnership with UQ Communications
Inc, Samsung was awarded additional supply contracts for Mobile WiMAX base
stations for delivery early next year.

"UQ Communications and Samsung are working together to deploy and optimize
Japan's Mobile WiMAX network so that we can maximize the time-to-market
advantage," said Takashi Tanaka, president of UQ Communications Inc. "By the end
of March 2013, more than 93 percent of the population will enjoy high-quality
and high-speed mobile broadband service."

UQ Communications is invested by six independent companies in Japan, including
KDDI Corporation, Japan's second largest mobile service provider, Intel Capital
Corporation, East Japan Railway Company, KYOCERA Corporation and others.

UQ Communications Inc obtained its license for mobile WiMAX service from Japan's
Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications in December 2007.

Continuing its leadership in the industry, Samsung also announced that it joined
the WiMAX Innovation Network in Malaysia, led by YTL Communications. Other
global companies in the WiMAX industry such as Clearwire, Cisco, and GCT
Semiconductor also participate in the program.

The WiMAX Innovation Network encourages and supports the development of Mobile
WiMAX applications and products, and has been created to build a "WiMAX Centre
of Excellence" in Kuala Lumpur.

Samsung will take the role of knowledge provider and technical assistant,
providing its interoperability test lab in Malaysia for approved developers.

"We expect the WiMAX Innovation Network will be successfully setting-up by
well-structured Mobile WiMAX ecosystem with the support of the Malaysian
government," said YTL Communication's executive chairman and managing director,
Tan Sri Dato' Francis Yeoh.

YTL Communications is preparing to launch commercial Mobile WiMAX services,
providing a high-quality, converged mobile 4G network all over the country by
late 2010.

For this, Samsung will provide a comprehensive WiMAX network solution including
mobile WiMAX base stations, end-to-end IP Multimedia Service (IMS) solutions,
and a range of Mobile Internet Devices (MID).

"We're very pleased that WiMAX has become the next generation of mobile
communication technology in Asia," said Woonsub Kim, executive vice president
and head of the Telecommunication Systems Division, Samsung Electronics. "As a

WiMAX leader's second WiMAX shipment milestone follows shipment of one
millionth CPE device, helping further its efforts to bring broadband everywhere.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill., Nov. 2 2009 -- Motorola, Inc.'s (NYSE: MOT) Home
& Networks Mobility business today announced that it has shipped its 10,000th
802.16e WiMAX Access Point (WAP) base site. This milestone shipment represents a
more than 40 percent compound annual growth rate (CAGR) since Motorola's first
WiMAX access points were shipped in 2007, and adds to Motorola's continued
momentum in delivering WiMAX solutions and winning contracts with operators
world wide.

Motorola's WAP portfolio includes a variety of solutions designed to meet an
operator's specific needs for coverage and capacity. In the 2.3GHz, 2.5GHz, and
3.5GHz the models currently shipping include the WAP 400 with 2x2 antenna
technology and the WAP 450 - a higher power 2x2 unit. In addition, the WAP 800
in the 3.5GHz has the versatility to support both coverage and capacity models
with 4x8 beam-forming antenna technology.

The recently announced 4x4 WAP 650, which is an easy field upgrade from the WAP
450, offers operators 30 percent reduction in total cost of ownership compared
to average 2x2 base stations. Each new generation of the WAP product line is
designed with improved energy efficiency in mind to be eco-friendly and reduce
operating costs. For example, there is a more than 100 percent relative energy
efficiency improvement from the first to second generation radio frequency (RF)
unit.

"This shipment milestone is further evidence of the success we've achieved in
delivering mobile WiMAX," said Bruce Brda, senior vice president and general
manager Wireless Networks, Motorola Home & Networks Mobility. "Motorola, the No.
1 market share leader in WiMAX, is committed to 802.16e mobile WiMAX and to the
future path of WiMAX 802.16m. In fact, Motorola is on the IEEE 802.16 Task Group
m (TGm) Leadership Team and helped design the 16m standard."

Motorola has been a pioneer in developing mobile WiMAX since 2005 when it was
one of the first companies to declare its support solely behind 802.16e.
Motorola now stands poised to help launch the next iteration of this mobile
broadband technology, 802.16m - also known as WiMAX Release 2, with continued
development of its WiMAX portfolio.

Motorola has more than 35 WiMAX contracts in every region of the world, in 2.3
GHz, 2.5 GHz, and 3.5 GHz, including the recently announced deal with Imagine in
Ireland. Its WiMAX customers, which range from Greenfield to mature operators,
are delivering fixed, nomadic, and mobile service to meet their unique market
needs and business requirements.

Motorola is leading the industry with award winning, end-to-end WiMAX solutions
that address the full scope of operators deployment needs. The Motorola WiMAX
solutions portfolio includes access, core, devices, network management and
services. Motorola's best-in-class quality assurance processes, along with a
track record of WiMAX commercial deployments worldwide, offer service providers
the confidence that they are getting a high-quality, reliable solution.

Deployment uses Vecima's VistaMAX(R) series of WiMAX compliant base
stations and service modules and tower construction services

VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Nov. 4, 2009) - WiMAX equipment
designed and manufactured by Vecima Networks Inc. (TSX:VCM), the Last Mile
Solution(R) for broadband wireless networks, is being installed by a major
Canadian oil production and distribution company. The deployment will greatly
enhance the oil producer's ability to monitor and control its distributed
production system and facilities with high speed data links, video surveillance,
and a multi-mode portable communication link with both WiMAX and Wi-Fi access.
The 3.5 GHz VistaMAX(R) base stations and customer access equipment, based on
the IEEE 802.16 wireless standard, successfully passed extensive, year-long
field trials and full scale deployment started earlier in 2009. Vecima has
already received purchase orders aggregating approximately $1.5 million. The
entire multi-million dollar deployment is expected to take approximately 3 years
as the customer moves to bring most of its system onto this modern data network.

The customer has also contracted Vecima, through its YourLink Wireless division,
to construct an initial 7 tower locations plus additional radio installations on
existing towers. The first half of 2010 will see an expansion adding 10 new
locations. The tower and radio network will be managed by the customer with
operations support, inspection and maintenance provided by Vecima's Wireless
Applications and Engineering Support Team, and YourLink, Vecima's wireless ISP
provider in Western Canada.

"We are pleased that a major Canadian oil production and distribution company
has chosen Vecima's cutting-edge VistaMAX(R) equipment to deploy in Western
Canada," said Surinder Kumar, Chairman and CEO of Vecima. "VistaMAX(R) offers a
cost effective solution for delivering wireless broadband data and will serve
many applications, including collecting remote office data and increasing
security for well sites and personnel through real time video surveillance and
communication. Reductions in operating costs will increase efficiency and
minimize downtime. We are pleased to have entered into the unique vertical
industry of oil and gas and to be working with a leading oil company. We believe
that the success of this break-through program will to lead to further
deployments in other areas and applications across the country."

About Vecima Networks

Vecima Networks Inc. (TSX:VCM) designs, manufactures and sells products that
enable broadband access to cable, wireless and telephony networks. Vecima's
hardware products incorporate original embedded software to meet the complex
requirements of next-generation, high-speed digital networks. Service providers
use Vecima's solutions to deliver services to a converging worldwide broadband
market, including what are commonly known as "triple play" (voice, video and
data) and "quadruple play" (voice, video, data and wireless) services. Vecima's
solutions allow service providers to rapidly and cost-effectively bridge the
final network segment that connects the system directly to end users, commonly
referred to as "the last mile", by overcoming the bottleneck resulting from
insufficient carrying capacity in legacy, last mile infrastructures. Vecima's
products are directed at two principal markets: Converged Wired Solutions and
Broadband Wireless. The Company has also developed, and continues to focus on
developing, products to address emerging markets such as Voice over Internet
Protocol, fibre to the home and IP video.

Q3 Financial Highlights:

Returned to Non-GAAP Profitability in Q3 and Year-to-Date Results

Revenues stable sequentially

GAAP net loss of ($0.02) per share; Non-GAAP net income of $0.00 per share

delays

WiMAX revenues down 10% sequentially to $40.5 million

Order pattern continues gradual improvement

In the third quarter of 2009, total revenues were $58.4 million, a decrease of
0.6% from $58.7 million in the second quarter of 2009, and a decrease of 21%
from $74.3 million in the third quarter of 2008.

GAAP net loss in the third quarter of 2009 was ($1.0) million, or ($0.02) per
share, compared to net loss of ($4.0) million, or ($0.06) per share in Q2 2009.

the third quarter of 2009 and the comparative periods.
Cash used in operations was ($4.7) million. As of September 30, 2009, cash, cash
equivalents and investments were $125 million.

Comments from Management

?We achieved non-GAAP breakeven results on approximately the same level of
revenues as the second quarter, as a result of higher gross margin from a
favorable revenue mix combined with our success in improving operating
leverage,? said Tzvika Friedman, president and CEO of Alvarion. ?Our challenge
in Q3 related mainly to the impact on revenues of regulatory delays in making
spectrum available and the tight credit environment which slowed the pace of
some deployments. Meanwhile, fundamental demand remains robust, the WiMAX
ecosystem is expanding, and operators are experiencing subscriber growth. As a
result, operators? interest in our solution is also growing, and we continue to
be encouraged by the gradual improvement in order intake.

?We expect a similar quarter in Q4, followed by a gradual recovery which is
expected to begin during the first half of 2010 based on improving demand, plus
our ability to reach revenue recognition milestones on projects already won.
Catalysts for improving demand may include easing of tight credit conditions,
new projects funded under the U.S. broadband stimulus program, and WiMAX license
auctions in India. By the end of 2009, the result of streamlining and
simplifying the organization will have taken full effect, bringing our revenue
breakeven level to approximately $58 million. This will position us to benefit
from further operating leverage as revenues improve.

?Longer term, we expect continued growth in demand for WiMAX based on low
broadband penetration in many countries and continuing growth in demand for
data-intensive applications on mobile platforms, aided by additional spectrum
availability and the proliferation of new devices.?

Q4 2009 Guidance.

The company?s revenue guidance for Q4 2009 is from $55 to $63 million. Based on
the indicated revenue range, Q4 non-GAAP per share results are expected to range
between a loss of ($0.04) and profit of $0.02. GAAP per share results are
expected to range between a loss of ($0.07) and ($0.01).

Russia's Largest Regional WiMAX Operator Expands its Service Area to 93
Cities.

Moscow - October, 26, 2009 - Enforta today announces that it will expand its
wireless broadband service to cover an additional 25 cities during 2010,
increasing the company's overall service 'footprint' to 93 cities.

The expansion program will include the cities of Kirov, Cheboksary,
Novocheboksarsk, Belgorod, Kaluga, Kursk, Cherepovets, Murmansk, Elista,
Nizhnevartovsk, Saransk, Vladimir, Smolensk, Kostroma, Petrozavodsk, Pskov,
Naberezhny Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Orel, Tambov, and Siktivkar. The cities of Kazan,
"Russia has certainly not been exempt from the global economic crisis, but in
the last few months we have seen steady improvement", said Victor Ratnikov,

particularly in some of the smaller regional capitals where our corporate
subscriber base is underserved".

Seoul, Korea, October 26, 2009 - Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., a leading
provider of telecom systems and mobile phones, and VMAX Telecom, a Taiwan-based
WiMAX operator, today announced that they successfully demonstrated the
industry's first Mobile WiMAX roaming service at the Broadband Taiwan 2009
conference.

By offering an international and national roaming service demonstration using
Samsung's Mobile WiMAX systems and devices, the companies reaffirmed their
leadership of the technology. The presentation showed that with the
roaming service, Mobile WiMAX is capable of being used around the world.
For roaming service between different service networks, the two networks should
be interoperated by sharing registration information.

At the conference, Samsung and VMAX presented a Mobile Internet Device called
Mondi?, which is registered on the Clearwire Mobile WiMAX service in the United
States, accessible on VMAX's network and equipped with all the services provided
by VMAX. The demonstration also featured interoperability between VMAX's
Mobile WiMAX service in northern Taiwan and Tatung's Mobile WiMAX network in
southern Taiwan.

"This affirms the interoperability and maturity of Samsung WiMAX system, and it
will enable VMAX to deliver the promises of WiMAX in Taiwan," said Teddy Huang,
President and CEO of VMAX.

VMAX Telecom plans to provide commercial Mobile WiMAX service this year in
Taipei City, Taiwan and will expand the service to six additional major regions
- including Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Miaoli, Keelung, Yilan and Lienchiang, using
Samsung's Mobile WiMAX equipment. VMAX Telecom is a joint venture between
Taiwan's two leading telecom corporations, Tecom and Vibo Telecom. The
joint venture acquired the National Communications Commission (NCC) certified
WiMAX license for the northern region of Taiwan in 2007.

"We're very excited that Mobile WiMAX has entered a new phase of its global
expansion with this successful demonstration," said Woonsub Kim, executive vice
president and head of the Telecommunication Systems Division at Samsung
Electronics. "Samsung will continue to concentrate on providing the most
convenient Mobile WiMAX service to satisfy our end users."

Taiwan's government is working on the "M-Taiwan" initiative, a project which
aims to enhance Taiwan's leadership position in WiMAX developments. The
government is in the process of preparing a meeting between Taiwanese vendors
and global telecom operators and encouraging many Taiwanese device providers to
develop and launch various types of mobile WiMAX terminals.

Mobile WiMAX is the leading technology among the 4G candidates and already
occupies an axis of the telecom industry as a real mobile broadband service in
the global market. The number of global WiMAX deployments has reached
approximately 504 networks in 145 countries. WiMAX Forum and Ecosystem
participants announced their commitment to build and trial WiMAX Release 2 based
on the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 802.16m
standard, which is a candidate for the IMT-Advanced radio interface, during ITU
Telecom World 2009.

The advanced mobile broadband technology allows fast and cost-effective roll-out
of new metering infrastructure

MELBOURNE / SYDNEY, Australia ? 22 October 2009 ? Motorola, Inc.
(NYSE:MOT) today announced that SP AusNet, a leading Australian energy delivery
company, has chosen Motorola Home & Networks Mobility business? mobile broadband
technology to power the world?s first WiMAX-based smart metering applications.
Motorola will provide SP AusNet with a wireless end-to-end infrastructure for
its smart metering program, which will help monitor and reduce electricity usage
for more than 680,000 customers in Victoria.

Smart metering is a full measurement and collection system that includes
customer meters, communication networks and data management systems.
Motorola?s innovative WiMAX application supports wireless communications between
customers? meters and the central system, enabling the system to record
electricity consumption measurements and remotely manage customer meters.
The WiMAX technology also enables fast infrastructure roll-out and lower
deployment and operating costs for utility companies.

Motorola will supply and deploy WiMAX WAP 650 base stations operating at 2.3GHz,
Access Service Network (ASN) Gateway and new microwave systems to extend the
wide area network (WAN) to new coverage areas. The system is based on a
flat, all-IP architecture that enables high-speed machine-to-machine (M2M)
communications. It will facilitate communication with SP AusNet?s smart
meters embedded with WiMAX chipsets, collecting measurements and sending
instructions in real time, supporting the analysis of usage patterns and power
generation needs. This wireless network also will allow SP AusNet to
facilitate smooth communications for its field operations. The project
spans a four-year period, and Motorola will start shipping and installing
products by the end of 2009.

?This is the first time WiMAX technology will be used in smart metering for an
electrical utility company. The WiMAX technology supports high-speed data
communications and hundreds of thousands of smart metering connections that are
capable of covering large geographical areas, providing a solid foundation to
build a reliable and cost-effective communications network for smart metering,?
said Eric Starnes, vice president of sales and operations for Motorola?s Home &
Networks Mobility business in Asia. ?Motorola?s WiMAX solution will
deliver a standards-based, carrier-grade solution that is secure, reliable and
flexible to meet SP AusNet's smart metering requirements while delivering an
unmatched quality of services. The contract win demonstrates our
commitment to help customers like SP AusNet expand their capabilities.?

Victoria is the first state in Australia to implement the extensive roll-out of
smart meters. The government-led initiative will enable more than 2.2
million homes and 300,000 businesses to better manage their energy needs, cut
carbon emissions and help increase retail competition.

Utility companies with smart metering systems will be able to provide innovative
pricing structures such as discounted rates during non-peak hours. By
providing more information on energy consumption levels in different time
periods during the day, smart metering enables customers to enjoy cheaper
electricity rates by better managing their usage. In addition, it will
help increase businesses? ability to pre-define disaster planning scenarios to
minimize the impact to the grid, which will save resources. The WiMAX-based
system also can support a series of new functions such as remote connection and
disconnection, outage detection and notification, power quality control and
asset optimization.

Kuala Lumpur, 22 October 2009 - Bursa Malaysia Main Board listed Green
Packet Berhad ("Green Packet"), a leading developer of WiMAX products and
solutions, has, via its subsidiary, Packet One Sdn Bhd, the holding company of
Packet One Networks (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, entered into an agreement with Pacnet
for the transfer of Pacnet's Facilities-based Operator ("FBO") license and
Wireless Broadband Access ("WBA") spectrum right to Green Packet's newly
incorporated company, Packet One (S) Pte Ltd ("P1 Singapore").

The successful transfer of the Singapore FBO license and WBA spectrum right upon
final approval from the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore ("IDA") will
be seen both as a proof point and catalyst to P1's leadership in the global
WiMAX operator space. The Company currently ranks amongst the top five
WiMAX operators in the world in terms of network size and subscriber base.

"The transfer of this FBO license and WBA spectrum right in Singapore is in line
with our strategy of divesting non-core assets and growing our partner network
to better serve our customers," said Jacques Grézaud, Country Manager, Pacnet
Singapore. "Pacnet has a long history serving thousands of SME customers
across the region. Our latest partnership will enable Green Packet to
support the highly demanding mobile data market in Singapore, enabling consumers
to enjoy world class WiMAX solutions."

According to Informa's 3G Wireless Broadband report, high speed mobile
subscriptions for Singapore's top three operators increased on average by close
to 150% in 2008-09 to 710,000 subscribers. And this growth is expected to
continue as subscribers move from home to personal broadband.

Green Packet's Group Managing Director and Group CEO, Mr CC Puan said, "P1's
extension into Singapore is a first step towards the Company's mission to build
a multi-market, pan-regional footprint and to become South East Asia's leading
4G WiMAX operator.

P1 and Green Packet aim to deliver superior user experience for mobile broadband
access in any market. To this end, Singapore offers an excellent reference
platform and test-bed as an advanced market for us to develop innovative
seamless mobility technology and applications."

As part of the business strategy, P1's entry into Singapore is also expected to
deliver the immediate benefit and competitive proposition of roaming for its
subscribers. As an indication of the market size and demand for roaming
services, cross-border visitor arrivals between the two countries totalled 11.65
million in 2008 according to tourism statistics.

Mr Michael Lai, CEO of P1 Malaysia said, "Since we launched, we've worked hard
to build the P1 brand equity and to deliver superior service experience.
Our entry into Singapore to become a multi-market player will enable us to offer
a robust alternative to compliment mobile operators and create a compelling
proposition for both our individual and corporate customers via roaming
services. We look forward to bringing the P1 experience beyond Malaysia
further down south."

Mr Lai added that Singapore presents a tremendous growth opportunity to P1 due
the Republic's advanced mobile data demand. The proximity to Malaysia will
also allow the Singapore operations to tap into the existing KL services such as
the billing systems, customer service support and so forth for substantial CAPEX
savings.

P1 Singapore would offer supplementary bandwidth to which existing telcos could
offload data traffic to minimize network congestion. It also plans to
bundle mobility to FTTH players to complement their services.

Broadband moves into the fast lane with Intel and Motorola supporting Imagine
in the Irish WiMAX revolution

Dublin, October 14th 2009 - Imagine Communications Group today announced
details of its 4th generation mobile WiMAX network in Ireland. This new
wireless technology provides high speed Internet and phone access at home and on
the move.

WiMAX is a global phenomenon, backed worldwide by Intel, Google, Comcast,
Motorola and other major multinationals. The new technology is being
deployed in over 145 countries by major telecoms companies including Sprint in
the US.

Irish company Imagine is initially investing ¤100 million upgrading its existing
national infrastructure to the state-of-the-art WiMAX network. This new
technology will allow Imagine to make high speed broadband available and
affordable to businesses and consumers across Ireland. Imagine intends to
slash existing pricing by up to 50 per cent.

Imagine has selected global giant Motorola to supply its high-end WiMAX
equipment to bring the 4G service to homes and businesses throughout Ireland.

Launched by Taoiseach Brian Cowen in Dublin's Mansion House today, the Taoiseach
said WiMAX will elevate Ireland as the IT envy of Europe and the new network
represents "green shoots" for the Irish economy.

"WiMAX is of particular importance, and a great vote of confidence in Irish
business, the economy, and our people. Moreover, it's an Irish company
founded and run by Irish entrepreneurs, spearheading the drive to move Ireland
to the top of international broadband rankings," the Taoiseach said.

Mr Cowen added that WiMAX "addresses next generation access and the Digital
Divide" for businesses and consumers and "drives the smart economy" to create
technology and manufacturing jobs. Imagine itself will create 200 new
hi-tech jobs as it rolls out WiMAX.

The Taoiseach added that Imagine's rollout of WiMAX highlighted the good use of
licensed spectrum by Comreg, a major national resource which enables next
generation access at much lower costs than any other technology.

WiMAX enables faster Internet speeds and better phone services at much higher
efficiency and quality levels than existing DSL or mobile broadband offerings.

The Imagine WiMAX service is already in operation, and phase one of the rollout
covering 250,000 homes in Dublin, Wexford, Sligo, Tralee and Athlone will be
completed by mid-November 2009.

Imagine's new network will not be restricted to high-population areas, but will
also be rolled out to smaller towns and rural communities at a rate of 15 new
WiMAX areas per month.

The launch of Imagine's rollout of WiMAX in Ireland is good news for Irish
businesses and consumers. In bypassing the existing Eircom infrastructure,
consumers and businesses will no longer have to incur expensive line rental
charges.

Eircom's line rental is the highest in Europe and Imagine WiMAX customers will
automatically save up to ¤300 a year on top of benefitting from lower broadband
and phone bills. This initiative will reduce the average cost of broadband
and phone services by as much as 50 per cent.

Speaking at the WiMAX launch at Dublin's Mansion House today, Mr Sean Bolger,
Imagine's CEO, said WiMAX is a world-leading access technology that can be
rolled out more cost-effectively than fibre and cable broadband.

"This means that we can provide high-speed broadband and phone services faster
to more people across Ireland cost effectively. This has to be good news
for Irish consumers and businesses especially in the current environment," Mr
Bolger said.

Mr Jim O'Hara, General Manager of Intel Ireland, said that WiMAX is a
game-changing technology.

"Many people in the country are operating on a 1Mbps speed at the moment, even
if they think they are paying for higher. WiMAX is easily achieving 8Mbps,
and this will be increased. Intel is going to provide WiMAX embedded
laptops and PCs from early 2010," Mr O'Hara concluded.

Also speaking at the launch, Motorola's Head of Sales Steve McCaffery said:
"Today's announcement is very significant for Motorola as we see Ireland as a
key strategic market for WiMAX due to the digital divide and broadband deficits
which causes lower broadband speeds and higher prices than the rest of Europe,"
he said.

About Imagine:

Imagine Communications Group is a pan-European communications provider.
The Group has substantial business operations in Europe with overall network
reach extending to Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands, Austria, Norway and the
USA. In Ireland Imagine provides fixed voice, broadband, IP and ISP
services. Imagine is the No. 2 business telecoms company in Ireland
and provides services to 17,000 businesses. Imagine also provides
residential customers across the country with the Imagine, Gaelic Telecom,
Access and Cinergi brands and serves 10% of the Irish population with broadband.

Imagine is led by its founder, Sean Bolger, a European Telecoms Entrepreneur who
has founded and operated businesses in fixed, mobile and data telecommunications
services for nearly 20 years.

About WiMAX:

WiMAX, (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access), is a new
standards-based wireless technology designed to deliver wireless wide area
network services. WiMAX enables the delivery of last mile wireless
broadband access as an alternative to wired broadband like cable and DSL.
WiMAX provides fixed, nomadic, portable and, soon mobile, wireless broadband
connectivity without the need for direct line-of- sight with a base station.
WiMAX can be expected to deliver capacity of up to 40 Mbps per channel, for
fixed and portable access applications. The multi-Billion dollar national
rollout of WiMAX is underway in the US and is supported by Google, Intel,
Comcast and Time Warner. 475 WiMax networks were deployed in 140 countries
as of April 2009 and more than 50 million users expected in 2014.

Having successfully met the target of 25% population coverage in Peninsula,
Malaysia's No. 1 WiMAX telco gets the green light to also roll out in East
Malaysia.

KUALA LUMPUR - Packet One Networks (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
("P1"), Malaysia's first and leading WiMAX telco, announced today that it has
received the necessary approvals to also roll out its P1 W1MAX service in East
Malaysia.

"The deployment of WiMAX broadband is crucial in achieving the national
household broadband penetration target of 50% by 2010. WiMAX operators
play an important role in meeting this objective and must work towards meeting
or exceeding the targets committed", said Michael Lai, Chief Executive Officer,
P1.

In the spirit of 1Malaysia and P1's mission to get as many Malaysians as
possible to join the WiMAX Revolution, the P1W1MAX roll out will begin
simultaneously in Sabah and Sarawak in Q1 2010. East Malaysians in the
cities such as Kuching, Miri, Bintulu, Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan and Tawau will be
able to enjoy the freedom of P1W1MAX broadband as early as in Q2 2010.

"East Malaysia is a market of tremendous importance to P1. We're truly
excited and feeling very gung ho about empowering the people of both Sabah and
Sarawak with WiMAX soon," said Lai.

P1 W1MAX is primed to meet the tremendous demand for broadband in Sabah and
Sarawak. "The household broadband penetration rates of only 13.6% in
Sarawak and 9.5% in Sabah at the end of 2008 are still very low compared to the
national average. We are looking forward to meeting a massive demand for
quality broadband in both states, whilst spreading the benefits of

Company Plans Fully Integrated RF Front End IC for WiMAX & LTE Mobile Devices

ATLANTA, GA - October 6, 2009 - VT Silicon, a fabless semiconductor
startup in Atlanta, GA, today announced the industry's first silicon-based power
amplifier capable of meeting the stringent operating requirements of 4G wireless
data transmissions. This breakthrough milestone was achieved after 2 1/2
years of privately funded development by using the company's patented Linearity
Enhancement Technology (LET?) to achieve the power, efficiency, and linearity
required by today's battery-powered 4G broadband mobile devices. The use
of silicon (Silicon Germanium, or SiGe) instead of the traditional, more
expensive Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) allows a significantly lower cost device with
a much higher level of integration. The new PA design has been shown to
compete effectively with GaAs PAs on key 4G specifications such as EVM, PAE, and
ACPR as defined by the WiMAX Forum? and 3GPP.

Based on the competitive performance demonstrated by the PA, the company has
embarked on the next step of creating a fully integrated single chip Front End
RFIC initially targeting the WiMAX market, with future versions designed for LTE.
The first chip of the family (VFM2500) will be available for testing in the
first quarter of 2010 with production targeted at 4Q2010. The initial
design will cover the 2.5GHz to 2.7GHz WiMAX band as well as the 2.4GHz WiFi
band, and will include the PA, LNA, T/R Switch, and TX and RX filtering and
baluns. Other key features include support for transmit antenna diversity,
2x2 DL MIMO, and dynamic bias control via the serial interface for battery life
optimization. The chip includes multiple power modes to allow for
efficient operation over a wide range of transmit powers, as well as providing
efficient operation in WiFi mode. The Front End RFIC is housed in a single
5mm x 5.5mm x 1mm QFN package that requires only two external bypass capacitors,
thereby minimizing the external BOM cost and space requirements.

"This breakthrough design allows us to take full advantage of the power of
silicon integration to implement very advanced, intelligent functionality that
helps us minimize current consumed by the battery. By communicating with a
baseband processor via our SPI bus we can re-optimize performance burst-by-burst
so that each power level consumes the absolute least current possible while
still meeting EVM and mask specifications," said Michael Hooper, CEO. "In
the past it has not been cost effective for RF Front Ends to achieve this level
of sophistication. However, by leveraging our patented LET? technology to
implement silicon PAs we now have the ability to create very complex digital &
analog control into the Front End RFIC. This is a first in the industry.
This new FEIC will reduce the component count of a typical discrete 1x2 WiMAX
front end from approximately 50 components to only 3."

VT Silicon received its Series A funding in April 2007, and Series B funding in
October 2008 from California-based Menlo Ventures to take its fundamental
intellectual property (LET?) from the test phase to a fully integrated FEIC.
VT Silicon is located in Atlanta, GA and is a member company of Georgia Tech's
Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC).

ITU TELECOM WORLD 2009

GENEVA--(BUSINESS WIRE) - The WiMAX Forum® and executives from premier
suppliers and operators were on hand during ITU Telecom World 2009 to express
their commitment to build and trial WiMAX Release 2 based on the IEEE 802.16m
standard. Ecosystem participants represented Alvarion, Beceem, Cisco,
Clearwire, Huawei, Intel, KT, Samsung, UQC, Yota and ZTE. Also revealed
was a milestone of 500 network deployments in more than 145 countries ? placing
WiMAX as the leading mobile broadband technology.

The WiMAX Forum, along with 50 companies, announced the endorsement of IEEE?s
submission to ITU-R that proposes an IEEE 802.16m-based candidate for IMT-Advanced.
The WiMAX Forum also announced that it will finalize its WiMAX Release 2
specification in parallel with IEEE 802.16m and IMT-Advanced, ensuring that
WiMAX Release 2 networks and devices will remain backward compatible with legacy
WiMAX Release 1 based on IEEE 802.16e.

The developing 802.16m standard offers new capabilities and efficiencies to meet
the challenging IMT-Advanced requirements. The IEEE's IMT-Advanced
proposal documents that, according to the ITU-R's rigorous definition reflecting
aggregate throughput delivered to multiple users in a practical deployment,
using 4X2 MIMO in the urban microcell scenario with only a single 20 MHz TDD
channel available system wide, the 802.16m system can support both 120 Mbit/s
downlink and 60 Mbit/s uplink per site simultaneously. This is
breakthrough performance. Higher data rates can be obtained with
additional spectrum resources or more complex antenna schemes. The WiMAX
Release 2 profile will also incorporate these capabilities for improved VoIP
capacity, spectral efficiency, latency, handover speed, cell range, and
coverage, with support for wider operating bandwidth in both TDD and FDD
duplexing.

The WiMAX Forum expects to see WiMAX Release 2 available commercially in the
2011-2012 timeframe.

?As is evidenced here today, there is a broad ecosystem ready to deliver WiMAX
as the first IMT-Advanced compliant technology to market,? said Ron Resnick,
president of the WiMAX Forum. ?One of our top priorities is to bring WiMAX
Forum Certified Release 2 networks and devices to market by the end of 2011.
Even better, with double digit WiMAX deployment growth every month, the next
release of WiMAX will have an even more substantial installed base upon which to
build.?

Aggressive WiMAX Ramp Drives Evolution of the Mobile Internet

In addition to news about the WiMAX roadmap, the WiMAX Forum also announced
several updates on how WiMAX is changing lives today with affordable,
multi-megabit broadband worldwide. Recently, the number of WiMAX
deployments reached approximately 504 networks in 145 countries, with 15 new
deployments added in August.

Regionally, Africa led with 109 deployments and Central/Latin America closely
followed with 102. Asia Pacific and Eastern Europe reached 79 deployments
each and Western Europe hosts 68 networks. North America and the Middle
East grew to 49 and 18 deployments, respectively.

In addition to an increase in the number of networks tracked by WiMAX Forum,
many of the already established WiMAX networks continue to expand rapidly.
Examples include Yota, which expects to reach 200,000 subscribers on its Russian
network this month, and Packet One Networks, which recently celebrated its first
anniversary of operations with news that it had reached 80,000 subscribers.
Clear, Sprint and Comcast all have also made strides in expanding their networks
this year, with multiple city launches set to come by the end of 2009; and UQ
Communications plans to cover more than half of the Japanese population by the
end of December. For more information on WiMAX deployments, please visit
www.WiMAXMaps.org.

Further, the WiMAX Forum Certified? program continues to see strong submission
and certification results on products, including end user products such as
netbooks and laptops. The WiMAX certification registry reached 154
products, with 14 new products certified in August and 11 in September. To
view the WiMAX Forum Certified registry, please visit

LEAGUE CITY, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ERF Wireless (OTCBB:ERFW), a
leading provider of enterprise-class wireless broadband products and services,
announced today that it has obtained FCC approval for nearly 90 WiMAX 3.65-GHz
transmission locations. These locations provide directed broadband coverage for
the most strategic oil and natural gas development and production areas in the
United States and are specifically targeted by ERF Wireless to enhance their
already accelerated technology deployment and revenue growth in this sector.
These new towers will complement existing ERF Wireless broadband coverage, and
these sites are registered and will be constructed in accordance with the
regulations covering the ERF Wireless national WiMAX license issued last year.
Several of these locations are already in operation and producing revenue. This
new technology will make broadband services available to almost 30,000 square
miles of additional energy exploration and production geography and reach almost
half of the drilling sites currently in operation in the continental United
States.

Mr. Mike Jones, CTO of ERF Wireless, commented, ?We are excited about this
deployment of WiMAX technology. It supports economical delivery of broadband
services to business and industry in geographical areas that have been
underserved. Since its introduction, the cost to deploy WiMAX has decreased
rapidly while its capabilities have dramatically improved. We will rapidly
expand this capability in the near term and will continue to find ways to
profitably deploy world-class solutions to support our customers? requirements.
As documented in the September 2009 issue of World Oil magazine, wireless
broadband allows oil and gas exploration companies to significantly improve
their effectiveness and efficiency.?

Dr. H. Dean Cubley, Chairman and CEO of ERF Wireless, added, ?The use of WiMAX
technology to expand and enhance our already-extensive wireless footprint is
central to our strategic business model. In particular, our oil and gas
customers require carrier-class broadband performance that is facilitated by
WiMAX. As existing unlicensed bands of spectrum become increasingly congested,
the move to the clean 3.65-GHz spectrum and other licensed bands is highly
desirable and exactly what our customer base is looking for.?

Cubley went on to note that the new WiMAX transmission sites add reach to what
is already a very successful and extensive wireless network operating in three
major sectors of North American wireless broadband. ?We serve more than 10,000
business and residential customers with our growing WISP (Wireless Internet
Service Provider) operations. We also support a number of regional community
banks with high-speed networks which include our proprietary CryptoVue network
security system for secure wireless financial operations. Finally, we already
have the most extensive wireless broadband network operating in the oil and gas
rich areas of North America.?

Aricent's WiMAX Integrated Gateway powers Juni's Femto / Pico Base Station
Family providing end-to-end WiMAX infrastructure solutions

PALO ALTO, Calif., Sept. 23 -- Aricent(TM), a global innovation,
technology and services company focused exclusively on communications, today
announced a collaboration with Juni Global (Juni) to provide a complete
end-to-end WiMAX infrastructure solution for in-campus (enterprise /
residential) and private networks. Juni's Femto / Pico Base Stations are ideal
solutions for operators looking to expand high bandwidth mobile Internet
services within campuses and small private networks.

Increasingly, in-campus and private networks are being tasked with supporting
the high data rates demanded by today's sophisticated end users. However, due to
highly constrained budgets and limited resources these dedicated networks
require high efficiency in terms of incurred capital and operating expenses. The
combination of Aricent's standards-based, field proven WiMAX Integrated Gateway
(WING) software framework and Juni's extensive suite of Femto / Pico Base
Stations offer the ideal solution for those challenged with deploying robust
in-campus and private networks. The Aricent WING powered Juni solution supports
full interoperability with the WiMAX Forum Network Working Group (NWG) defined
R6 interface, ensuring a standard reference interface to equipment within the
WiMAX network. The joint effort creates significant technology synergies,
offering System Integrators and in-campus Service Providers a high-performance,
end-to-end WiMAX network, accelerating time to market and reducing risk and
cost.

"We are quite pleased with the support from Aricent and the functionality that
their products offer. We are excited about the market potential for the
in-building private network market sector that the Aricent products have enabled
us to pursue," said Jay Syverson, sr. director USA, at Juni. "Aricent's products
have been an important enabler of Juni's technologies, allowing us to rapidly
develop complete solutions that meet the markets' needs, like our MAX-LAN
controller that is used in our Smart in-building system."

Aricent offers a WiMAX network-in-a-box software solution, WiMAX Integrated
Gateway WING, designed for equipment vendors looking to provide WiMAX-based
solutions in a short time-frame using pre-packaged and pre-optimized software.
At its heart, WING consists of an ASN-Gateway integrated with an AAA server and
HA server on the same physical node.

Aricent's WING product is an ideal low footprint solution, with low CAPEX and
OPEX requirements, supporting 100-20,000 simultaneous attached subscribers. It
is a highly flexible solution, designed to work in tandem with the existing
Macro / Peer WiMAX networks and provides secure service to both local and
roamed-in subscribers. Its flexible licensing scheme allows box licensing based
on number of subscribers, Base Stations or data throughput.
the Aricent WING in its local MAX-LAN controller and can support up to 200
access points.

Juni's smaller indoor solutions include an in-home Femtocell (JFW-500) and a
larger Picocell, the Hot Spot MAX (JFW-600), which provides multiple services
including fixed Ethernet, enterprise grade Wi-Fi and WiMAX . Juni's novel
approach to in-band back haul uses the WiMAX macro network and Juni's
Provsioning (JS-100) and Self Organizing Network (JS-200) Server to provide
automated integration of this powerful solution.

For outdoor solutions Juni offers a line of outdoor Picocells such as the
JFW-700, which can be configured with in-band back haul, cable modem, DSL and
can be set up as a strand mount and with Wi-Fi. Juni is also exploring solar
powered options.

Clearwire to highlight 4G WiMAX as platinum sponsor of Sprint's Open
Developer Conference in October

Kirkland, Wash. - September 15, 2009 - Clearwire Communications, LLC, an
operating subsidiary of Clearwire Corporation (NASDAQ: CLWR), today officially
introduced the software development community in Silicon Valley to the largest
4G WiMAX application test environment with the launch of the company's CLEAR 4G
WiMAX Innovation Network. The developer network, which is a precursor to
commercial service planned for the San Francisco Bay Area in 2010, will cover
more than 20 square miles in Santa Clara, Mountain View and parts of downtown
Palo Alto, California.

"We see tremendous potential for true, mobile broadband to act as the catalyst
for new and compelling Internet applications that leverage our 4G bandwidth,
free of the confines associated with wired connections," said John Saw, chief
technology officer of Clearwire. "Our goal is to harness the concentration of
developer talent in Silicon Valley and accelerate the pace at which these
disruptive services are being developed."

The current coverage footprint includes the local campuses of Intel and Google,
two founding Innovation Network supporters who have also commenced their own
internal 4G application development programs. Cisco's campus will receive
coverage in the coming months as the network expands.

"Our long history of innovation with WiMAX, including our development efforts in
Portland, OR, allowed Intel to be among the first in the U.S. to have access to
this exciting, next-generation 4G environment," said Sriram Viswanathan, vice
president of Intel Capital and general manager of WiMAX Program Office at Intel.
"Along with the WiMAX ecosystem, we look forward to expanding these mobile
broadband resources and efforts in an area home to the one of most
technology-savvy groups of individuals in the world."

"Mobile broadband is fundamentally changing the way people use the Internet, and
4G networks like Clearwire's have incredible potential," said Larry Alder,
mobile product manager at Google. "We're excited to see how developers will take
advantage of this unique asset as Internet users increasingly expect
connectivity regardless of their device or location."

"Cisco's Internet Protocol Next-Generation Network infrastructure is playing a
key role in the Silicon Valley Innovation Network," said David Goeckeler,
general manager of Services and Mobility business unit, Cisco. "An IP network is
the right platform to deliver on the promise of mobility and put 4G services in
the hands of some of the most talented and creative developers in the world."

Leading Communications Companies Join Innovation Network

Bright House, Comcast, Sprint, and Time Warner Cable also will join Clearwire,
Cisco, Intel, and Google as partners in the Innovation Network with plans to
participate in promoting the program and deploying 4G
development resources into the network.

"At Bright House, we're always searching for new and innovative capabilities to
bring to our customers," said Leo Cloutier senior vice president, strategy &
business development, Bright House Networks. "We're strongly supportive of this
initiative and its ability to leverage the creative talent of developers in the
region for the creation of new mobile broadband applications."

"Combining the speeds of broadband with the mobility of wireless communications
gives the development community in Silicon Valley a unique opportunity to create
differentiated applications," said Tom Nagel, Comcast's senior vice president
and general manager for Wireless. "Comcast is pleased to support this
development program to spur further innovation with 4G capabilities. The
initiative is consistent with our own commitment and efforts to encourage
developers to leverage open standards such as Tru2way."

"Sprint continues to demonstrate its leadership in the growth and deployment of
4G networks and technology and in the developer community," said Len Barlik,
vice president of wireless and wireline services for Sprint. "Sprint is the
first carrier to offer an open community that gives developers the platforms and
network to create innovative applications and the ability to introduce new
services to the market. The availability of 4G in the Silicon Valley is a great
opportunity for developers to immediately begin the development of the next
generation of wireless applications."

"Time Warner Cable looks to provide services that are simple, easy to use and
give customers more control and convenience," said Michael Roudi, group vice
president of wireless services for Time Warner Cable. "We are proud to support
the efforts of developers in the Silicon Valley to experiment and create new
applications which will take advantage of the mobile broadband network and
enhance our customer's wireless experience."

Additionally, Clearwire announced today that it will participate as a platinum
sponsor of the Sprint Open Developer Conference scheduled for October 26-28 in
Santa Clara, California. Developers can register to attend the conference at
http://developer.sprint.com/devcon2009.

Developers interested in working in the CLEAR 4G WiMAX environment are
encouraged to attend the conference to learn about the Innovation Network from
Clearwire executives first hand.

A CLEAR Difference for Developers

Developers can expect to see peak download speeds of up to 10 Mbps, with average
download speeds of 3 to 6 Mbps. In contrast, some of today's 3G wireless
networks typically deliver download speeds of between 600 kbps -
1.4 Mbps

The experience is similar to that provided by Wi-Fi, but without the short-range
limitations of a traditional hot spot. CLEAR uses a 4G technology that differs
from Wi-Fi called WiMAX, which provides service areas measured in miles, not
feet. In addition, WiMAX technology is truly mobile and enables seamless
handovers from tower to tower, similar to cellular.

Service will be provided free to a limited number of qualified developers
leading up to the commercial service launch in this area.

To access the network, developers can purchase a Clearwire WiMAX USB modem for
$49.99. Developer-owned, CLEAR network-ready WiMAX devices, such as the Samsung
Mondi and WiMAX-embedded Intel-based PC's, are also eligible for the program. To
qualify, developers must register for Clearwire's developer program and describe
the WiMAX development ideas they wish to pursue.
Interested developers can sign-up at

http://developer.clear.com/innovation.
The developers' website will also include coverage maps and suggested drive
routes for mobile application testing.
