De norte a sul do país o menu gastronómico de Natal é muito diversificado e como tal assim devem ser as escolhas dos vinhos que acompanham os pratos.<br/><br />
Para o <strong>bacalhau com todos</strong> abra um vinho branco “descomplicado”, com pouco ou nenhum estágio em barrica de madeira, como o <a href="http://www.wineboutique.pt/858/chablis-la-chanfleure/" target="_blank">Chablis La Chanfleure</a>. Habitualmente o “fiel amigo” é regado em abundância com azeite e há quem o acompanhe com um vinho tinto. Se optar por este tipo de vinho sugerimos um exemplar da região das <a href="http://www.wineboutique.pt/?s=beiras&#038;x=0&#038;y=0" target="_blank">beiras</a>, com acidez qb e taninos moderados.<br />

<h6> De produção muito limitada, este é o primeiro vinho de um projecto desenvolvido pelo produtor Luís Filipe Gomes. Com um rótulo criado pela ilustradora e artista plástica Maria Mateus, este vinho tem origem em vinhas que se situam entre o Bombarral e Óbidos e passou por um pequeno estágio em barricas de carvalho francês e americano.</h6>
