This is another mosaic type piece. I used a recycled lucite earring and crackled marbles. It is made with copper wire.

This collar style necklace is wire wrapped in copper with dyed Rhodonite beads. It has a "tribal meets industrial feel" to it. It is a very dimensional piece. The abstract shaped heart is netted with wire and coiled circles are added for depth. It has a patina to give it rich bronze look. It is made from raw copper so take note if you have a sensitivity to some metals.

This free form collar is made from copper wire. In the center is a Rhodonite cabochon. It is adorned with purple swarovski crystals. Everything is hand made by me.

I decided to dig into my stash of broken and vintage clip on earrings. It always so much fun upgrading outdated jewelry into a new, cool style. This necklace is a collection of old, marbled and speckled lucite clip on earrings. There is also a beautiful mother of pearl bead and crackled marbles. I used copper wire to bring everything together. The bottom center earring is exceptionally fun. I love pyramid shapes. Even the leather is from an old vest. It measures approximately 19 inches in length. The clasps is hand made by myself, as well.

Seshat (Sashet, Sesheta), meaning 'female scribe', was seen as the goddess of writing, historical records, accounting and mathematics, measurement and architecture to the ancient Egyptians. She was depicted as a woman wearing a panther-skin dress (the garb of the funerary stm priests) and a headdress that was also her hieroglyph - Seshat determinative - which may represent either a stylized flower or seven pointed star on a standard that is beneath a set of down-turned horns. (The horns may have originally been a crescent, linking Seshat to the moon and hence to her spouse, the moon god of writing and knowledge, Thoth. I am very fascinated by Egyptian mythology and history. Seshat is said to be the female counterpart of Thoth from ancient Egypt. She was an important goddess, even from earlier times in the Pyramid texts. She was the first and foremost female scribe - accountant, historian and architect to both the pharaoh and the gods. She was the female goddess of positions belonging mostly to men. Yet she did not have a personal name, only a title - Seshat, the Female Scribe. Torched Heart

This fierce heart was created for Valentine's Day. It has been hand torched to give it a beautiful pinkish hue. I made it with copper wire. Beautiful, sparkling purple and red beads adorn the piece. The chain adjusts between 16-20 inches. This piece recently sold in my Etsy store.

This "one of a kind" piece is hand made from copper wire. It is sewn with crystals and interesting glass beads. The focal bead is a blue marble that is been netted and wire wrapped. A pretty copper plated chain complements the mask. It measures approximately 16-20 inches.

This little owl is named after a friend who is full of fire and passion for life. It has a big heart just like her. The eyes are wrapped with tiny red coral beads. The body has red crystal and red faceted glass beads. Everything is made by hand by me. Even the rose ball headpins were made with my torch.

I stumbled upon this chunky silver cross and wrapped some citrine nuggets on it with copper wire. I love the look of silver and copper together. I'm real fond of this new bail I designed. It is great for interchangeable pendants. I call it the elephant bail. I make them in different sizes depending on the pendant and chain size.

"Speak from the heart" is a unique necklace hand made with copper wire. A wild and beautiful pair of lips are incorporated into the pendant which gives it a romantic "gothic feel" All the findings, including the chain are handmade from copper wire. Attention was given to details as you can see by the rose colored head pins. It is accented with vintage beads and tiny red coral beads. An acrylic briolette dangles from the focal piece. It measures approximately 18 inches in length. It would make a great Valentine's gift.

This is a stylized heart shaped collar necklace made from copper wire. It is embellished with dots of red glass beads that encase a heart. The heart holds a natural quartz crystal and an amethyst nugget.A beautiful vintage red bead dangles beneath the collar. It measures approximately 19 inches. It would make a lovely Valentine's gift for someone special. Black oxidized steel wire is loosely woven around the top.

This pendant is another example of recycling broken jewelry and trinkets. After making a shell of sorts from copper sheet, I filled it with old and new treasures. There are old rhinestone buttons, a chess clock gear, a segment from a vintage choker and a crystal from a chandelier. I made a weaved bail and a couple of twisted copper beads to add to the black leather. All the findings are hand made from copper wire and then antiqued with a rich patina. There is no solder or glue. It is a cold connection piece. It measures approximately 18 inches in length.

I am very fond of this piece. I began with a organic shape and added netting so that it looks like a web. It is coiled, and wire wrapped with copper wire. A friend gave me the wonderful blue angelite and green stone briolletes. I also added a moonstone brio, as well. I designed a flower and attached it to my webbed frame. It is a bold, weighty pendant so I used black leather to hang it from. Despite it's weight, it is very comfortable to wear. Finally, it was given a warm patina finish. It measures approximately 17 inches.

This necklace has a lot of texture and depth. I used a variety of techniques to give the viewer lots to look at. What started out as a filigree heart made from mixed metals turned out to be a glamorous collar neck piece that takes you back in time. The heart center piece is wire wrapped with copper and oxidized stainless steel wire. Swirls, spirals, coils and shapes were combined to give the heart a life of it's own. Shaped and hammered segments were wrapped and laced with copper wire and tiny seed beads. The dangle is made from dyed coral beads and moonstone briolettes. Red coral beads wrap it around your neck. It is very comfortable to wear. It falls deep on the chest and measures approximately 18-20 inches in length.

(Irish, Scottish) [KLEE-nah] Goddess of beauty and the otherworld. A Tuatha sea and Otherworld Goddess who often took the form of a sea bird and, as such, symbolized the Celtic afterlife. As the ruler of the waves, she was believed to be embodied in every ninth one which broke on shore. This wave was believed to break higher and stronger than the others.

The beads in this watery deep necklace are Mother of pearl beads resembling the colors of the ocean. I shaped segments in copper and used coiling, netting and wrapping techniques. It measures approximately 18-20 inches in length.

Greetings fellow bloggers and followers. I hope this post finds you all happy and blessed. It's been a long time since i've posted. It has been a challenging summer to say the least. As some of you know, we made a big move in the month of May. We ventured from California to Oklahoma. The little town where both me and my honey grew up seemed almost "tapped out" in the job dept. As artists we needed to continue to grow and follow our dreams. The job market is flourishing in Tulsa. My honey found an amazing job in the visual effects industry. There are so many opportunities for me as a jewelry designer/artist as well. We just settled in a lovely charming home. I can't wait to get back to creating and exploring the city. I look forward to staying in touch with you all as soon as I am connected properly. In the mean time, I will keep designing until i can share my new work with you.
