The cost was only $52 bucks with tax so that’s pretty decent for a custom cut piece of mirror.

I started setting it up and noticed one thing; how do I arrange my miniatures so I can see them from all angles? Well the truth is its not so easy as I will never see the back of them if the shelf is against the wall. Well sure enough a great idea popped into my head to put a mirror on the back side so I can see the back side reflection of my miniatures.

This was a great idea but to go one step further I am going to actually replace the piece of glass on the back side with a sheet of mirror glass which will make my miniatures even more clear and better to see. Below is a picture of my display case with a mirror on the back side of the glass. Come back soon as I should have it done in the next few days and will post some updated pictures.

2012 was a really good year for me with loosing weight and working out, manifesting an awesome girlfriend, getting some new IKEA furniture, and lots of fun times. It was a busy year but lots of progress was made.

OH yeah and regarding the 200lbs challenge with Paulymath, well he won by 2lbs. I was too busy to post the results so I’m sorry about this but now that I am back I will try to be more organized and post more regularly.

I am currently in the process of creating some new goals for 2013 and one of them is to blog at least 3 times a week and 1 new video per month. In creating this post I forgot how fun and creative it is to share my ideas, pictures and videos with my readers.

Sorry for the quick post but stay tuned as I will be posting lots of new content very soon.

So I challenged my brother Paul to who ever hits 200lbs will take the other one to the movies for free.

My Weight right now is about 211lbs and his is around 221lbs, now your thinking I’m 10lbs ahead of him but one thing I know about Paul is that he is one determined guy once he starts something he is determined to finish it.

So this is gonna be quite an interesting challenge as my weight has also been stuck in the 209 to 215 range for a while so I will have to figure out how to break through my plateau and lose more weight. Stay tuned this should be interesting.

*** UPDATE ***

After a few months the challenge was over with Paul beating me by 2lbs. I got down to 202lbs which was still good as I haven’t been this light for more then 10 years.

I can tell you my motivation has been lacking lately and that is because I need to reset my weight loss goals and create new ones.

I believe that with any activity that you do you need to get it straight in your head first before any other factor. If you can’t get the goal or idea planted in your mind first of what you want to accomplish then nothing matters. Because no matter what outside factors like work, friends, parties, weather anything will try to keep you down but if your mind is set on your goal you will get past these detours and keep trucking along to achieve your goal.

When I started working out 6 months ago I remember doing squats with just my own body weight and my knees were making horrible noises but over time they got better and it was all good from then on. The same happened to my shoulders but eventually they got better.

Well recently my motivation was down and I was tired from work and started to create little excuses in my mind like oh wait was that a crack or noise in my shoulder I think I better slow down and rest. Well I kept on doing this till I MYSELF manifested the same symptoms on the other shoulder as I was concentrating on creating reasons why not to workout. Well funny enough 1 week later I forgot all about this and just did some stretches just for the heck of it and guess what I didn’t hear any noise or anything..

WOW AMAZING No intention to create self limits and the noise was gone..

In this lesson I learned that there will always be millions of reasons why you should stop trying to attain your goal whether it be working out, playing soccer or even going for a run, but the main thing that will get you through to the finish line will be your motivation driven by your own goals.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS HAVE A CHIEF GOAL. As this will push you through your life no matter what your trying to do. This will give you the drive every morning to wake up deal with the days events and eventually get to the fun part of pushing to achieve your ultimate goal.

This is my first weight loss challenge and I can tell you its NOT EASY but it is attainable for anyone, you just have to set the intention that this is your #1 reason you wake up everyday and no matter what as long as you focus on this on a daily basis you will succeed it just might take bit but that’s OK just keep trucking along the universe will give you everything you need to succeed trust me its true just believe in yourself. Believe YOU CAN DO IT!
