Southern Border Provinces Administrative Centre. Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, Satun dan 4 districts of Songkhla are provinces included to be the 5 Southern most provinces of Thailand.

Under the Southern Area is divided into 44 Disticts , 326 tambons and 2239 villages. 2,300,000 ppl are gathered in the area. 80% are muslim and People traditions are unique and the Malay languages is used as the local dialect. The current Director fot he SBPAC is Mr Panu Uthairat since 4 November 2009.

SBPAC is a strategic Unit under the order of PRime Ministr Office since 30 October 2006.

SBPAC has developed an intelligent network under the Southern Thailand as follow:
(a) Satun- International trading port and ecotourism area.
(b) Songkhala - Rubber World center. International education center. and international tourismand sport.
(c) Pattani- Halal food hub. International Islamic studies and Cultual tourism Center.
(d) Narathiwat - Economic Hub. Palm Oil renewable energy sources.
(e) Yala- Agricultual product center. Natural attraction.

What it takes for the rakyat to continue support the government.

As a normal folks, Below is a few requested from me, which I hope the government can quickly resolve it.

(a) Improve the current transportation system. Have more new bus route. Kajang to Putrajaya/or Puchong to Putrajaya. Teach the younger generation on using the bus or public transport. Younger generation are not use to public transport as they were fetch by their parent most of the times. On tops of that, the younger generation love to travel around. With an efficient transportation system, younger generation will have a smooth ride. To me(young generation), a jam or an obstacle on the traffice shows how bad is the government.
Of course, I guess most ppl welcome any moved to abolish the Toll in Malaysia.

(b) Better internet speed and cheaper communication fees. What I mean here is the internet connection as well as the phone network. Telco provider should give more value added communication package. At the same time, the internet speed should be much faster. Younger generation spend most of the time in the E-world, therefore faster internet services is a MUST to them. And those where the place for the younger generation to gain knowledge as well as Malaysia NEWS.

Government should implement this first in order to increase the confident level of the people before the next election.

Well, I guess Azalina Othman are not very closed to Najib. That is why this type of case can be created by the The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).

Or

Potentially, this case do really happen and it has spread out of control due to the power of the mass media and Internet media.

Of course, we are sad that person like this get involved in corruption. If found guilty, he should be rip off from current position and penalized heavily.

Poor Kelantanist Mr Amran Mat Noor who has served as Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) Selising when he beat PAS Saiful Bahrin Bin Mohd in General Election 2004. In 2008, Amran lost his Parlimen Pasir Puteh to PAS Muhammad Bin Hussain.

What if Barisan Nasional no longer run the government?

Well, the immediate answer will be Pakatan Rakyat will take over as the government.

They will be 2 possible outcome.

(a) It is very unlikely that UMNO to be the opposition. So, it will be most likely that the Barisan Nasional will combine with Pakatan Rakyat and rule together Malaysia. That time, it will be very bad as the country is lead without any opposition voice.

(b) Component parties in the Pakatan Rakyat may drop off from the alliance and join Barisan Nasional.

At current, most of the rakyat wanted to whip off and wrest down the current Barisan Nasional government, but most of the rakyat also do not know that once the Barisan Nasional is collapsed, within a few years, they will be fight and struggle within the Pakatan Rakyat component parties.

I hope the rakyat will understand the whole scenario better, before they make the choice for the next general election.

Politician has to be better in every aspect, if not better stay out from politic....

It has been awhile, I left this topic out from my blog entries.

Recently, after joining the new working environment, I have to crack my head even more to think....NO more time for article writing anymore....But, still I will try my very best to keep update on this blog.

Basically, each jobs that you venture into it, there are some rules and professionalism that you have to obey and apply, if not you will lost your reputation as well as your image in yours industries.

Lawyer for example can not leak any of their client information into any parties even though, that down deep in their heart, they knew that their client is against the law. Lawyer can not handle their case with emotion, else that is the end of their career.

Same goes to politician.

Politician in Malaysia have to be highly literate, smart, good manner and behaviour. For the state or country administrator such as the Minister , deputy minister or EXCO member, they have to be much better than the normal Member of Parliament and state assembly person as Malaysia (Asia especially) are not able to accept those flamboyant type of politician.

People who are going on a very complicated lifestyle are not advised to be in Political arena. Multiple life partner , hardcore drinker (alcoholic) , heavy smoker and others type of bad/exotic habits can lead to the end of your political career.

No doubt that most of the Malaysian are only interested on their political leader contribution instead of their personal lifestyle.

Still, in order for you to continue on this industry, uphold and maintaining high moral standards is a must for the politician.

For Elizabeth Wong case, I personally would advise her to resign from her position as the administrator of the state as well as her position as the state assembly woman. I have to say that her performance as the administrator of the state is encouraging, however , her complicated personal lifestyle and image racked with conflict and turmoil will force her to resign. She should resign to prevent and cut off all the unbearable pressure.

Even though that most of the resident want her to continue her services, I hope that she can step down for others Pakatan Rakyat candidates.

Few month ago, I was handling some NGO stuff. One fine day, a group of people come and introduce themselves, "Hello, I am so and so...", then another come in and introduce they are so and so...Most of them carrying them with similar name. Sometimes, I also dunno what is so different between them and what is their relationship between them, and who is their president?
Let me write out all the association and society that is related to Malaysia Chinese community (that I know off).

My stand on KLIA East @ Labu Airport

To me with the current economic slowdown, there is no need for anyone to build another brand new commercial airport UNLESS somebody is not welling to cooperate.

Why I say NO to build a NEW commercial airport....

(a) Wasting of the current expanded airport which is the LCCT.

(b) Wasting the government fund to build and expand the LCCT, which is also the peoples money.

(d) People and businesses around that area will be affected. POST MALAYSIA, DHL , Transmile and TUNE Hotel(still in progress...) business may get affected. Transportation line such as Buses and Taxi will go there lesser which will create inconvenient to the people who work there..

(e) London which is a big city only have 5-6 big Commercial Airport. Kuala Lumpur really need 4 airport? If it is, I guess I am wrong on Malaysian travelling/flying ability. (Just a short one, Malaysian are just craving for travel)

We definitely don't wanna see LCCT in Sepang end up to the another White Elephant project that is going to waste our Malaysian Money.

I feel that Malaysia Airport Holdings who manage all Malaysia airport should take a step behind and look on the brighter side of the picture. Changing the management way and renovated it faster would definitely help AirAsia to enable them to get more business, indirectly it will help Airport Holding Berhad to get more money. Mutual and impromptu discussion and meeting with their biggest customer( Airasia) will help both parties to solve the Airasia issues.

Basically airasia issues is purely on cost effective(Plane parking fees, etc), Transportation for customer, Security, discomfort of the customer because of limited space(LCCT is just too overcrowded)

Of course by building a brand new airport will help to spur the civil construction industries in Malaysia , create more space for the customer breath better ( customer minds will be more relaxing as well), reduce the Airasia complain that out of their control such as Baggage control, transportation and so on...

Either to allow AirAsia to use KLIA Main terminal with their current parking rate and continue on the Airport expansion plan

Or Allow to build the The Rakyat Terminal (Labu Airport) as per discuss with SIMEDARBY.(follow the previous decision made by the Cabinet without the influence of Mahathir.)

Well, which ever decision that is made later on the Cabinet will definitely help the consumer, which is the voter as well. Accept what you cannot changes and Change what you cannot accept.

Since Chinese New Year is around the corner, let me introduce the history of Malaysia

The Chinese Community make up the 2nd largest group in Malaysia and form the largest non-indegenous group in the state. Most Chinese immigrants of Malaya came from southern China, mostly from the province of Fujian and Guangdong. In the nineteenth century, many came as indentured labourers, known as coolies (Chinese: 苦力). Others came freely to work, and were supported by Clan Associations. By 1911, the Chinese population in Malaya had reached 269,854, and around a million circa 1949.

For Sabah, Mass Chinese Migration to Sabah in 1880 after the fomation of British North Borneo chartered company.

Below is some of the few clan association in Malaysia such as Hokkien, Hakka , Cantonese , Teochew, Hainanese ,Heng Hua,Foochow and others...

In the Chinese community , the biggest clan community is Hokkein follow by Hakka and Cantonese. Foo Chow is the richest clan in the Chinese community...

How SAPP continue their political movement....

.......... Can SAPP stand alone for the next few years?..........

So, The Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) president Mr Yong Teck Lee annouced that SAPP will pull out from Barisan Nasional coliation. The Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) has quit the ruling Barisan Nasional or National Front (BN) conservative coalition on 17 June 2008.

So, how do they continue their political journey...

Basically I think, their fund will come from general public as well from Mr Anwar Ibrahim connection.

With the out-going of a few VIP from SAPP such as Mr Tan Shu Kiah (Tanjung Papat Assemblyman and Deputy Chief Minister , Jimmy Wong Chee Khiong (political Secretary of Chief Minister), Au Kam Wah (Elopura Assemblyman) and Tham Nyip Shen (Science and Technology adviser to the Chief Minister) .

SAPP had made a minor reshuffle in its Executive Committee during the recent Supreme Council meeting. Deputy President position is left vacant , but the Youth Chief Position was replace by Edward Dagul (kadazan, Former Organising Secretary ). While the new Organising Secretary would be Kassim Sulaiman(Former Information chief ). The New Information chief is Mr Chong Pit Fah.

I hope that this year , the stock market will continue to Bullish with strong foreign investor. Commodities price inclusive of crude palm oil, oil gas and others natural agriculture prices will be static with not much drop. And of course, the ruling government continue to strive and stable.

Perdana or Camry...Which one to choose

Talk like a normal Malaysian, our normal mindset will have the below mindset...

....All our Malaysia produce product is lousy if compare to those foreign goods. Part of the item that meet the statement mentioned above is our car industry..........

Proton , a local Malaysian car manufacture brand is affordable to most Malaysian as it is the cheapest car due to exemption of taxes.

For Toyota, a Japanese automotive brand, is relatively a little expensive even without taxes from the Malaysia government.

So, which one to choose? Toyota or Camry?

I choose a car based on a few benchmark. Price, safety reason and engine problem-free car.
Some people may consider the appearance of the car, but this does not applicable to my benchmark.

Ok. Proton is car that is cheap, safety can be compromised as high speed means more dangerous no matter what type of car you drive, Proton engine technology is consider 1 of the worst one...

How about Toyota? Higher Price Toyota car that cover the safety aspect and the engine problem. That mean less issues compare to Proton.

So, I will prefer a better car, which is Toyota for longer distination travel. While Proton was only suitable for a shorter distinct.

Petronas, can all the big names go throught the hard time in 2009

SIME DARBY, Petronas, AirAsia, Tenaga, MISC, Shell, Dutchlady, Proton ,Genting..etc are some of the big shot in Malaysia Economic. There are listed in Bursa Malaysia with a high price tag. Majority bursa listed company are local-multinational company such as Petronas while some are glocal-multinational company such as DutchLady, Shell.

2009 is one of the horrifying year to lots of investor and entrepreneur. One lost investment maybe end your company in the dead road. Or puting your company in a stake of following Enron World. (bye bye).

US Government , The FED(The Federal Reserve Board of Governors ) readying US700 billion to brazenly(厚脸皮的) bail out banks, mortgage companies and insurance companies in 2008 was a example on how US handle their economic situation.

The turmoil in the US financial sector has stoked many emotions, most of them closely related to fear, as its effects have rippled around the world.

How about Malaysia?

Malaysia major source of income come from Petroleum, Palm Oil , and some raw commodity. Although at the moment, industry that is much affected are the manufacturing and construction , but with the High crude oil and palm oil, our country will be able to go though this recession period. But that is our country. How about those Big name in Malaysia?

Although the composite index published in Bursa Malaysia was around 900++. It is still relative high as Malaysia's highest all time composite index is around 1600++.

Lots of company are still doing quite well. Although no big expantion plan is in those company. But at least their cash flow is still fine at the moment.With Mr Najib Razak annoucement of RM 7 billion stimulation package, it will definately help the Investor and Malaysian alot , althought most Malaysian may not get the benefit directly.

I strongly believe Malaysia local Multinational company will able to sustain for at least 1-2 years if the current economic continue to be as current.

Reveal of Toll concession agreements

Well, Everyone is so happy especially the opposition politician when the toll concession agreements in Malaysia was given the green light by the Barisan Nasional Government to be reveal for public last week.

The government has made a brave decision as we know that in previous federal govenment , they were afraid of revealing the toll concession agreement, while this time, Our New Work Minister is ready to face the consequences by making this move.

In this time right now, the opposition is revealing all the so called bad things out to the general public. Starting from the NPE (新班底大道), SILK(加影外環公路), SPRINT (吉隆坡西部交通疏散大道/吉隆坡西散大道)、Lebuhraya Guthrie Rawang-KLIA(牙直利大道), SMART TUNNEL (精明渠道防洪計劃/精明隧道), Shapadu (巴生北部海峽大道）, Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong(白蒲大道), BESRAYA Sungai Besi-Serdang (新街場大道), Projek Lintasan Kota (安邦淡江高架大道) , New North Klang Straits Bypass NNKSB (新巴生北部海峽大道), Metramac East-West Link Expressway and the KL-Seremban Expressway (美特拉美大道), 沙亞南大道、GRAND SAGA大道、新巴生北峽繞道（Lebuhraya Pintas Selat Klang Baru）、新班底大道（NPE）、加叻大道（MTD）、檳城大橋、加影外環公路（SILK）和北海外環公路（BORR）,Lebuh Raya Pantai Timur(東海岸大道)、2nd Malaysia-Singapore Causeway Link (馬新第二通道),PLUS(南北大道）和Kulim-Butterworth Highway(居林─北海大道)。

Only KL-Putrajaya Highway(隆布大道) is the one who decided not to reveal it.

All the opposition (I guess is only the DAP politician) that is focusing on the highway contract.

They are digging all the bad part of the contract and ignore all the good stuff in the contract.

Too bad...

Ideally, each party should say the pro and cons as well as giving some productive suggestion.

we should suggest a way to deal with the bad clause such as if the KESAS toll said that every 2 years should be given a price hike, then we should try to create more road around KESAS to prevent road user to use it.

Asking government to buy all the highway back is a useless suggestion. If yes, Can I ask the government to buy back the all Malaysia land. Then, the gaps between rich and power will be removed. Can it be done? ...Potentially yes, but not in this century.....hahaha

That is my stand.

Reporter is on which side? People, Government or Opposition?

Reporter are often the one who creates the atmosphere of a press conference. They can be the aggresive type or the lame type.

If a politician is not clear to answer the reporter question, the next day, people hate or yelled at you for the words you used.

There is one saying: " A question will have a million answer, good politician pick the right answer , inexperience politician will keep on saying NO COMMENT, while the worst politician will pick the wrong answer that will kill their supporter and reputation."

Well, I guess a lot of people are in the midst of having a good holiday, while some of them are in the midst of worrying for their future especially in the looming economic period. Haha...

In Malaysia, politician are the one who used to be the content and the attraction of the newspaper. No Doubt, that everyday beside accident and homocide , government policy are often the headline in the newspaper. Ranging from the safety belt issues, price of consumer goods and of course to the country unity.

How do the report get the sources and news?

Well, mostly are from the Press Conference, while some are from the email or press statement.

So, after a function or meeting , politician or policy maker will give out the template of statement or minutes to distribute out for the media personal. After that, a series of Question and Answer will be carried out.

Most often. this will be the most exciting part...

Sometimes, the reporter will post a question that will kill a politician off..Example question for the opposition: What do u think about the dead of Razali Ismail, former deputy education minister to the nation? or even a question for the Barisan Nasional leader: What is your stand for the ISA ? Is that ok to apply for the opposition leader or blogger?

I tell you, if you are not smart or experience enough, you will be trap by the REAL politician(the reporter)....hahaha..

I saw a few QnA press conference whereby the politician will come out all kinds of weird of answer and facial expression. Such as "...Saya berpendapatan (it should be berpendapat)...".

"I did not answer that way ar...you are the one who gave those answer nia"

"Which agency you come from ar?"

and so on...

Until today most newspaper are owned by somebody or organization, either the government of the political party, however with the emerging of freelance newsreport or the online reporter, the public will have more chance to read and understand a news more correctly.

With this, the Malaysian will have a more critical mind

The Malaysia administrator

Today, lot of the government policy maker(cabinet member) when ask on some issues such as petrol price, commodities price as well as some policy, the government administrator will point the finger to the folks , while the People in the country will blame on the government. Well, that is human nature, we wanted to escape from being penalized or being blamed. I am not asking everyone to stop this as it is against the natural.

What my message to the general public is let us work together. March 2008 election, the Malaysian people has send a warming sign that government should change their way of dealing and handling the country.

On the Food price, the government had done something by reducing the petrol price. Although that is not a big effort, I think the government will give out more benefit and incentive to the general public in coming future. What I want from the general public is let us also work our part which is to boiket or ignore those expensive place. The business person will get our signal if we reduce our demand. The malaysian

I am commenting on “It was the unkindest cut” article by Datuk Shahrir Abdul Samad , Minister of Domestic Trade & Consumer Affairs on the Star Metro paper on 17 Dec 2008.

Malaysian and government have to do their part. We can comment, we can critic but things that need to be done , must be done.

Let us reduce our Lips Service and have more action. We love to complain, and this cannot be help as it is human nature. But I want to emphasize here is while complaining, we must also keep our hands moving.

On the Bukit Antarabangsa landslide issues, personally as a Malaysian, we should be smart on which area we should stay. No doubt that massive development has created this disaster, but we must learn from the mistake and be smart.

For the current resident over there, they are quite fortunate as most of the people who stay over there are quite financial stable. They can still hunt for another house in others area. While for those who is not in this category, the government/developer may come out a way to solve the issues.

As people who is living outside from Hulu Kelang., the message is: We must be careful in finding the place we wanted to stay. Living in the frequent flooded area, riverbank area, beach area, earthquake area, or even highland area can potentially lead us to any accident and natural disaster. No market means no demand, no demand means no development.
It is as simple as that.

Government can approve anything, and everything. But as a consumer we must be smart. We must think before we choose.

This is what as a Human should do.

Who is in the Conventional PAS and Reformist PAS

In Selangor Reformist PAS are Abd Khalid Samad, Ahli Parlimen Shah Alam and Saari Sungib , ADUN Hulu Kelang. This group was known as Erdogan whereby they supported Anwar Ibrahim as their leader and they see themself as a follower in the Pakatan Rakyat. Most of the people in this group are the highly educated and elite group.

Erdogan PAS iaitu Husam Musa, Kamaruddin Jaafar (Secretary General of PAS, close allied to Mr Anwar Ibrahim and also Member of Parliament TUMPAT, Kelantan),Khalid Samad,Nizar Jamaluddin (MB Perak) dan Lo'Lo' Ghazali (Member of Parliament Titiwangsa, Selangor),

Datuk Dr Hassan Ali , current Exco Selangor are the Conventional PAS whereby they wanted PAS to be the dominate in Pakatan rakyat instead as a supporting role in Pakatan Rakyat.They are known as Pro-Mubahalah (Pro-Muzakarah ).PAS central election director-general Datuk Mustapha Ali , Vice President of PAS.

Even on th candidates list in Kuala Terengganu election, 5 candidates was shortlisted by PAS which come from both camp. Terengganu PAS Chief, Datuk Mustafa Ali(Pro-Muzakarah), Terengganu PAS Deputy Chief, Datuk Wan Mutalib Embong, ADUN Batu Burok, Dr Syed Azman Syed Ahmad Nawawi (Erdogan),Mohamad Sabu (Vice President of PAS) dan muka baru Mohd Khazani Abdullah yang juga merupakan bekas pensyarah Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

PAS was represented by Its President, Datuk Abdul Hadi Awang (Ahli Parlimen Marang, Terengganu) , Deputy President Nasharudin Mat Isa (Ahli Parlimen Bachok, Kelantan) and Nik Aziz ( Mursyidul Am or the spiritual leader of PAS) are still remain pro to Anwar Ibrahim until this moment. They are not belong to any of the camp at the moment.

We will only able to see what is happening after the PAS Candidates was annouce as well as the election result to determinate who is controling the PAS. ....

Datuk Azhar Mansor is the first Malaysian solo sailor.
