It’s really a tragedy that so many pets have no homes or have been treated badly, but you can help. Animal Shelters are constantly short on staff, room, money, and resources, so every pet that is adopted is a great help to them. Hey there, Im Pete and Im one heck of a great and easy going dog! Im a 2 yrs old shepherd mix and I weigh 40 lbs. My foster mom brags about me all the time, I always hear people telling me she cant believe I havent been scooped up yet because Im the best low maintenance boy. Im not sure what that means, but let me tell you about me. First of all, Im totally housetrained and you I only get crated when mom goes to work or to run errands. Im great with the other dogs in the house, both large and small, and I absolutely love the dog park or for a walk around our neighborhood! I am super friendly, I like to play, but I also like to snuggle with my family, so you get the best of both worlds with me! You see, Im 2 now, so Ive grown out of those puppy behaviors some families dont want to deal with when they get a new dog for the family. Foster mom gives me chew bones to keep me busy sometimes. I love them! I am low shedding too! I do need a 6 privacy fence though in my yard because I can jump over a regular chain link fence. I havent been around cats, so they never know what to tell people about that, but I am good with kids, as long as they are gentle and nice to me! Im at PetSmart at 71st/Mingo just about every weekend. Please come down and meet me, I wont disappoint you. The atmosphere is great, plenty of TV’s to watch your favorite sporting event, they carry all the major sports packages, MLB Extra Innings, NFL Sunday Ticket, ESPN Game Plan.

The food is amazing as well, my personal favorite is The Reuben, second to that would be The Fat Daddy Melt (Ham & Cheddar on a Pretzel Bun) and you can’t go wrong with Taco Tuesday, .55 cent Tacos all day, every Tuesday…. great beer specials every day to! Also on Mondays they do 2-4-1 Burgers, The Fat Daddy Burger is delicious!!
