Shrimp and Snow Pea or Sugar Snap Pea Stir Fry Recipe
This is an adaption from Jamie’s Food Revolution by Jamie Oliver. Serves 2-3.

This easy and fast shrimp snow pea recipe is very versatile. We used sugar snap peas in place of the snow peas and it turned out wonderfully. Add this great shrimp and sugar snap pea stir fry with your choice of noodles, rice or pasta.

1″ fresh Ginger, peeled & crushed or finely diced
2 cloves Garlic, crushed or finely diced
1 fresh Chile, sliced (chose the type based on your heat preference)
Sea Salt
Peanut Oil<br…

Welcome to Food Blog Forum! At last, our project with Jaden Hair of SteamyKitchen.com is out of the bag! We’re proud to announce a brand new site that we’ve been working on called Food Blog Forum.

Both Jaden and us get many emails a day from readers asking for tips and advice regarding all things related to food blogging. We decided to team up and start a website where we can share and help as many food bloggers as we can regarding topics of food photography, food blog technology, social media and monetization. We wanted…

1 lb brussels sprouts, washed, cut in half (or quarters as long as they are about same size)

3 slices bacon (about 100g), cut into small pieces

2 T minced Shallots (about 2 medium shallots)

Blood Orange Margarita Recipe
The acidity of fresh blood orange juice in this margarita is outstanding. The bright, tart flavors of blood orange makes a brilliantly colored cocktail and not to mention very refreshing too.

3 oz fresh Blood Orange Juice
2 oz Tequila (for recommendations see comments on Meyer Lemon Margarita post)
1 oz Triple Sec
splash of agave nectar (syrup) (optional yet fantastic suggestion from Brooke-who is a kick ass bartender)

1. Rub the rim of an old fashioned glass (or whatever similar vessel you prefer) with an edge of a blood orange…

Braised Caramel Pork Belly Banh Mi Sandwich Recipe

Vietnamese Braised Pork Belly Banh Mi Sandwich Making good banh mi at home is quite easy, but can involve a bit of preparation. Simply put, you can make it as simple or thorough as you want or have time for.

Making Banh mi preparation easier is all about nailing down the assembly. Once you have your basic pantry items for banh mi, it won’t take that much more effort. The carrot and daikon pickles can be made ahead of time and be stored in the fridge for…

Chocolate Mousse Recipe
By staying organized and having your mise en place set, this is an easy, creamy, billowy-textured, luscious chocolate dessert that can be prepped days ahead without losing quality. If you can whip and fold, you can make this dessert. The chocolate mousse is basically four components made separately, then folded together. This recipe can easily be scaled up for mass servings or other enjoyable uses. Adapted from Bo Friberg’s The Professional Pasty Chef. Makes a little over 2 c of chocolate mousse and about 2 c of whipped cream.

We should all take a break from our hectic lives and rejoice more with family at Sunday supper. It’s a perfect weekly occasion to gather up the family, wind down with a wholesome meal and enjoy one anothers company. Often times we all get so busy to have a dinner together as a family, and it takes a little more effort and reminder to realize how wonderful it is to gather around the dinner table with our family and friends.

Good Bite and Campbells have partnered together to remind all of us…
