I’m looking for a Jr. level Front End Developer for a great full-time employment role at a boutique agency in Philly. If you or anyone you know is trying to get a good foot in the door at an agency who does best in class work for highly visible clients, this is a great opportunity for that. One of my clients is a larger, integrated advertising company, part of a larger holding company, with a well-established reputation.  Qualifications are as follows:

• Must have a proven track record of at least 5 years of successful pitching/closing highly visible, digital components to larger brands in an agency environment.
• Must have 3 years or more experience working in an environment with a heavy UX function, with at least some verifiable experience in a hands-on UX capacity.
• Must have sold and successfully delivered on mobile advertising and/or application components.
• Need to have at least 5 years of direct people management experience as a Creative lead, with UX management preferred, in a period of growth.
• Should have at least 5 years of overall experience working in either an offline/traditional advertising environment, or fully integrated. Experience can’t be only digital.
• Pharma experience is a huge plus, though this position does not fully focus on pharma work, and this is not mandatory.

In my opinion, the type of creative director who gets more excited about closing the deal, and pitching, is going to succeed here more than the CD that loves to dip their fingers into the work everyday.  That may mean that this person will come from a VP, ECD, or GCD level role, and the pay scale for this can afford that.  This firm just needs to find somebody who fits their culture, and can get excited about building the team!
