Dr. Mary Zennett is a practicing psychiatrist for 25 years and she has been passionate about health transformation for quite some time. Dr. Mary obtained her M.D. from Loyola University in 1982 and Executive M.B.A. from Benedictine University in 1998.

She is Board Certified in Adult, Adolescent and Child Psychiatry and has practiced full time and cared for many patients from all walks of life.

Dr. Mary’s practice philosophy integrates health, wellness and care of the whole person in mainstream medicine. She believes in prescribing the lowest doses of medications that a person may need at a given time; she is committed to a holistic model of care focused on healing, empowerment and restoration.

Dr. Mary also believes the U.S. health care system needs to incorporate these principles on a large scale now.

Is Fear Coming Up For YOU?

Presently, there is a prevading sense of anxiety and fear. There are a bunch of situations that could make you even more fearful than normal: the economy, people losing their houses left and right, the housing market and all the relationship issues these situations cause. Did I forget to mention the rising price of oil, the war, the repeated natural disasters, the decreasing value of the dollar and the election drawing near? You probably think you should do something but you don’t know what.

This is the perfect example of being fear-driven and circumstances maneuvered. You feel the fear and you are anxious but there is no clear course of action. Might you also be feeling alone and isolated?

This is a perfect example of trying to figure it out by yourself and feeling helpless. You might want to ask for a different perspective.

God is the only one who can raise you out of your circumstances and help you know there is a reality that supercedes your experience if you choose to hookup. The ego feeds on fear and isolation and will use every situation it can to stay in control and keep you separate.

This class ,Anna and I, are doing a meditation on experiencing the Peace of God. Come with us and experience the reality that knows no fear and no separation where the realm of miracles is only a thought away. We can remember who we really are and we will find we are no longer limited by our circumstances. We are standing on new ground where the Peace, Love,Joy, and Abundance of our Creator abounds.

Ron Garner is a health researcher, educator, author, and speaker whose new book “Conscious Health” will greatly impact our perception of our own health care. For a major part of his life he was a teacher in the public school system in Canada, where he also served as school Principal and Regional Superintendent for the province of British Columbia and the Yukon Territory.

Throughout most of his life he suffered from various allergy problems that affected his general health. He could feel and see his physical condition degenerating, and he actively searched for solutions. He had always felt that drugs were not the answer, and that hope for a full return to health lay in solutions within the natural health field.

Marrying his teaching and writing skills, he presents complex subjects and conflicting viewpoints in an organized, easy-to-understand manner in “Conscious Health.” Conscious Health is written for the layperson to understand why we should make the changes he presents for our life habits.
