OK Everyone has heard the old computer joke  that goes something like this:
Compaq is considering changing the command “Press Any Key” to “Press Return Key” because of the flood of calls asking where the “Any” key is.

Some locals here in Redding, CA. will be familiar with two, of many, media outlets who could benefit from  a bit of  helpful criticism.

One Television news channel had a young Man? who has the most exaggerated “Gay” sounding voice with a bad lisp I believe he is gone now and replaced with another San Francisco native who is not quite as bad.   This man? made it almost impossible for me to watch, or even listen to this channel because of his sickening voice and ugly face, I mean come on this guy? is on television?  He has the face made for radio and the voice made for the spokesman for Gay Pride Parade weekly!

The Local Television news channels, here in Redding, are getting better all the time.  If anyone from channel 7 news reads this, please let KQMS news radio  know who does your website….. They REALLY need the help.

Speaking of KQMS News Radio:

I am sure Redding locals are familiar with KQMS Radio 1400 AM.   Have you seen their crappy website?  (http://www.kqms.com/) Who designed this piece of internet pollution?   Most of it does not even work, it is off-center so, apparently,  a faded background image of tiled flags can be seen? it is full of advertisement banners all of different sizes,  It has a fixed width, for what resolution, I have no idea,  and it looks like an autistic

blind 5-year-old typing with his elbows, tried to build it.   Furthermore  the  photos of the  syndicated show personalities must be at least 10 years old. Ever hear of updating???
Good Grief people if you insist on keeping  a bunch of hillbillies running the station, at least get a decent website.  How many times do you need to have dead air for 5 minutes at a time at night before you hire someone who does not fall asleep while they are supposed to be running the station overnight?  While sleeping so sound, they can’t answer the phone so someone can tell them….HEY!!! You have Dead Air!!   There are countless voice over ad mistakes and multiple commercials that run on top of each other so you get “Stereo Gibberish”   The station manager must be on a continuous high.

Now, on to one employee, in particular, named  Erin Meyers.  This girl, Erin, has the most depressing and drawn out boring way of  reading the news reports, I have ever heard.  She reports in a way reminiscent of past day Communist news reporters.  There is no emotion in her monotone voice.  What a depressing way of reading the news.  I have heard her speak and interact on air, other than reading the news, and it is not that much better.   Who does the hiring there? and Why???  Are you all related? or do you just work really cheap?

Have you people ever heard of answering your emails?  I am sure that you have plenty of time as it is obvious that you do not have to prepare yourselves for anything you do there.  It all seems like “Off the cuff” and really bad improvisation.  Erin, quit talking over the show intros…  You drag out K……….Q………….M…………S   wayyyyyy too long and go over.

Other than that, the syndicated shows you do air, are pretty good.

"America is not a Christian Nation" Says Obama, in Turkey

The internet chapter of the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement, a secret copyright treaty whose text Obama’s administration refused to disclose due to “national security” concerns, has leaked. It’s bad. It says:

• * That ISPs have to proactively police copyright on user-contributed material. This means that it will be impossible to run a service like Flickr or YouTube or Blogger, since hiring enough lawyers to ensure that the mountain of material uploaded every second isn’t infringing will exceed any hope of profitability.
• That ISPs have to cut off the Internet access of accused copyright infringers or face liability. This means that your entire family could be denied to the internet — and hence to civic participation, health information, education, communications, and their means of earning a living — if one member is accused of copyright infringement, without access to a trial or counsel.
• That the whole world must adopt US-style “notice-and-takedown” rules that require ISPs to remove any material that is accused — again, without evidence or trial — of infringing copyright. This has proved a disaster in the US and other countries, where it provides an easy means of censoring material, just by accusing it of infringing copyright.
• Mandatory prohibitions on breaking DRM, even if doing so for a lawful purpose (e.g., to make a work available to disabled people; for archival preservation; because you own the copyrighted work that is locked up with DRM)

Many global environmental debates are chiefly about China. In the past, it has been acid rain made in the PRC but falling elsewhere. Eventually, the conversation will shift to water shortages and diversion that have already displaced millions and may eventually threaten conflict with some of China’s neighbors. As the international community lurches toward the Copenhagen climate change conference, the main topic is carbon emissions and climate change. Again, the debate will center on the PRC.

The size of the country means conflicting processes exist simultaneously. Critics of Chinese ecologic and economic practice can point to ongoing devastation at the same time defenders point to important remedial programs. China and climate change is a topic broad and substantial enough for several books, but there are vital statistics that must be included in any conversation. These point to the PRC as by far the most powerful force, now and for the indefinite future, driving carbon emissions. The reason is coal.

Global Warming on the Hill

Halloween has come and gone, but Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) has a ghoulish surprise in store for her fellow Senators on the Environment and Public Works Committee. Press reports suggest Boxer, who chairs the committee charged with overseeing the cap-and-trade legislation, may break long-standing precedent and proceed to a markup without the participation of at least two of the committee’s Republican Senators. The Republicans are boycotting the markup because there has been no thorough analysis of the legislation. Understanding the consequences of cap-and-trade legislation are important, especially considering the staggering economic consequences estimated by The Heritage Foundation. Opposition to the energy tax proposed by Senators John Kerry (D-MA) and Boxer is broad-based. Late last week, Senator Ben Nelson (D-NE) confirmed his opposition, saying, “I haven’t been able to sell that argument to my farmers, and I don’t think they’re going to buy it from anybody else.” It is shaping up to be a long, cold winter for proponents of cap-and-trade legislation.

Demand the NFL apologize to Rush Limbaugh

In an October 28, 2009 House Judiciary Committee hearing, Congressman Steve King questions NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell on comments he made regarding Rush Limbaugh.

Roger Goodell, who said Rush Limbaugh’s “divisive comments” had no place in the NFL, didn’t have any similar concerns when pop stars J. Lopez and Fergie became part owners of the Miami Dolphins, even though many of their songs promote sexual abuse toward women, pornography and drug use. The hypocrisy here is astounding!

This kind of double-standard affects all conservatives, and cannot be tolerated. The NFL’s spineless attacks on Rush are indefensible. Even when the truth was revealed, Goodell refused to apologize, passing up an opportunity to be a man and set the record straight.

That’s why we must take action. Left unchecked and unchallenged, baseless attacks like these will only intensify until the Left has succeeded in silencing us.

I urge you to take immediate action by calling NFL corporate headquarters right now and demanding that Commissioner Goodell publicly apologize to Rush!

Introduction
Why the Violence?  Why the Indifference?

When Islamic terrorists massacred 186 children and 148 other non-Muslims on the morning of September 3^rd, 2004 at a schoolhouse in Beslan, Russia, very few Muslims celebrated the high-profile event and some even took the time to denounce it.  But, in a community renowned for its peevishness, there was very little passion over the routine slaughter of innocents in the name of Islam.

While rumors of a Qur’an desecration or a Muhammad cartoon bring out deadly protests, riots, arson and effigy-burnings, the mass murder of non-Muslims generally evokes yawns. In the six years following 9/11 more than 10,000 acts of deadly Islamic terrorism were perpetrated, yet all of them together fail to provoke the sort of outrage on the part of most Muslims that the mere mention of Abu Ghraib or Guantanamo inspires.

B. Hussein Obama. Friend to all other Dictators

If George W. Bush had burned 9,000 gallons of jet fuel to go plant a single tree on Earth Day, would you have concluded he’s a hypocrite?

If George W. Bush’s administration had okayed Air Force One flying low over millions of people followed by a jet fighter in downtown Manhattan, causing widespread panic, would you have wondered whether they actually get what happened on 9-11?

If George W. Bush had been the first President to need a teleprompter installed to be able to get through a press conference, would you have laughed and said this is more proof of how inept he is on his own and is really controlled by smarter men behind the scenes?

If George W. Bush had failed to send relief aid to flood victims throughout the Midwest with more people killed or made homeless than in New Orleans, would you want it made into a major ongoing political issue with claims of racism and incompetence?

If George W. Bus h had ordered the firing of the CEO of a major corporation, even though he had no constitutional authority to do so, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had proposed to double the national debt, which had taken more than two centuries to accumulate, in one year, would you have approved?

If George W.. Bush had then proposed to double the debt again within 10 years, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had reduced your retirement plans holdings of GM stock by 90% and given the unions a majority stake in GM, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to take Laura Bush to a play in NYC, would you have approved?

Rep. Edolphus Towns (D-N.Y.) locked Republicans out of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee room to keep them from meeting when Democrats aren’t present.

Towns’ action came after repeated public ridicule from the leading Republican on the committee, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), over Towns’s failure to launch an investigation into Countrywide Mortgage’s reported sweetheart deals to VIPs.

I had hoped to raise the Countrywide issue again during Committee meetings this week. But Democrats have locked us out – literally. They changed the locks on the doors so Republicans can’t access the Committee hearing room without first getting permission from Democrats. And they admitted it was an act of retaliation! News reports in the Wall Street Journal, Roll Call, Politico, and The Hill describe the Democrat Committee Chairman, himself a Countrywide VIP, as “seething” at the release of the video of Democrats fleeing the vote and explaining that the lockout was ordered because Republicans “don’t know how to behave.”
I expected Democrats to do their best to defeat my efforts to subpoena the Countrywide VIP documents. For months they have refused my requests for an investigation into the scope of Countrywide’s influence buying. The American people deserve to know the extent to which policymakers and mortgage industry regulators where corrupted by Countrywide’s effort. You deserve the full truth, not a lockout and a cover-up.
I have to admit to you, I didn’t expect such a brazen act. One so offensive to our democratic institutions and that so thoroughly begs the questions – what are they covering up? Who are they protecting?
I can’t answer those questions for you today. But I can commit to you – I won’t be deterred by changed locks or bullying from the Democrat majority. I am going to raise the question again, and again, and again until we get answers.

Obama funds $20M in tax payer dollars to immigrate Hamas Refugees to the USA . This is the news that didn ‘ t make the headlines…

By executive order, President Barack Obama has ordered the expenditure of $20.3 million in “migration assistance” to the Palestinian refugees and “conflict victims” in Gaza .

The “presidential determination”, which allows hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to resettle in the United States , was signed and appears in the Federal Register.

Few on Capitol Hill, or in the media, took note that the order provides a free ticket replete with housing and food allowances to individuals who have displayed their overwhelming support to the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the parliamentary election of January 2006.

Let’s review….itemized list of some of Barack Obama ‘ s most recent actions since his inauguration:

His first call to any head of state, as president, was to Mahmoud Abbas, leader of Fatah party in the Palestinian territory.

His first one-on-one television interview with any news organization was with Al Arabia television.

His first executive order was to fund/facilitate abortion(s) not just here within the U. S. , but within the world, using U. S. tax payer funds.

He ordered Guantanamo Bay closed and all military trials of detainees halted.

President Barack Obama is telegraphing his left-wing sympathies and defiance of America’s historic, Judeo-Christian-based morality to the world. The same man who didn’t have time for the National Day of Prayer has worked into his busy schedule a keynote address at a fundraiser Saturday for the world’s largest homosexual lobby group — one that glories in its anti-religious bigotry (masquerading as tolerance, of course). Yes, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) is really all about Human Wrongs — whether it’s demonizing as “extremists” Americans who are simply trying to protect the age-old definition of marriage; crusading for legislation that denies our First Amendment right to defend normalcy and Judeo-Christian mores; lobbying for taxpayer funding of transsexual “sex-change” mutilations operations; or its ongoing attempt to redefine the clear Word of God to serve the sinful cause of “proud” homosexuality.
