I have a couple new items from N-Core to show off today, and I styled a somewhat futuristic look with them. The most noticeable new item is the SHAE heels, which come in 16 colors as well as a fatpack. When you get the fatpack you have the option of changing the color of the straps or platform and heel, so you get more than just 16 options. As with every sandal from N-Core, there are several color choices for your toenails.

Now you can apply the same colors to your Slink hands with the Slink Avatar Enhancement-Nail Appliers HUD. This HUD has the same 30 colors as the sandals offer. You can match them like I have done here, or you can go wild and do whatever you feel like! From nudes to brights, and even darks or patterns, the HUD has them all – so you’ll want to make the investment if you are stuck on wearing your Slink hands.

This is what happens when I remember that there’s only a few days left of this round of Collabor88 and get a new pair of shoes from N-Core! I adore these strappy heels called Venus. Not only do they come in 16 colors, but if you get the fatpack then you can change the color of the heel and back strap, as well as the front straps. The top is by The Secret Store and my skirt is by Auxiliary; it comes with the cute fox tail add-on to the side zipper. I really like how this look turned out today, and hopefully it will make you want to do some shopping too.

I started off today’s look with the sexy Martini Dress and matching clutch from DCNY. It’s currently available at the Bewbapalooza event, which means that it also comes with appliers for Lola Tango breasts. The accent color of dress (on the bodice and on the clutch) varies from dress to dress, but I was in a rocker mood or something I guess.

I liked the blood orange lipstick on this Glam Affair skin in the Candy line, which is available as one of several gacha prizes at The Arcade. I thought it would really pop and work well with overall look because of the winged eye-liner. To top it off, literally and figuratively, I got the Ellie hair from LeLutka. I love the area above the ear being shaved to give it an edge, but the length still makes it feminine and I still feel like myself.

Last of Summer

It’s the very of last days of summer trickling in…and I thought about visiting a cozy cabin, one that reminded of the one my RL aunt and uncle have. We used to visit in the summer and go wading in a river, trying to catch fish, and generally having a good time.

Two group gifts came out recently and I decided both were a great tribute to the end of summer. The Angelica skin that I’m wearing is by Glam Affair, and the makeup is made especially for the group gift. The shoes are the exclusive print of the CUORE heels by N-Core, made for their group members. The pink tones in both spoke to me, pink is my favorite color after all!

It’s Sublime!

I felt like doing a more haute fashion-eque post today, and I started with the new Sublime heels from N-Core. These are some amazing heels! There are 20 colors to choose from or you can go all out and get the fatpack! I chose to wear the Teal color because it’s something I don’t normally pick for shoes and I wanted to step out of my comfort zone a bit. I’m really pleased with the overall look and how this turned out.

Here we have a close-up of the heels and foot. The HUD that comes with the shoes allows you to change the colors of the metal studs, sole, logo and the inner area of the shoe. If you get the fatpack you can also change the colors of the bow, heel, and shoe, individually. These heels use the N-Core Click & Match system which allows you select the skin brand and tone you’re wearing and they are automatically matched for you – so easy! Also you have a number of nail colors, base skin options if you want to tint them yourself, and the option to add a stocking layer.

The New Vintage

Today I’m taking some items that say “vintage” and mixing them with some that are more modern to create an aesthetic I like to call “The New Vintage”. Both my hair (by lamb.) and dress (by The Secret Store) are at this round of Collabor88 so you only have a bit over a week to grab them if you you’ve been thinking about it!

My necklace (complete with close-up) is from Kunglers Extra. This is a brand that I’ve worn for years and love to show off because they always make something stunning. This Ivatan necklace is a special item for this month’s L’Accessoires event, so make sure to get it before it’s over!

Well ladies and gents, it’s time for a look at an upcoming release at Bax Coen Designs!

We have the new Regency boots coming out shortly at the store, and as someone who has worked for this brand for several years, I can’t tell you how excited I am for this new model! The picture above was taken with windlight and processed slightly in Photoshop. The boots come in several color options: white, cream, pink, plum, burgundy, red and the black that I am wearing.

This second picture showing the boots without processing, using windlight and projector lights to add some shine – which I did for a specific reason. These boots are “materials ready” so if your viewer is capable of having materials enabled then you will see them with more of a glossy, realistic, leather sheen (sadly mine isn’t, so this is as close as possible). Also, you might be interested in knowing that these boots use a method that allows them to fit many SL avvies with 1 pair (although there are extra plus-sized and BBW versions included).

A Night Out

I felt like dressing up a bit the past couple of days, so I put together this little look and ventured out into Las Vegas City to let loose! I decided to stop in at the Las Vegas Nights club and had a look around. After having my share of time away from my platform, I decided to head back home and take a more standard shot.

I think I’m meant to be a home-body, standing on my platform or idling in my home is something I’ve gotten used to it seems!
