This post from Enya is quite a surprise. Watermark has always been one of my favorites. It’s just extremely soothing. Whenever I feel bad, I listen to this and just let the music wash over me.

The video shows maps and lush scenery… which would turn into a painted landscape. Too bad that this track is instrumental… I have no lyrics to post in this blog. But then again, if this music had lyrics, it may not have been as soothing as it is.

This is the last of the yuletide songs that the EnyaTV channel posted. It’s nondescript for me. (I’ve posted elsewhere in this blog that I’m not really a fan of yuletide songs.

But I still watched because it is from Enya.

This song is actually one of my favorite Christmas songs. I’ve mentioned in not a few blog posts that I’m not exactly a fan of holiday songs (moreso holiday albums). But I really like Enya’s version of this song. Quite glad that Enya sings this song in Latin. It just feels that she should sing it in Latin.

Earthbound Starlight is the second single off Duncan Sheik’s 2009 album Whisper House. It’s such a pretty song, with beautiful lyrics and a nearly black-and-white video. It’s an introspective song, so prepare some tissues for the sniffles.

We’re Here To Tell You is the first single off Duncan Sheik’s 2009 album Whisper House. This song features the background vocals of Holly Brook, more popularly known now as Skylar Grey. This is pretty upbeat midway into the song, slowing down for a bit during the bridge where Holly sings.
