I have been busy trying to make ends meet, as most of us do, with a not-so-industry related job, managing a coffee shop. That has been going well, I have learned that a coffee shop is one of those places where everyone comes and shares something unilaterally enjoyed and takes a moment to care about someone else. This may not be true for all my customers but it has certainly been true for many. I have met some very cool and interesting characters, ranging from a past editor of a mens magazine to a psychedelic musician/artist who comes in on a breeze and always has something cool to talk about. I have been enjoying my time there and now that things seem to be in a groove I can get back to music! 

I have completed the EP I was working on with J. Ledger and it is left with her to decide where it should be put. 

I set up the Halifax Casino and listened to some older rockers show what it means to “keep the party going”. 

I have met some very fine and crazy talented musicians.

I have been at work on a number of new songs of my own and just picked up a lovely purple telecaster to join the fight. 

All and all it has been a productive time away. But now I am back and it is time to get this music thing going again. 

On Tuesday, November 5th 2013 I had the opportunity to record an amazing event that celebrated and remembered all of the cultures and people that were in the past wars. I am truly honoured to have been part of this incredible event.

It is about two rusty old broken down aircraft that can no longer fly that are in a constant quarrel and it has escalated to an all out war. Due to the fact they can not fly, they are forced to fight on the ground in a battle of epic proportions.
