The presidential elections has gone hi-tech now, The BJP has launched a website www.knowpratibhapatil.com . Apparently this is to expose Pratibha’s misdeeds before the masses .As Pranab Mukharjee proudly said
“The people of India don’t elect the President, it is the elected representatives who elect him” .

Who cares for the people anyways , I am sure we didn’t want a sissy PM who needs Sonia Gandhi’s permission to use the loo . Anyways We don’t give a damn even if you put a donkey in the Rastrapati Bhavan . The presidential elections have become a joke anyways

An arrest warrant has been issued against one Mr. Raj Kumar, son of Raju Jha of Bihar . He is wanted for many crimes including firing at the police, rioting , attempt to murder and using violent force . The disturbing part of the story is that Mr Raj Kumar is just two years old .
While the crime branch in Bihar (their collective intelligence is slightly higher than that of a household cockroach) pondered over how a being which has no bladder or sphincter control could control a double barrel shotgun and fire it with murderous intent . I was looking for a more scientific answer to this singular event .
Consider this : If the chances of a man having a butt for a head were one in 100,000 then after china India would have the largest number of buttheads in the world owing to our 1billion+ population . So if the chances of a two year old running amok with a shot gun were one in a 500 million there is a good chance that such a ridiculous event may happen somewhere in India .
I need to be careful now , as my neighborhood is full of infants , after reading this news I hear the distinctive ringing of the Psycho soundtrack when any of them comes near me . Yesterday one of them had this to say when i tried to hold him.

MLA’s respond when asked to raise their left hand

Over 200 legislators ( read idiots) from the southern state of Karnataka will be visiting China for an “Educational tour” of the infrastructure and administrative functioning of that country. The man who suggested the “brilliant” idea- Assembly speaker Krishna had this to say

”I visited China two years ago, and I was astounded by seeing the all-round development of China. I thought their mindset, their attitude will be completely changed if they see and come back to our country”

Point taken , but can please somebody tell me that why the hell are we sending 200 fools on this “educational tour” , when a bunch of 10 fools would suffice . The approx. cost for the fiasco is expected to be Rs 2,00,000 per fool , taking the total to Rs 55,000,000 , Damn I am not paying tax so that some MLA can get a Sandwich massage in Shanghai . This reminds me of the time when the fools visited New Delhi to experience the metro first hand.
A high-level Chinese delegation was visiting the IT capital two months ago to promote the China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park, none of the idiots bothered to attend that presentation , Perhaps they were busy dissecting the Gere-Shilpa Shetty kiss issue as it was a time of national crisis.
Let’s hope they learn something from the Chinese , at least..How not to waste public money.

“BHOPAL (ICNS): Christians here are praying for Sunita Williams’ safe return after news that her landing was delayed by two days to allow time to fix the Atlantis’ thermal blanket which peeled-off during last week’s launch.
“Sunita Willams is our sister and she has made India proud in the world, God will bring her safe,” said spokesperson of the Catholic Church in the state Fr Anand Muttungal. “
The All India Christian Council has asked people to keep special prayers at houses for her safe return. The community organized a special prayer service at St Mary Church, Seva Sadan. The prayer meeting was organized by the inter-faith dialogue centre here.
“Christians prayed for the safe return of Sunita Williams. People from different walks of life took part in the prayer service,” the Catholic priest added. “

Ahem.. Sunita Williams is as much as an Indian as I am Chinese , She was born an brought up as an American citizen , just because she eats Samosa’s does not make her an Indian , I eat Noodles and I am not Chinese!!. Apparently prayers are being held all over India for her safe return , So I am forced to ask,Why not pray for the whole crew ? I bet they don’t give a s**t for them . I don’t think we as a country are so devoid of Achievers , that we need to turn an American astronaut into a national icon . A humble request to the news channels and the papers – No more of “Suni” please .

“Suni” Fans Ecstatic

After the insanely interesting discussions on the color of Abhishek’s undergarments at the Abhi-Ash wedding , the news channels have a new pastime . Following the release of Sivaji , there have been a slew of debates on TV – Who is a bigger star ? Amitabh Bachchan or Rajnikanth .
I am a south-indian , but I have lived for over ten years in New Delhi and I have nothing against north indians or Hindi . I have seen more bollywood movies than south indian movies and I have seen almost every movie of Amitabh Bachchan . I used to like Amitabh once and I believe this is an opinion that many people will share with me that Amitabh Bachchan has lost his status as a legendary actor .

Amitabh started his career with Saat Hindustani way back in 1979 and become a big superstar with Zanjeer , which gave him ‘The angry young man’ tag , from then he delivered several super hits and has played out iconic roles in several movies .He tried his hand at politics at around 1984 and came back to cinema in 1988 with Shahenshah , which inspite of being a supremely retarded movie became a hit . Since then he has seen a lot of highs and lows , from the national award for Agneepath ( in which I still believe his mannerisms were inspired by a certain Tony Montana) and absolute bankruptcy with the fall of his company ABCL .
His comeback started with the launch of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ – An Indian version of ‘Who wants to be a millionare’ . In 2000 he starred with SRK in Yash Chopra’s ( read stupid old man) movie ‘Mohabattien’ (which i thought was soft porn in disguise) , and from then there has been no looking back . Mr Bachchan has had a big small or tiny role in every major bollywood production . If you watch TV for a whole day, chances are that you’ll see Amitabh’s face a couple of hundred times in various Ad’s, he endorses brands ranging from massage oil to cement to a beauty cream ( that’s right! a 60 year old man endorses a f***ing beauty cream) .
If you look at legendary actors , people who define cinema .. let it be Dilip Kumar from Bollywood , Al Pachino or De Niro from the West or the late Dr Rajkumar closer home , one thing remains common among them – they don’t indulge in such mediocrity, fans wait for thier movies to be released , and sometimes they have to wait for years to catch a glimpse of their favorite actors on the big screen, but all this does not seem to apply to Mr Bachchan , just turn on the TV or visit the theaters next week , you’ll see him doing something or the other , hell you can even catch a glimpse of him in some Bhojpuri movie . When he is not acting or modeling he’s busy conning the government posing as a farmer .

Take Rajnikanth on the other hand , his fan following beats that of Amitabh’s by millions, he has devotees in every part of the world , even in Japan where tamil must sound like a hive of bee’s to the Japanese, he has a loyal following . When a Rajnikanth movie releases , usually in intervals of 2-3 years . The amount of hype and media attention it generates is enormous . He holds great power over the people in Tamil Nadu , but he does not do ads for some political party unlike Mr Bachchan. He is also known for his philanthropy and he donates a lot of his earning for noble causes.
I do not understand Tamil , and I have seen only a couple of Rajnikanth’s movies , but I can differentiate between a Superstar and a “Superstar” . Both Rajnikanth and Amitabh started of together in the 70’s , but somewhere along the way Big B lost it , and F**k the wax statue cause even Jenna Jameson has one .
