We would like to thank all of you Online Customers who have helped us grow to this point!

One – You have to pay the BBB yearly to monitor/control your business plus the more your business grows the more you pay the BBB. 

Second – They claim to be able to fairly decide the outcome of a customer issue. We don’t believe that. How can the BBB decide the best outcome for an other business if they don’t understand every business nor own it? We are in the business of Apple repairs unless the BBB is the same as us they will not fully understand the issues we may have with the parts/products we have. 

Third – As you can clearly see from our old BBB page since we have failed to renew our service with the BBB we are now a “F” rated business and show that we are “Revoked” We called the BBB and asked them what we could do to get our rating back up, they stated we need to pay our yearly fee of $500 a year to bring our account back to good standards. This is clearly and illegal act of Extortion! And this was our number one reason we decided not to support a business like the BBB that clearly uses Extortion to force business like ours to come back and keep our reputation intact! 

We really hope that this post will bring  some peace of mind in our business and that we only support what is in fact true fair business practices. 

The BBB serves to illegally attempt to extort money from businesses in exchange for leaving that business’ reputation intact.

The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is an organization containing more than 100 privately owned franchises loosely controlled by the Council of the Better Business Bureau (CBBB).

Here are a few  comments that sum up thoughts on the BBB.

“The BBB is a scam. I did business with a company with an A+ BBB rating and was scammed. I called and complained to the BBB regarding them as well as many others. The company retained their A+ rating even when they were out of business and selling services they knew they couldnt supply. BBB is a scam in itself.”

“The BBB is nothing but modern day mafia extortionist. They are con-artists and scammers. In fact, even on their own web site they post that if you are in litigation with a company who is a member of the BBB you CAN NOT post a complaint about them with the BBB. This is simply because companies who are BBB members are the BBB‘s assets and the one thing multimillion dollar companies do best is protect their assets. Therefore, in retrospect, the BBB is in business to protect top paying companies, not consumers.”
