[RANT] Gender Discrimination in Public GTA V Lobbies

Ok, so since online was steady enough to be trusted to go on, I’ve been in invite lobbies with only friends. Well, my friend got tired of invite only lobbies, so we joined a public lobby. It was calm for a while, then he had to go do something so I stayed in the lobby alone because it was decent (no more than 5-6 people). Then, out of nowhere, it was full and that’s when my trouble started… I was driving around my pink adder when out of nowhere, someone off the radar killed me. All I heard on the wasted screen was “Yeah! Take that you bitch! GTA is for guys!” I then spawned back with a destroyed adder. Took him out with a rocket launcher, then went on passive. I proceeded to run on foot to a safe location, called mors insurance for car, then went into another random session. Everyone had a white dot and things seemed calm in that lobby. A few 1k bounties, but that’s from the pedestrians. I went about my way, only when exiting my apartment to be blown up again. I messaged the person something like “LOL scared the crap outa me. gg”. Only to be met back with the message “Get ur a$$ back to the kitchen ho”. I’ve currently lost all interest in going into online public lobbies. No matter how fun they seem, it’s always the same thing. I get killed for having a female character. Thinking of starting reporting and screen capping those who are discriminating against genders. And It’s not only me, I joined a lobby where me and this chick were shopping and we both got killed. On the wasted screen I heard “Dumb bitches, wanna shop get off of GTA”. It’s not like I’m a griefer. I don’t strike back unless provoked. Now, if I accidentally kill someone or blow up their car, I’m quick to say “oops sorry!” or if I’m chasing someone for a bounty, depending on how much it is, I’ll either give it all or half back to the person who had the bounty. I’m a fair player, and I realize that not everyone is like that, but seriously guys (literally), let girls have fun on the game too.
