Depends on the region of BR one is living as to the concern of these viruses. Dengue has been here for years and the government did next to nothing to fight it. Now, because of the Olympics and Internation Press, the BR Gov is trying to fight the spread of Zika. Don’t expect positive results. You can’t establish a national sanitation program in 6 months.

In a controversial landmark 7-4 decision, the STF decided that criminals who have been convicted by a lower court, and who have had that conviction confirmed by an appellate court, must go to jail and begin serving their sentence.
