<p>Guru adalah perancang. Tindakan paling penting dalam profesi kita adalah merancang kurikulum dan pengalaman belajar untuk memenuhi tujuan tertentu. Kita juga menjadi perancang penilaian untuk mendiagnosa kebutuhan siswa sebagai panduan dalam mengajar dan memungkinkan guru, siswa kita, dan pihak lain (orang tua dan administrator) untuk menentukan apakah tujuan pembelajaran telah tercapai.</p>
<p>Seperti profesi desainer lainnya, seperti arsitek, insinyur, atau desainer grafik, perancang di bidang pendidikan haruslah mengerti benar tentang audiens mereka. Para profesional dalam bidang ini haruslah berpusat pada klien. Efektifitas rancangan akan akan sangat berkorelasi apakah mereka telah memenuhi tujuan/capaian dari klien mereka atau tidak. Jelasnya, siswa adalah klien utama kita, mengingat bahwa efektivitas kurikulum, penilaian dan rancangan pembelajaran sangat ditentukan dengan prestasi pembelajaran yang diinginkan.</p>

<p><strong>Apa itu desain mundur/backward design?</strong></p>
<p>Bagaimanapun juga sebagai perancang pembelajaran kita harus juga memahami metode perancangan yang kita gunakan. Salah satu metode perancangan pembelajaran yang efektif adalah “perancangan mundur” atau backward design. Seperti yang termakna dari namanya, desain mundur dimulai dari ‘akhir’ terlebih dahulu – yaitu tujuan yang nyata dari kegiatan pembelajaran. Kemudian kita akan mundur untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar dan kegiatan yang memenuhi tujuan pembelajaran tersebut.</p>
<p>Sebagian besar rancangan pembelajaran—dengan cara yang kita gunakan untuk merancang—fokus pada konten dan tidak pada hasil. Misalnya, biasanya seorang guru akan menentukan topik tertentu, misalnya “teori pitagoras”, kemudian memilih sumber belajar (misalnya, lembar kerja), memilih metode pembelajaran yang sesuai berdasarkan bahan ajar dan topik (tanya jawab pendek/isian), dan berharap terjadinya proses belajar. Akhirnya, guru akan memikirkan soal-soal matermatika untuk menilai pemahaman siswa akan teori Pitagoras. Dalam pendekatan ini, asesmen dilakukan secara sumatif (dilakukan di akhir pelajaran dan bersifat menghakimi).</p>

<p>Namun cara diatas adalah cara kurang baik untuk merancang pembelajaran. Walaupun dimulai dari topik, namun tidak ada tujuan yang jelas dari topik tersebut. Karena tidak ada tujuan, guru dan siswa tidak tahu kemana harus mengarahkan pembelajarannya. Bahkan, guru kemungkinan tidak memiliki tujuan pembelajaran sampai pelajaran berakhir – saat ia merancang ulangan. Dan ini terlambat bagi pembelajaran yang baik bagi siswa.</p>

<p>Sebaliknya, merancang mundur berarti kita menggunakan pendekatan yang berorientasi pada hasil.</p>
<p>Guru mendefinisikan hasil pembelajaran, menentukan teknik yang mendorong pada pencapaian tujuan, kemudian baru merancang pembelajarannya.</p>
<p>Mari kita lihat kembali pelajaran matematika kita lagi—sekarang menggunakan pendekatan merancang mundur.</p>
<p>Guru menentukan tujuan pembelajaran sebagai berikut:</p>
<ol>
<li>Siswa akan memahami bagaimana menghitung dengan teori pitagoras</li>
<li>Siswa akan memahami bagaimana menerapkan teori Pitagoras dalam kehidupan sehari-hari</li>
</ol>
<p>Untuk melakukan asesmen terhadap tujuan-tujuan di atas, guru akan melibatkan siswa dalam kegiatan asesmen sebagai berikut:</p>
<ol>
<li>Siswa saling melakukan pengajaran sebaya tentang teori Pitagoras</li>
<li>Siswa melengkapi lembar kerja individual</li>
<li>Guru melakukan tanya jawab untuk berdiskusi dengan seluruh siswa</li>
<li>Untuk kegiatan luar kelas, siswa harus menentukan dan menunjukkan yang manakah yang lebih cepat: berpindah dari sudut lapangan di titik barat daya atau dengan melewati jalan setapak di luar lapangan – dan mereka harus menentukan jawaban mereka menggunakan teori Pitagoras</li>
</ol>
<p>Guru kemudian merencanakan kegiatan:</p>
<ol>
<li>Siswa belajar secara induktif mengenai teori Pitagoras</li>
<li>Dalam kelompok kecil, siswa saling mengecek pemahaman</li>
<li>Siswa menjelaskan teori pitagoras ke seluruh kelas</li>
<li>Kegiatan kelompok kecil – siswa menggunakan teori Pitagoras untuk menghitung jarak terpendek di antara 2 titik</li>
</ol>
<p>Mari kita lihat kembali ketiga tahap dari Desain Mundur dan mempelajari bagaimana dapat membantu para guru menggunakan pendekatan ini.</p>
<p><strong>A. Mengidentifikasi Hasil yang Diharapkan atau Tujuan</strong><br />
Ketika kita memulai perencanaan, identifikasilah satu atau dua tujuan atau hasil pembelajaran – apa yang akan dapat diketahui oleh siswa sebagai hasil dari kegiatan pembelajaran yang akan kita rancang.<br />
Apa ide-ide utama yang akan dipelajari oleh siswa?</p>
<p>Tujuan pembelajaran dapat diambil berdasarkan standar kurikulum nasional dari pemerintah yang berupa KI (Kompetensi Inti), KD (Kompetensi Dasar) dan Indikator dari masing-masing mata pelajaran.</p>
<p>Misalnya:<br />
Pernyataan seperti: “Siswa akan menggunakan aplikasi Inspiration untuk menciptakan pemetaan konsep” – merupakan sebuah kegiatan dan bukan tujuan. Namun pernyataan seperti “Siswa memahami bagaimana peta konsep dapat digunakan dalam proses curah pendapat” – merupakan sebuah tujuan pembelajaran.</p>
<p><strong>B. Menemukan Bukti yang Dapat Diterima (Asesmen/Penilaian)</strong><br />
Sekarang, bagaimana para guru akan mengetahui bahwa para siswa telah memenuhi tujuan-tujuan ini? Ini adalah sebuah asesmen. Biasanya, dalam pembelajaran tradisional, asesmen ada di akhir pelajaran. Dalam kelas yang berpusat pada siswa, asesmen dilakukan selama pelajaran berlangsung. Bentuknya adalah formatif (selama pembelajaran berlangsung) dan sumatif (di akhir pembelajaran). Ada beberapa tipe dari asesmen formatif—tanya jawab, observasi, esai, bermain peran, proyek, quiz, jurnal, dsb.</p>
<p>Tujuan dari asesmen formatif adalah untuk melihat seberapa jauh siswa telah dapat mencapai tujuan pembelaran dan membantu memperbaiki kesalahpahaman. Sebagai guru, kita ingin memastikan seluruh siswa berhasil, dan cara terbaik adalah dengan melakukan “pengecekan” secara konstan dan melakukan asesmen terhadap pembahaman mereka.</p>
<p>Bentuk-bentuk asesmen yang telah didaftar dalam paragraf sebelumnya juga dapat menjadi asesmen sumatif. Asesmen sumatif biasanya berbentuk tes atau ujian, dan biasanya bersifat final. Tujuan dari asesmen formatif adalah untuk memberi sertifikasi kepada siswa atas penguasaan atas konsep atau ketrampilan.</p>
<p><strong>C. Merencanakan Pengalaman Belajar &amp; Pembelajaran</strong><br />
Setelah kita mengidentifikasi tujuan pembelajaran, teknik asesmen untuk mengukur tujuan pembelajaran ini, kemudian langkah berikutnya yang harus dilakukan adalah merencanakan kegiatan pembelajaran.</p>
<ul>
<li>Apa yang sebenarnya akan diajarkan guru? Seberapa banyak ia harus memberikan kuliah atau presentasi satu arah? Seberapa banyak harus ditemukan sendiri oleh siswa?</li>
<li>Kegiatan-kegiatan apakah yang akan membantu siswa mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dengan cara terbaik?</li>
<li>Materi dan sumber belajar apakah yang akan dibutuhkan siswa?</li>
<li>Berapa banyak waktu yang dibutuhkan?</li>
<li>Bagaimana para siswa akan dikelompokkan?</li>
</ul>
<p>Yang terpenting adalah, sembari guru merencanakan kegiatannya, menentukkan strategi pengelompokkan dan merancang bahan ajar, ia selalu perlu untuk mengecek kembali tujuan pembelajarannya selama ia melakukan perencanaan ini.</p>

<p>Ada sebuah pertanyaan yang sering sekali dilontarkan oleh peserta pelatihan <a href="http://www.intel.com/cd/corporate/education/apac/ind/teach/388833.htm" target="_blank"><strong>IntelTeach Essentials Course (Project Based Learning)</strong></a>, yaitu &#8220;Apakah perbedaan utama dari Project Based Learning (PjBL) dibandingkan dengan Problem Based Learning (PBL) atau model-model pembelajaran lainnya?&#8221;.</p>
<p>Sebenarnya saya pernah menulis tentang perbedaan ini, khususnya mengenai perbedaan Project Based Learning dan Problem Based Learning <a href="http://winastwangora.com/2012/07/11/project-based-learning-vs-problem-based-learning/" target="_blank"><strong>disini</strong></a>, namun ada baiknya juga saya memberikan penjelasan yang lain, agar pembaca mendapatkan gambaran yang semakin jelas.</p>
<p><span id="more-1059"></span></p>
<p>Karakteristik utama dari Project Based Learning adalah adanya permasalahan di duniai nyata (benar-benar terjadi) yang diangkat menjadi pembelajaran, dan peran para siswa adalah sebagai ahli, yang merancang/mengembangkan solusi dan produk untuk mengatasi/menyelesaikan permasalahan riil tersebut.</p>
<p>Contoh: Ketika transisi musim kemarau ke musim penghujan terjadi wabah penyakit Demam Berdarah (DB), untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut siswa akan berperan sebagai petugas sensus kesehatan yang akan melakukan pemeriksaan/sensus rumah-rumah penduduk untuk melihat kondisi kebersihan, potensi jentik yang ada disana dan mendaftar ada tidaknya penghuni rumah yang terjangkit penyakit DB ini.</p>
<p>Siswa akan mewawancarai petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang DB. Siswa akan melakukan sensus penduduk, dengan mengunjungi rumah-rumah penduduk di lingkungan sekitar (misal, satu RT di lingkungan tempat tinggal siswa) untuk memperoleh informasi tentang jumlah rumah yang berpotensi menjadi sarang jentik nyamuk, dan mendata apabila ada warga yang terjangkit penyakit ini.</p>
<p>Siswa akan membuat laporan/presentasi multimedia berkaitan tentang penyakit DB, kondisi lingkungan di sekitar mereka (kesimpulan hasil sensus) serta merumuskan solusinya. Siswa juga akan membuat poster tentang pentingnya pencegahan DB yang akan dipasang di lingkungan sekitarnya, serta memberikan rekomendasi kepada Ketua RT setempat berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian dan solsui yang telah dilakukan dan dirumuskan.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Studi Kasus :</strong></span></p>
<p>Pertanyaan: &#8220;Dalam pembelajaran, saya telah meminta para siswa untuk membuat produk berupa prakarya dari bahan bekas/limbah, apakah pembelajaran saya sudah termasuk PjBL?&#8221;</p>
<p>Jawaban: Jika dalam skenario pembelajaran terdapat permasalahan riil yang akan diselesaikan oleh siswa lewat produk yang dikembangkan, maka pembelajaran tersebut dapat disebut sebagai PjBL</p>
<p>Masalah yang diangkat dalam pembelajaran adalah masalah yang terjadi di dunia nyata, bukan masalah yang dihadapi siswa karena tidak memahami materi pelajaran tertentu. Masalah yang dapat diangkat misalnya, kelaparan, wabah penyakit, sampah, pemanasan global, kemiskinan, bencana alam, kekurangan pangan, menipisnya energi, dll.</p>
<p>Mengapa perlu mengangkat masalah riil yang terjadi di masyarakat? Salah satu tujuan dari PjBL adalah mengkoneksikan pengetahuan yang diperoleh siswa di kelas untuk diaplikasikan di dunia nyata dengan membuat solusi atas permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada &#8211; dimana siswa juga berperan sebagai profesi-profesi yang ada di dunia nyata, seperti dokter, peneliti lingkungan, ahli energi, insinyur, dll. Selain itu, PjBL harus mampu memberikan value/nilai/manfaat kepada masyarakat sekitar/dunia nyata, dimana hal ini adalah esensi utama dari tujuan pendidikan.</p>
<p>Kegiatan belajar yang dialami oleh siswa akan sangat bermakna dalam kehidupannya, dimana mereka akan selalu mengingat point-point penting dalam pembelajaran yang mereka lakukan. Selain itu, aliran pembelajaran dengan metode saintifik seperti yang ada pada PjBL akan memberikan keterampilan bagaimana menjadi pembelajaran seumur hidup bagi para siswa, dan pengetahuan ini akan sangat bermanfaat untuk dapat bertahan dalam kompetisi di dalam era ekonomi yang berbasis pengetahuan.</p>

<p>Para guru inovatif pasti punya &#8220;resep rahasia&#8221; agar pembelajaran yang disampaikan jadi menarik, bermakna dan lebih melibatkan peserta didik. Resepnya tidak melulu tentang penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) di kelas, namun lebih pada aspek pedagogisnya. Untuk memfasilitasi para guru mendapatkan inspirasi dari para guru inovatif, maka <a title="Edukasi101.Com" href="http://www.edukasi101.com"><strong>Edukasi101</strong></a> yang didukung oleh <a title="Microsoft Partners in Learning Network" href="http://www.pil-network.com/" target="_blank"><strong>Microsoft Partners in Learning</strong></a> menyelenggarakan kegiatan bertajuk &#8220;Temu Guru Inovatif&#8221;.</p>
<p>Untuk pertama kalinya, ajang ini diselenggarakan di laboratorium komputer Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) pada tanggal 20 Juli 2013 bersamaan dengan kegiatan tahunan Pesantren IT. Kegiatan yang diorganisir oleh komunitas PojokPendidikan ini mengundang dua orang guru inovatif dari Jawa Barat yaitu Taufik Ibrahim (SMPN 14 Depok) dan Firman Apriandi (SDN CIsolok). Saking menariknya, ruangan seminar pun penuh sesak dihadiri oleh sekitar 50 an pendidik yang berasal dari kota Bandung dan sekitarnya.</p>

<p>Pak Djadja Sardjana dalam sambutan beliau mewakili komunitas PojokPendidikan memberikan semangat bahwa pendidik harus senantiasa melandaskan semangat mengajar dengan rasa kasih sayang karena hasil pendidikan akan lebih berkualitas jika pendidik dapat membelajarkan dengan sepenuh hati. Hal ini disampaikan beliau setelah mempertontonkan sebuah video motivasi dari seorang pendidik sejati, Ibu Een Sukaesih yang begitu menginspirasi. Secara khusus, Kepala Dinas Kominfo Jawa Barat DR. Dudi Sudrajat, MT disela-sela liburnya turut hadir membuka kegiatan ini dan memberikan sambutan.</p>
<p>Kegiatan yang menjadi bagian dari program Partners in Learning Network ini juga memberikan sosialisasi tentang pentingnya berjejaring sosial bagi guru guna berbagi pengalaman bersama pendidik lain dari seluruh dunia dan berkesempatan mengikuti berbagai program pengembangan profesional yang ditawarkan oleh Microsoft. Pendidik juga berkesempatan untuk menjadi Microsoft Innovative Educators Expert dan mendapatkan undangan untuk ikut ajang Partners in Learning Global Forum, sebuah pertemuan tahunan tingkat dunia, yang tahun depan akan diselenggarakan di Barcelona, Spanyol. Ha tersebut dijelaskan oleh Winastwan Gora yang hadir memberikan sambutan mewakili Edukasi101.</p>
<p>Guru inovatif yang berkesempatan membagi pengalaman mengajarnya adalah Bapak Taufik Ibrahim (SMPN 14 Depok). Guru IPS ini menceritakan tentang pengalaman mengajar memanfaatkan TIK memanfaatan aplikasi presentasi multimedia &#8220;Microsoft PowerPoint&#8221; untuk evaluasi pembelajaran, dalam sebuah game monopoli yang beliau namakan permainan &#8220;Pak-Pik-Pok&#8221;. Selain media pembelajaran yang menarik, daya tarik kuis ini terletak pada orkestrasi kelas lewat lagu yang dinyanyikan siswa sebelum kuis berlangsung, serta kualitas pertanyaan yang disajikan dimana beliau menampilkan format pertanyaan yang terbalik, yaitu siswa harus membuat pertanyaan dari jawaban yang disajikan (mirip dengan kuis Jeopardy). Dengan pertanyaan terbalik seperti ini, siswa akan lebih berfikir dibandingkan jika diberikan pertanyaan seperti pada umumnya. <p>Selain memaparkan kuis interaktif, Pak Taufik juga mendemokan penggunaan papan tulis interaktif berbiaya murah bersama rekan-nya Pak Kurniawan. Dalam sesi ini, para peserta diajak untuk mencoba menyelesaikan berbagai kuis yang disajikan dalam papan tulis interaktif. Peserta pun terlihat asyik memindah-mindahkan obyek yang ada di papan tulis menggunakan pena inframerah yang disediakan.</p>
<p>Guru inovatif kedua yang berbagi pengalaman adalah Pak Firman Apriandi (SDN Cisolok Sukabumi) yang menceritakan pengalaman mengajarnya menggunakan Microsoft PowerPoint dan Mouse Mischief untuk evaluasi pembelajaran. Menariknya, meski komputer yang digunakan di kelas hanya satu komputer (milik guru) namun para siswa juga terlibat dalam kuis yang disajikan oleh guru lewat banyaknya mouse yang diakses siswa. Dalam sesi ini, Pak Firman juga mendemo-kan bagaimana teknologi ini berdaya-guna di kelas dan para peserta-pun larut dalam evaluasi yang difasilitasi beliau.</p>
<p>Ajang berbagi seperti ini, meski hanya sebentar, sangat menginspirasi para pendidik tentang bagaimana memanfaatkan teknologi komputer dalam jumlah terbatas di ruang kelas. Edukasi101 bersama Microsoft Partners in Learning akan terus menyelenggarakan kegiatan ini di kota/kabupaten lain di Indonesia. Selain seminar akan ada pula sesi pelatihan untuk membekali pendidik dengan keterampilan-keterampilan integrasi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam pembelajaran. <p>Internet users must be familiar with social networking services like <a title="Facebook" href="http://facebook.com" target="_blank"><strong>Facebook</strong></a> which is so famous. They will compete, in a fun way. Community features are also available in Kelase, which allows members to create a group as their own peer community according to interest or a specific theme.</p>

<p>Selain sebagai jejaring sosial, Kelase juga menyediakan layanan kelas online (<em>online classroom</em>) atau ruang kelas virtual (<em>virtual classroom</em>) seperti<strong><em> Learning Management System</em></strong> (LMS) pada umumnya. Para pendidik dapat dengan mudah berbagi sumber belajar, membuat aktivitas pembelajaran kolaboratif, memberikan penugasan, melakukan ujian dan test, serta mengembangkan keterampilan diskusi dan komunikasi lewat forum diskusi dan obrolan yang disediakan. <p>Rekan-rekan pembaca blog ini tentu penasaran seperti apa sih penerapan model<a href="http://www.intel.co.id/content/www/id/id/education/k12/project-design.html" target="_blank"><strong> Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (PBL)</strong></a> di kelas sebenarnya. Sebagai contoh, saya menghadirkan sebuah hasil pendampingan berbasis sekolah yang dilakukan para Widyaiswara <a href="http://lpmpjogja.org/" target="_blank"><strong>LPMP Yogyakarta</strong></a> (yang sebelumnya telah dilatih oleh <a href="http://www.intel.com/education/id/" target="_blank"><strong>Intel Education Indonesia</strong></a>) kepada guru-guru di SDN Jetis 02 Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta di Tahun 2010. Meski kegiatan ini sudah lama dilakukan, dengan ulasan ini harapannya mampu memberikan gambaran bagaimana kegiatan pembelajaran tematik dan kontekstual dapat dilakukan di kelas.</p>
<p>Pembelajaran bertema &#8220;Lingkunganku Kotor, Paru-Paruku Bocor&#8221;, untuk mata pelajaran utama Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam ini mengajak para siswa untuk melakukan penelitian tentang alat pernafasan dan gangguan alat pernafasan yang disebabkan oleh pencemaran udara yang ada di lingkungan sekitar mereka. Langkah-langkah pembelajaran dijelaskan secara detail dalam ulasan berikut.</p>

<p>Pelajaran yang dilaksanakan selama 4 (empat) kali pertemuan selama 1 (satu) bulan, dengan pelaksanaan dua kali pertemuan di dalam kelas dan dua kali pertemuan di luar kelas.</p>
<p><strong>Pertemuan pertama (pagi hari) 2X35 menit</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Penjelasan proyek, pembagian kelompok dan penyusunan jadwal kegiatan dengan bimbingan guru.</li>
<li>Penjelasan materi melalui LCD oleh guru.</li>
<li>Mengidentifikasi hal-hal yang dapat menyebabkan timbulnya penyakit pada organ pernafasan yaitu polusi udara yang disebabkan oleh bau kotoran ternak, bau limbah keluarga, asap kendaraan bermotor, asap pembakaran sampah dan debu pada musim kemarau.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Pertemuan kedua (sore hari) 2X35 menit</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Melakukan pengamatan ke kandang ternak, jalan raya, limbah keluarga untuk mengetahui penyebab polusi udara yang dapat menimbulkan penyakit pernafasan. Setiap kelompok melakukan penelitian atau pengujian.</li>
<li>Membandingkan perbedaan bernafas pada udara yang tercemar (kotor) dan udara yang sejuk (bersih)</li>
<li>Siswa melakukan wawancara dengan petugas Puskesmas dan Ketua RT tentang kesehatan lingkungan kaitannya dengan penyakit alat pernafasan manusia.</li>
<li>Siswa melakukan diskusi dari hasil pengamatan dan wawancara.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Pertemuan ketiga (sore hari) 2X35 menit</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Siswa mempresentasikan hasil proyeknya di depan bapak/ibu guru serta semua siswa SD Jetis II, dengan alat papan panel.</li>
<li>Siswa mempublikasikan hasil penelitian melalui majalah dinding.</li>
<li>Siswa membuat rekomendasi ke Pemerintah setempat untuk mengatur tata lingkungan.</li>
</ol>
<p>Sebagai kegiatan tindak lanjut siswa menerapkan hasil penelitian dalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk membiasakan diri hidup sehat.</p>

<p><a title="P4TK Matematika" href="http://p4tkmatematika.org/" target="_blank"><strong>P4TK Matematika</strong></a> bekerjasama dengan <a title="Intel Education Website" href="http://www.intel.com/education/id/" target="_blank"><strong>Intel Education Indonesia</strong></a> menyelenggarakan lokakarya &#8220;Perancangan Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek&#8221; atau &#8220;<a href="http://www.intel.com/cd/corporate/education/apac/ind/teach/teach5/431404.htm" target="_blank"><strong>Intel Teach: Essentials Course</strong></a>&#8221; bagi 20-an Widyaiswara. Lokakarya yang diselenggarakan untuk menyambut rencana Kemdikbud, yang akan segera mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013 tidak lama lagi ini diselenggarakan di ruang ICT kantor P4TK Matematika di Yogyakarta dari tanggal 26-28 Maret 2013.</p>
<p>Dalam lokakarya tiga hari yang difasilitasi oleh <strong>Winastwan Gora</strong>, para peserta belajar melakukan perancangan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan model pelatihan menggunakan pendekatan berbasis proyek juga, dimana para peserta akan berperan menjadi perancang kurikulum, dan secara berkelompok akan berkompetisi membuat ide proyek dengan framework GRASPS (Goal, Role, Audience, Situation, Products dan Standard), mengembangkan pertanyaan pemandu (driving questions), membuat publikasi proyek dalam presentasi multimedia, mengembangkan rancangan unit (unit plan), memproduksi contoh karya siswa beserta salah satu contoh instrumen penilaian berupa rubrik.</p>

<p>Di hari pertama para peserta diperkenalkan tentang apa itu pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam presentasi singkat. Berikutnya para peserta disajikan beberapa contoh produk yang akan dihasilkan di akhir lokakarya. Setelah itu, para peserta melakukan identifikasi proyek yang akan dijalankan bersama para siswa menggunakan framework GRASPS (Goal, Role, Audience, Situation, Products dan Standard) yang diadopsi dari pendekatan yang dibuat oleh Jay Mc Tighe dan Wiggins dalam bukunya Understanding by Design. Setelah peserta selesai membuat tabel GRASPS, mereka lalu mengembangkan pertanyaan pemandu (driving questions) yang meliputi Essentials Question, Unit Questions dan Content Questions.</p>
<p>Setelah selesai mengembangkan tabel GRASPS dan pertanyaan pemandu, peserta menuangkan hasilnya dalam sebuah presentasi multimedia. Presentasi multimedia ini menjadi bentuk publikasi proyek, yang dapat digunakan guru dalam mengkomunikasikan proyek yang akan berjalan di kelas kepada orang tua siswa, audiens lain serta kepala sekolah guna mendapatkan dukungan. Mereka begitu antusias dalam menyusun laporan/presentasi ini, hingga selesai pada jam 15.00. Di akhir sesi, semua kelompok menyajikan presentasi di depan kelas dan dinilai oleh kelompok lainnya menggunakan rubrik presentasi multimedia yang telah dikomunikasikan di awal pelatihan oleh fasilitator.</p>

<p>Di hari kedua, para peserta melakukan pengembangan rancangan unit (Unit Plan) menggunakan rancangan proyek yang telah dikembangkan di hari pertama. Mereka berbagi tugas dengan anggota kelompok lainnya dalam menyelesaikan e-portfolio lain (selain unit plan) berupa contoh hasil karya siswa (student sample) dan instrumen penilaian untuk menilai hasil karya siswa yang dibuat. Hasilnya begitu memuaskan dimana semua kelompok berhasil menyelesaikan semua tugas. Namun karena keterbatasan waktu, hanya tiga kelompok yang mendapatkan kesempatan untuk melakukan presentasi. Di akhir presentasi, para peserta memilih satu kelompok terbaik, yang akan mendapat kesempatan untuk melakukan presentasi pada saat acara penutupan di keesokan harinya.</p>

<p>Acara penutupan diselenggarakan pada hari ketiga, yang sebelumnya diisi dengan presentasi dari kelompok penyaji terbaik yang memaparkan hasil karya mereka. Setelah showcase dari kelompok penyaji, fasilitator (Winastwan Gora) berkesempatan untuk memberikan presentasi singkat yang memaparkan tentang bagaimana project based learning diimplementasikan di sebuah Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta, hasil pendampingan berbasis sekolah oleh para Widyaiswara LPMP Yogyakarta. Paparan oleh fasilitator ini sekaligus memberikan gambaran bagaimana perubahan dan peningkatan pembelajaran dapat dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam pembelajaran.</p>
<p>Setelah paparan oleh fasilitator, acara lokakarya ditutup oleh Prof. Widodo, Kepala P4TK Matematika. Beliau sangat mendukung kegiatan serupa dapat dilakukan, dan diimbaskan kepada para guru di lapangan. Beliau juga menyatakan bahwa akan ada tindak lanjut diseminasi model-model pembelajaran inovatif, dengan rencana P4TK Matematika yang akan menerbitkan beberapa judul buku bertemakan pembelajaran berbasis proyek.</p>

<p>Beberapa tahun lalu saya menghentikan bisnis rumah produksi multimedia saya yang ada di Semarang (<a title="Indiebrainer Studio" href="http://indiebrainer.blogspot.com/"><strong>Indiebrainer Studio</strong></a>) karena harus pindah kerja di Jakarta dan dikarenakan beberapa alasan lain. Setelah mendapatkan mitra, dan mulai membangun rencana bisnis, serta tak lupa mengumpulkan modal, maka tahun 2013 ini menjadi tonggak baru dalam kehidupan saya, karena ternyata Allah SWT memberi jalan kepada saya untuk kembali mendirikan usaha. Berbeda dengan bisnis sebelumnya yang menggunakan modal pribadi dan belum ada badan usaha formal, kali ini saya dan beberapa mitra memang serius dalam berinvestasi serta menaungi bisnis yang dikembangkan ini dalam badan usaha berbentuk PT (Perseroan Terbatas), bernama PT. Edukasi 101.</p>

<p>Usaha baru ini bidang kerjanya begitu berbeda dengan usaha sebelumnya, dimana usaha ini fokus pada layanan ICT (Information &amp; Communication Technology) untuk pendidikan. Kami tengah mengembangkan layanan cloud SaaS (Software As A Service) bernama Kelase.Com, yaitu sebuah Mobile Social Learning Environment yang diperuntukkan bagi institusi pendidikan, yang rencananya akan kami luncurkan pada akhir tahun 2013 ini ke publik.</p>
<p>Bisnis memang hobi saya, meskipun beberapa kali gagal :). Setiap bisnis pasti punya resiko, dan disitulah tantangannya. Bisnis juga merupakan tabungan hari depan, bentuk lain ber-investasi. Meski masih bekerja sebagai konsultan di sebuah perusahaan teknologi, tidak ada salahnya tetap berkreasi dan berinovasi dalam mengembangkan bisnis sendiri, asalkan keduanya dapat berjalan seimbang. Seperti dalam bisnis-bisnis sebelumnya, saya siap gagal, dan sekaligus siap untuk sukses! Bagi para pembaca blog ini, saya mohon doa nya semoga dilancarkan dan dimudahkan dalam mengembangkan usaha baru ini, sebuah usaha yang dimulai dari angan dan mimpi.</p>
