As Regional Comptroller, you will advise French Services on matters pertaining to planning, budgeting, reporting and forecasting. In addition, you will be responsible for recording financial transactions in the books of account, with a view to facilitating production of relevant, accurate reports for managers, as well as the Corporation's annual report.

As Project Manager for Digital Operations, you will assemble and lead a project team in a matrix environment. You will ensure end users' goals and CBC's objectives are met. You will oversee all stages of the project life cycle.

In this role, you will work with stakeholders to define scope, work with resource managers to assemble a project team and develop the project plan and budget. In addition to this, you will manage: user interface design and technical development related to the digital platforms including the web and mobile; risk; communications; and change on the project. The position will also require that you ensure quality targets are established and met. You will identify "lessons learned," and facilitate information transfer on close-out.

You will develop the processes for maintaining the content of a controlled vocabulary to describe content produced and distributed by the CBC's online operations, develop requirements and identify solutions for tagging and taxonomy maintenance software and develop requirements for integration of software into CBC's online infrastructure. As part of this work, you will contribute to the development of processes, infrastructure and a roadmap for categorizing and tagging CBC's online and broadcast content to facilitate asset management.

You are able to provide direction and continuity to a team, while handling multiple priorities and competing demands. You take initiative and act pro-actively, and your strength is communicating effectively with a broad range of creative, technical, and business people to get things done.

As the successful candidate you will possess the following:

University degree or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience in project management and implementation
Experience using Agile concepts
Must have knowledge of digital platforms and an understanding of how people use it.
Must have experience in facilitating the delivery of online interactive production for a broadband audience base with initiatives related to online video, social media tools and mobile-friendly web/native app development
Extensive and detailed knowledge of internet and/or software development technologies
Working knowledge of enterprise web server hardware platforms and configurations

Requires in-depth knowledge and industry experience of current qualitative and quantitative social science research methodologies, especially as they apply to broadcast media research.
Demonstrated project management experience of large, multi-phased research projects including both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
Extensive knowledge of the broadcast environment and thorough understanding of the technical aspects of audience measurement.

What You Do:
